Description

積層體之製造方法
本發明係關於積層體之製造方法。
作為輸送帶,具備有帶芯、積層在帶芯表面及背面之表面包覆橡膠及背面包覆橡膠、以及在這些包覆橡膠之間分別配置於帶芯寬度方向兩側部之邊緣橡膠的輸送帶是已知的。
以往,作為此種輸送帶之製造方法,包括(1)將橡膠材料混合之步驟,(2)將帶芯壓延並成型之步驟,(3)將包覆橡膠壓延並成型之步驟,(4)將邊緣橡膠成型之步驟,(5)將從這些分離獨立之各步驟(2)、(3)、(4)供應之各材料集合而成型為輸送帶之步驟,(6)將成型後之輸送帶硫化之步驟,以及(7)對硫化後之輸送帶進行表面加工之步驟。
並且,作為最終獲得產品之輸送帶,其厚度為帶芯和包覆橡膠厚度之和。
前述帶芯、包覆橡膠、以及邊緣橡膠由於透過不同步驟製成,所以會各自產生厚度偏差,故在減少最 終成型之輸送帶之厚度偏差上有其界限。
若輸送帶厚度過大,則硫化步驟中易在輸送帶表面發生故障,並且會造成材料浪費,存在製造成本增加之不利因素。
此外,在專利文獻1揭示,在從芯體用捲出台捲出之帶芯一側面上,從第1擠出壓延裝置擠出並壓延包覆橡膠,在帶芯另一側面上從第2擠出壓延裝置擠出並壓延包覆橡膠,對應連續硫化機之硫化時間,一邊連續供應所成型之橡膠薄片一邊連續硫化,將該硫化後之輸送帶主體藉由捲繞裝置進行連續捲繞。

上述在帶芯表面及背面連續將包覆橡膠進行壓延之製造方法中,關於如何減少最終獲得的輸送帶之厚度偏差,並未揭示。
因此,本發明是有鑒於上述情形而開發完成的,其目的在於提供一種積層體之製造方法,有利於減少由第1片狀構件與第2片狀構件所積層之積層體的厚度偏差。
為達成上述目的,本發明之積層體之製造方法,係具有:第1步驟,其將從第1橡膠擠出機擠出之橡膠材料藉由第1的一對壓延輥進行壓延而形成第1片狀構件;以及第2步驟,其將前述第1片狀構件與從捲體供應之第2片狀構件互相重疊並藉由第2的一對壓延輥進行壓延,從而連續製造由前述第1片狀構件與前述第2片狀構件所積層之積層體,其特徵在於,根據由前述第1的一對壓延輥進行壓延後之前述第1片狀構件厚度d1之檢測結果、前述從捲體供應之前述第2片狀構件厚度d2之檢測結果、以及前述積層體厚度d3之檢測結果,控制前述第1的一對壓延輥間之間隙。
依據本發明,能夠對應於第2片狀構件之厚度偏差調整第1片狀構件之厚度,以使積層體之厚度與目標值一致,因此有利於減少由第1片狀構件與第2片狀構件所積層之積層體的厚度偏差。

圖4係實施方式之積層體之製造方法中,將帶芯12半成品與第2覆層橡膠1204B積層而製造帶芯單體12A之步驟說明圖。
圖5係實施方式之積層體之製造方法中,將帶芯12與第2包覆橡膠14B積層而製造第1中間積層體A3之步驟說明圖。
圖6係實施方式之積層體之製造方法中,在第1中間積層體A3上積層邊緣橡膠16並積層第1包覆橡膠14A,而製造輸送帶10之步驟說明圖。
以下參照圖示,對本發明實施方式之積層體之製造方法進行說明。
在本實施方式中,將分別說明積層體為帶芯之情形,積層體為下述中間積層體等半成品之情形,以及積層體為最終成品、即輸送帶之情形。
首先,對輸送帶之構造進行說明。
圖1係將輸送帶10沿與其寬度方向平行之面 剖斷後之剖面圖,(A)表示兩側端部B在切斷前之狀態,(B)表示兩側端部B在切斷後之狀態。
