Description

高頻縫紉機
本發明係關於一種高頻縫紉機,將綿、羊毛、絲等所代表之天然纖維、或聚酯、尼龍、丙烯酸等所代表之合成纖維之材質(以下本發明稱為「纖維材質」)作為對象原料,透過藉由高頻感應加熱而熔融之熱可塑性樹脂帶,接著(熔接)該纖維材質之疊合端部等疊合部,藉此可製造加工例如女裝、童裝、男裝等之服飾品(衣料品)。
作為此種高頻縫紉機,被加工材本身係例如氯化乙烯樹脂等熱可塑性合成樹脂薄片或合成樹脂膜,用以熔接該被加工材之疊合部者已經開發許多且已實用化。該高頻縫紉機只要具備移送手段及一對電極即可;該移送手段係將被加工材即樹脂薄片或樹脂膜沿疊合部之長邊方向移送,該一對電極係對藉由該移送手段移送之樹脂薄片或樹脂膜之疊合部供應高頻電力。因此,與將針線(上線)、線鉤線、底線等縫線進行空轉(racing)或套環(looping)而形成接縫以縫合纖維材質之一般縫製縫紉機相較,可省去該縫製縫紉機所需之構成,例如除使纖維材質往縫製進行方向移送之進給齒輪外,還有使縫線貫通於纖維材質之針及針之上下往復運動機構、或用來進行空轉或套環之底線供應用之旋轉鉤及旋轉鉤之動作機構、或線鉤(looper)線供應用線鉤及線鉤之動作機構等複數個複雜機構及零件之使用,謀求縫紉機整體構造之簡化。
然而,相較於一般縫製縫紉機,作為可謀求構造簡化之現有高頻縫紉機,習知已採用如日本發明專利公開公報之日本特開平6-218819號或日本特開平6-155576號所揭示,將被加工材(熱可塑性之樹脂薄片或樹脂膜)夾於上下一對電極滾輪間,一面連續往一定方向移送,一面對該一對電極滾輪間施加高頻電力,藉由高頻感應加熱將被加工材本體熔融,以接著被加工材之疊合部之手段。
又,如日本發明專利公報之專利第4022539號所揭示,亦提案有一種高頻縫紉機,其係將夾住被加工材而往一定方向移送之上下一對電極滾輪,透過介裝有單向傳動離合器之運動轉換機構連動連結於驅動馬達,藉此使一對電極滾輪間歇旋轉之方式構成。
上述日本特開平6-218819號公報、日本特開平6-155576號公報、日本發明專利第4022539號公報所揭示之習知高頻縫紉機,其一對電極滾輪之接觸部分皆為滾輪寬度之線接觸(在被加工材之移送方向觀察時為點接觸)。在這種線接觸或點接觸條件下,為獲得確實之接著強度,必須採用將施加之高頻電力設定為高值,或減緩被加工材之移送速度中之任一種手段。
若係提高高頻電力值之手段之情形,由於使藉由該較高高頻電力所產生之熱集中作用於線或點接觸部,因此易產生被加工材之絕緣被破壞,造成燒損或破孔(穿孔)等不良部位。尤其是,被加工材係作為本發明對象即薄的纖維材質時,由於燒損範圍易瞬間擴大,因此有會製造出許多不良產品之問題。
又,當採用手段將高頻電力值設定成較低,藉此減緩藉由一對電極滾輪之移送速度時,則有加工效率極端降低之問題。此種線或點接觸所引起之問題係如日本發明專利第4022539號公報所揭示,即使採用使一對電極滾輪間歇旋轉之構成也同樣會發生,不良產品之產生或加工效率之降低變成不可避免。
又,當將纖維材質作為對象原料以製造加工服飾品時,例如如女用內衣等所見,有許多需要曲線狀部位之接著之情形。又,亦有許多使用具有伸縮性之纖維材質之情形。在製造加工服飾品所使用之縫紉機中,亦被期望可對應此種曲線狀部位之接合及伸縮性之纖維材質之接合。
然而,習知之高頻縫紉機係將被加工材夾於一對電極滾輪間而往一定方向直線移送,無法充分對應曲線狀部位之接合或伸縮性之纖維材質之接合。亦即,使用一對電極滾輪之習知高頻縫紉機,雖適用於一面直線移送如樹脂薄片之非伸縮性被加工材,一面將疊合部進行接著加工,但不適合以纖維材質作為對象原料且大多使用曲線狀部位之接合及伸縮性之纖維材質之服飾品之製造加工,故直接將習知之高頻縫紉機轉用為纖維材質之接合實質上可謂不可能。
本發明係有鑑於上述實情而構成者,其目的在於,提供一種高頻縫紉機,其不但可使用高頻電力而獲得確實且均勻之接著強度,且可防止產生燒損或破孔之不良產品之製造加工,同時亦可充分對應曲線狀部位或伸縮性纖維材質之接著,而且可進行非常高效率之接著加工。
