Description
本發明係關於可有效地運用在油墨、塗料、無機物質分散等之黏合劑、記錄用紙的接收層,纖維的處理劑等之氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠。尤其關於當使用在水性油墨時,可發揮較佳的耐水性、耐濕性、高光澤、耐醇性,當使用在記錄用紙時,可發揮較佳的顯色性、耐濕性、色彩的可辨識性、高光澤等之氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠。
首先探討凹版印刷油墨,一般的印刷中,係因印刷油墨所具有之印刷適性與印刷效果來決定其優劣。所謂印刷適性,為關於印刷機上的油墨被轉印至被印刷物並形成印刷面為止之油墨的特性之性質,主要的特性有油墨的流動性、界面適性、乾燥性等。另一方面,所謂印刷效果,為形成印刷面之油墨所顯示出之印刷的完成度,該特性有色調、光澤、耐水性、耐結塊性等。油墨的基本組成,係由色料(染料、顏料)、展色劑、輔助劑(流動性調整劑、乾燥性調整劑等)所構成,當中,展色劑對印刷適性與印刷效果會產生較大影響。展色劑的基本組成為黏合劑、蠟、溶劑等,因此,黏合劑的不同選擇會使展色劑的性質產生大幅變化,並因此大幅地影響印刷適性與印刷效果之優劣。
黏合劑可大致區分為溶劑型黏合劑與水性黏合劑。溶
劑型黏合劑,可列舉出日本特開平9-12956號公報(專利文獻1)所提出之胺基甲酸酯樹脂。然而,近年來因考量到大氣污染、火災的危險性、作業衛生方面等,不使用有機溶劑而水性黏合劑乃逐漸受到矚目。
水性黏合劑,可大致區分為以苯乙烯.丙烯酸系為代表之鹼可溶性樹脂、以聚乙烯醇為代表之水溶性樹脂以及以胺基甲酸酯乳膠(專利文獻2:日本特開平2-238015號公報)、丙烯酸系乳膠為代表之水分散型樹脂。
一般而言,當使用以水分散型樹脂作為黏合劑之水性油墨進行印刷時,係在室溫下於印刷機上將油墨塗佈於被印刷面,然後乾燥至水分散型樹脂的玻璃轉移溫度以上來完成。當加溫至此般玻璃轉移溫度以上時,樹脂粒子彼此會產生全體熔著,均一地覆膜化而顯現出耐水性並逐漸提升。當著眼於印刷適性中之印刷機上的乾燥性時,印刷油墨在印刷機上必須盡可能的長時間不會乾燥並保持流動性,溶劑型樹脂、鹼可溶性樹脂與水溶性樹脂,即使一旦乾燥而覆膜化,亦可溶解於溶劑、鹼水溶液與水而回復原先的流動性,故不會有問題,但是水分散型樹脂,當進行乾燥使樹脂粒子彼此的表面產生熔著時,在水中亦無法回復原先狀態,而有無法印刷之問題。另一方面,鹼可溶性樹脂具有耐鹼性差之問題,水溶性樹脂具有耐水性差之問題,因此,以往的黏合劑有時會併用鹼可溶性樹脂或水溶性樹脂與水溶性樹脂來調製出,然而,現況仍是當欲改良印刷適性時,耐鹼性與耐水性惡化,欲改良耐鹼性與耐水
性時,印刷適性變得不足。
為了解決此問題,日本特開平10-176132號公報(專利文獻3)中,係提出一種水性油墨用黏合劑,其係由:選自氯化乙烯、烷基的碳數1~18之(甲基)丙烯酸烷酯類及單烯基苯類之單體,及選自具有官能基之乙烯性不飽和單體之單體,及其他乙烯性不飽和單體所構成。然而,就耐濕性與光澤之觀點來看,仍具有問題。
此外,亦有提出氟樹脂者(專利文獻4:日本特開平11-35866號公報)。氟樹脂,在耐氣候性、耐腐蝕性等之種種方面來看為較佳,但仍存在有成本面的問題。
接著探討噴墨用油墨。噴墨記錄方式,其靜肅性、記錄速度、列印品質、運轉成本較佳,故廣泛地普及。此方式所用之油墨,就油墨物性、安全性、處理容易度等觀點來看,係使用水性油墨。此般油墨,為人所知者有將酸性染料、直接染料、鹼基性染料等之水溶性染料溶解於二醇系溶劑與水者(專利文獻5~7:日本特開昭53-61412號公報、日本特開昭54-89811號公報、日本特開昭55-65269號公報),但仍有耐水性差之缺點。
因此,亦有探討使用顏料作為著色成分者,為了分散顏料,係使用導入有羧基之丙烯酸系樹脂與苯乙烯.丙烯酸酯等(專利文獻8:日本特開昭61-235478號公報),或是由丙烯酸、苯乙烯、α甲基苯乙烯所構成之三元共聚物水性樹脂(專利文獻9:日本特開平8-253716號公報)。然而,雖然可看到耐水性與耐氣候性的提升,但就
顏料分散性(隨時間之變化)之觀點來看,仍有改善的空間。
