Abstract
【解決手段】外側および内側フィルム1,2間に第1接合部4が形成され、内側フィルム2と対向体Op間に第2接合部5が形成される。さらに、第1接合部4が第1接合幅W1をもち、第1接合幅W1によって第1外方および内方エッジE1,E1’が形成され、第2接合部5が第2接合幅W2をもち、第2接合幅W2によって第2外方および内方エッジE2,E2’が形成される。さらに、第1接合幅W1が第2接合幅W2よりも小さく選定され、第1内方エッジE1’が第2内方エッジE2’よりも外方に形成される。

まず、内側フィルムを対向体に重ね合わせ、第2ヒータを内側フィルムおよび対向体に押し付け、第2ヒータによって内側フィルムと対向体をヒートシールし、接合し、第2接合部を形成し、第2ヒータにあらかじめ選定された設定幅をもたせ、その設定幅によって第2接合幅を調整し、
その後、外側フィルムを内側フィルムに重ね合わせ、第1ヒータを外側および内側フィルムおよび対向体に押し付け、第1ヒータによって外側および内側フィルムをヒートシールし、接合し、第1接合部を形成し、第1ヒータにあらかじめ設定された設定幅をもたせ、その設定幅によって第1接合幅を調整する。
外側および内側フィルムおよび対向体をそれぞれ重ね合わせるとき、外側および内側フィルム間に接着防止層をコーティングし、
その後、ヒータを外側および内側フィルムおよび対向体に押し付け、ヒータによって外側および内側フィルムおよび対向体をヒートシールし、接合し、第1および第2接合部を形成し、接着防止層の位置および範囲によって前記第1接合幅を調整してもよい。

Claims (13)
- 外側および内側フィルムを互いに重ね合わせ、前記外側および内側フィルムによって複合フィルムを構成し、前記複合フィルムの一端部において、前記複合フィルムを対向体に対向させ、重ね合わせ、前記外側および内側フィルムおよび対向体をそれぞれ接合し、前記外側および内側フィルム間に第1接合部を形成し、前記内側フィルムと対向体間に第2接合部を形成し、前記第1接合部に第1接合幅をもたせ、前記第1接合幅によって第1外方および内方エッジを形成し、前記第2接合部に第2接合幅をもたせ、前記第2接合幅によって第2外方および内方エッジを形成し、前記第1接合幅を前記第2接合幅よりも小さく選定し、前記第1内方エッジを前記第2内方エッジよりも外方に形成することを特徴とするプラスチックフィルム接合方法。
- 前記第1内方エッジを前記第2内方エッジよりも外方に形成するとき、その距離を前記内側フィルムの厚さの半分よりも大きく選定する請求項1に記載のプラスチックフィルム接合方法。
- 前記第1内方エッジを前記第2内方エッジよりも外方に形成するとき、その距離を0.04−5mmに選定する請求項1に記載のプラスチックフィルム接合方法。
- 前記外側および内側フィルム間に中間フィルムを介在させ、前記外側、中間および内側フィルムをそれぞれ接合し、前記第1接合部として複数の接合部を形成し、その接合幅を段階的に小さく選定し、第1内方エッジを段階的に外方に形成する請求項1に記載のプラスチックフィルム接合方法。
- 前記複合フィルムおよび対向体の両端部において、前記複合フィルムを前記対向体に対向させ、重ね合わせ、前記対向体として前記複合フィルムを使用し、前記両端部において、各フィルムをそれぞれ接合し、前記各フィルムによってプラスチック袋を製造する請求項1に記載のプラスチックフィルム接合方法。
- 前記複合フィルムに両端部を形成し、その一端部のフィルムを他端部のフィルムに対向させ、重ね合わせ、前記他端部のフィルムによって前記対向体を形成し、前記一端部および他端部において、各フィルムをそれぞれ接合し、前記各フィルムによってプラスチック袋を製造する請求項1に記載のプラスチックフィルム接合方法。
- 前記プラスチック袋はバッグインボックスの内袋である請求項5または6に記載のプラスチックフィルム接合方法。
- 前記複合フィルムの両端部において、前記複合フィルムを前記対向体に対向させ、重ね合わせ、前記外側および内側フィルムおよび対向体をそれぞれ接合し、前記複合フィルムによってプラスチックハンドルを形成する請求項1に記載のプラスチックフィルム接合方法。
- レーザビームを前記外側および内側フィルムおよび対向体に照射し、前記レーザビームによって前記外側および内側フィルムおよび対向体を溶着し、接合する請求項1に記載のプラスチックフィルム接合方法。
- ヒータを前記外側および内側フィルムおよび対向体に押し付け、前記ヒータによって前記外側および内側フィルムおよび対向体をヒートシールし、接合する請求項1に記載のプラスチックフィルム接合方法。
- 接着剤を前記外側および内側フィルムおよび対向体に付与し、前記接着剤によって前記外側および内側フィルムおよび対向体を接着し、接合する請求項1に記載のプラスチックフィルム接合方法。
- 複合フィルムからなるプラスチック袋であって、外側および内側フィルムが互いに重ね合わされ、前記外側および内側フィルムによって前記複合フィルムが構成され、前記複合フィルムの両端部において、前記複合フィルムと複合フィルムが互いに重ね合わされ、各フィルムがそれぞれ接合され、前記外側および内側フィルム間に第1接合部が形成され、前記内側フィルムと内側フィルム間に第2接合部が形成され、前記第1接合部は第1接合幅をもち、前記第1接合幅によって第1外方および内方エッジが形成され、前記第2接合部は第2接合幅をもち、前記第2接合幅によって第2外方および内方エッジが形成され、前記第1接合幅は前記第2接合幅よりも小さく選定され、前記第1内方エッジは前記第2内方エッジよりも外方に形成されていることを特徴とするプラスチック袋。
- 複合フィルムからなるプラスチックハンドルであって、外側および内側フィルムが互いに重ね合わされ、前記外側および内側フィルムによって前記複合フィルムが構成され、前記複合フィルムの両端部において、前記複合フィルムが対向体に対向し、重ね合わされ、前記外側および内側フィルムおよび対向体がそれぞれ接合され、前記外側および内側フィルム間に第1接合部が形成され、前記内側フィルムと対向体間に第2接合部が形成され、前記第1接合部は第1接合幅をもち、前記第1接合幅によって第1外方および内方エッジが形成され、前記第2接合部は第2接合幅をもち、前記第2接合幅によって第2外方および内方エッジが形成され、前記第1接合幅は前記第2接合幅よりも小さく選定され、前記第1内方エッジは前記第2内方エッジよりも外方に形成されていることを特徴とするプラスチックハンドル。