為達成上述目的所提出之本發明之高頻縫紉機,具備:被加工材載置板,以可滑接移動之方式載置在纖維材質之疊合部間夾入有熱可塑性樹脂帶之被加工材;間歇移送裝置,配置於該被加工材載置板之下部,藉由水平運動與上下運動之組合,使載置於該被加工材載置板上之被加工材沿水平面往特定方向進行間歇移送;壓板,與該間歇移送裝置協同地將被加工材往該特定方向移送,且加以按壓以避免被加工材料浮起;上部面狀電極,配置於該被加工材載置板之上部;以及下部面狀電極,於該被加工材料載置板之下部配置成與該被加工材載置板之上面同一平面之狀態;對該上部及下部之一對面狀電極問供應高頻電力,藉此藉由高頻感應加熱將該熱可塑性樹脂帶熔融,而可連續接著纖維材質之疊合部;其特徵在於,具備:移送感測器,用以檢測該間歇移送裝置為被加工材之移送動作中或移送停止中;以及高頻電力控制部,當藉由該移送感測器檢測出間歇移送裝置為被加工材之移送停止中時,對該一對面狀電極間供應既定值之高頻電力,且當檢測出該間歇移送裝置為被加工材之移送動作中時,為供應較該移送停止中時小之值之高頻電力,在移送停止中與移送動作中自動切換控制施加於一對面狀電極之高頻電力值。
依據以上述方式構成之本發明之縫紉機,藉由一般縫製縫紉機所具備之間歇移送裝置與壓板之協同作用,一面將包含纖維材質之被加工材沿水平面進行間歇移送,一面在其移送停止時,將藉由施加於上下一對面狀電極間之高頻電力所產生之熱傳導至夾入於纖維材質之疊合部間之熱可塑性樹脂帶,使樹脂帶以面狀亦即以每一定面積單位熔融,可使纖維材質之疊合部依序接著,並且可使同一部位反覆接著。因此,藉由施加較低之高頻電力之反覆接著,不但可獲得確實且均勻之接著強度,且不會使因高頻電力所產生之熱集中於線或點接觸部,可分散於一對電極之面接觸部。因此,可避免發生因高頻電力所產生之熱集中於極小面積部而引起之纖維材質之燒損或破孔(穿孔)等不良部位,可獲得已述之確實且均勻之接著強度,同時即使對象原料為不耐熱之纖維材質,亦可確實製造加工出品質良好之服飾品。
又,作為被加工材之移送手段,由於採用藉由間歇移送裝置(交互反覆抵接於被加工材之下面而將該被加工材沿水平面往特定之加工進行方向移送之狀態、與從被加工材之下面分離而停止移送該被加工材之狀態)與壓板(藉由該間歇移送裝置移送時,將該被加工材按壓於被加工材載置板側以避免被加工材浮起)之協同作用之移送手段,因此可克服移送停止時下降之壓板之按壓力,可將被加工材任意轉換方向,且不限直線,亦可容易地自由進行曲線移送。又,即使將具有伸縮性之纖維材質作為對象時,亦不對該纖維材質施加多餘的夾壓力,可保持自然狀態進行移送。亦即,對曲線狀部位或伸縮性纖維材質之接著亦可充分對應。因此,對曲線狀部位多且大多使用具有伸縮性之纖維材質原料之服飾品之製造加工而言,可實現非常合適且實用之高頻縫紉機之提供。
而且,當使用移送感測器檢測出被加工材為移送動作中時,為將移送停止中施加於電極之高頻電力值亦即較藉由感應加熱可接著纖維材質之疊合部之值小之值之高頻電力供應給電極,進行切換控制,藉此從移送停止切換為移送動作時,由於供應於一對電極間之高頻電力較小,因此可充分抑制在一對電極間產生火花而導致產生纖維材質燒損或破孔(穿孔)等之不良部位,並且在移送動作中,亦供應較移送停止中為小之高頻電力,因此從移送動作切換為移送停止後,藉由一對電極之感應加熱之開始,可加快升溫速度。藉此,作業者在進行曲線狀部位之接著加工時等中,可任意且安全地降低移送速度,非常容易進行接著加工操作,並且,進行直線部之接著加工時,即使加快被加工材之移送速度,亦可迅速使樹脂帶加熱熔融,可使纖維材質之疊合部之接著確實且強固。因此,不會導致產率之惡化,達到可謀求提高接著加工效率之效果。
本發明之高頻縫紉機中亦可為,該高頻電力控制部係在該被加工材之移送動作中將施加於一對面狀電極之高頻電力值切換控制為零。
又,本發明之高頻縫紉機中,作為間歇移送裝置,較佳係使用藉由配置於形成於該被加工材載置板之凹槽狀長孔內之進給齒輪、以及在該凹槽狀長孔內使該進給齒輪在上下方向及水平方向進行合成循環運動之進給齒輪驅動機構所構成之間歇移送裝置。
此時,作為由習知公知之一般縫製縫紉機所具備之進給齒輪與進給齒輪驅動機構所構成之周知之間歇移送裝置,可直接有效應用已確立之製造技術及組合技術。因此,開發並製造高頻縫紉機專用且特殊之間歇移送裝置,或為組合此裝置大幅變更縫製縫紉機之縫紉機頭部之在設計面、生產面之負擔非常少即可完成。其結果,可謀求提高高頻縫紉機整體之生產性及降低生產成本,並且可獲得高性能、高品質之高頻縫紉機。
又,本發明之高頻縫紉機中,較佳係在該上部及下部之一對面狀電極中,上部面狀電極係由該壓板兼用構成。
