Abstract
本創作係配合復健器材使用的手指動作感應手套,其包含一手套本體、五覆蓋片、五固定座、五感應器及五固定組件;手套本體的一側面設有一手背部及五個指背部;覆蓋片設於指背部且包覆出一通道;固定座為可撓性材質並穿設於通道中,且包含有間隔設置的兩限位壁;感應器穿設於通道中,且位於兩限位壁之間,藉以防止感應器左右偏擺;感應器末端延伸至指背部的端部,且固定組件設置於感應器末端及指背部末端之間以可拆卸地固定兩者,藉以防止感應器於手指彎折時前後位移;本創作藉此達成精確感應手指動作的功效。
Description
本創作係涉及一種可感應手指動作的手套,尤指一種可配合復健器材使用的手指動作感應手套。
復健器材中,有一項專為手指復健所設計的外骨骼機械手,其以機械結構設於患者手背上並套設手指,藉此帶動患者的手指作出所需要的活動,進而達成復建的功效。
而該種外骨骼機械手可進一步配合一種可感應手指動作的手套90共同使用,請參閱圖6所示,該具手指動作感應功能的手套90在其指背上縫製了五個布條91,該等布條91分別延伸至手指的端部,並且各該布條91與其手背包覆出一個通道92,而長條狀的感應器93則穿設進該通道92內,藉此使用者的手指活動時,即可以感應器93感應手指部位活動的動作,並進一步透過訊號傳遞至前述的外骨骼機械手,而讓外骨骼機械手帶動患者的手指作相同的動作,以供治療師協助患者復健,或是可供患者自行使用以雙手作鏡像治療。
然而,現有技術中的具手指動作感應功能的手套90的缺點在於,感應器93只是放置於通道92裡,並無與布條91或手套90固定,因此手指彎曲時,感應器93的端部可能會朝向手腕地向後移動,或者也有可能整條感應器93會相對通道92左右偏擺,如此均會導致感應手套無法精確地感測使用者的手指動作,進而無法準確地操控外骨骼機械手。因此,現有技術的感應手套,實有待加以改良。
有鑑於前述之現有技術的缺點及不足,本創作提供一種可固定感應器的手指動作感應手套,其可固定感應器的端部防止前後移動,並且可限制感應器的左右偏擺。
為達到上述的創作目的,本創作所採用的技術手段為設計一種可固定感應器的手指動作感應手套,其中包含: 一手套本體,其一側面上設有一手背部及五個指背部,該等指背部連接於該手背部; 一感應組件,其設於該手套本體的該手背部; 複數覆蓋片,其分別設於該等指背部,各該覆蓋片與相對應之該指背部包覆出一具有兩端開口之通道; 複數固定座,其分別穿設該等覆蓋片包覆出的該等通道,各該固定座為長條狀,且各該固定座包含有兩限位壁,該兩限位壁間隔設置,且均沿著相對應的該通道延伸;該等固定座為可撓性之材質; 複數感應器,其分別貫穿該等覆蓋片包覆出的該等通道,各該感應器為長條狀,且位於相對應的該通道內的該固定座的該兩限位壁之間;各該感應器的兩端分別為一內端及一外端,該內端連接該感應組件; 複數固定組件,其分別對應於該等感應器,各該固定組件包含有一第一固定件及一第二固定件,該第一固定件設於該感應器的該外端,該第二固定件設於該感應器的相對應的該指背部的端部,該第一固定件及該第二固定件可拆卸地相結合。
本創作的優點在於,藉由使各感應器貫穿覆蓋片形成的通道而延伸至手指的端部,並在感應器的外端以及手套本體的指背部的端部上分別設置可拆卸地結合的兩固定件,以固定感應器的外端,藉此防止感應器前後位移;此外,藉由在通道內設置一固定座並且將感應器置於固定座的兩限位壁之間,始可防止整條感應器的左右偏擺;本創作藉此於前後方向及橫向上均可有效固定感應器,以達成精確感應手指動作的功效。
進一步而言,所述之可固定感應器的手指動作感應手套,其中各該固定座進一步包含有一底板,該兩限位壁分別向上突出成形於該底板的相對兩側,且相對應的該感應器放置於該底板上。
進一步而言,所述之可固定感應器的手指動作感應手套,其中各該固定座進一步包含有兩擋片,該兩擋片朝向彼此地分別彎折成形於該兩限位壁的頂側,且抵靠於相對應的該感應器的頂面。
進一步而言,所述之可固定感應器的手指動作感應手套,其中各該固定座進一步包含有兩結合部,其分別突出成形於該兩限位壁的外側,相對應的該覆蓋片的兩側分別與該兩結合部結合於相對應的該指背部上。
進一步而言,所述之可固定感應器的手指動作感應手套,其中各該覆蓋片與相對應的該兩結合部縫合於相對應的該指背部上。

請參閱圖1及圖2所示,本創作之可固定感應器的手指動作感應手套包含有一手套本體10、一感應組件20、複數覆蓋片30、複數固定座40、複數感應器50及複數固定組件60;在本實施例中,覆蓋片30、固定座40、感應器50及固定組件60的數量均為五個,且各覆蓋片30對應其中一固定座40、其中一感應器50及其中一固定組件60,但不以此為限,覆蓋片30的數量亦可多於固定座40的數量,亦即可預先設置多個覆蓋片30再讓使用者決定要在哪些覆蓋片30內設置固定座40;而固定座40的數量亦可多於感應器50的數量,同樣地,可先設置多個固定座40再讓使用者決定要在哪些固定座40內設置感應器50等等;最後,感應器50的數量可少於五個,僅需視所需要控制的手指來決定所需的感應器50數量。
