Abstract
一種蓋帶之改良結構,係於二片狀的第一、二基層之間設有一具有較小剝離強度之第一膠層,於該第二基層之另一側表面設有具較大剝離強度之第二膠層,以供黏合於一預設承載帶之二旁側,且於該第二基層二旁側與該承載帶結合的部位分別設有一縱向延伸之貫穿切槽,使該第二基層可被分割成一位於中間部位的中脫部,以及位於二旁部位的固定部,當該蓋帶作剝離時,能以穩定且較小之拉力,使該第一基層與該第二基層之二固定部先分離,並讓該中脫部隨該第一基層直接與該承載帶脫離。
Description
本發明是有關蓋帶結構,尤指一種能適用於熱封及自黏型態的蓋帶,且可以單一款式通用於不同材質的承載帶,並仍具有可控、穩定剝離強度之蓋帶改良結構。
塑料承載帶(Carrier Tape)主要是為SMT(Surface Mounted Technology)貼片生產提供輔助,是一種重要的包裝材料。一般的承載帶是由塑料承載帶捲片材(料帶)經成型、沖孔等加工,分別形成符合預設形狀以供收容電子零件之凹陷部位,以及定位用之邊孔,再與一蓋帶(Cover Tape)封合,以達到包裝電子零件之目的。但隨著各種電子產品之設計訴求越發輕薄短小,消費性電子產品明顯有小巧精緻化的趨勢,因此對SMT在產能、精度、品質、服務方面的需求也更為強烈。
傳統結合於承載帶上的蓋帶主要有熱封型蓋帶和自黏型蓋帶二種,熱封型蓋帶係經由熱活化黏結劑(或稱為熱熔膠)受熱後產生黏性,將單一膜層的蓋帶黏在承載帶上,而自黏型蓋帶則依靠壓敏黏結劑(或稱為自黏膠、PSA感壓膠),經壓合將單一膜層的蓋帶黏在承載帶上;上述二種蓋帶在應用上仍存在一些缺點:
1、首先,熱封蓋帶的應用係根據欲封合承載帶之材質,而搭配有特定的熱熔膠及相應的加工條件,不僅工藝較為複雜,且對於設備
要求較高,使用時需要加熱裝置才有封合效果,熱封合後易受外界環境影響而導致封合邊緣開裂,生產過程中需調整溫度與氣壓,使用較不方便。
2、自黏蓋帶則對於壓敏黏結劑要求較高,不但需要相當程度的封合強度始能滿足需求,且必須根據承載帶之材質調製適用的壓敏黏結劑,來控制剝離蓋帶的穩定性,以避免封合強度不足或剝離後在承載帶表面殘留黏結劑;同時,易受環境因素影響品質,易造成封合不良,致使拉力無法降低且不穩定,且產品直接接觸的膠邊在剝離時易產生殘膠現象,易對機器產生不良影響。
由於上述習見熱封型蓋帶與自黏型蓋帶皆係依靠膠的成分來穩定剝離力,但在實際應用時,所應用的承載帶材質(承載帶表面材質)、環境(溫度、溼度等)等因素都會影響封合膠剝離時作用力的穩定性,致使產品普遍存在不同承載帶上剝離強度不一致,剝離力不均勻等問題,容易在該蓋帶與承載帶剝離的過程中,影響剝離作用力的穩定,進而發生零件偏移、跳動、黏附等問題;為改善此種缺失,乃有中脫型蓋帶的設計,以期藉由改變蓋帶剝離的狀態,將剝離時的拉拔作用力控制在穩定範圍。
目前已知的中脫蓋帶結構,有如第1圖所示之結構,其蓋帶6係於一長形片狀的基材61的一表側設有一壓敏黏膠層62,以供與一外部的承載帶(未繪出)相黏合,且於該壓敏黏膠層62遠離該基材61的一表側可依需要設置一覆膜層64,另於該基材61的二旁側可利用雷射或其他加工方式分別設置一排微型切口組,各微型切口組係由複數未貫穿該基材61的弧形微型切口63間隔排列而成;使用時,利用各微型切口63破壞該基材61二旁側之結構強度,使該蓋帶6於受力時,會分別
沿二微型切口組延伸路徑形成穩定的破裂開口。
