本發明可實施於多種裝置中。非暫時性電腦可讀儲存媒體指代任何非暫時性儲存媒體或參與將指令提供至一中央處理單元(CPU)以供執行之媒體。此等媒體可採取諸多形式,包含(但不限於)非揮發性及揮發性媒體,該等非揮發性及揮發性媒體可包含光碟、動態記憶體、軟磁碟、撓性磁碟、硬碟、磁帶、任何其他磁性媒體、CD-ROM磁碟、數位視訊磁碟(DVD)、任何其他光學媒體、RAM、PROM、EPROM、一FLASHEPROM及任何其他記憶體晶片或卡匣。
各種形式之傳輸媒體可涉及將一或多個指令之一或多個序列攜載至一CPU以供執行。一匯流排將該資料攜載至系統RAM,一CPU自系統RAM擷取及執行指令。在由一CPU執行由系統RAM接收之指令之前或之後,可視情況將該等指令儲存於一固定磁碟上。可同樣實施各種形式之儲存,以及實施儲存之必要網路介面及網路拓撲。

Claims (20)
- 一種用於提供安全網路存取之方法,該方法包括:在一開放式通信網路上接收對安全網路存取之一請求,該請求經由與一品牌相關聯之一第一熱點藉由一請求使用者裝置起始,該請求包含與該請求使用者裝置相關聯之一唯一預共用密鑰;判定未有儲存於該第一熱點之對應預共用密鑰,需要該對應預共用密鑰以解密基於與該請求使用者裝置相關聯之該唯一預共用密鑰加密之通信;將對該對應預共用密鑰之一查詢發送至儲存該預共用密鑰之一資料庫,該等預共用密鑰之每一者均不同且對於相關聯之一使用者裝置係唯一的,該查詢關於包含於該請求中之該唯一預共用密鑰之任何先前使用;接收對包含該對應預共用密鑰之該查詢之一回應,該對應預共用密鑰係回應於對安全網路存取之一先前請求而經由與該品牌相關聯之一第二熱點而被產生;及基於與該請求使用者裝置相關聯之該唯一預共用密鑰及該對應預共用密鑰而提供該第一熱點處之安全網路存取,與該請求使用者裝置相關聯之該唯一預共用密鑰不同於與連接至該安全網路之每一其他使用者裝置相關聯之每一預共用密鑰。
- 如請求項1之方法,其中將該對應預共用密鑰進一步識別為與至少一個參數相關聯,且其中至少部分地藉由該至少一個參數來管控提供至該使用者裝置之該安全網路存取。
- 如請求項2之方法,其進一步包括儲存關於該相關聯之參數之資訊,該相關聯之參數包含以下各項中之一或多者:到期日、工 作階段持續時間、頻寬、使用者身份、使用者獎勵或存取策略。
- 如請求項1之方法,其進一步包括將一第二唯一預共用密鑰提交至該預共用密鑰資料庫以供回應於關於該第二預共用密鑰之一後續查詢而進行擷取。
- 如請求項4之方法,其中將該第二唯一預共用密鑰添加至該預共用密鑰資料庫包括:執行儲存於記憶體中之指令,其中由一處理器對該等指令之執行產生用於一第二使用者裝置之該第二唯一預共用密鑰;及將關於該第二唯一預共用密鑰之資訊傳輸至該預共用密鑰資料庫以供回應於由該第二使用者裝置在位於與該品牌相關聯之另一熱點之範圍內時發送之一後續請求而進行擷取。
- 如請求項5之方法,其進一步包括判定管控欲提供至該第二使用者裝置之該安全網路存取之至少一個參數,其中關於該第二唯一預共用密鑰之該所傳輸資訊包含該至少一個參數。
