Description
用於作動在一腳踏車上鏈輪的變速裝置,其包含一變速裝置外殼且其具有一藉由纜索捲軸來捲繞纜索以作動鏈輪之各變速級距的機構、一板桿及一釋放桿,其中該板桿是相對變速裝置外殼繞一主軸可轉動地設置,且在纜索捲繞方向上轉動該纜索捲軸已進行鏈輪中各變速級距的切換,此時,該纜索捲軸藉由該釋放桿在一纜索釋放方向上的作動,而以至少一變速級距進一步轉動而切換該變速級距。
前述技藝之變速裝置係可自DE 10 2004 051 883 A1得知,其係如觸發器變速裝置以將一與腳踏車結合之纜索自纜索捲軸捲繞出,該纜索捲軸係以旋轉可動地設置在變速裝置外殼內,且因此纜索可以伸張,且經由該纜索來透過板桿在捲繞旋轉方向上的作動,而可調整腳踏車鏈輪中各驅動件所需之變速級距。纜索釋放旋轉方向之回動切換係應透過針對變速級距以作動釋放桿之變速級距,因此觸發發生,換句話說,纜索之釋放桿作動一回係釋放了單一個變速級距。一裝設彈簧卡掣件係與板桿轉動固定地接合,該卡掣件與在切換盤中之傳遞輪齒一起運轉,且其以纜索捲繞旋轉方向進行,若必須要係經由整個變速級距盤而進行。為了在纜索釋放旋轉方向上卡合下一個變速級距,在一旋動元件透過其卡合在一齒之閂鎖裝置之前,該卡掣件必須透過彈簧而被退回,且因此釋放一變速級距。為了適合的變速裝置功能,在彈簧上設有高忍受性之配置,而致使在製造上及檢查上的成本增加。除了經由施用單一卡掣件在變速裝置內所造成的內力之外,施用單一卡掣件亦係伴隨了磨損及功能失效。
根據本發明,變速裝置係藉由卡掣件之對稱配置以避免內力的形成,卡掣件之對稱配置係設置於板桿輪轂且該等卡掣件與該板桿係一起繞著主軸移動,且將旋轉運動傳遞至該纜索捲軸上。在本案中,二個在輪轂以直徑上相對設置的卡掣件,係卡合在控制盤中以直徑上相對設置的傳遞輪齒,該控制盤係與該纜索捲軸轉動固定地接合。卡掣件在輪轂上係設置有彈簧且以鐮刀狀孔洞穿透突出於一切換盤及基部,供卡合在傳遞輪齒中以在纜索拉伸時得以自由旋轉運動。
該前述之切換盤係使用如控制元件,經由釋放桿來逐漸釋放纜索,該釋放桿係與旋動元件接合。該旋動元件係類似時鐘的擒縱器構造與控制盤傳動保持作動接合,其中旋動元件上之止檔輪齒與控制盤上之止檔輪齒裝置是一起作動的,以及旋動元件上之掣動輪齒與控制盤上之掣動輪齒裝置是一起作動的。在纜索板轉方向上,在箝夾步驟持續進行時,止檔輪齒與掣動輪齒之各輪齒會分別從其各自的輪齒裝置被推離。在板動步驟終止時,該止檔輪齒則被卡合,而該控制盤與具有纜索的纜索捲軸則維持在切換變速級距的狀態。經由彈簧力,板桿係回動到初始位置,其中卡掣件係卡合在傳遞輪齒中。在此沒有任何作用力作用,常常的是,為了緩和透過釋放桿的調控,對於傳遞輪齒的下個齒,該等沒有任何負載的卡掣件係設有一微小空隙。
若欲至下一個預定變速級距,而進一步地拉伸纜索時,則在卡合位置上的卡掣件透過板桿的作動轉動控制盤,且藉此,纜索捲軸透過傳遞輪齒而立即進一步至一欲想的切換級距。
