Description
本發明是關於一種黏結帶。
在電氣產業或電子產業中,黏合或固定部件是一個重要的問題,特別是將兩個以上的剛性原材料或部件相互接合會存在很多困難。
作為剛性原材料或部件的黏合方案例如有,在顯示器之觸控面板的玻璃等剛性材料上附著聚碳酸酯邊緣的情況。
如此,在黏合剛性原材料或部件之間時,可以在黏結帶的雙面層疊各原材料或部件,來借助黏結帶進行接合。
本發明的一實施例提供一種在電視機(TV)邊緣黏合時使用來提高耐久性的黏結帶。
本發明的一實施例提供黏結帶,其依次包括一第一黏結層、一具有約0.1g/cm3至約0.5g/cm3密度之聚氨基甲酸乙酯(polyurethane,PU)發泡層,以及一第二黏結層。
在本發明的一實施例中,該聚氨基甲酸乙酯發泡層的壓縮強.度可以為約100gf/in2至約2000gf/in2。
在本發明的一實施例中,該聚氨基甲酸乙酯發泡層的拉伸強度可以為約2kgf/in2至約20kgf/in2。
在本發明的一實施例中,該黏結帶在約80℃溫度下的剪切強度可以為約0.3kg/cm2至約1.0kg/cm2。
在本發明的一實施例中,該聚氨基甲酸乙酯發泡層的厚度可以為約0.2mm至約5.0mm。
在本發明的一實施例中,該黏結層可以包含選自於由丙烯酸類黏結劑、橡膠類黏結劑、矽酮類黏結劑及它們的組合所組成之群組中的至少一種。
在本發明的一實施例中,該黏結帶可以使用為電視機(TV)邊緣附著用途。
在本發明的一實施例中,該黏結帶的寬度可以為約1mm至約7mm。
本發明的黏結帶在電視機(TV)邊緣黏合時使用,可以防止彎曲現象及脫離,從而抑制漏光現象,並提高耐久性。
以下,詳細說明本發明的實施例。這些範例只不過是作為例示而提出的,本發明不局限於此,本發明只根據申請專利範圍而定義。
本發明的一實施例所提供之黏結帶,依次包括:一第一黏結層、一具有約0.1g/cm3至約0.5g/cm3密度之聚氨基甲酸乙酯發泡層及一第二黏結層。
該黏結帶包括具有上述範圍密度之軟性聚氨基甲酸乙酯發泡層,其賦予應力緩衝特性。
具體地,該聚氨基甲酸乙酯發泡層的壓縮強度可以為約100gf/in2至約2000gf/in2,並且,該聚氨基甲酸乙酯發泡層的拉伸強度可以為約2kgf/in2至約20kgf/in2。
該聚氨基甲酸乙酯發泡層可以包括平均直徑為50微米至200微米的氣孔。
該黏結帶適用為用於附著電子部件的媒介,如上所述,具有應力緩衝特性,因此有益於嵌槽(bezel)寬度窄的電視機(TV)邊緣附著用。
黏合物件的兩個物質間在高溫條件下的膨脹率不同的情況
下,發生彎曲現象、脫離等問題,如上所述,該黏結帶由於應力緩衝特性優異,因而能夠抑制這種問題。例如,聚碳酸酯材料的電視機(TV)邊緣黏合到玻璃平板的情況下,向玻璃平板的反方向彎曲,進而發生脫離,結果引起漏光現象。將該黏結帶適用為電視機(TV)邊緣附著用途,能夠抑制彎曲現象、脫離等,存在能夠提高耐久性並抑制漏光現象的優點。
如上所述,該黏結帶的應力緩衝特性優異,因而使用為電視機(TV)邊緣附著用途時,無需用於防止脫離的高水準的高溫剪切強度。具體地,該黏結帶在約80℃溫度下的剪切強度可以是約0.3kg/cm2以上水準,具體為約0.4kg/cm2至約1.0kg/cm2。
該聚氨基甲酸乙酯發泡層可藉由公知的方法製備,例如,在聚氨基甲酸乙酯樹脂包含熱膨脹性微粒子,並進行發泡,來製備出發泡體。
該聚氨基甲酸乙酯發泡層的厚度可以為約0.2mm至約5.0mm。以具有上述範圍的厚度包括聚氨基甲酸乙酯發泡層的情況下,可以賦予預定的應力緩衝特性,例如適合使用為電視機(TV)邊緣附著用途。
該第一黏結層及該第二黏結層例如可以適用丙烯酸類黏結劑、橡膠類黏結劑、矽酮類黏結劑或者它們的組合來製備,或可以任意地使用公知的黏結劑。
具體地,該第一黏結層及該第二黏結層可以具有上述範圍的高溫剪切強度。可藉由調節黏結劑的固化程度來實現高溫剪切強度。
如上所述,該黏結帶的應力緩衝特性優異,因而在嵌槽寬度窄的電視機(TV)邊緣黏合時使用也能夠實現優異的耐久性,並抑制漏光現象。具體地,該黏結帶使用為嵌槽寬度窄的電視機(TV)邊緣用途時,寬度可以是約1mm至約7mm。
以下,記載本發明的實施例及比較例。但是以下實施例僅是本發明的一個實施例,本發明不局限於以下實施例。
實施例
實施例1