另有如第2圖所示之結構,其係於一長形片狀的蓋帶7的上、下表面分別設有一上鍍層71及一底鍍層72,且於接近該底鍍層72二旁側的部位分別設有一黏膠條73,以供黏合於一外部的承載帶(未繪出)二旁側,另於該蓋帶7二旁側的上、下表面分別加工形成(連續或非連續)的半撕裂開口74、75,利用該等未貫穿蓋帶7的半撕裂開口74、75可破壞該蓋帶7二旁側之結構形成易於斷裂的部位,使該蓋帶7於操作時會由上述易於斷裂的部位與該承載帶分離,而不再是剝離該蓋帶7與該承載帶之間的黏膠條,可藉以避免前述承載帶材質、環境等因素影響封合穩定性等缺失。然而,無論是該微型切口63或是半撕裂開口74、75的設計,其於實際應用上,不但皆具有加工繁瑣不便、品質不穩定,且加工成本高昂,價格難以降低,影響產品整體競爭力。
此外,蓋帶的設計上,係與應用之承載帶材質息息相關,常見的承載帶材質有許多種種類,諸如PS(Polystyrene,聚苯乙烯)、PC(Polycarbonate,聚碳酸酯)、PET(Polyethylene Tterephthalate,聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯)、PP(Polypropylene,聚丙烯)等等,各種材質的物理性質各有不同,而基於使用上的需求,例如蓋帶的封合強度、剝離強度、穩定性等,往往需特製的蓋帶及封膠才能滿足需求,因此,欲以一種蓋帶組成來滿足所有材質承載帶的封合條件,幾乎是不可能。
有鑑於習見之蓋帶在應用與剝離時有上述之不足,發明人乃針對該些缺點研究改進之道,終於有本發明產生。
本發明針對上述問題一次解決,改革傳統熱封型或自黏型蓋帶與承載帶剝離時的拉拔方式,由雙層固定部可分離的結構設計,讓第二層之固定部採用重黏的膠性完全封合於承載帶兩側,不必受限於承載帶的材質,再由第一層以可控剝離強度(peel strength)之輕黏的膠性黏結於固定部,讓蓋帶與承載帶作剝離時,第一層能以穩定的拉拔力(即剝離強度)與固定部分離,永遠穩定在20~90g,甚至於是20~70g,不再受限於承載帶的材質、環境等因素,達到萬用型(能以單一款式適用於所有材質或成型不良的承載帶)的功效。
本發明之其一目的在於提供一種蓋帶之改良結構,其係於二片狀疊置的第一、二基層之間設有一具有較小黏合力之第一膠層,該第二基層另一側經由具較大黏合力之第二膠層粘合於承載帶二旁側,於該第二基層二旁側與該承載帶結合部位各設有一縱向延伸之貫穿切槽,該二切槽沿該邊緣延伸並可將該第二基層分割成一位於中間部位的中脫部,以及位於二旁部位的固定部,當該第一、二基層受力時,可由二固定部接近該第一膠層的一表側剝離,使該中脫部可隨該第一基層直接與該承載帶分離,因此有效改善各種黏膠在對應不同承載帶材質造成剝離作用力的穩定性差異,且可避免因剝離力不均勻產生零件偏移、跳動等缺失。
本發明之另一目的在於提供一種蓋帶之改良結構,其第二膠層可依需要採用熱熔膠或PSA膠等材質,以因應不同場合之需求,因此具有廣泛的應用範圍。
本發明之又一目的在於提供一種蓋帶之改良結構,其整體的加工較為簡單、成本低廉,且該第一基層可輕易地重工再利用,因此具有
較低的成本及較佳的經濟效益。
為達成上述目的及功效,本發明所採行的技術手段包括:一長條片狀之第一基層;一與該第一基層具有相似形狀之片狀第二基層;一第一膠層,係設置於該第一基層接近該第二基層之一側表面,以供黏合該第一、二基層並產生一相應之第一剝離強度,使該第一基層能受拉力作用而與該第二基層相剝離;一第二膠層,係設置於該第二基層遠離該第一基層之一側表面,以供粘合該第二基層與一預設承載帶並產生一相應之第二剝離強度,且該第二剝離強度大於該第一剝離強度;其中,該第二基層二旁側設有縱向延伸之二切槽,使該第二基層能被分割成位於中間部位的中脫部,以及位於二旁部位用以黏合該承載帶的固定部,使該蓋帶欲剝離該承載帶時,能以該第一膠層剝離強度之拉力,讓該第一基層先與該第二基層之二固定部剝離,且該第二基層之二固定部能保持黏合於該承載帶上,而該中脫部則能隨該第一基層直接與該承載帶分離。