接著探討記錄用紙的接收層,尤其是噴墨記錄用紙。近年來,個人電腦等之OA機器用的印表機中,使用水性油墨之記錄方式之比率逐年提高,對記錄材料的需求亦隨之擴大,另一方面,為了更進一步改良列印品質、色彩度、外觀、圖像,係逐漸要求具有更優良特性之記錄材料。該使用用途亦逐漸多樣化,使得耐水性、顯色性等之要求特性更加嚴苛。此般接收層,係有人提出將非晶質二氧化矽與聚乙烯醇等之黏結劑調配並塗佈於基礎紙之記錄紙(專利文獻10:日本特開昭55-51583號公報),或是將含有多孔質顏料粒子之油墨接收層設置在基礎紙的表內面之記錄紙(專利文獻11:日本特開昭56-148584號公報)。與以往使用上等紙張之記錄紙相比,雖可大幅地提升色彩鮮豔度,但當塗佈量較少時,油墨會不規則地擴散,導致列印的滲透量增大,當增加塗佈量時,雖然滲透量較少,但有塗佈層剝離而產生粉體脫落之問題。
此外,係有人提出一種使用使聚乙烯醇與丙烯酸與甲基丙烯酸甲酯反應所得之水不溶性樹脂,來改善黏結強度之記錄紙(專利文獻12:日本特開昭62-288076號公報),但由於水不溶性樹脂為陰離子性,所以與同為陰離子性之水性油墨的固定性差,至今仍未解決油墨的滲出或耐水性的提升。
再者,亦有人提出含有聚陽離子高分子電解質之記錄
紙(專利文獻13:日本特開昭56-84992號公報)與設置有以具有油墨吸附性之陽離子性高分子黏結劑為主成分之接收層之記錄紙(專利文獻14:日本特開昭58-24493號公報),以及含有陽離子性丙烯酸樹脂乳膠之記錄紙(專利文獻15、16:日本特開平11-123867號公報、日本特開2001-199152號公報),但就顯色性與耐水性之觀點來看,並不令人滿意。

本發明係鑒於上述情形而創作出之發明,其目的係提供一種當使用在水性油墨時,可發揮較佳的耐水性、耐濕性、高光澤、耐醇性,當使用在記錄用紙時,可發揮較佳的顯色性、耐水性、耐濕性、色彩的可辨識性、高光澤等,可有效地運用在油墨、塗料、無機物質分散等之黏合劑、記錄用紙的接收層,纖維的處理劑等之氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠。
本發明者們係為了達成上述目的而進行精心探討,結果發現到,藉由將(A)數量平均分子量為5000~50000之苯乙烯.丙烯酸酯低聚物及/或丙烯酸酯低聚物,在相對於含有(B)氯化乙烯單體、或是(B)氯化乙烯單體及可與其共聚合之(C)含乙烯性不飽和基的單體之單體組成物100質量份而言為40~500質量份的存在下進行乳化聚合所得之氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠,能夠克服前述課題,因而完成本發明。
因此,本發明係提供下列發明。
申請專利範圍第1項:一種氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠,其係將(A)數量平均分
子量為5000~50000之苯乙烯.丙烯酸酯低聚物及/或丙烯酸酯低聚物,在相對於含有(B)氯化乙烯單體、或是(B)氯化乙烯單體及可與其共聚合之(C)含乙烯性不飽和基的單體之單體組成物100質量份而言為40~500質量份的存在下,進行乳化聚合而得。
申請專利範圍第2項:如申請專利範圍第1項之氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠,其中(B)成分與(C)成分之比率以質量比計為50:50~100:0。
申請專利範圍第3項:一種水性油墨,其係含有申請專利範圍第1或2項之氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠。
申請專利範圍第4項:如申請專利範圍第3項之水性油墨,其中氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠的含量以固形份計為2~30質量%,且尚含有著色劑3~40質量%,水可溶性有機溶劑0~50質量%,以及水5~95質量%而成。
申請專利範圍第5項:一種記錄用紙,其係具有申請專利範圍第1或2項之氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠的塗膜。