此時,由於藉由與間歇移送裝置之協同動作,可使間歇移送被加工材之壓板本體兼用作上部面狀電極,因此不必與壓板個別設置上部電極。因此,不僅可節省構成零件,並且可在壓板存在部位個別配置上部電極加以固定,不需要為使壓板絕緣化而施以特別手段,可更簡化整體構造,容易謀求更加降低成本。
又,本發明之高頻縫紉機中,較佳係該被加工材載置板及間歇移送手段中對被加工材之下面之抵接部係由包含工程塑膠之電氣絕緣性及耐熱性材料構成。
此時,可充分確保被加工材載置板及間歇移送手段中對被加工材下面之抵接部或進給齒輪之構造強度,並且此等構件亦具有優異之耐磨損性、耐蝕性、電氣絕緣性、及耐熱性,可謀求提高在施加高頻電力之條件下使用之各構件之耐久性。
又,本發明之高頻縫紉機中,較佳係在該上部及下部之一對面狀電極中分別附設有預熱用加熱器。
此時,藉由間歇移送裝置之移送停止時,由於可藉由預熱將上下電極保持在既定溫度,因此可將施加於電極之高頻電力值設定成盡可能低,可更確實防止發生火花,確實將樹脂帶熔融,更穩定獲得既定之接著強度。
又,本發明之高頻縫紉機中,較佳係,上部面狀電極藉由壓板構成之高頻縫紉機中,熱傳導性構件係介在於兼用該上部面狀電極之壓板、及保持用以預熱該壓板之預熱用加熱器且以固定狀態安裝於縫紉機本體之加熱器保持台之間;該熱傳導性構件係以可上下相對滑動方式連接該壓板及該加熱器保持台兩者。
此時,將壓板(上部電極)之重量抑制成儘量小,以使容易順利進行被加工材之移送作用,且容易進行用以曲線移送之操作,並可將預熱用加熱器之熱透過熱傳導性構件效率良好地傳導至壓板,可防止因電極之預熱效果所產生之火花及確保更穩定之接著強度。
又,本發明之高頻縫紉機中,較佳係,除具備該移送感測器外,另具備用以檢測藉由該間歇移送裝置移送被加工材之移送速度之速度感測器,該高頻電力控制部係進行藉由該速度感測器所檢測出之移送速度越快越加大於移送停止中施加之高頻電力值之控制。
此時,由於進行移送速度越快越加大於移送停止中所施加之高頻電力值,藉此可將藉由感應加熱之電極之升溫速度保持與被加工材之移送速度成比例之速度,因此不會發生接著不良、接著不完全等,可謀求提高接著加工效率。
又,本發明之高頻縫紉機中,較佳係,除具備該移送感測器外,另具備用以檢測藉由該間歇移送裝置移送被加工材之移送速度之速度感測器,該高頻電力控制部不管藉由該速度感測器所檢測出之移送速度,在移送停止中,進行控制以於一定時間供應在最大移送速度下能接著纖維材質之疊合部之一定值之高頻電力。
此時,係在被加工材之移送停止中,於一定時間供應一定值之高頻電力,藉此不管移送速度之變化,均可確實進行依照預定之接著加工,並且可容易地進行為對應纖維材質之種類或耐熱性之高頻電力之調整。
又,本發明之高頻縫紉機中,較佳係,該移送感測器及速度感測器係被兼用為旋轉相位感測器,該旋轉相位感測器係安裝於縫紉機主軸,以檢測藉由該進給齒輪移送被加工材之間歇移送之旋轉相位。
此時,由於只要在縫紉機主軸安裝單一之旋轉相位感測器,就可發揮移送感測器及速度感測器之功能,因此相較於個別設置兩感測器時,可謀求簡化構造、降低成本,並且可消除兩感測之檢測時點之偏差,可依據兩感測器之檢測結果,正確且適當進行高頻電力之調整。
又,本發明之高頻縫紉機中,較佳係,除具備該移送感測器及速度感測器外,另具備用以檢測被加工材是否載置於該間歇移送裝置上之被加工材感測器,當該被加工材感測器檢測出被加工材料之載置時,即藉由該高頻電力控制部進行控制動作,當未檢測出載置被加工材料時,則不藉由該高頻電力控制部進行控制動作。
此時,可防止在被加工材未載置於進給齒輪上之狀態下因失誤而供應高頻電力之不當情形或產生不良。
其他之本發明之特徵構成及其所帶來之效果,在以下所說明之實施形態中,可進一步瞭解。
以下,依據圖式說明本發明之實施形態。
圖1係表示本發明之高頻縫紉機整體、及將其一部分剖面之外觀立體圖,圖2係該縫紉機中之要部之放大立體圖,圖3係該縫紉機中之要部之放大縱剖面側視圖,圖4係表示具有該縫紉機之進給齒輪結構之分解立體圖。
圖1~圖3中,1係縫紉機本體,該縫紉機本體1係由縫紉機臂部2與縫紉機頭部3構成。以可滑接移動方式載置包含縫製材質W之被加工材H之被加工材載置板(該板相當於縫製縫紉機中之針板)4及滑板5係以該等之上面與縫紉機頭部3上面大致同一平面之狀態,安裝於該縫紉機頭部3之上壁部。