輸送帶10構造上包含帶芯12、第1包覆橡膠14A、第2包覆橡膠14B、以及邊緣橡膠16。
帶芯12由多個帶芯單體12A積層而成,帶芯單體12A構造上包含:纖維補強層1202、在纖維補強層1202一面上積層之第1覆層橡膠1204A、以及在纖維補強層1202另一面上積層之第2覆層橡膠1204B。
第1包覆橡膠14A積層於帶芯12一面上。
第2包覆橡膠14B積層於帶芯12另一面上。
在本實施方式所說明的情況,載置物品之輸送帶10表面包覆橡膠由第1包覆橡膠14A構成、輸送帶10背面包覆橡膠由第2包覆橡膠14B構成。
然而,本發明當然亦適用於與上述相反的情況,亦即表面包覆橡膠由第2包覆橡膠14B構成、背面包覆橡膠由第1包覆橡膠14A構成。
邊緣橡膠16在第1包覆橡膠14A與第2包覆橡膠14B之間,分別配置於帶芯12之寬度方向兩側部。
此外,符號1402表示由下述帶芯12與第2包覆橡膠14B所積層之第2片狀構件S2上之邊緣橡膠載置面。亦即,第2片狀構件S2中,帶芯12之寬度小於第2包覆橡膠14B之寬度,並具有邊緣橡膠載置面1402,其在第2包覆橡膠14B之帶芯12積層面之寬度方向兩側,以對應邊緣橡膠16寬度之尺寸形成為帶狀。
接下來,對輸送帶10之製造步驟進行說明。
輸送帶10經由以下步驟製成。
1)製造帶芯單體12A:在纖維補強層1202上積層第1、第2覆層橡膠1204A、1204B。
2)製造帶芯12:積層多個帶芯單體12A。
3)製造第1中間積層體:在帶芯12上積層第2包覆橡膠14B。
4)製造輸送帶10:在第1中間積層體上積層邊緣橡膠16,並積層第1包覆橡膠14A。
本發明之積層體之製造方法適用於上述步驟1)、2)、4)。
接下來,對用於本發明積層體之製造方法之製造裝置30構造進行說明。
如圖2、圖6所示,製造裝置30構造上包含第1橡膠擠出機32、第2橡膠擠出機34、第1的一對壓延輥36、36、第2的一對壓延輥38、38,第3的一對壓延輥40、40、定位手段42、切斷手段44、未圖示之搬運手段、第1~第3厚度檢測傳感器46、48、50、帶芯位置檢測傳感器52、邊緣橡膠位置檢測傳感器54、以及控制手段56。
第1橡膠擠出機32將透過內置螺桿軸之缸筒3202所供應之橡膠材料從擠出頭之擠出嘴擠出而成為壓延前之片狀構件。
為使壓延前之片狀構件之剖面形狀形成平 坦,第1橡膠擠出機32將擠出頭之擠出嘴及能夠改變擠出頭內部流動性之板片設置成可對應橡膠特性進行裝卸之構造。
第2橡膠擠出機34將透過內置螺桿軸之缸筒3402所供應之橡膠材料從擠出頭之擠出嘴擠出而成為邊緣橡膠16。圖6中雖例示從1台第2橡膠擠出機34吐出2根邊緣橡膠16之情形,然而亦可設置2台第2橡膠擠出機34,從該2台第2橡膠擠出機34分別吐出1根邊緣橡膠16。
第1的一對壓延輥36、36被支撐成,上下隔著間隔且能以軸線朝水平方向的方式旋轉,被驅動成互相往反方向旋轉,用來壓延前述壓延前之片狀構件而形成第1片狀構件S1。
第1的一對壓延輥36、36設置成,其間隙可藉由壓延輥間隙調整用致動器58進行調整,藉由調整間隙來調整第1片狀構件S1之厚度。