申請專利範圍第6項:如申請專利範圍第5項之記錄用紙,其中上述塗膜係形成接收層。
申請專利範圍第7項:
如申請專利範圍第5或6項之記錄用紙,其中上述塗膜係含有氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠的固形份2~30質量%,且以尚含有顏料0~30質量%、剩餘部分為水或水可溶性有機溶劑之組成物所形成。
本發明之氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠,當使用在水性油墨時,可發揮較佳的耐水性、耐濕性、高光澤、耐醇性,當使用在記錄用紙時,可發揮較佳的顯色性、耐水性、耐濕性、色彩的可辨識性、高光澤等,可有效地運用在油墨、塗料、無機物質分散等之黏合劑、記錄用紙的接收層,纖維的處理劑等。
本發明之氯化乙烯系水性油墨用黏合劑,為將(A)數量平均分子量為5000~50000之苯乙烯.丙烯酸酯低聚物及/或丙烯酸酯低聚物,在相對於含有(B)氯化乙烯單體、或是(B)氯化乙烯單體及可與其共聚合之(C)含乙烯性不飽和基的單體之單體組成物100質量份而言為40~500質量份的存在下,進行乳化聚合而得之氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠。
(A)苯乙烯.丙烯酸酯低聚物、丙烯酸酯低聚物中所使用之丙烯酸酯單體,可列舉出甲基(丙烯酸)甲酯、甲基(丙烯酸)乙酯、甲基(丙烯酸)丁酯等。甲基(丙
烯酸)為丙烯酸與甲基丙烯酸之總稱。市售品可列舉出JONCRYL JDX-6500、JONCRYL JDX-6102B、JONCRYL HPD-96J、JONCRYL 52J(均為BASF公司製)等,但並不限定於此,可使用1種或2種以上。該用量,相對於含有(B)氯化乙烯單體、或是(B)氯化乙烯單體及可與其共聚合之(C)含乙烯性不飽和基的單體之單體組成物100質量份而言,較佳為含有40~500質量份,更佳為含有100~300質量份。當未達40質量份時,可能有產生凝聚物之缺失,當超過500質量份時,反應呈非活化,可能有產生無法安定生產之缺失。
(A)苯乙烯.丙烯酸酯低聚物、丙烯酸酯低聚物的數量平均分子量,較佳為5000~50000,更佳為8000~20000。當分子量未達5000時,可能有產生凝聚物之缺失,當超過50000時,凝聚物多量地產生,最差的情況可能會產生膠體化之缺失。數量平均分子量,為經以GPC所測定之聚苯乙烯的換算值,本發明中,係將50000以下者稱為低聚物。
此外,(C)可與氯化乙烯單體共聚合之含乙烯性不飽和基的單體,除了乙酸乙烯酯、乙烯、丙烯、偏二氯化乙烯之外,可列舉出丙酸乙烯酯等之羧酸乙烯酯單體類;苯乙烯、α-甲基苯乙烯等之芳香族乙烯單體類;1,3-丁二烯、2-甲基-1,3-丁二烯等之共軛二烯系單體類;丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯等之乙烯性不飽和單羧酸酯類;衣康酸二甲
酯、馬來酸二乙酯、馬來酸單丁酯、富馬酸單乙酯、富馬酸二丁酯等之乙烯性不飽和聚羧酸酯類;丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、巴豆酸等之乙烯性不飽和單羧酸類;衣康酸、馬來酸、富馬酸等之乙烯性不飽和二羧酸類;甲基丙烯酸縮水甘油酯等之含環氧基的單體類;甲基丙烯酸2-羥乙酯等之含醇性羥基的單體類;丙烯酸甲氧基乙酯等之含烷氧基的單體類;丙烯腈等之含腈基的單體類;丙烯醯胺等之含醯胺基的單體類;甲基丙烯酸二甲基胺乙酯等之含胺基的單體類;二乙烯苯、甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯等之於1分子中具有2個以上的乙烯性不飽和基之單體,當中可選擇1種或2種以上,較佳為乙酸乙烯酯、乙烯性不飽和單羧酸酯類、乙烯性不飽和單羧酸類。
此時,(B)氯化乙烯單體及可與其共聚合之(C)含乙烯性不飽和基的單體之比率,以質量比計為50:50~100:0,特佳為70:30~100:0。當氯化乙烯量過少時,可能會有凝聚物產生之缺失。