該被加工材載置板4係由例如聚醯胺、聚縮醛、ABS、聚碳酸酯等構造材,且具有耐磨損性、耐蝕性、電氣絕緣性、及耐熱性之材料即工程塑膠構成。
在該被加工材載置板4上,貫通形成有如圖2及圖6所示之相互平行之四行凹槽狀長孔6。在該四行凹槽狀長孔6中,位於被加工材載置板4之寬度方向之中央部之二行凹槽狀長孔6a係在該等之長邊方向之中間位置,隔著後述下部面狀正電極16之設置用孔7,被分斷成加工進行方向X之前後二段。在該四行長孔6內設置有進給齒輪8,其係藉由水平方向運動與上下方向運動之組合(合成運動),將載置於該被加工材載置板4上之被加工材H沿水平面以間歇方式往特定方向移送,亦即往加工進行方向X移送。
另外,作為被加工材載置板4之構成材料,較佳係使用由聚醚、醚、酮樹脂構成之超級工程塑膠。此時,可更加提高被加工材載置板4之耐熱性、耐磨損性。
該進給齒輪8係如圖4所示,具備:前進給齒輪8A,包含在被分斷成前後二段之凹槽狀長孔6a之前部長孔部分內運動之短進給齒輪8a;以及後進給齒輪8B,包含在凹槽狀長孔6a之後部長孔部分內運動之短進給齒輪8b。此等前進給齒輪8A及後進給齒輪8B係由例如聚醯胺、聚縮醛、ABS、聚碳酸酯等構造材,且具有耐磨損性、耐蝕性、電氣絕緣性、及耐熱性之材料即工程塑膠構成,並且透過固定螺釘10A及10B固定於設置於被加工材載置板4下部之縫紉機頭部3內之前進給齒輪安裝台9A及後進給齒輪安裝台9B。
另外,作為前進給齒輪8A及後進給齒輪8B之構成材料,較佳係與被加工材載置板4相同,使用由聚醚、醚、酮樹脂構成之超級工程塑膠。此時,可更加提高前進給齒輪8A及後進給齒輪8B之耐熱性、耐磨損性。
又,該前進給齒輪安裝台9A及後進給齒輪安裝台9B,係連動連結組裝於縫紉機頭部3內之驅動機構以使前進給齒輪8A及後進給齒輪8B反覆上述之合成運動。該進給齒輪驅動機構具有與一般縫製縫紉機所採用者完全相同之構成,由於係周知,因此該驅動機構之具體構成之說明予以省略。
藉由上述之進給齒輪8(前進給齒輪8A及後進給齒輪8]B)與進給齒輪驅動機構構成間歇移送裝置,該間歇移送裝置係交互反覆將被加工材H往加工進行方向X移送之狀態與使移動停止之狀態。
在該被加材載置板4之上部,在該進給齒輪8之與前進給齒輪8A及後進給齒輪8B相對向之部位配置有壓板12,其係與此等進給齒輪8(進給齒輪8之前進給齒輪8A及後進給齒輪8B)協同,使被加工材H往加工進行方向X移送,並且將被加工材H緊壓於進給齒輪8側,以避免被加工材H浮起。該壓板12係透過安裝金屬件14固定於以可上下往復移動方式支承於縫紉機臂部2前端部之壓桿13之下端部。該壓桿13係透過組裝於縫紉機臂部2內之驅動機構而可升降移動,在藉由進給齒輪8之進給作用時進行上升移動,以解除對被加工材H之按壓,在進給停止時進行下降移動,以藉由壓板12彈性按壓被加工材H。
另外,壓桿13之升降移動用驅動機構具有與一般縫製縫紉機所採用者完全相同之構成,由於係周知,因此該驅動機構之具體構成說明予以省略。
該壓板12之壓面12a係形成為至少具有進給齒輪8之進給作用寬度以上之寬度。又,在該壓板12之側面係如圖5所示,連接有從高頻整合裝置41(參照圖7)導引出之負電極線15。藉此,壓板12兼用為在從高頻振盪器40經由高頻整合裝置41(參照圖7)供應高頻電力之一對電極中之上部面狀負電極。
藉由以上構成,使以壓板12兼用之上部面狀負電極係構成為,能在進給齒輪8移送被加工材H之移送動作中上升移動而從後述之下部面狀正電極分離,且能在進給齒輪8移送被加工材H之移送停止中下降移動而接近下部面狀正電極。
如圖2及圖6所示,在該被加工材載置板4之下部之縫紉機頭部3之內部固定有朝上方開放之電極安裝台17。於側面連接有從高頻整合裝置41導引出之正電極線19之下部面狀正電極16係陷入嵌合於形成於該電極安裝台17之上面部之凹槽17a內,且透過固定螺釘18固定於電極安裝台17。該下部面狀正電極16,設置固定成具有一定面積之電極面16a面臨形成於該被加工材載置板4之設置用孔7,與被加工材載置板4之上面大致同一平面。
又,如圖2及圖5所示,在透過固定螺釘29固定於該縫紉機臂部2之安裝台20,透過固定螺釘22固定有工程塑膠製之絕緣塊21,在透過固定螺釘23固定於該絕緣塊21之匣式加熱器保持台24,插入保持有預熱用匣式加熱器25。