第1的一對壓延輥36、36設置成,壓延輥36、36之軸交角可藉由未圖示之交角調整用致動器進行調整,藉由調整交角來調整第1片狀構件S1之平坦性。
壓延輥間隙調整用致動器58以及交角調整用致動器例如可使用:利用進給螺桿和馬達之機構、以及利用油壓缸之機構等以往眾所周知之各種機構。
圖中,符號37係將第1片狀構件S1導引至第2的一對壓延輥38之導輥。
第2的一對壓延輥38、38被支撐成,上下隔著間隔且能以軸線朝水平方向的方式旋轉,被驅動成互相往反方向旋轉,藉由將第1片狀構件S1與從捲體供應之第2片狀構件S2互相重疊壓延,而連續製造由第1片狀構件S1與第2片狀構件S2所積層之積層體。
圖中,符號39係將從第2的一對壓延輥38、38送出之積層體往下游導引之導輥。
第2的一對壓延輥38、38設置成,其間隙可藉由未圖示之壓延輥間隙調整用致動器進行調整,藉由調整間隙來限制積層體片狀構件(由第1片狀構件S1與第2片狀構件S2所積層之積層體)之厚度。
第3的一對壓延輥40、40被支撐成,上下隔著間隔且能以軸線朝水平方向的方式旋轉,被驅動成互相往反方向旋轉。
製造積層邊緣橡膠16之積層體(輸送帶10)時,第3的一對壓延輥40、40的功能是作為將從捲體供應之第2片狀構件S2導引至第2的一對壓延輥38、38之導輥,並將從第2橡膠擠出機34擠出之邊緣橡膠16壓延積層於第2片狀構件S2上。
此外,當製造不積層邊緣橡膠16之積層體時,第3的一對壓延輥40、40的功能僅是作為將從捲體供應之第2片狀構件S2導引至第2的一對壓延輥38、38之導輥。
此外,本實施方式中,第2的一對壓延輥 38、38之一個壓延輥38和第3的一對壓延輥40、40之一個壓延輥40為共用的。
定位手段42對於圖1中說明之第2片狀構件S2之邊緣橡膠載置面1402,進行從第2橡膠擠出機34擠出之邊緣橡膠16在第2包覆橡膠14B之寬度方向上的定位。
定位手段42構造上包含:設置在製造裝置30框架上且沿第2片狀構件S2寬度方向延伸之軌道4202、設置成可沿軌道4202滑動之移動體4204、一體安裝於移動體4204上而用來引導邊緣橡膠16之導輥4206、以及使移動體4204滑動之邊緣橡膠位置調整用致動器60。
邊緣橡膠位置調整用致動器60例如可使用:利用進給螺桿和馬達之機構、以及利用油壓缸之機構等以往眾所周知之各種機構。
切斷手段44如圖1(A)所示,利用切刀切斷從第2的一對壓延輥38、38送出之積層體之寬度方向兩側端部B。圖1(A)中,假想線表示切斷部。
未圖示之搬運手段將切斷後之兩側端部B連續送往第1橡膠擠出機32之上游側。因此,切斷後之兩側端部B用於作為第1橡膠擠出機32之橡膠材料。
第1厚度檢測傳感器46檢測藉由第1的一對壓延輥36、36壓延後之第1片狀構件S1之厚度d1。
第2厚度檢測傳感器48檢測從捲體供應之第2片狀構件S2之厚度d2。
第3厚度檢測傳感器50檢測從第2壓延輥送出之積層體之厚度d3。
作為第1~第3厚度檢測傳感器46、48、50,可使用接觸式或非接觸式等以往眾所周知之各種傳感器。
帶芯位置檢測傳感器52檢測即將被第3的一對壓延輥40、40壓延前之帶芯12之寬度方向兩側端面位置。
邊緣橡膠位置檢測傳感器54檢測即將被第3的一對壓延輥40、40壓延前之邊緣橡膠16之寬度方向位置。