在利用該丙烯酸類黏結劑形成了第一黏結層的離型紙上塗敷用於形成聚氨基甲酸乙酯發泡層的組合物,並進行固化,形成厚度為1.5
mm的軟性聚氨基甲酸乙酯發泡層。該軟性聚氨基甲酸乙酯發泡層的密度為0.2g/cm3、壓縮強度(Texture analysis,stable micro systems)為980gf/in2、拉伸強度(Texture analysis,stable micro systems)為9.1kgf/in2。接著,在該聚氨基甲酸乙酯發泡層的上部,將丙烯酸類黏結劑組合物塗敷50μm厚度後烘乾並固定化,來形成第二黏結層,之後層疊經離型處理的聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(polyethylene terephthalate,PET)來製備黏結帶。
實施例2
利用橡膠類黏結劑組合物來代替實施例1中使用的黏合劑丙烯酸類組合物,來形成黏結劑。該橡膠類黏結劑組合物是對苯乙烯-異戊二烯-苯乙烯(styrene-isoprene-styrene,SIS)類線性嵌段共聚物利用甲苯溶劑來製備的固體成分為20重量份%的漿(syrup)。在此,相對於橡膠100重量份,添加80重量份的提高黏結物性之黏合增進劑,並攪拌一個小時後,在常溫脫泡。塗敷在矽酮離型聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(polyethylene terephthalate,PET)後,在80度烘箱裡烘乾一分鐘,並在110度烘箱裡烘乾兩分鐘,來形成第一黏結層。
接著,利用與上述實施例1相同的方法形成聚氨基甲酸乙酯發泡層,並用該橡膠類黏結劑組合物來形成第二黏結層,由此製備出黏結帶。
比較例1
除了製備出聚氨基甲酸乙酯發泡層的密度為0.6g/cm3、壓縮強度為2890gf/in2、拉伸強度為28.28kgf/in2的硬性聚氨基甲酸乙酯發泡層之外,按照與上述實施例1相同的方法製備出黏結劑組合物,來形成第一黏結層及第二黏結層,由此製備出黏結帶。
比較例2
除了形成聚乙烯(polyethylene,PE)發泡層來代替聚氨基甲酸乙酯發泡層之外,按照與實施例1相同的方法製備出黏結帶。
比較例3
除了形成聚丙烯酸發泡層來代替聚氨基甲酸乙酯發泡層之外,按照與上述實施例2相同的方法製備出橡膠類黏結劑組合物,來形成
第一黏結層及第二黏結層,由此製備出黏結帶。
評價
實驗例1:高溫剪切強度
以1cm×1cm的大小準備實施例1至實施例2及比較例1至比較例3的黏結帶,各自的雙面附著在玻璃面及聚碳酸酯面後,放進高溫腔室,並在80℃溫度下保持30分鐘後測定出剪切強度。
實驗例2:漏光及脫離評價
針對寬度為5mm之聚碳酸酯的邊緣,將實施例1至實施例2及比較例1至比較例3的黏結帶裁剪成5mm,在55英寸的電視機(TV)之玻璃平板的上部附著並固定。接著,將附著了上述邊緣的電視機(TV)放進60℃的烘箱並放置240小時後,根據以下基準觀察是否發生漏光及脫離,並將其評價結果記載到下表1中。
如表1所示,實施例1至實施例2之光學用黏結膜的漏光評價及脫離評價皆優異,從而能夠確認耐久性優異。

Claims (4)
- 一種黏結帶,依次包括:一第一黏結層;一具有約0.1g/cm3至約0.5g/cm3密度之聚氨基甲酸乙酯發泡層;以及一第二黏結層;其中該聚氨基甲酸乙酯發泡層包括平均直徑為50微米至200微米的氣孔;其中該聚氨基甲酸乙酯發泡層的拉伸強度為2kgf/in2至20kgf/in2;其中該黏結帶在80℃溫度下的剪切強度為0.3kg/cm2至1.0kg/cm2;其中該黏結帶使用為電視機邊緣附著用途;其中該黏結帶的寬度為1mm到7mm。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之黏結帶,其中該聚氨基甲酸乙酯發泡層的壓縮強度為100gf/in2至2000gf/in2。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之黏結帶,其中該聚氨基甲酸乙酯發泡層的厚度為0.2mm至5.0mm。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之黏結帶,其中該黏結層至少包含選自於由丙烯酸類黏結劑、橡膠類黏結劑、矽酮類黏結劑及它們的組合所組成之群組中的至少一種。