- 一種用於提供安全網路存取之設備,該設備包括:一介面,其用於接收在一或多個開放式通信網路上經由與一品牌相關聯之複數個熱點由多個使用者裝置起始之多個傳入請求;及一處理器,其用於執行儲存於記憶體中之指令,其中由該處理器對該等指令之執行:經由該等熱點之一第一熱點接收來自該等使用者裝置之一使用者裝置對安全網路存取之一請求,該請求包括與該使用者裝置相關聯之一唯一預共用密鑰;判定未有儲存於該第一熱點之對應預共用密鑰,需要該對應預共用密鑰以解密基於與該使用者裝置相關聯之該唯一預共用 密鑰加密之該使用者裝置及該第一熱點之間之通信;及產生對一預共用密鑰資料庫之一查詢,該查詢關於包含於該請求中之該唯一預共用密鑰,其中該介面自該資料庫接收對該查詢之一回應,該回應包含對安全網路存取之一對應預共用密鑰,該對應預共用密鑰回應於對安全網路存取之一先前請求而經由與該品牌相關聯之一第二熱點產生,其中隨後基於與該使用者裝置相關聯之該唯一預共用密鑰及該對應預共用密鑰而提供該第一熱點處之安全網路存取,與該使用者裝置相關聯之該唯一預共用密鑰不同於與連接至該安全網路之每一其他使用者裝置相關聯之每一預共用密鑰。
- 如請求項7之設備,其中由該處理器對指令之進一步執行識別該對應預共用密鑰與至少一個參數相關聯,且其中至少部分地藉由該至少一個參數來管控提供至該使用者裝置之該安全網路存取。
- 如請求項8之設備,其進一步包括用於儲存關於該相關聯之參數之資訊之記憶體,該相關聯之參數包含以下各項中之一或多者:到期日、工作階段持續時間、頻寬、使用者身份、使用者獎勵或存取策略。
- 如請求項7之設備,其中該介面將包含關於一第二唯一預共用密鑰之資訊之一提交發送至該預共用密鑰資料庫以供回應於由一第二使用者裝置在位於與該品牌相關聯之另一熱點之範圍內時發送之關於該第二唯一預共用密鑰之一後續查詢而進行擷取。
- 如請求項10之設備,其中由該處理器對指令之進一步執行產生用於該第二使用者裝置之該第二唯一預共用密鑰。
- 如請求項11之設備,其中由該處理器對指令之進一步執行判定管控欲提供至該第二使用者裝置之該安全網路存取之至少一個參 數,其中關於該第二唯一預共用密鑰之所傳輸資訊包含該至少一個參數。
- 一種用於提供安全網路存取之系統,該系統包括:一第一熱點及一第二熱點之一熱點控制器,其包括用於以下各項之一介面:在一開放式通信網路上接收對安全網路存取之一傳入請求,該請求係經由該第一熱點由一使用者裝置起始,該請求包含與該使用者裝置相關聯之一唯一預共用密鑰,判定未有儲存於該第一熱點之對應預共用密鑰,需要該對應預共用密鑰以解密基於與該使用者裝置相關聯之該唯一預共用密鑰加密之通信;將對該對應預共用密鑰之一查詢發送至一預共用密鑰資料庫,該等預共用密鑰之每一者均不同且對於相關聯之一使用者裝置係唯一的,該查詢關於包含於該請求中之該唯一預共用密鑰,及接收對包含該對應預共用密鑰之該查詢之一回應,該對應預共用密鑰係回應於對安全網路存取之一先前請求而經由一第二熱點而被產生;及一存取點,其與該第一熱點相關聯,該第一熱點及該第二熱點係與一品牌相關聯,該存取點基於與該使用者裝置相關聯之該唯一預共用密鑰而提供安全網路存取。
- 如請求項13之系統,其進一步包括用於儲存該預共用密鑰資料庫之一伺服器,該伺服器經由網際網路與該熱點控制器通信。
- 如請求項13之系統,其中該熱點控制器進一步包含用於執行儲存於記憶體中之指令之一處理器,其中由該處理器對指令之執行識別該對應預共用密鑰與至少一個參數相關聯,且其中至少 部分地藉由該至少一個參數來管控提供至該使用者裝置之該安全網路存取。
- 如請求項15之系統,其中該熱點控制器進一步包含用於儲存關於該相關聯之參數之資訊之記憶體,該相關聯之參數包含以下各項中之一或多者:到期日、工作階段持續時間、頻寬、使用者身份、使用者獎勵或存取策略。