作為帶芯位置檢測傳感器52,可使用二維移位傳感器,其與帶芯12之寬度方向端面正交地照射線狀檢測光並檢測其反射光,藉此檢測下表面橡膠片(第2包覆橡膠14B)與芯體(帶芯12)之段差位置,而作為帶芯12之寬度方向兩側端面位置。
邊緣橡膠位置檢測傳感器54亦與上述相同,可使用二維移位傳感器,其與邊緣橡膠16之寬度方向端面正交地照射線狀檢測光並檢測其反射光,藉此檢測邊緣橡膠16之端部位置來作為邊緣橡膠16之寬度方向位置。
如圖2所示,控制手段56由微電腦構成,其包含CPU、儲存記憶控制程式等之ROM、作為控制程式的工作區域之RAM、可覆寫地保存各種數據之EEPROM、以及作為與周邊電路等的介面之介面部等。
控制手段56執行前述控制程式,根據由第1厚度檢測傳感器46檢測之第1片狀構件S1厚度d1之檢測結果、由第2厚度檢測傳感器48檢測之捲體所供應第2片狀構件S2厚度d2之檢測結果、以及由第3厚度檢測傳感器50檢測之從第2的一對壓延輥38、38送出積層體厚度d3之檢測結果,驅動壓延輥間隙調整用致動器58,藉由控制第1的一對壓延輥36、36間之間隙。
如此,控制成使從第2的一對壓延輥38、38送出之積層體厚度d3成為目標值。
此外,控制手段56根據由帶芯位置檢測傳感器52檢測之即將被第3的一對壓延輥40、40壓延前之帶芯12寬度方向兩側端面位置P1之檢測結果、以及由邊緣橡膠位置檢測傳感器54檢測之即將被第3的一對壓延輥40、40壓延前之邊緣橡膠16寬度方向位置P2之檢測結果,控制定位手段42所進行之邊緣橡膠16之定位。
如此,如圖1(A)所示,邊緣橡膠16積層在第2包覆橡膠14B上時,帶芯12之寬度方向兩側端面1210與邊緣橡膠16之間不會形成間隙,且不會互相重疊。
接下來,按照上述1)製造帶芯單體12A、2)製造帶芯12、3)製造第1中間積層體、以及4)製造輸送帶10之順序,對輸送帶10之製造步驟進行說明。
另外,以下所示圖3~圖5中,為簡化圖示,將未使用之定位手段42、切斷手段44、帶芯位置檢測傳感器52、邊緣橡膠位置檢測傳感器54、以及邊緣橡膠位 置調整用致動器60等的圖示予以省略。
1)製造帶芯單體12A
準備好纖維補強層1202之捲體。
如圖3所示,將從第1橡膠擠出機32擠出之橡膠材料藉由第1的一對壓延輥36、36進行壓延,形成作為第1片狀構件S1之第1覆層橡膠1204A(第1步驟)。
將第1片狀構件S1與從捲體供應之作為第2片狀構件S2之纖維補強層1202互相重疊,並利用第2的一對壓延輥38、38進行壓延,藉此連續製造由第1片狀構件S1與第2片狀構件S2所積層之積層體A1(第2步驟)。
此外,第1步驟及第2步驟中,由控制手段56控制第1的一對壓延輥36、36之間隙。
積層體A1利用未圖示之捲繞裝置捲繞成捲體。
即,積層體A1構成輸送帶10帶芯12之厚度方向一部份,其是在纖維補強層1202一面上積層第1覆層橡膠1204A,換言之,其為帶芯12的半成品。
接下來,準備好如上述般製造出之積層體A1之捲體。
如圖4所示,將從第1橡膠擠出機32擠出之橡膠材料藉由第1的一對壓延輥36、36進行壓延,形成 作為第1片狀構件S1之第2覆層橡膠1204B(第1步驟)。