上述乳化聚合,可採用一般所知的所有乳化聚合法。可在最初即整體地添加單體及其他聚合助劑(例如烷基硫酸酯鹽等之乳化劑、過硫酸銨等之聚合起始劑、硫醇等之連鎖轉移劑、碳酸鈉等之pH調整劑、各種消泡劑及其他),或是連續地添加,或是在聚合中連續地或分批地添加其一部分。
此外,在不損及本發明之效果的範圍內,亦可併用非離子系界面活性劑與陰離子系乳化劑。例如有聚氧乙烯烷
基苯醚、聚氧乙烯烷醚、聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯、聚氧化伸烷基烷醚、聚氧乙烯衍生物、甘油脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油、聚氧乙烯烷基胺、烷基烷醇醯胺、或乙炔醇、乙炔二醇及此等之環氧乙烷加成物等之界面活性劑。
上述乳化聚合中所用之聚合起始劑,可列舉過硫酸銨、過硫酸鉀等之過硫酸鹽,2,2’-二脒-2,2’-偶氮丙烷二鹽酸鹽、偶氮雙異丁腈等之偶氮化合物,異丙苯基過氧化氫、過氧化苯甲醯、過氧化氫等之過氧化物,酒石酸等。此外,亦可一般所知的還原氧化系起始劑,例如過硫酸鉀與亞硫酸氫鈉等。聚合起始劑的用量,相對於上述單體而言通常為0.1~2.0質量%,較佳為0.2~1.0質量%。
進行上述乳化聚合之聚合溫度,通常為40~80℃,較佳為50~70℃。聚合時間可適當地設定,較佳為10~15小時。此聚合較佳係在氮氣等之非活性氣體的環境中進行。
蒸發殘留份較佳為10~50質量%,更佳為20~40質量%。當未達10質量%時,可能會產生凝聚物,當超過50質量%時,可能會大量地產生凝聚物。
聚合結束後,在不損及本發明之水性油墨用黏合劑的性能之範圍內,亦可添加可塑劑、無機或有機填充劑、增黏劑等。
可獲得乳膠的平均粒徑為10~1000nm,較佳為20~800nm,黏度為5~1800mPa.s者。
本發明之樹脂乳膠,可使用在種種用途中,尤其當使
用在記錄用紙時,可發揮較佳的顯色性、耐水性、耐濕性、高光澤等,當使用在水性油墨時,可賦予較佳的耐水性、耐濕性、色彩的可辨識性、高光澤、較佳的耐醇性。
此時,當將本發明之氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠使用在水性油墨時,可將著色劑、水可溶性有機溶劑、各種添加劑、水等調配於此氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠,並藉由一般所知的分散機、混合機、捏合機等予以分散、混合而製造出。氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠在水性油墨中之含量,以固形份計為2~30質量%,特佳為5~20質量%。著色劑可使用染料、顏料等,在水性油墨中可含有3~40質量%,特佳為5~30質量%。水可溶性有機溶劑,可使用乙二醇單醚、二乙二醇單醚、丙二醇單醚、乙二醇二甲醚、二乙二醇二甲醚、乙二醇、二乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油、甲醇、乙醇、異丙醇、甲基乙基酮、甲基溶纖劑、乙基溶纖劑、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、二丙酮醇等,在水性油墨中可含有0~60質量%,特佳為0~50質量%。水在水性油墨中可含有5~95質量%,特佳為10~90質量%。添加劑可列舉出顏料分散劑、平坦劑、消泡劑等,此等添加劑,在水性油墨中可以常用量來使用。
此外,當將本發明之氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠使用在記錄用紙時,可適當地使用在記錄用紙之接收層的形成。可將顏料、水可溶性有機溶劑、各種添加劑、水等調配於此氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠,並藉由一般所知的分散機、混合機、捏合機等予以分散、混合而製造出。此時,含有接收層的形成中所用之氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠之接收層形成用組成物