依上述結構,其中該第一基層遠離該第二基層之一側表面披覆有一機能塗佈層。
依上述結構,其中該機能塗佈層係為一抗靜電層。
依上述結構,其中該第一、二基層材質可選用為PET(Polyethylene Tterephthalate,聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯)或OPP(O-phenylphenol,邻苯基苯酚)。
依上述結構,其中該第一膠層係為低剝離強度之輕黏性PSA膠(感壓膠,Pressure Sensitive Adhesive)。
依上述結構,其中該第一膠層作用於二固定部與該承載帶第
一基層之間的剝離強度可控制於20~70g、20~80或20~90之間。
依上述結構,其中該第二膠層係可選用為高剝離強度之重黏性熱熔膠或重黏性PSA膠(感壓膠,Pressure Sensitive Adhesive)。

請參第3至5圖所示,本發明第一實施例係以一熱封型蓋帶為例,蓋帶A主要結構包括:第一基層1、第二基層2、第一膠層3及第二膠層4等部份,其中該第一基層1係可為一長條片狀結構體,其材質主
要可選用於PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate,聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯)或OPP(O-phenylphenol,邻苯基苯酚),另亦可選用於PS(Polystyrene)、ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)、PC(Polycarbonate)等材質,經加熱射出壓成片材,使其可保持良好的韌性、強度、抗衝擊等物理特性。
該第二基層2係與該第一基層1具有相似或相同大小形狀之片狀結構體,其係疊置於該第一基層1的下表側,且其材質可相同於該第一基層1。
該第一膠層3係設置於該第一、二基層1、2之間,利用其黏合力,可於該第一、二基層1、2之間產生一相應的第一剝離強度。
在本實施例中,該第一膠層3可為輕黏性PSA膠(感壓膠,Pressure Sensitive Adhesive)。
該第二膠層4係設置於該第二基層2遠離該第一基層1之下側表面,其為一具有重黏性的熱封膠(黏性強於該第一膠層3),用以供熱封加工而粘合於一預設承載帶B之二旁側,並產生一大於該第一剝離強度之第二剝離強度。
在本實施例中,該第二膠層4係為重黏性的熱熔膠,或其它可經由加熱黏合後可產生較大封合力之膠材。
在一個可行的實施例中,該第二基層2二旁側分別設有一貫穿切割的切槽23,該二切槽23係分別沿該第二基層2的邊緣縱向延伸,使該第二基層2可被分割成一位於中間部位對應於該容置空間B1的中脫部21,以及位於二旁部位對應於各側邊部B2的固定部22。
該承載帶B於中間部位等距間隔設有複數容置空間B1,以
供收容預設的電子零件(未繪出),而於承載帶B二旁側則分別設有一平直的側邊部B2。於實際應用時,係對二固定部22作熱封加工,讓二固定部22的第二膠層4受熱並加壓黏合於承載帶B二旁側的側邊部B2。
