Abstract
本发明提供一种可固定传感器的手指动作感应手套,其包含一手套本体、五覆盖片、五固定座、五传感器及五固定组件;手套本体的一侧面设有一手背部及五个指背部;覆盖片设于指背部且包覆出一通道;固定座为可挠性材质并穿设于通道中,且包含有间隔设置的两限位壁;传感器穿设于通道中,且位于两限位壁之间,借以防止传感器左右偏摆;传感器末端延伸至指背部的端部,且固定组件设置于传感器末端及指背部末端之间以可拆卸地固定两者,借以防止传感器于手指弯折时前后位移;本发明由此达成精确感应手指动作的功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种可感应手指动作的手套,尤指一种可配合康复器材使用的手指动作感应手套。
背景技术
康复器材中,有一项专为手指康复所设计的外骨骼机械手,其以机械结构设于患者手背上并套设手指,由此带动患者的手指作出所需要的活动,进而达成康复的功效。
而该种外骨骼机械手可进一步配合一种可感应手指动作的手套90共同使用,请参阅图6所示,该具手指动作感应功能的手套90在其指背上缝制了五个布条91,所述布条91分别延伸至手指的端部,并且各该布条91与其手背包覆出一个通道92,而长条状的传感器93则穿设进该通道92内,由此使用者的手指活动时,即可以传感器93感应手指部位活动的动作,并进一步通过信号传递至前述的外骨骼机械手,而让外骨骼机械手带动患者的手指作相同的动作,以供治疗师协助患者康复,或是可供患者自行使用以双手作镜像治疗。
然而,现有技术中的具手指动作感应功能的手套90的缺点在于,传感器93只是放置于通道92里,并无与布条91或手套90固定,因此手指弯曲时,传感器93的端部可能会朝向手腕地向后移动,或者也有可能整条传感器93会相对通道92左右偏摆,如此均会导致感应手套无法精确地感测使用者的手指动作,进而无法准确地操控外骨骼机械手。因此,现有技术的感应手套,实有待加以改进。
发明内容
有鉴于前述的现有技术的缺点及不足,本发明提供一种可固定传感器的手指动作感应手套,其可固定传感器的端部防止前后移动,并且可限制传感器的左右偏摆。
为达到上述的创作目的,本发明所采用的技术手段为设计一种可固定传感器的手指动作感应手套,其包含:
一手套本体,其一侧面上设有一手背部及五个指背部,所述指背部连接于该手背部;
一感应组件,其设于该手套本体的该手背部;
多个覆盖片,其分别设于所述指背部,各该覆盖片与相对应的该指背部包覆出一具有两端开口的通道;
多个固定座,其分别穿设所述覆盖片包覆出的所述通道,各该固定座为长条状,且各该固定座包含有两限位壁,该两限位壁间隔设置,且均沿着相对应的该通道延伸;所述固定座为可挠性的材质;
多个传感器,其分别贯穿所述覆盖片包覆出的所述通道,各该传感器为长条状,且位于相对应的该通道内的该固定座的该两限位壁之间;各该传感器的两端分别为一内端及一外端,该内端连接该感应组件;
多个固定组件,其分别对应于所述传感器,各该固定组件包含有一第一固定件及一第二固定件,该第一固定件设于该传感器的该外端,该第二固定件设于该传感器的相对应的该指背部的端部,该第一固定件及该第二固定件可拆卸地相结合。
本发明的优点在于,通过使各传感器贯穿覆盖片形成的通道而延伸至手指的端部,并在传感器的外端以及手套本体的指背部的端部上分别设置可拆卸地结合的两固定件,以固定传感器的外端,由此防止传感器前后位移;此外,通过在通道内设置一固定座并且将传感器置于固定座的两限位壁之间,始可防止整条传感器的左右偏摆;本发明由此于前后方向及横向上均可有效固定传感器,以达成精确感应手指动作的功效。
进一步而言,所述的可固定传感器的手指动作感应手套,其中各该固定座进一步包含有一底板,该两限位壁分别向上突出成形于该底板的相对两侧,且相对应的该传感器放置于该底板上。
进一步而言,所述的可固定传感器的手指动作感应手套,其中各该固定座进一步包含有两挡片,该两挡片朝向彼此地分别弯折成形于该两限位壁的顶侧,且抵靠于相对应的该传感器的顶面。
进一步而言,所述的可固定传感器的手指动作感应手套,其中各该固定座进一步包含有两结合部,其分别突出成形于该两限位壁的外侧,相对应的该覆盖片的两侧分别与该两结合部结合于相对应的该指背部上。

请参阅图1及图2所示,本发明的可固定传感器的手指动作感应手套包含有一手套本体10、一感应组件20、多个覆盖片30、多个固定座40、多个传感器50及多个固定组件60;在本实施例中,覆盖片30、固定座40、传感器50及固定组件60的数量均为五个,且各覆盖片30对应其中一固定座40、其中一传感器50及其中一固定组件60,但不以此为限,覆盖片30的数量亦可多于固定座40的数量,亦即可预先设置多个覆盖片30再让使用者决定要在哪些覆盖片30内设置固定座40;而固定座40的数量亦可多于传感器50的数量,同样地,可先设置多个固定座40再让使用者决定要在哪些固定座40内设置传感器50等等;最后,传感器50的数量可少于五个,仅需视所需要控制的手指来决定所需的传感器50数量。