中,係含有2~30質量%之氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠的固形份,特佳為5~20質量%。此外,顏料可調配非晶質合成二氧化矽、矽酸鋁、矽酸鎂、沉降性碳酸鈣、重質碳酸鈣、矽酸鈣、氫氧化鋁、沸石、燒結黏土、高嶺土、滑石、白碳等。此等成分的調配量為0~30質量%,特佳為0~20質量%。水可溶性有機溶劑,可使用乙二醇單醚、二乙二醇單醚、丙二醇單醚、乙二醇二甲醚、二乙二醇二甲醚、乙二醇、二乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油、甲醇、乙醇、異丙醇、甲基乙基酮、甲基溶纖劑、乙基溶纖劑、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、二丙酮醇等,在水性油墨中可含有0~60質量%,特佳為0~50質量%。水在水性油墨中可含有5~98質量%,特佳為10~90質量%。其他添加劑可列舉出顏料分散劑、消泡劑、著色劑、抗氧化劑、紫外線吸收劑、黏度調整劑、脫模劑等。
上述接收層形成用組成物,可刷毛塗佈於市售的紙等之支撐體,並藉由板片塗佈機、空氣刀塗佈機、淋幕式塗佈機、繞線塗佈機、凹版塗佈機、輥塗佈機等之塗佈方式,以塗佈量成為0.5~25g/m2(乾燥聚合固形份),較佳為1~10g/m1之方式,塗佈並乾燥而製造出。
以下係顯示出製造例與實施例及比較例,來具體地說明本發明,但本發明並不限定於下列實施例。下列例子中,份及%分別表示質量份、質量%。
於具備攪拌機、冷凝器、溫度計及氮氣導入口之聚合容器中,進行氮氣取代後,裝入脫離子水33份、氯化乙烯15份、JONCRYL JDX-6500(BASF公司製丙烯酸低聚物)50質量份(有效成分30%),一邊攪拌一邊加溫至60℃。再將過硫酸銨(起始劑)0.1份溶解於脫離子水1份並添加至此以進行聚合反應。
在聚合內壓成為0MPa之時點,在真空中將殘存單體去除至1000ppm為止,然後冷卻至40℃以下而得聚合物。為固形份30%、pH7.5、B型黏度計黏度(23℃)10mPa.s。第1表係顯示該結果。可藉由GPC來測定出所得之乳膠為氯化乙烯樹脂者。
以第1表、第2表所示之組成,與實施例1相同來實施聚合,而得氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠。
<固形份測定方法>
將氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠約1g量取至鋁箔製的皿,放入於保持在105~110℃之乾燥器中進行1小時的加熱後,從乾燥器中取出,並在乾燥皿中放置冷卻。量秤試樣於乾燥後的重量,並藉由下列式計算出固形份。

<pH測定方法>
依據JIS Z8802(pH測定方法),使用pH計直接測定氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠。
<B型黏度計黏度測定方法>
將氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠的液溫保持在23±0.5℃,並藉由BM型黏度計(No.1 Rotor,6rpm)進行測定。
<平均粒徑>
使用光散射型粒徑測定裝置進行測定。
樣本調製
1.將樣本採集至取樣杯,以25℃的純水稀釋。
2.以300網目的濾布過濾經稀釋的樣本。
測定
確認出適當濃度,並以上述測定條件進行測定。
可確認出測定結果良好。
<聚合安定性>
以6密耳的板片將氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠塗佈於玻璃板上,並以目視方式確認是否產生凝聚物。

I.作為凹版印刷油墨之性能評估
將氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠的含量以固形份計設定為20%,並混合5%的DISPERS RED SD-1011以及75%的水,將此構成為試樣A。
將試樣A設置在桌上型印刷機(GRAVO-PROOF CM,日商Gravure公司製),將印刷輥旋轉1圈並印刷至市售的紙上。