在該預熱用匣式加熱器保持台24之下方部形成有二股狀之上下滑動槽24a,另一方面,在以該壓板兼用之上部之面狀負電極12之加工進行方向X之前面,透過固定螺釘28固定有具有可卡合於該上下滑動槽24a內之卡合片部27a之熱傳導性構件27。使該熱傳導性構件27之卡合片部27a以可相對滑動於上下方向之方式卡合於預熱用匣式加熱器保持台24之上下滑動槽24a內,藉此將藉由該預熱用匣式加熱器25之預熱(加熱)熱量通過熱傳導性構件27,隨時傳導至面狀負電極12,以使該負電極12可保持高溫。
又,如圖6所示,在固定於該電極安裝台17之下部之面狀正電極16之水平基端部16b內插入保持有預熱用匣式加熱器28。藉此,將藉由預熱用匣式加熱器28之預熱(加熱)熱量隨時傳導至面狀正電極16,以使該正電極16可保持高溫。
另外,為將該上部面狀負電極12及下部面狀正電極16之預熱溫度進行回饋控制為一定,在預熱用匣式加熱器保持台24之側面及下部面狀正電極16之側面分別安裝有熱(溫度)感測器30及31。
除上述之各構成要件外,本發明之高頻縫紉機,作為用以控制從高頻振盪器40供應給一對面狀電極12、16間之高頻電力之輸出之功能構成,係採用圖7所示之構成。
圖7中,42係移送感測器,用以檢測該進給齒輪8為被加工材H移送動作中或移送停止中,43係速度感測器,用以檢測藉由該進給齒輪8移送被加工材H之移送速度,44係被加工材感測器,用以檢測被加工材H是否載置於被加工材載置板4之進給齒輪8上,45係作為施加電壓控制部之控制電路。
如圖1所示,該移送感測器42及速度感測器43係藉由單一之旋轉相位感測器47而兼用,該旋轉相位感測器47係安裝於以自由驅動旋轉方式被支承於縫紉機本體1中之縫紉機臂部2內之縫紉機主軸46,用以檢測藉由該進給齒輪8對被加工材H之間歇移送之旋轉相位(縫紉機主軸46之旋轉角度)。作為該旋轉相位感測器47,可使用利用了例如光電感測器或磁性之近接感測器。
作為該被加工材感測器44係如圖1及圖2所示使用光電感測器,該光電感測器係由安裝於縫紉機臂部2之前端下端部之投/受光器48、及使緊鄰於進給齒輪8且安裝於被加工材載置板4上面之反射板49構成。
又,該控制電路45係被輸入該移送感測器42、速度感測器43、及被加工材44之各檢測訊號,並根據該等各檢測訊號,控制在高頻振盪器41之高頻電力之產生、停止及所產生之高頻電力之大小。
詳言之,控制電路45係如圖8之時序圖所示,當藉由被加工材44檢測出被加工材H被載置於進給齒輪8上時,對高頻振盪器40輸出用以使產生高頻電力之控制訊號。又,當未檢測出被加工材H載置於進給齒輪8上時,則對高頻振盪器40輸出用以使停止產生高頻電力之控制訊號。以這種方式,控制電路45藉由被加工材H是否載置於進給齒輪8上,控制高頻振盪器40之高頻電力之產生、停止。
又,在藉由被加工材感測器44檢測出被加工材H載置於進給齒輪8上之條件下,一對電極12、16接近移動而藉由移送感測器42檢測出進給齒輪8係被加工材H之移送停止中時,從控制電路45對高頻振盪器40輸出使產生預設定之既定值之高頻電力P1之控制訊號,將所產生之既定值之高頻電力P1供應於一對面狀電極12、16間。又,當一對電極12、16分離移動而檢測出進給齒輪8為移送動作中時,從控制電路45對高頻振盪器40輸出使產生設定為較移送停止中小之值之高頻電力P2之控制訊號,將所產生之較移送停止中為小之值之高頻電力P2供應於一對面狀電極12、16間。以這種方式,控制電路45在藉由進給齒輪8之移送停止中與移送動作中,自動切換大小地控制供應給一對面狀電極12、16間之高頻電力值。
此處,所謂在進給齒輪8為被加工材H之移送停止中所產生之高頻電力P1之值,係被感應加熱之一對面狀電極12、16使樹脂帶T熔融而使纖維材質W之疊合端部接著所需且充分之值。又,所謂在進給齒輪8為被加工材H之移送動作中所產生之高頻電力P2之值非零,而是較該移送停止中之高頻電力P1稍小之值,此等值係依據成為接著加工對象之纖維材質W之耐熱性等事先予以設定。
又,當藉由移送感測器42,檢測出進給齒輪8為被加工材H之移送停止中時,施加於一對面狀電極12、16間之高頻電力P1之值,藉由速度感測器43檢測出之被加工材移送速度越快變越大,另一方面,進行縮短該高頻電力P1之供應時間之控制。