请参阅图1至图3所示,手套本体10的一侧面上设有一手背部11及五个指背部12,五个指背部12连接于手背部11;具体来说,当手套本体10被穿戴时手掌分为两侧面,一侧面为对应穿戴者的手掌心的一面,而另一侧面即为对应穿戴者的手背的一面,而上述的手背部11及指背部12设于对应穿戴者的手背的一侧面。
感应组件20则设于手套本体10的手背部11,在本实施例中感应组件20为电路板及芯片,其可作为处理信息的运算单元,也可作为单纯传递与接收信息的装置,或者也能是两者功能兼具的装置;但感应组件20不以电路板及芯片为限。
请参阅图2及图4所示,前述的五个覆盖片30分别设于五个指背部12,且各覆盖片30与相对应的指背部12包覆出一具有两端开口的通道31,其中一端开口朝向感应组件20,另一端开口朝向指背部12的端部;具体来说,在本实施例中覆盖片30为长条状,且其两侧分别缝合于相对应的指背部12上,但是其固定方式不以缝合为限,也可以是铆钉或热压合等各种方式,仅需固定覆盖片30的两长边并使其与指背部12包覆出一长条型通道即可。此外,本实施例中覆盖片30是布料材质但是不以此为限,亦可为软质的塑料片等等,仅要能包覆出长条型通道即可。
请参阅图2及图4所示,前述的五个固定座40分别穿设五个覆盖片30包覆出的五个通道31内,各固定座40为长条状,且各固定座40包含有两限位壁41、一底板42及两挡片43;两限位壁41间隔设置;底板42的相对两侧分别连接两限位壁41的底侧,且两挡片43朝向彼此地分别弯折成形于两限位壁41的顶侧;限位壁41、底板42及挡片43均沿着该通道31延伸,且在本实施例中,限位壁41、底板42及挡片43的长度相等,并且均突出于通道31的两端外,但同样也不以此为限;此外,底板42亦可改为顶板而连接于两限位壁41的顶侧之间,而挡片43则可改为弯折成型于限位壁41的底侧;又或者是,固定座40可以没有两挡片43,同样也能通过两限位壁41达成左右限位的功效。此外,在本实施例中,固定座40的两侧贴靠于覆盖片30,而使固定座40于横向上稳固地固定于覆盖片30的通道31内,但不以此为限,固定座40的两侧与覆盖片30之间亦可稍有间隙。
此外,固定座40为可挠性的材质,这样的材质具有一定的延展性,可承受大量次数的弯曲且不易产生明显的永久变形,并且这样的材质同时具有一定的支撑力,相比于布料更能发挥限位的效果;更进一步来说,固定座40为可挠性塑料,但不以此为限。
请参阅图1、图2及图4所示,五个传感器50分别贯穿五个覆盖片30包覆出的五个通道31,各传感器50为长条状,且位于相对应的通道31内的固定座40的两限位壁41之间;具体来说,在本实施例中传感器50放置于相对应的底板42上,且两挡片43抵靠于相对应的传感器50的顶面,形成底板42与两挡片43夹设传感器50的结构,但是并不以此为限,在没有挡片43的实施例中传感器50即放置于底板42上且其顶面选择性地抵靠于覆盖片30;而在没有底板42而是顶板的实施例中,传感器50夹设于顶板及指背部12之间。此外,传感器50的两端分别为一内端51及一外端52,内端51连接感应组件20,外端52穿出通道31且位于指背部12的端部;传感器50可以在被弯折时感应各处的曲度变化,并且将信息传送至感应组件20,再通过感应组件20汇整做处理运算或者是进一步发送信息,以达成感应手指动作变化的功效。
请参阅图1所示,多个固定组件60分别对应于传感器50,各固定组件60包含有一第一固定件61及一第二固定件62,第一固定件61设于传感器50的外端52,而第二固定件62设于传感器50的相对应的指背部12的端部,并且第一固定件61及第二固定件62可拆卸地相结合;具体来说,在本实施例中固定组件60为一公母压扣,且第一固定件61为公扣,第二固定件62为母扣,但不以此为限,公扣及母扣亦可颠倒过来;此外,固定组件60亦可不以公母压扣为限,例如第一固定件61可以是粘扣带(魔鬼毡),并使指背部12的材质可被粘扣带粘扣,因此指背部12的外端就是第二固定件62,由此同样可达到可拆卸地结合的目的;另外,第一固定件61也可以是传感器50的外端52的一个穿孔,而第二固定件62为一勾扣而可勾设该第一固定件61,由此同样可达到可拆卸地结合的功效。
请参阅图5所示,本发明的第二实施例与前述的第一实施例大致相同,但固定座40A进一步包含有两结合部44A,其分别突出成形于两限位壁41A的外侧,且相对应的覆盖片30A的两侧分别与两结合部44A结合于相对应的指背部12A上;也就是说,在本第二实施例中固定座40A以两结合部44A直接固设于指背部12A上,具体来说是覆盖片30A与相对应的两结合部44A缝合于相对应的该指背部12A上,但固定方式不以缝合为限,也可以是铆钉或热压合等方式;并且更进一步而言,在本第二实施例中覆盖片30A的两侧分别弯折延伸至相对应的固定座40A的底面与相对应的该指背部12A之间,使固定座40A与指背部12A并无直接接触而是间隔设置,但同样不以此为限。