a.耐水性
將印刷後的紙設置在學振形染色摩擦堅牢度試驗機(安田精機製作所公司製),使用經水潤濕後的棉紗,實施25次的摩擦試驗,並依循下列基準來判定。
○:未產生對棉紗之色移
△:觀察到色移
×:完全地色移,印刷面的色彩脫落
b.耐濕性
在50℃、濕度90%下將印刷後的紙靜置1天,並依循下列基準來判定。
○:印刷部位無滲透
△:觀察到印刷部位少量滲透
×:完全滲透
c.光澤
藉由光澤計(日本電色工業公司製)來測定印刷後的部位,讀取60°之值,並依循下列基準來判定。
○:光澤值為90以上

d.耐醇性
將印刷後的紙設置在學振形染色摩擦堅牢度試驗機(安田精機製作所公司製),使用經乙醇潤濕後的棉紗,實施25次的摩擦試驗,並依循下列基準來判定。

〔油墨的調製〕
將氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠的含量以固形份計設定為20%,並混合20%的碳黑MA100(三菱製紙公司製)以及60%的水,將此構成為試樣B。
e.色調
藉由棒塗佈機No.4,以乾燥重量成為4g/m2之方式將調製後的試樣B塗佈於市售的紙上,在40℃下乾燥30秒。依循下列基準,以目視方式來判定所得之塗佈紙與調製後之試樣的外觀。
○:色調為同等
△:黑色濃度不足
×:色調產生變化
f.密著性
藉由棒塗佈機No.4,以乾燥重量成為4g/m2之方式將調製後的試樣B塗佈於軟質氯化乙烯薄膜.Super Film Non-Tack(Okamoto公司製)上,在40℃下乾燥30秒。將透明膠帶(Nichiban公司製,註冊商標)貼著於所得之塗佈品後予以剝離,並依循下列基準來判定。
○:無剝離
△:有一部分剝離
×:完全剝離
g.分散性(隨時間之安定性)
在常溫下將調製後的試樣B放置1星期,依循下列基準,以目視方式來判定隨時間之沉降。
○:無沉降
△:雖產生沉降但可進行再攪拌
×:產生沉降無法復原
III.作為記錄用紙的接收層之性能評估
[接收層的調製]
藉由棒塗佈機No.4,將各氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠,塗佈於市售的紙上,在40℃下乾燥30秒而構成試樣C。
h.顯色性
藉由EPSON PM-800C將黃、靛、洋紅3色印刷於試樣C,依循下列基準,以目視方式來判定各色的色濃度。
○:無脫色且可鮮明地印刷
△:有一部分脫色
×:有脫色且褪色
i.油墨的吸收性
將印刷後的紙設置在學振形染色摩擦堅牢度試驗機(安田精機製作所公司製),使用經水潤濕後的棉紗,實施25次的摩擦試驗,並依循下列基準來判定。
○:未產生對棉紗之色移
△:觀察到色移
×:完全地色移,印刷面的色彩脫落
j.耐濕性
在50℃、濕度90%下將前述印刷後的紙靜置1天,依循下列基準,以目視方式來判定。
○:印刷部位無滲透
△:觀察到印刷部位少量滲透
×:完全滲透
JONCRYL JDX-6500:BASF公司製丙烯酸低聚物,數量平均分子量10000
JONCRYL JDX-6102B:BASF公司製丙烯酸低聚物,數量平均分子量60000
JONCRYL HPD-96J:BASF公司製苯乙烯丙烯酸低聚物,數量平均分子量16500
JONCRYL 52J:BASF公司製苯乙烯丙烯酸低聚物,數量平均分子量1700

Claims (11)
- 一種氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠之製造方法,其係包含將(A)數量平均分子量為8000~20000之苯乙烯.丙烯酸酯低聚物及/或僅丙烯酸酯之低聚物,在相對於含有(B)氯化乙烯單體,或(B)氯化乙烯單體及可與其共聚合之(C)含乙烯性不飽和基的單體之單體組成物100質量份而言為40~500質量份的存在下,進行乳化聚合之步驟,而該乳化聚合係進行10~15小時,聚合溫度為40~80℃,且所得到之乳膠的平均粒徑為10~1000nm。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠之製造方法,其中所得之乳膠之黏度為5~1800mPa.s,蒸發殘留份為10~50質量%。