在上述結構中,由於該蓋帶A整體係經由該第二基層2二旁側之固定部22以第二膠層4熱封合於該承載帶B之各側邊部B2上,各固定部22另一表側係經由該第一膠層3黏合於該第一基層1,且該第二膠層4相較於該第一膠層3具有較大的黏合力(剝離強度);因此,當該蓋帶A承受一遠離該承載帶B方向的外力時(拉拔作用力,如第5圖所示),因該第一膠層3的剝離強度小於該第二膠層4的剝離強度,因此第二基層2之該二固定部22會先由第一膠層3的一側與該第一基層1分離,而該二固定部22與該第一基層1分離後,另一側仍受該第二膠層4黏合於該承載帶B的二側邊部B2上,該中脫部21則可隨該第一基層1直接與該承載帶B分離,以完成剝離蓋帶A的動作,開啟承載帶B的該容置空間B1。
本發明之上述結構,其係以雙層結構之該第一基層1與該第二基層2的二固定部22作剝離,藉由能選用固定之該第一基層1與該第二基層2的材質與該第一膠層3的黏膠特性,能有效控制二者間的剝離強度,即反映為該蓋帶A與該承載帶B間的剝離強度(該第一膠層3作用於二固定部22與該第一基層1之間的剝離強度能控制於20~70g、20~80g、20~90g之間,而以功效與成本考量,20~80g為較佳),而該第二基層2的二固定部22係能分離並用以封合於該承載帶B上,因此該第二膠層4可選用重黏性的熱熔膠作完全封合,因而能不受限於承載帶B的材質(該第二
膠層4作用於該第二基層2之二固定部22與該承載帶B之間的剝離強度至少可控制於100g以上或120g以上),藉由可分離之該二固定部22及其兩側第一、二膠層3、4剝離強度的差異,整體的設計上極易確保剝離過程的穩定性,通用於不同材質的承載帶,且可有效避免因剝離力不均勻產生零件偏移、跳動等情形。
在實際應用時,該第一基層1於遠離該第二基層2的一表側可依需要設置一機能塗佈層10(可為一導電層或抗靜電層),該機能塗佈層10主要由樹脂材(可為壓克力樹脂、聚氧樹脂、聚氨酯樹脂、不飽和聚酯樹脂、飽和聚酯樹脂、環氧樹脂....等)添加導電劑(可為奈米碳管或導電高分子等)所構成,經浸塗、滾塗或噴塗的方式塗佈至該第一基層1表面上,利用該樹脂材與該第一基層1形成良好的相容密著性,配合該導電劑可達到導電或抗靜電之功能,以避免外部靜電損壞該容置空間B1內部的電子零件。此外,於實務上,該第二膠層4遠離該第二基層2之一側表面亦可披覆有機能性塗料,形成如上述之導電層或抗靜電層,以強化保護該容置空間B1內部的電子零件的效果。
再請參第6至8圖所示,本發明第二實施例係以一自黏型蓋帶為例,蓋帶C主要結構包括:一第二膠層40,以及與前述第一實施例相同的第一基層1、第二基層2及第一膠層3等部份,其中該第一基層1、第二基層2及第一膠層3係以與前述第一實施例相同的方組相互組接結合;其差異在於:該第二膠層40係為一黏合力大於該第一膠層3(輕黏性PSA膠)的黏膠,黏膠係選用為重黏性的PSA膠(感壓膠,Pressure Sensitive Adhesive),係設置於該第二基層2遠離該第一基層1之下側表面,至少設
於該二固定部22與承載帶B二旁側之間,用以使該第二基層2二旁側之固定部22可經由加壓以該第二膠層40黏合(封合)於該承載帶B之各側邊部B2上,而各固定部22另一表側係經由該第一膠層3結合於該第一基層1,且該第二膠層40相較於該第一膠層3具有較大的黏合力(剝離強度)。
當該蓋帶C承受一遠離該承載帶B方向的外力時(拉拔作用力,如第8圖所示),因該第一膠層3的剝離強度小於該第二膠層40的剝離強度,因此第二基層2之該二固定部22會先由第一膠層3一側與該第一基層1分離,而該二固定部22分離後仍受該第二膠層40黏合於該承載帶B的二側邊部B2上,該中脫部21則可隨該第一基層1直接與該承載帶B分離,以完成剝離蓋帶A的動作,開啟承載帶B的該容置空間B1。
