Abstract

一種碟剎油壓裝置,係用以裝設於一自行車上,其包含有一卡鉗本體、二剎車來令片、二膜片以及二環體,其中該卡鉗本體具有一槽道且於該槽道的兩側分別形成一油室,各油室具有一面對該槽道的開口;一剎車碟部分部位係位於該卡鉗本體之該槽道中;該二剎車來令片設置於該卡鉗本體之該槽道中,且位於該剎車碟之兩側;該二膜片係組裝於該卡鉗本體且分別封閉各該油室的開口;藉此,注入液壓油於該卡鉗本體之各油室內時,該二膜片受液壓油的推擠而頂推對應的剎車來令片,以使該二剎車來令片相互靠近並夾掣該剎車碟,而獲得剎車效果。

Description

碟剎油壓裝置
本發明係與自行車組件有關;特別是指一種碟剎油壓裝置。
請配合圖1所示,習知用於自行車的碟剎油壓裝置包括一卡鉗本體110、二活塞120以及二來令片130。卡鉗本體110固定於自行車上且具有一槽道112及二相對設置的油槽114,其中,槽道112提供一剎車碟140之部分容置,各油槽114分別提供對應的活塞120以可活動的方式結合,且各油槽114連通位於一握把處的一油缸(圖未示)。騎乘者按壓握把時,將驅使油缸內的液壓油流向油槽114並迫使該二活塞120對向移動,以分別推動來令片130對夾剎車碟140,進而使自行車之輪圈停止轉動,以達到剎車效果。
然而,上述碟剎油壓裝置仍有以下缺點,即:因卡鉗本體110需供予活塞等構件容置,導致體積龐大,此外,其整體構件複雜而有安裝不易以及成本高之問題;再者,為使活塞120能順暢地於油槽114中滑動,故於設計時通常會增加油槽114槽壁與活塞120之間的裕度,然而該情形卻潛藏碟剎油壓裝置在使用過程中有發生漏油的現象,長期下來將影響油槽114與油缸內部之壓力,而導致制動能力不足之疑慮。
因此,由上述內容可知悉,習用之碟剎油壓裝置於結構設計上仍未臻完善,尚有待改進之處。
有鑑於此,本發明之目的在於提供一種碟剎油壓裝置,係一具有縮小體積、防止漏油以及降低其生產成本之特性者。
緣以達成上述目的,本發明提供的一種碟剎油壓裝置,包含有一卡鉗本體、二剎車來令片以及二膜片;該卡鉗本體具有一槽道且於該槽道的兩側分別形成一油室,各油室具有一面對該槽道的開口;該二剎車來令片,設置於該卡鉗本體之該槽道中;以及該二膜片係組裝於該卡鉗本體且分別封閉各該油室的開口;藉此,注入液壓油於該卡鉗本體之各油室內時,該二膜片受液壓油的推擠而頂推對應的剎車來令片,以使該二剎車來令片相互靠近。
本發明之效果在於縮小體積、降低其生產成本及防止漏油的效果。