- 一種水性油墨,其係含有以如申請專利範圍第1項之氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠之製造方法所製造之氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項之水性油墨,其中氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠的含量以固形份計為2~30質量%,且尚含有著色劑3~40質量%,水可溶性有機溶劑0~60質量%,以及水5~95質量%而成。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項之水性油墨,其中水可溶性有機溶劑係選自由乙二醇單醚、二乙二醇單醚、丙二醇單醚、乙二醇二甲醚、二乙二醇二甲醚、乙二醇、二乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油、甲醇、乙醇、異丙醇、甲基乙基酮、甲基溶纖劑、乙基溶纖劑、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、二丙酮醇所 成群者。
- 一種記錄用紙,其係具有以如申請專利範圍第1項之氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠之製造方法所製造之氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠的塗膜。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項之記錄用紙,其中上述塗膜係形成接收層。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項之記錄用紙,其中上述塗膜係以含有氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠的固形份2~30質量%,且尚含有顏料0~30質量%、剩餘部分含有水或水可溶性有機溶劑之組成物所形成。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項之記錄用紙,其中上述塗膜係以含有氯化乙烯系樹脂乳膠的固形份2~30質量%,且尚含有顏料0~30質量%、剩餘部分含有水或水可溶性有機溶劑之組成物所形成。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項之記錄用紙,其中,上述顏料係選自由非晶質合成二氧化矽、矽酸鋁、矽酸鎂、沉降性碳酸鈣、重質碳酸鈣、矽酸鈣、氫氧化鋁、沸石、燒結黏土、高嶺土、滑石、白碳所成群者;上述水可溶性有機溶劑係選自由乙二醇單醚、二乙二醇單醚、丙二醇單醚、乙二醇二甲醚、二乙二醇二甲醚、乙二醇、二乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油、甲醇、乙醇、異丙醇、甲基乙基酮、甲基溶纖劑、乙基溶纖劑、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、二丙酮醇所成群者;塗佈於支撐體上之上述組成物之塗佈量為0.5~25 g/m2(乾燥聚合固形份)。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項之記錄用紙,其中,上述顏料係選自由非晶質合成二氧化矽、矽酸鋁、矽酸鎂、沉降性碳酸鈣、重質碳酸鈣、矽酸鈣、氫氧化鋁、沸石、燒結黏土、高嶺土、滑石、白碳所成群者;上述水可溶性有機溶劑係選自由乙二醇單醚、二乙二醇單醚、丙二醇單醚、乙二醇二甲醚、二乙二醇二甲醚、乙二醇、二乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油、甲醇、乙醇、異丙醇、甲基乙基酮、甲基溶纖劑、乙基溶纖劑、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、二丙酮醇所成群者;塗佈於支撐體上之上述組成物之塗佈量為0.5~25g/m2(乾燥聚合固形份)。