若在各個變速級距的步進式切換中,釋放桿欲在於釋放轉動方向作動,則在旋動元件轉動到止檔輪齒被頂出止檔輪齒裝置之前,卡掣件係被推移離傳遞輪齒。該等卡掣件係被頂出坡道,而該坡道係被形成在切換盤之鐮刀狀孔洞中,在此,該孔洞係僅供該等卡掣件的自由轉動,並不具有其他功能。在切換盤轉動時,該坡道是卡掣件之下移動頂出卡掣件。頂出動作的發生總是在該等卡掣件的初始位置上,此時該等卡掣件並無任何負載,因此,在止檔輪齒自止檔輪齒裝置中鬆脫之前,該切換盤僅需要相當小的角度,就可完成該頂出動作。在由纜索所造成控制盤轉動一微小角度之後,旋動元件上之掣動輪齒旋即卡合入掣動輪齒裝置,且同時維持固定該控制盤,直到旋動元件藉由回動至其初始位置,解除在掣動輪齒裝置中,掣動輪齒的卡合鬆脫,以及旋動元件上之止檔輪齒嚙合下一個止檔輪齒裝置之齒,並使纜索捲軸定位。
該釋放桿係藉由一固持架與一第二樞軸關節而與該基部接合,且該釋放桿是繞著對主軸傾斜的旋轉軸而旋動,且該釋放桿軸承係允許經由驅動器來進行人為作動。藉由此作動,與釋放桿鉸接接合的旋動元件係於旋動方向上雙向轉動,而透過前述的卡合交替,位於各輪齒系統的止檔輪齒與掣動輪齒係可作動該控制盤。作動釋放桿係同時造成切換盤的轉動,耦接元件係與該釋放桿充份接合。耦接元件與該釋放桿是鉸接接合,且基於移動空間之故,耦接元件必須同樣地具有一聯接部來作為在切換盤上的切線方向的固定。但基於合理化,人們又必須放棄此念頭,而讓該耦接元件與該切換盤一體地結合,如此,獲得一耦接元件之寬廣的彎曲。所提供的閂鎖中,該切換盤係以薄鐵片所製成,該薄鐵片確保了該耦接元件的功能,特別是該耦接元件僅負載有線繩。關於釋放桿的傾斜旋轉軸,鉸接接合部係設有一空隙,且該空隙是足夠大的,係為了在旋動元件之止檔輪齒自止檔輪齒裝置退回鬆脫之前,於切換盤的坡道切換卡掣件。為了耦接元件以相反於施用方向上的運動而設有一回動彈簧,該回動彈簧係配置於該基部與該耦接元件之間。
本發明係具有一目的,為製造一用於作動腳踏車鏈輪之便宜變速裝置,該獲得的變速裝置係如一步進式變速裝置且藉由拉伸纜索來提升高換檔力,關於製造容差方面,更具有較佳之與被釋放纜索相鉸接的切換盤。
該目的的解決手段係在於申請專利範圍獨立項與附屬項所述之特徵的部份。具體實施例則見示於各個附屬項。
於下列配置中係闡述變速裝置1,此處該變速裝置1係具有一未經顯示的變速裝置外殼,其中在圖示中,顯示的功能元件係被整合的。因此,在第1圖中提供一纜索捲軸2,且該纜索捲軸2係繞一主軸3可轉動地設置且可捲繞其部件,即,於此處未經顯示的纜索,該纜索係與腳踏車鏈輪接合。該纜索透過一預定的轉力矩及藉由一未經顯示的鏈輪上的彈簧來在一纜索釋放轉動方向4上對纜索捲軸2施予預力。
該纜索捲軸2與一如第2圖之控制盤5是轉動固定地接合,二個直徑上相對設置的傳遞輪齒7係設置於該控制盤5,卡掣件6係卡合在傳遞輪齒7,以供控制盤5以一纜索拖拉旋動方向8來轉動。該控制盤5更具有一止檔輪齒裝置9與一掣動輪齒裝置12,該止檔輪齒裝置9係與一止檔輪齒10一起作動,一掣動輪齒11卡合在該掣動輪齒裝置12,以提供一纜索的步進式釋放配置。
第3圖提供了一旋動元件13,其與釋放桿15相接合且該控制盤5係呈半圓形環繞,其中該旋動元件13係配置在基部16上,且該旋動元件係可透過於旋動方向17上雙相地轉動