將第1片狀構件S1與從捲體供應之作為第2片狀構件S2之上述積層體A1互相重疊,並利用第2的一對壓延輥38、38進行壓延,藉此連續製造由第1片狀構件S1與第2片狀構件S2所積層之積層體A2(第2步驟)。
此外,第1步驟及第2步驟中,由控制手段56控制第1的一對壓延輥36、36之間隙。
積層體A2利用未圖示之捲繞裝置捲繞成捲體。
即,積層體A2為輸送帶10之帶芯單體12A,構造上包含纖維補強層1202、在纖維補強層1202一面上積層之第1覆層橡膠1204A、以及在芯體另一面上積層之第2覆層橡膠1204B。
重複上述步驟,製造出多個帶芯單體12A之捲體。
2)製造帶芯12
準備好如上述般製得之多個帶芯單體12A之捲體,將其藉由未圖示之一對壓延輥進行壓延而製造帶芯12。帶芯12利用未圖示之捲繞裝置捲繞成捲體。
3)製造第1中間積層體
準備好如上述般製造出之帶芯12之捲體。
如圖5所示,將從第1橡膠擠出機32擠出之橡膠材料藉由第1的一對壓延輥36、36進行壓延,形成作為第1片狀構件S1之第2包覆橡膠14B(第1步驟)。
將第1片狀構件S1與從捲體供應之作為第2片狀構件S2之帶芯12互相重疊,並利用第2的一對壓延輥38、38進行壓延,藉此連續製造由第1片狀構件S1與第2片狀構件S2所積層之積層體A3(第2步驟)。
此外,第1步驟及第2步驟中,由控制手段56控制第1的一對壓延輥36、36間之間隙。
積層體A3利用未圖示之捲繞裝置捲繞成捲體。
即,積層體A3為第1中間積層體A3,構造上包含帶芯12、以及在帶芯12上積層之包覆橡膠(第2包覆橡膠14B),其將構成輸送帶10之厚度方向一部份。
4)製造輸送帶10
準備好如上述般製造出之第1中間積層體A3之捲體。
如圖6所示,將從第1橡膠擠出機32擠出之橡膠材料藉由第1的一對壓延輥36、36進行壓延,形成作為第1片狀構件S1之第1包覆橡膠14A(第1步驟)。
接下來,利用第3的一對壓延輥40、40進行壓延,在從捲體供應之作為第2片狀構件S2之第1中間積層體A3之帶芯12寬度方向兩側部,將從第2橡膠擠出 機34擠出之邊緣橡膠16積層在第2包覆橡膠14B上,藉此形成積層之第2中間積層體A4(第3步驟)。此時,由控制手段56對邊緣橡膠16進行位置調整控制。
然後,將第1片狀構件S1與包含第2片狀構件S2(第1中間積層體A3)之第2中間積層體A4互相重疊,並利用第2的一對壓延輥38、38進行壓延,藉此連續製造由第1片狀構件S1與第2片狀構件S2所積層之積層體A5(第2步驟)。
此外,第2步驟中,利用切斷手段44之切刀切斷從第2的一對壓延輥38、38送出之積層體A5之寬度方向兩側端部B(圖1(A)),同時利用未圖示之搬運手段將切斷後之兩側端部B連續送往第1橡膠擠出機32之上游側,作為橡膠材料使用。
此外,第1步驟~第3步驟中,由控制手段56控制第1的一對壓延輥36、36間之間隙。
積層體A5利用未圖示之捲繞裝置進行捲繞。
即,積層體A5為輸送帶10,由帶芯12、第1包覆橡膠14A、第2包覆橡膠14B、以及邊緣橡膠16構成。
上述實施方式中,對具有邊緣橡膠16之輸送帶10之製造方法進行了說明,然而本發明當然亦適用於無邊緣橡膠16之輸送帶10。
此時,上述4)製造輸送帶10之步驟如下。
準備好如上述般製造出之第1中間積層體A3 之捲體。