請參閱圖1至圖3所示,手套本體10的一側面上設有一手背部11及五個指背部12,五個指背部12連接於手背部11;具體來說,當手套本體10被穿戴時手掌分為兩側面,一側面為對應穿戴者之手掌心的一面,而另一側面即為對應穿戴者之手背的一面,而上述的手背部11及指背部12係設於對應穿戴者之手背的一側面。
感應組件20則設於手套本體10的手背部11,在本實施例中感應組件20為電路板及晶片,其可作為處理訊息的運算單元,也可作為單純傳遞與接收訊息的裝置,或者也能是兩者功能兼具的裝置;但感應組件20不以電路板及晶片為限。
請參閱圖2及圖4所示,前述之五個覆蓋片30分別設於五個指背部12,且各覆蓋片30與相對應之指背部12包覆出一具有兩端開口之通道31,其中一端開口朝向感應組件20,另一端開口朝向指背部12的端部;具體來說,在本實施例中覆蓋片30為長條狀,且其兩側分別縫合於相對應的指背部12上,但是其固定方式不以縫合為限,也可以是鉚釘或熱壓合等各種方式,僅需固定覆蓋片30的兩長邊並使其與指背部12包覆出一長條型通道即可。此外,本實施例中覆蓋片30是布料材質但是不以此為限,亦可為軟質的塑膠片等等,僅要能包覆出長條型通道即可。
請參閱圖2及圖4所示,前述之五個固定座40分別穿設五個覆蓋片30包覆出的五個通道31內,各固定座40為長條狀,且各固定座40包含有兩限位壁41、一底板42及兩擋片43;兩限位壁41間隔設置;底板42的相對兩側分別連接兩限位壁41的底側,且兩擋片43朝向彼此地分別彎折成形於兩限位壁41的頂側;限位壁41、底板42及擋片43均沿著該通道31延伸,且在本實施例中,限位壁41、底板42及擋片43的長度相等,並且均突出於通道31之兩端外,但同樣也不以此為限;此外,底板42亦可改為頂板而連接於兩限位壁41的頂側之間,而擋片43則可改為彎折成型於限位壁41的底側;又或者是,固定座40可以沒有兩擋片43,同樣也能透過兩限位壁41達成左右限位的功效。此外,在本實施例中,固定座40的兩側貼靠於覆蓋片30,而使固定座40於橫向上穩固地固定於覆蓋片30的通道31內,但不以此為限,固定座40的兩側與覆蓋片30之間亦可稍有間隙。
此外,固定座40為可撓性之材質,這樣的材質具有一定的延展性,可承受大量次數的彎曲且不易產生明顯的永久變形,並且這樣的材質同時具有一定的支撐力,相較於布料更能發揮限位的效果;更進一步來說,固定座40為可撓性塑料,但不以此為限。
請參閱圖1、圖2及圖4所示,五個感應器50分別貫穿五個覆蓋片30包覆出的五個通道31,各感應器50為長條狀,且位於相對應的通道31內的固定座40的兩限位壁41之間;具體來說,在本實施例中感應器50係放置於相對應的底板42上,且兩擋片43抵靠於相對應的感應器50的頂面,形成底板42與兩擋片43夾設感應器50的結構,但是並不以此為限,在沒有擋片43的實施例中感應器50即放置於底板42上且其頂面選擇性地抵靠於覆蓋片30;而在沒有底板42而是頂板的實施例中,感應器50係夾設於頂板及指背部12之間。此外,感應器50的兩端分別為一內端51及一外端52,內端51連接感應組件20,外端52穿出通道31且位於指背部12的端部;感應器50可以在被彎折時感應各處的曲度變化,並且將訊息傳送至感應組件20,再藉由感應組件20彙整做處理運算或者是進一步發送訊息,以達成感應手指動作變化的功效。
請參閱圖1所示,複數固定組件60分別對應於感應器50,各固定組件60包含有一第一固定件61及一第二固定件62,第一固定件61設於感應器50的外端52,而第二固定件62設於感應器50的相對應的指背部12的端部,並且第一固定件61及第二固定件62可拆卸地相結合;具體來說,在本實施例中固定組件60為一公母壓扣,且第一固定件61為公扣,第二固定件62為母扣,但不以此為限,公扣及母扣亦可顛倒過來;此外,固定組件60亦可不以公母壓扣為限,例如第一固定件61可以是黏扣帶(魔鬼氈),並使指背部12的材質可被黏扣帶黏扣,因此指背部12的外端就是第二固定件62,藉此同樣可達到可拆卸地結合之目的;另外,第一固定件61也可以是感應器50的外端52的一個穿孔,而第二固定件62為一勾扣而可勾設該第一固定件61,藉此同樣可達到可拆卸地結合的功效。
請參閱圖5所示,本創作的第二實施例與前述之第一實施例大致相同,但固定座40A進一步包含有兩結合部44A,其分別突出成形於兩限位壁41A的外側,且相對應的覆蓋片30A的兩側分別與兩結合部44A結合於相對應的指背部12A上;也就是說,在本第二實施例中固定座40A係以兩結合部44A直接固設於指背部12A上,具體來說是覆蓋片30A與相對應的兩結合部44A縫合於相對應的該指背部12A上,但固定方式不以縫合為限,也可以是鉚釘或熱壓合等方式;並且更進一步而言,在本第二實施例中覆蓋片30A的兩側分別彎折延伸至相對應的固定座40A的底面與相對應的該指背部12A之間,使固定座40A與指背部12A並無直接接觸而是間隔設置,但同樣不以此為限。