本发明使用时可与外骨骼机械手配合,本发明仅需以一般手套的穿戴方式穿戴,并且在穿戴完毕后活动手指,则传感器50即会随着手指动作的改变而弯折,且同时感应各处弯折的曲率并将信息传递至感应组件20,再通过感应组件20进一步发送信息至外骨骼机械手或者是直接作运算处理再直接控制外骨骼机械手,以达成感应手指动作并使外骨骼机械手同步动作的功效。但是本发明不以与康复器材配合为限,也可作为其他需要感应手指动作的用途。
在手指活动并弯折传感器50的同时,传感器50的外端52以固定组件60固定于指背部12,由此使传感器50不会因为手指弯折而前后位移;并且同时位于传感器50两侧的固定座40的两限位壁41也可限制传感器50的左右偏摆;本发明由此于前后方向及横向上均可有效固定传感器50,以达成精确感应手指动作的功效。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明做任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案的范围内,当可利用上述揭示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种可固定传感器的手指动作感应手套,其包含:
一手套本体,其一侧面上设有一手背部及五个指背部,所述指背部连接于该手背部;
一感应组件,其设于该手套本体的该手背部;
多个覆盖片,其分别设于所述指背部,各该覆盖片与相对应的该指背部包覆出一具有两端开口的通道;
多个固定座,其分别穿设所述覆盖片包覆出的所述通道,各该固定座为长条状,且各该固定座包含有两限位壁,该两限位壁间隔设置,且均沿着相对应的该通道延伸;所述固定座为可挠性的材质;
多个传感器,其分别贯穿所述覆盖片包覆出的所述通道,各该传感器为长条状,且位于相对应的该通道内的该固定座的该两限位壁之间;各该传感器的两端分别为一内端及一外端,该内端连接该感应组件;
多个固定组件,其分别对应于所述传感器,各该固定组件包含有一第一固定件及一第二固定件,该第一固定件设于该传感器的该外端,该第二固定件设于该传感器的相对应的该指背部的端部,该第一固定件及该第二固定件可拆卸地相结合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可固定传感器的手指动作感应手套,其中各该固定座进一步包含有一底板,该两限位壁分别向上突出成形于该底板的相对两侧,且相对应的该传感器放置于该底板上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可固定传感器的手指动作感应手套,其中各该固定座进一步包含有两挡片,该两挡片朝向彼此地分别弯折成形于该两限位壁的顶侧,且抵靠于相对应的该传感器的顶面。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的可固定传感器的手指动作感应手套,其中各该固定座进一步包含有两结合部,其分别突出成形于该两限位壁的外侧,相对应的该覆盖片的两侧分别与该两结合部结合于相对应的该指背部上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的可固定传感器的手指动作感应手套,其中各该覆盖片与相对应的该两结合部缝合于相对应的该指背部上。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的可固定传感器的手指动作感应手套,其中各该覆盖片的两侧分别缝合于相对应的该指背部上。
7.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的可固定传感器的手指动作感应手套,其中各该覆盖片的两侧分别弯折延伸至相对应的该固定座的底面与相对应的该指背部之间。
8.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的可固定传感器的手指动作感应手套,其中各该固定座的材质为可挠性塑料。
9.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的可固定传感器的手指动作感应手套,其中各该固定组件为一公母压扣。
10.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的可固定传感器的手指动作感应手套,其中该覆盖片的数量为五个,该固定座的数量为五个,该传感器的数量为五个,该固定组件的数量为五个。