亦即,供應高頻電力,藉此被感應加熱之一對面狀電極12、16之加熱溫度係由高頻電力值×供應時間決定。因此,所謂依據被加工材移送速度之高頻電力P1及供應時間之控制係指不管移送速度之變化,以一對面狀電極12、16之加熱溫度大致保持一定之方式進行控制之意。例如,設定為可得到移送速度快時之高頻電力值P1h×供應時間t1≒移送速度慢時之高頻電力值P2h×供應時間t2之關係。
又,本說明書中,所謂「移送停止中」,並不限於藉由進給齒輪8移送被加工材H之進給完全停止之狀態,包含完全停止稍前之時點或完全停止後從稍後之時點開始移送之稍前時點或移送開始之稍後時點。此種時點,將檢測縫紉機主軸46之旋轉角度之旋轉相位感測器47之檢測相位(旋轉角度)進行設定變更,藉此可任意進行調整。又,所謂「移送動作中」係隨著設定「移送停止中」之時點自動進行決定。
接著,參照圖9之流程圖說明以上述方式構成之高頻縫紉機中之接著加工動作。
首先,在被加工材載置板4之前方部位,例如如圖2及圖3所示,將纖維材質W之端部返折使上下疊合,並且在其疊合端部間,預先準備表背雙面夾入形成為接著面之熱可塑性樹脂帶即熱熔(例如日東紡公司之商標名「DANHUSE」)T之被加工材H。
在將該準備之被加工材H載置(設置)於被加工材載置板4之上面後,藉由被加工材感測器44,檢測被加工材H是否載置於進給齒輪8上(步驟ST11)。
在步驟ST11中,當被加工材感測器44未檢測出被加工材H載置於進給齒輪8上時,從控制電路45向高頻振盪器40輸出用以停止產生高頻電力之控制訊號,使高頻振盪器40之高頻電力之產生保持被停止之狀態(步驟ST12)。
當被加工材感測器44檢測出被加工材H載置於進給齒輪8上時,縫紉機開始旋轉,藉由進給齒輪8(進給齒輪8之前進給齒輪8A及後進給齒輪8B)之合成運動與壓板12之上下往復運動之協同作用,開始向既定之加工進行方向X之被加工材H之間歇移送(步驟ST13)。
該間歇移送時,藉由旋轉相位感測器47之移送感測器42,檢測出進給齒輪8為被加工材H之移送動作中或移送停止中(步驟ST14)。
在步驟ST14中,當移送感測器42檢測出為移送動作中時,從控制電路45對高頻振盪器40輸出使產生高頻電力P2之控制訊號,在該高頻振盪器40產生較移送停止中小之值之高頻電力P2,該高頻電力P2供應給一對面狀電極12、16間(步驟ST15)。
另一方面,藉由進給齒輪8間歇移送被加工材H時,被加工材H之移送速度係被速度感測器43檢測(步驟ST16),並且判定移送速度快或慢(步驟ST17)。
步驟ST17中,當判定移送速度慢時,從控制電路45對高頻振盪器40輸出使產生高頻電力Ph2之控制訊號,在該高頻振盪器40產生較移送動作中高且較移送速度快時為低值之高頻電力Ph2,將該高頻電力Ph2供應給一對面狀電極12、16間(步驟ST18)。
又,步驟ST17中,當判定移送速度為快時,從控制電路45對高頻振盪器40輸出使產生高頻電力Ph1之控制訊號,在該高頻振盪器40產生較移送速度慢時更高值之高頻電力Ph1,將該高頻電力Ph1供應給一對面狀電極12、16間(步驟ST19)。
以這種方式,每次移送停止時,將依據移送速度之值之高頻電力Ph2或Ph1供應給上下一對面狀電極12、16間,藉由該所供應之高頻電力Ph2或Ph1之感應加熱,使一對面狀電極12、16被加熱成既定溫度,藉此以一定面積單位,使夾入於纖維材質W之疊合端部間之熱可塑性樹脂帶T熔融,透過該熔融之熱可塑性樹脂帶T,纖維材質W之疊合端部彼此依序且同一部位被反覆接著。
如以上說明,由於被加工材H以一定面積單位之面接觸狀態被熔融加熱而進行接著,因此即使對一對電極12、16供應較高之高頻電力,亦不會使該高的高頻電力所產生之熱集中於線或點接觸部,可使分散於一對電極12、16之面接觸部。藉此,可消除熱集中於極小面積所引起之纖維材質W之燒損或破孔(穿孔)等之不良部位之產生。因此,不會因熱集中而產生不良部位,藉由供應較高之高頻電力可獲得確實且均勻之接著強度,即使被加工材H係不耐熱之纖維材質W,亦可確實且穩定佳地製造加工出品質良好之產品。
除此之外,由於被加工材H之移送手段係藉由進給齒輪8(藉由水平運動與上下運動之組合,沿被加工材載置板4上面之水平面往加工進行方向X進行間歇移送)與壓板12(藉由該進給齒輪8移送時,包含纖維材質W在內被按壓於被加工材載置板4側,以避免被加工材H浮起)之協同作用之移送手段,因此不限於直線移送,可進行任意曲線移送。又,即使使用具有伸縮性之纖維材質W時,亦不會將多餘之夾壓力施加於該材質W,可保持自然狀態進行移送。因此,即使係曲線狀部位多且大多使用具有伸縮性之纖維材質原料之服飾品,亦可充分對應,確實且穩定地進行既定之接著加工。