將從第1橡膠擠出機32擠出之橡膠材料藉由第1的一對壓延輥36、36進行壓延,形成作為第1片狀構件S1之第1包覆橡膠14A(第1步驟)。
接下來,將第1片狀構件S1與作為第2片狀構件S2之第1中間積層體A3互相重疊,並利用第2的一對壓延輥38、38壓延,藉此連續製造由第1片狀構件S1與第2片狀構件S2所積層之積層體(第2步驟)。
此外,第2步驟中,利用切斷手段44之切刀切斷從第2的一對壓延輥38、38送出之積層體之寬度方向兩側端部B,同時將切斷後之兩側端部B連續送往第1橡膠擠出機32之上游側,作為橡膠材料使用。
此外,第1及第2步驟中,由控制手段56控制第1的一對壓延輥36、36之間隙。
積層體利用未圖示之捲繞裝置進行捲繞。
即,積層體為輸送帶10,由帶芯12、第1包覆橡膠14A、以及第2包覆橡膠14B構成。
如依據以上所說明之本實施方式,當連續製造由第1片狀構件S1與第2片狀構件S2所積層之積層體時,會根據由第1的一對壓延輥36、36進行壓延後之第1片狀構件S1厚度d1之檢測結果、從捲體供應之第2片狀構件S2厚度d2之檢測結果、以及積層體厚度d3之檢測結果,來控制第1的一對壓延輥36、36之間隙。
因此,能夠對應於第2片狀構件S2之厚度偏 差調整第1片狀構件S1之厚度,以使積層體之厚度與目標值一致,從而有利於減少由第1片狀構件S1與第2片狀構件S2所積層之積層體的厚度偏差。
因此,能夠避免當積層體厚度過大時所發生之硫化步驟中積層體表面的故障,並有利於抑制當積層體厚度過大之材料浪費。
此外,在藉由第2的一對壓延輥38、38壓延第1片狀構件S1與第2片狀構件S2時,由於第1片狀構件S1剛從第1橡膠擠出機32擠出,所以第1片狀構件S1可保持溫度較高狀態。
因此,第1片狀構件S1與第2片狀構件S2將趁熱貼合,即使第1片狀構件S1與第2片狀構件S2雙方或一方為黏性(黏著性)低之材料,不需使用溶劑等便能確實地貼合積層片狀構件S1、S2,從而有利於提升積層體之品質。
此外,在藉由第3的一對壓延輥40、40壓延邊緣橡膠16與作為第2片狀構件S2之第1中間積層體A3之第2包覆橡膠14B時,由於邊緣橡膠16剛從第2橡膠擠出機34擠出,所以邊緣橡膠16可保持溫度較高狀態。
因此,邊緣橡膠16與第2片狀構件S2將趁熱貼合,即使邊緣橡膠16與第2片狀構件S2雙方或一方為黏性(黏著性)低之材料,不需使用溶劑等便能確實地貼合積層邊緣橡膠16與第2片狀構件S2,從而有利於提升 積層體之品質。
此外,本發明會根據由帶芯位置檢測傳感器52檢測之即將被第3的一對壓延輥40、40壓延後之帶芯12寬度方向兩側端面位置P1之檢測結果、以及由邊緣橡膠位置檢測傳感器54檢測之即將被第3的一對壓延輥40、40壓延後之邊緣橡膠16寬度方向位置P2之檢測結果,控制定位手段42所進行之邊緣橡膠16之定位。
因此,將邊緣橡膠16積層在第2包覆橡膠14B上時,帶芯12之寬度方向兩側端面1210與邊緣橡膠16之間不會形成間隙,從而有利於提升輸送帶10之品質。
此外,第2步驟中,利用切斷手段44之切刀切斷從第2的一對壓延輥38、38送出之積層體A5之寬度方向兩側端部B,同時利用搬運手段將切斷後之兩側端部B連續送往第1橡膠擠出機32之上游側,作為橡膠材料使用。