同於前述之第一實施例,第二實施例之自黏型蓋帶亦係以雙層結構之該第一基層1與該第二基層2的二固定部22作剝離,藉由能選用固定之該第一基層1與該第二基層2的材質與該第一膠層3的黏膠特性,有效控制二者間的剝離強度,即反映為該蓋帶A與該承載帶B間的剝離強度(該第一膠層3作用於二固定部22與該第一基層1之間的剝離強度能控制於20~70g、20~80g、20~90g之間,而以功效與成本考量,20~80g為較佳),而該第二基層2的二固定部22係能分離並用以封合於該承載帶B上,因此該第二膠層40可選用重黏性的PSA膠作完全封合,因而能不受限於承載帶B的材質(該第二膠層40作用於該第二基層2之二固定部22與該承載帶B之間的剝離強度至少可控制於100g以上或120g以上),藉由可分離之該二固定部22及其兩側第一、二膠層3、40剝離強度的差異,
整體的設計上極易確保剝離過程的穩定性,通用於不同材質的承載帶,且可有效避免因剝離力不均勻產生零件偏移、跳動等情形。
在實際應用時,該第一基層1於遠離該第二基層2的一表側可依需要設置一機能塗佈層10(可為一導電層或抗靜電層),以避免外部靜電損壞該容置空間B1內部的電子零件;而於該第二膠層40遠離該第二基層2之一側表面另設有一機能塗佈層5,該機能塗佈層5的材質與結構係相同於該機能塗佈層10,其約略係設於對應該中脫部21的部位,在提供抗靜電效果的同時,亦能避免該第二基帶2表面的第二膠層40沾黏該容置空間B1內部的電子零件。
綜合以上所述,本發明蓋帶之改良結構確具有應用範圍廣泛、保持穩定黏合作用力,以有效防止蓋帶剝離過程中產生零件偏移、跳動、黏附等問題之功效,實為一具新穎性及進步性之發明,爰依法提出申請發明專利;惟上述說明之內容,僅為本發明之較佳實施例說明,舉凡依本發明之技術手段與範疇所延伸之變化、修飾、改變或等效置換者,亦皆應落入本發明之專利申請範圍內。
Claims (10)
- 一種蓋帶之改良結構,係用以封合一預設承載帶,包括:一長條片狀之第一基層;一與該第一基層具有相似形狀之片狀第二基層;一第一膠層,係設置於該第一基層接近該第二基層之一側表面,以供黏合該第一、二基層並形成一相應之第一剝離強度,使該第一基層能受拉力作用而與該第二基層相剝離;一第二膠層,係設置於該第二基層遠離該第一層之一側表面,以供黏合該第二基層與該承載帶並形成一相應之第二剝離強度,且該第二剝離強度大於該第一剝離強度;其中,該第二基層二旁側設有二縱向延伸之切槽,使該第二基層能被分割成位於中間部位的中脫部,以及位於二旁部位用以黏合該承載帶的固定部,使該蓋帶在剝離於該承載帶時,能以該第一剝離強度之拉力,讓該第一基層與該第二基層之二固定部先分離,而該第二基層之二固定部能保持黏合於該承載帶上,且該中脫部則能隨該第一基層直接與該承載帶脫離。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之蓋帶之改良結構,其中該第一基層遠離該第二基層之一側表面披覆有一機能塗佈層。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之蓋帶之改良結構,其中該機能塗佈層係為一抗靜電層。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之蓋帶之改良結構,其中該第一、二基層係為PET材質或OPP材質。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之蓋帶之改良結構,其中該第一膠層係為低剝離強度之輕黏性PSA膠。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之蓋帶之改良結構,其中該第一膠層作用於該二固定部與該第一基層之間的剝離強度係介於20~80g之間。