而作動釋放桿15。該止檔輪齒10係被設置於該釋放桿15相對側部上的旋動元件13,在釋放桿15位於初始位置時,該止檔輪齒10卡合在止檔輪齒裝置9,且纜索轉軸2係定位以供擇選變速級距。在鬆放了止檔輪齒10之後,且在調控旋動元件13之後,與釋放桿15同側邊之掣動輪齒11卡合在控制盤5之掣動輪齒裝置12,為了停止此作動,而自透過該旋動元件13回轉動至其初始位置,以完成了使該止檔輪齒10卡合在止檔輪齒裝置9以供下一個變速級距之步驟。
第4圖係提供一切換盤18,在該切換盤18切線方向上設有一耦接元件19。該耦接元件19係透過一鉸接之接合部24而與釋放桿15作動接合。該釋放桿15係裝設在基部16上繞著一旋轉軸21進行轉動,且對耦接元件19拉動,且該拉動係轉動裝設在切換盤18使其繞著主軸3轉動,且繞著主軸,卡掣件6係自與其卡合之控制盤6中的傳遞輪齒7退回脫離。該退回脫離是透過一坡道20而進行,該坡道20是成形於切換盤18,且當釋放桿15作動時該坡道20推抵該等卡掣件6。藉由釋放該釋放桿15,回動彈簧22將切換盤18回動至其初始位置。
第5圖顯示一板桿14,該板桿14必須在纜索拖拉旋動方向8轉動以切換至任何的變速級距,該等位在輪轂23且具有彈簧張力之卡掣件係繞該主軸3轉動,且係透過控制盤5之傳遞輪齒7而於纜索拖拉旋動方向8轉動纜索捲軸2。該纜索係被捲繞以及所欲想的變速級距係被定位。卡掣件6未受限的轉動運動係透過在基部16與在切換盤18內的鐮刀狀孔洞
而被固定。
第6圖係顯示一延著主軸之圖像,如,提供該控制盤5內傳遞輪齒7與卡掣件6之卡合。可注意到的是,切換盤18之坡道係位在卡掣件6之前。在齒緣與卡掣件6之間可看到的是當在初始位置時對各個變速級距之微小空隙,透過該微小空隙,在退回脫離卡掣件6時,僅需要少量的作用力來克服彈簧力。
第7圖係提供,該坡道20之切換盤18係以相反於順時鐘方向的方向進一步轉動,而該等卡掣件係被退回脫離。該控制盤5可以纜索釋放方向4轉動且允許一進行至下一個變速級距的步驟。
該變速裝置之前述技術上的配置的優點在於,安裝該變速裝置的簡易化,簡化變速裝置之元件的容限,藉此以避免大量的校正工作與檢查的複雜度。

Claims (8)
- 一種用於作動在一腳踏車上鏈輪的變速裝置,其包含一變速裝置外殼且該變速裝置外殼具有一藉由纜索捲軸來捲繞牽引索以作動鏈輪之各變速級距的機構、一板桿及一釋放桿,其中該板桿是相對變速裝置外殼繞一主軸可轉動地設置,且該板桿轉動以進行鏈輪中各變速級距的切換,且藉由一卡掣件而與板桿耦接的纜索捲軸在一纜索拖拉旋動方向上轉動,此時,該纜索捲軸藉由釋放桿的作動,而以至少一變速級距於一纜索釋放旋動方向上轉動而切換該變速級距,其特徵在於,為釋放透過該板桿而擇選的各自變速級距,總共二個卡掣件從其與一傳遞輪齒的卡合脫離,其中透過一切換盤之助,該卡掣件從其於該傳遞輪齒中的卡合提起脫離,其中該切換盤具有坡道,其在該切換盤的旋轉移動時推抵位在初始位置的該等卡掣件,用來將該等卡掣件從其與該傳遞輪齒的卡合釋放,其中進一步地,一耦接元件將該切換盤連接至該釋放桿。