為能更清楚地說明本發明,茲舉數個較佳實施例並配合圖式詳細說明如後。請參圖2至圖6所示為一種剎車結構,其中包含本發明一較佳實施例之碟剎油壓裝置100,以及與該碟剎油壓裝置100配置的一剎車碟200。
該碟剎油壓裝置100包含有一卡鉗本體10、二剎車來令片20、二膜片30以及二環體40。卡鉗本體10結合於自行車的前叉上,且具有一槽道12以及分別形成於槽道12兩側的二油室14與二環槽16;各油室14用以容置液壓油且分別透過油管而連通位於自行車之握把處的一油缸(圖未示),液壓油係可受控制地朝向油室14或是朝向油缸之方向流動,各油室14具有一面對該槽道12的開口141。本實施例之油室14不需提供活塞等構件結合,係可適度縮小容室空間,進而縮小卡鉗本體10之體積。各環槽16沿著油室14周緣凹陷形成且與油室14連通,各環槽16的槽底並設有一凹部161,凹部161在本實施例中為環繞油室14的圈狀結構,在其他實施例中,凹部也可以是不連續狀但分布在油室14周圍的結構。
剎車碟200與自行車輪圈同軸設置於自行車的前叉(圖未示),且剎車碟200與自行車輪圈同步且同向轉動。剎車碟200之部分部 位係位於卡鉗本體10的槽道12中,並隨著自行車輪圈的轉動而相對卡鉗本體10轉動。該二剎車來令片20係設置於卡鉗本體10的槽道12中,並位於剎車碟200之兩側,且該二剎車來令片20受一彈性件(圖未示)之彈力作用而於常態下保持在未接觸剎車碟200的狀態,前述常態係指騎乘者未按壓握把的狀態。由於剎車碟200以及剎車來令片20之結構屬習用技術,而非本發明之主要技術特徵,因此,剎車碟200及剎車來令片20之詳細結構於此不再贅述。
配合圖4及圖5,各膜片30呈薄片狀,具備良好的伸展性,各膜片30組裝於卡鉗本體10對應的環槽16中且分別封閉各該油室14的開口141,以阻隔油室14中的液壓油滲出於外。此外,各膜片30另具有環設於各膜片30之周緣處的一凸部32及一蛇腹部34,其中,凸部32係朝向油室14凸出形成,且較該蛇腹部34靠近膜片30之周緣,且凸部32係可嵌入凹部161中,該方式不僅方便快速對位,更可強化膜片30封閉油室14以防止漏油的效果。另外,蛇腹部34的設置在於使得膜片30具有更大的伸展面積,然而於其他實施例中,膜片可以不具有蛇腹部的設置。此外,本實施例之膜片為單一材料(例如:橡膠)製成,於其他實施例中,亦可以複合材料製作而成。
各環體40具有一中空區域42,組裝時,各環體40分別抵壓各膜片30的周緣,以使各膜片30的周緣部分壓貼於環槽16的槽底,並確保各凸部32確實嵌入凹部161中。於本實施例中,各環體40係以緊配合之方式嵌於該卡鉗本體10的各環槽16中而限制各膜片30之位置,使各膜片30穩定地被固定該卡鉗本體10上。
請配合圖6所示,透過前述碟剎油壓裝置100之結構設計,當騎乘者按壓該握把以行剎車時,將驅使液壓油朝向各油室14流動,液 壓油將擠推膜片30變形,膜片30通過各環體40之中空區域42的部分呈鼓起狀並頂推剎車來令片20,使得剎車來令片20克服該彈性件之彈力而移向剎車碟200,據此以迫使該二剎車來令片20相互靠近並夾掣該剎車碟200而達剎車目的。
反之,騎乘者解除按壓握把的外力時,該二剎車來令片20受該彈性件作用而分別朝向對應之開口141相互遠離且不再接觸剎車碟200,此時液壓油反向流回油缸,且膜片30復歸回原狀,至此,剎車碟200得再與自行車輪圈同步轉動。
再說明的是,透過環體40固定膜片30的結構態樣並不以上述實施例為限,如圖7所示之第二較佳實施例的碟剎油壓裝置300,其組成結構大致上相同於該第一較佳實施例的碟剎油壓裝置100,不同的是,第二實施例之膜片50中設置有一鐵片52,係用以提高膜片50整體強度,並可如圖8所示,隨著部分膜片50移動而確實地頂推對應的剎車來令片70,該鐵片52亦可應用於第一實施例的膜片30中。此外,第二實施之另一不同處在於環體60構成寶蓋狀,且其外周壁上設置有一螺紋段62,該環體60面向剎車來令片70的表面上凹設有兩個凹槽64。
該二凹槽64之目的在於提供一手工具(如板手)嵌合,以便於組裝時透過手工具將該環體60螺合於卡鉗本體80上,使該環體60以另一表面壓貼膜片50的周緣,進而固定膜片50。一提的是,手工具之結構態樣眾多,於其他實施例中,環體上係可形成提供所欲使用之手工具結合的凹槽或是凸塊,且其形狀及數量亦可對應變更。此外,另一提的是,用以固定膜片或是環體之結構及方式有多種變化,於其他實施例中,亦可透過螺栓依序穿入環體及膜片後而鎖固於卡鉗本體中,藉此達到固定膜片及環體之效。又,上述僅列舉三種態樣,並不以此為限。
綜上所述,本發明之碟剎油壓裝置係透過彈性佳且易受力作用而變形的膜片來推動剎車來令片移動,進而驅使剎車來令片夾掣或是遠離剎車碟,取代了過往使用成本高且組裝不易的活塞結構,前述結構設計不僅減少了卡鉗本體所需承載的體積空間,更可在有效防止漏油的基礎下提高組裝速度並降低其生產成本。
以上所述僅為本發明較佳可行實施例而已,舉凡應用本發明說明書及申請專利範圍所為之等效變化,理應包含在本發明之專利範圍內。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種碟剎油壓裝置,包含有:一卡鉗本體,具有一槽道且於該槽道的兩側分別形成一油室,各油室具有一面對該槽道的開口;二剎車來令片,設置於該卡鉗本體之該槽道中;以及二膜片,係組裝於該卡鉗本體且靠近該油室的開口處,並分別封閉各該油室的開口;二環體,該二環體結合於該卡鉗本體且分別抵壓各膜片的周緣,各環體具有一中空區域;藉此,注入液壓油於該卡鉗本體之各油室內時,該二膜片受液壓油的推擠而使該二膜片部分通過該中空區域且朝外鼓起並頂推對應的剎車來令片,以使該二剎車來令片相互靠近。
  2. 如請求項1所述之碟剎油壓裝置,其中該卡鉗本體之槽道的兩側分別具有一環槽連通對應的油室,該二環體分別位於對應的環槽中,並將膜片的周緣壓貼於環槽的槽底。
  3. 如請求項2所述之碟剎油壓裝置,其中各該環槽的槽底更設有一凹部,各該膜片面對該油室的側面設有一凸部,各凸部嵌於對應的凹部中。
  4. 如請求項1、2或3所述之碟剎油壓裝置,其中各該膜片具有一蛇腹部,該二膜片受液壓油推擠時,各該蛇腹部朝向剎車來令片的方向伸展。
  5. 如請求項1所述之碟剎油壓裝置,其中該膜片係由單一材料所製成。
  6. 如請求項1所述之碟剎油壓裝置,其中該膜片係由複合材料所製成。
  7. 如請求項1所述之碟剎油壓裝置,其中各膜片中設有一鐵片,該鐵片隨著液壓油的推擠而與部分膜片朝向各剎車來令片移動。
  8. 如請求項1所述之碟剎油壓裝置,其中各環體上係設置有一螺紋段,各環體係透過該螺紋段與該卡鉗本體螺合。
  9. 如請求項1所述之碟剎油壓裝置,其中各環體具有一表面面向剎車來令片,且各環體自該表面凹設形成有至少二凹槽。
