Claims (3)
- 高周波電力を印加した一対の電極ローラ(1)(2)間に重ね合わせた熱可塑性合成樹脂シートを送給して、合成樹脂シートを高周波融着する高周波ミシンにおいて、
電極ローラ(1)(2)と駆動用モータ(4)とを連動連結する動力伝達系を、駆動用モータ(4)の回転運動をレバーの揺動運動に変換する回転−揺動変換機構(6)と、レバーの揺動運動を駆動ギア(18)の回転運動に変換する揺動―回転変換機構(7)とで構成し、揺動−回転変換機構(7)中に一方向伝動クラッチを介装し、電極ローラ(1)(2)を間歇回転させるように構成したことを特徴とする高周波ミシン。 - 一対の電極ローラ(1)(2)の少なくとも一方の周面にシリコーンゴムコーティングを施した請求項1に記載の高周波ミシン。
- 一方向伝動クラッチがカムクラッチである請求項1または2に記載の高周波ミシン。