因此,用來暫時存放切斷後之兩側端部B的空間變得不需要,且不用每存放一定量之兩側端部B便進行從積層體製造步驟分離之步驟,例如不用往混合橡膠材料之步驟搬運一定量之兩側端部B,從而有利於節省空間和製造步驟的合理化。
此外,如上述般製造輸送帶時,能夠利用同一製造方法和同一製造裝置30製造帶芯12的半成品、帶芯單體12A、第1中間積層體A3、以及輸送帶10。
因此,相較於分別單獨設立帶芯12半成品製造裝置、帶芯單體12A製造裝置、第1中間積層體A3製造裝置、以及輸送帶10製造裝置來構成生產線的情況,能夠大幅減少製造裝置台數,非常有利於節省空間和設備合理化,此外,無需對各製造裝置配備作業人員,有利於節省人力。
另外,本實施方式對製造輸送帶10之情形進行了說明,但本發明亦適用於製造由第1片狀構件S1與第2片狀構件S2所積層之各種積層體。

Claims (2)

  1. 一種積層體之製造方法,其具有:第1步驟,其將從第1橡膠擠出機擠出之橡膠材料藉由第1的一對壓延輥進行壓延而形成第1片狀構件;以及第2步驟,其將前述第1片狀構件與從捲體供應之第2片狀構件互相重疊並藉由第2的一對壓延輥進行壓延,從而連續製造由前述第1片狀構件與前述第2片狀構件所積層之積層體,其特徵在於,根據由前述第1的一對壓延輥進行壓延後之前述第1片狀構件厚度d1之檢測結果、從前述捲體供應之前述第2片狀構件厚度d2之檢測結果、以及前述積層體厚度d3之檢測結果,控制前述第1的一對壓延輥間之間隙;前述積層體為輸送帶,其構造上包含:帶芯、積層於前述帶芯一面之第1包覆橡膠、積層於前述帶芯另一面之第2包覆橡膠、以及在前述第1包覆橡膠與前述第2包覆橡膠之間分別配置於前述帶芯寬度方向兩側部之邊緣橡膠;前述第1片狀構件為前述第1包覆橡膠,前述第2片狀構件為由前述帶芯與前述第2包覆橡膠所積層之第1中間積層體;在前述第2步驟之前進行第3步驟,該第3步驟利用第3的一對壓延輥進行壓延,在前述第2片狀構件之前述帶芯寬度方向兩側部,將從第2橡膠擠出機擠出之前述邊 緣橡膠積層在前述第2包覆橡膠上而形成第2中間積層體,在前述第2步驟,將包含前述第2片狀構件之前述第2中間積層體與前述第1片狀構件進行積層;前述第2片狀構件中,前述帶芯之寬度小於前述第2包覆橡膠之寬度,在前述第2包覆橡膠中之前述帶芯積層面之寬度方向兩側,以對應前述邊緣橡膠寬度之尺寸分別形成有不存在前述帶芯之帶狀邊緣橡膠載置面,設置定位手段,該定位手段是對於前述第2片狀構件之前述邊緣橡膠載置面,進行從前述第2橡膠擠出機擠出之前述邊緣橡膠在前述第2包覆橡膠之寬度方向上的定位,根據即將被前述第3的一對壓延輥壓延前之前述帶芯寬度方向兩側端面位置P1之檢測結果、以及即將被前述第3的一對壓延輥壓延前之前述邊緣橡膠寬度方向位置P2之檢測結果,在前述第3的一對壓延輥壓延之前控制前述定位手段所進行之前述邊緣橡膠之定位。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之積層體之製造方法,其中,前述第2步驟中,將從前述第2的一對壓延輥送出之前述積層體之寬度方向兩側端部切斷,並將前述切斷後之兩側端部連續送往前述第1橡膠擠出機之上游側,以作為前述橡膠材料使用。