又,當使用移送感測器42檢測出被加工材H為移送動作中時,以將較移送停止中供應給電極12、16之高頻電力值、亦即較藉由感應加熱可接著纖維材質W之疊合端部之值小之值之高頻電力供應給電極12、16之方式進行切換控制,藉此從移送停止往移送動作切換時,供應給一對電極12、16間之高頻電力較小。因此,一對電極12、16彼此分離時,可充分抑制在一對電極12、16間產生火花而導致產生纖維材質W燒損或破孔(穿孔)等之不良部位。又,由於在移送動作中,亦供應較移送停止中為小之高頻電力,從移送動作往移送停止之剛切換後,藉由一對電極12、16之感應加熱之開始可加快升溫速度。藉此,作業者在曲線狀部位之接著加工時等中,可使移送速度自由降低,非常容易進行作業操作,並且在直線部,即使加快被加工材H之移送速度,亦可使樹脂帶T迅速且確實溶融,可使纖維材質W之接著端部之接著確實且堅固。因此,不會導致產率之惡化,可進行高效率之接著加工。
又,如上述實施形態,使壓板12本身兼用作上部面狀電極,藉此不必與壓板12個別設置上部電極。因此,不僅節省構成零件,而且不需在壓板12之存在部位與壓板12個別配置上部電極、或不需為使壓板之電氣絕緣等而施以特別構造之手段,亦容易謀求整體構造之更加簡化及降低成本。
又,如上述實施形態,當由如工程塑膠或超級工程塑膠具有優異耐磨損性、電氣絕緣性、及耐熱性之材構成被加工材載置板4及進給齒輪8時,可充分確保被加工材載置板4及進給齒輪8之構造強度,並且該等被加工材載置板4及進給齒輪8具有優異之耐磨損性、耐蝕性、電氣絕緣性、及耐熱性,可將在供應高頻電力之條件下所使用之各構件4、8構成為高耐久性者。
又,如上述實施形態,當於該一對面狀電極12、16分別附設預熱用匣式加熱器25、28時,由於能在進給齒輪8之進給作用時藉由預熱將一對電極12、16保持在高溫,因此可在移送停止中將供應給電極12、16之高頻電力設定成盡可能低,可更確實防止產生因過度加熱而燒損等,而且使樹脂帶T隨時確實熔融,可穩定獲得既定之接著強度。
又,當壓板12以兼用上部面狀電極之方式構成時,在兼用構成上部面狀電極之壓板12、與保持用以預熱該壓板12之預熱用匣式加熱器25而固定於縫紉機臂部2之匣式加熱器保持台29之間,採用使以可上下相對滑動方式連接兩者12、29之熱傳導性構件27介在之構成,藉此將壓板(上部電極)12之重量增加抑制成盡可能小,以順利且克服壓板12之重量而使進行包含纖維材質W之被加工材H之移送作業之曲線移送之操作容易,可透過熱傳導性構件27將預熱用匣式加熱器25之熱效率良好地傳導至壓板12,藉由電極12之預熱效果可防止產生燒損等及確保高穩定之接著強度。
另外,上述實施形態中,雖表示使壓板12本身兼用作上部面狀電極者,但除設置壓板12外,亦可設置上部面狀電極。此時,必須用工程塑膠或超級工程塑膠等構造材且具有優異耐磨損性、電氣絕緣性、及耐熱性之材料構成壓板12。
又,上述實施形態中,雖顯示藉由安裝於縫紉機主軸46之單一旋轉相位感測器47兼用被加工材H之移送感測器42及速度感測器43者,但亦可個別設置移送感測器42與速度感測器43。
又,上述實施形態中,作為預熱用加熱器,雖使用匣型者,但並非限定於此,亦可固定裝入電熱式加熱器。
又,上述實施形態中,已說明了如圖8之時序圖所示,當藉由移送感測器42檢測出進給齒輪8為被加工材H之移送停止中時,藉由速度感測器43檢測出之被加工材移送速度越快則越增大供應給一對面狀電極12、16間之高頻電力P1之值,另一方面,進行縮短該高頻電力P1之供應時間之控制,但並非限定於此。亦可例如設定成如圖10之時序圖所示,不管藉由速度感測器43所檢測之被加工材移送速度為何,在移送停止中,隨時進行於一定時間t1供應一定值之高頻電力P1之控制。
此處,施加於移送停止中之一定高頻電力Ph1及一定供應時間ti對藉由兩者之積(Ph1×t1)所決定之一對面狀電極12、16之感應加熱溫度,在最大移送速度中亦設定為接著纖維材質W之疊合端部等所需且充分溫度之值。
如上所述,在移送停止中,設定成不管移送速度變化均進行隨時於一定時間t1供應一定高頻電力Ph1之控制時,亦能容易進行用以對應纖維材質之種類或耐熱性之高頻電力之調整。