本創作使用時可與外骨骼機械手配合,本創作僅需以一般手套的穿戴方式穿戴,並且在穿戴完畢後活動手指,則感應器50即會隨著手指動作的改變而彎折,且同時感應各處彎折的曲率並將資訊傳遞至感應組件20,再藉由感應組件20進一步發送訊息至外骨骼機械手或者是直接作運算處理再直接控制外骨骼機械手,以達成感應手指動作並使外骨骼機械手同步動作的功效。但是本創作不以與復健器材配合為限,也可作為其他需要感應手指動作的用途。
在手指活動並彎折感應器50的同時,感應器50的外端52以固定組件60固定於指背部12,藉此使感應器50不會因為手指彎折而前後位移;並且同時位於感應器50兩側的固定座40的兩限位壁41也可限制感應器50的左右偏擺;本創作藉此於前後方向及橫向上均可有效固定感應器50,以達成精確感應手指動作的功效。
以上所述僅是本創作的較佳實施例而已,並非對本創作做任何形式上的限制,雖然本創作已以較佳實施例揭露如上,然而並非用以限定本創作,任何所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者,在不脫離本創作技術方案的範圍內,當可利用上述揭示的技術內容作出些許更動或修飾為等同變化的等效實施例,但凡是未脫離本創作技術方案的內容,依據本創作的技術實質對以上實施例所作的任何簡單修改、等同變化與修飾,均仍屬於本創作技術方案的範圍內。

Claims (10)
- 一種可固定感應器的手指動作感應手套,其中包含; 一手套本體,其一側面上設有一手背部及五個指背部,該等指背部連接於該手背部; 一感應組件,其設於該手套本體的該手背部; 複數覆蓋片,其分別設於該等指背部,各該覆蓋片與相對應之該指背部包覆出一具有兩端開口之通道; 複數固定座,其分別穿設該等覆蓋片包覆出的該等通道,各該固定座為長條狀,且各該固定座包含有兩限位壁,該兩限位壁間隔設置,且均沿著相對應的該通道延伸;該等固定座為可撓性之材質; 複數感應器,其分別貫穿該等覆蓋片包覆出的該等通道,各該感應器為長條狀,且位於相對應的該通道內的該固定座的該兩限位壁之間;各該感應器的兩端分別為一內端及一外端,該內端連接該感應組件; 複數固定組件,其分別對應於該等感應器,各該固定組件包含有一第一固定件及一第二固定件,該第一固定件設於該感應器的該外端,該第二固定件設於該感應器的相對應的該指背部的端部,該第一固定件及該第二固定件可拆卸地相結合。
- 如請求項1所述之可固定感應器的手指動作感應手套,其中各該固定座進一步包含有一底板,該兩限位壁分別向上突出成形於該底板的相對兩側,且相對應的該感應器放置於該底板上。
- 如請求項2所述之可固定感應器的手指動作感應手套,其中各該固定座進一步包含有兩擋片,該兩擋片朝向彼此地分別彎折成形於該兩限位壁的頂側,且抵靠於相對應的該感應器的頂面。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項所述之可固定感應器的手指動作感應手套,其中各該固定座進一步包含有兩結合部,其分別突出成形於該兩限位壁的外側,相對應的該覆蓋片的兩側分別與該兩結合部結合於相對應的該指背部上。
- 如請求項4所述之可固定感應器的手指動作感應手套,其中各該覆蓋片與相對應的該兩結合部縫合於相對應的該指背部上。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項所述之可固定感應器的手指動作感應手套,其中各該覆蓋片的兩側分別縫合於相對應的該指背部上。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項所述之可固定感應器的手指動作感應手套,其中各該覆蓋片的兩側分別彎折延伸至相對應的該固定座的底面與相對應的該指背部之間。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項所述之可固定感應器的手指動作感應手套,其中各該固定座的材質為可撓性塑料。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項所述之可固定感應器的手指動作感應手套,其中各該固定組件為一公母壓扣。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項所述之可固定感應器的手指動作感應手套,其中該覆蓋片的數量為五個,該固定座的數量為五個,該感應器的數量為五個,該固定組件的數量為五個。