又,上述實施形態中,係說明了在針對移送動作中供應給一對面狀電極12、16之高頻電力之值切換控制成並非零而係較移送停止中所供應之高頻電力之值小。並非限定於此,亦可,例如,將移送動作中所供應之高頻電力值切換為零。

Claims (11)

  1. 一種高頻縫紉機,具備:被加工材載置板,以可滑接移動之方式載置在纖維材質之疊合部間夾入有熱可塑性樹脂帶之被加工材;間歇移送裝置,配置於該被加工材載置板之下部,藉由水平運動與上下運動之組合,使載置於該被加工材載置板上之被加工材沿水平面往特定方向進行間歇移送;壓板,與該間歇移送裝置協同地將被加工材往該特定方向移送,且加以按壓以避免被加工材料浮起;上部面狀電極,配置於該被加工材載置板之上部;以及下部面狀電極,於該被加工材料載置板之下部配置成與該被加工材載置板之上面同一平面之狀態;對該上部及下部之一對面狀電極間供應高頻電力,藉此藉由高頻感應加熱將該熱可塑性樹脂帶熔融,而可連續接著纖維材質之疊合部;其特徵在於,具備:移送感測器,用以檢測該間歇移送裝置為被加工材之移送動作中或移送停止中;以及高頻電力控制部,當藉由該移送感測器檢測出間歇移送裝置為被加工材之移送停止中時,對該一對面狀電極間供應既定值之高頻電力,且當檢測出該間歇移送裝置為被加工材之移送動作中時,為供應較該移送停止中時小之值之高頻電力,在移送停止中與移送動作中自動切換控制施加於一對面狀電極之高頻電力值。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之高頻縫紉機,其中,該高頻電力控制部係在該被加工材之移送動作中將施加於一對面狀電極之高頻電力值切換控制為零。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項之高頻縫紉機,其中,該間歇移送裝置具備:進給齒輪,配置於形成於該被加工材載置板之凹槽狀長孔內;以及進給齒輪驅動機構,在該凹槽狀長孔內使該進給齒輪在上下方向及水平方向進行合成循環運動。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項之高頻縫紉機,其中,在該上部及下部之一對面狀電極中,上部面狀電極係由該壓板兼用構成。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1或4項之高頻縫紉機,其中,在該上部及下部之一對面狀電極中分別附設有預熱用加熱器。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項之高頻縫紉機,其中,熱傳導性構件係介在於兼用該上部面狀電極之壓板、及保持用以預熱該壓板之預熱用加熱器且以固定狀態安裝於縫紉機本體之加熱器保持台之間;該熱傳導性構件係以可上下相對滑動方式連接該壓板及該加熱器保持台兩者。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項之高頻縫紉機,其中,該被加工材載置板及間歇移送裝置中對被加工材之下面之抵接部係由包含工程塑膠之電氣絕緣性及耐熱性材料構成。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項之高頻縫紉機,其中,除具備該移送感測器外,另具備用以檢測藉由該間歇移送裝置移送被加工材之移送速度之速度感測器,該高頻電力控制部係進行藉由該速度感測器所檢測出之移送速度越快越加大 於移送停止中施加之高頻電力值之控制。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項之高頻縫紉機,其中,除具備該移送感測器外,另具備用以檢測藉由該間歇移送裝置移送被加工材之移送速度之速度感測器,該高頻電力控制部不管藉由該速度感測器所檢測出之移送速度,在移送停止中,進行控制以於一定時間供應在最大移送速度下能接著纖維材質之疊合部之一定值之高頻電力。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第8或9項之高頻縫紉機,其中,該移送感測器及速度感測器係被兼用為旋轉相位感測器,該旋轉相位感測器係安裝於縫紉機主軸,以檢測藉由該間歇移送裝置移送被加工材之間歇移送之旋轉相位。
