Description

跨坐型電動車輛
該發明係關於一種以電動馬達作為動力源之跨坐型電動車輛。
以電動馬達為動力源之電動二輪車包括用於對電池進行充電之插座。於對電池進行充電時,將設置於自充電器延伸之接電繩之端部之充電插頭連接於插座。
作為此種電動二輪車,眾所周知有如下者(例如參照專利文獻1):於設置於置腳部與前輪之間且於上下方向延伸之前罩之後表面形成有開口,於面臨該開口之位置設置有用以對上述電池進行充電之插座(供電部)。

為對此種電動二輪車進行充電,必需使車輛固定。因此,將設置於車輛之支架放下而使車輛固定。其後,打開蓋體使插座露出,將充電插頭嵌入至插座。
於專利文獻1所記載之電動二輪車中,插座設置於蓋體,該蓋體設置於就座於座椅之乘員之腳之前方,因此容易進行充電作業。
但是,電動二輪車與電動汽車不同,車輛為輕量。因 此,若於將充電插頭嵌入至插座時對車輛作用力,則有車輛有時會移動之虞。
因此,該發明之目的在於提供一種跨坐型電動車輛,其即便於將充電插頭嵌入至插座時對車輛作用力,亦可抑制車輛之移動,從而容易進行充電作業。
用以達成上述目的之本發明之跨坐型電動車輛包括:前輪及後輪;座椅,其至少一部分配置於較上述後輪更靠前方;置腳部,其設置於較上述前輪更靠後方且較上述後輪更靠前方,自下方支撐就座於上述座椅之乘員之腳;支架,其可搖動地支撐於上述前輪與上述後輪之間,於以前部為支點旋動至下方之狀態下將車輛支撐為直立狀態;護腿板,其設置於上述置腳部與上述前輪之間,具有於上下方向延伸之面;插座,其以面臨設置於上述護腿板之開口部之方式設置;及車架,其支撐上述前輪、上述後輪、上述座椅、上述支架、上述護腿板及插座;且上述插座係以如下方式設置:配置於上述支架旋動至下方之狀態下之上述前輪之接地點與上述護腿板之間,且具有向上方、左方或左上方開口之連接口,於嵌入充電插頭時經由上述車架將上述插座所受到之力傳遞至上述前輪。
根據本發明之跨坐型電動車輛,其包括配置於上述前輪之接地點與上述護腿板之間之插座,且以如下方式設置:插座之連接口向上方、左方或左上方開口,於嵌入充電插頭時經由車架將插座所受到之下方、右方或右下方之力傳遞至前輪。於放下支架之狀態下,前輪處於接地狀態。因此,於嵌入充電插頭時,配置於前輪之接地點與護腿板之間之插座所受到之力作為下方、右方或右下方之力作用於前輪,從而良好地保持前輪之接地狀態。又,插座所受到之前方方向之力相對變小,因此可減小於上抬支架之方向對車體所作用之力。因此,可提供一種跨坐型電動車輛,其即便於充電作業之開始時對車輛作用力亦可抑制車輛之移動,容易開始充電作業。
又,於上述本發明之跨坐型電動車輛中,上述插座亦可設置於相對於車輛中心向右方或左方偏移之位置。
根據上述本發明之跨坐型電動車輛,可避開配置於左右方向之車體之中心線上之車架,而將插座配置於靠近前輪之位置。因此,容易將充電插頭連接時之力傳遞至前輪。因此,可提供一種跨坐型電動車輛,其即便於將充電插頭嵌入至插座時對車輛作用力亦可抑制車輛之移動,容易開始充電作業。
又,於上述本發明之跨坐型電動車輛中,上述車架包括於上述前輪之接地點與上述護腿板之間配置於車輛中心線上之車架前部, 上述插座亦可支撐於上述車架前部。
根據上述本發明之跨坐型電動車輛,插座支撐於靠近前輪之車架前部。因此,容易經由車架前部而將充電插頭連接時之負荷傳遞至前輪。因此,可提供一種跨坐型電動車輛,其即便於將充電插頭嵌入插座時對車輛作用力亦可抑制車輛之移動,從而容易進行充電作業。
以下,參照圖式對該發明之第1實施形態進行具體說明。圖1係本發明之第1實施形態之跨坐型電動車輛即電動二輪車之左側視圖。圖2係自箭頭II方向觀察圖1所示之電動二輪車之頂視圖。
再者,以下說明中之前後、上下及左右之各方向係以電動二輪車放置於水平面且駕駛員朝向前方時之該駕駛員之視點作為基準。圖1中,以箭頭X1表示前後方向,以箭頭Y1方向表示上下方向,圖2中,以箭頭Z1表示左右方向。又,以垂直地立起且將主支架放下而停車之狀態之電動二輪車作為基準,說明電動二輪車之構成。
電動二輪車包括車架2、前輪3、後輪4、收納有電動馬達之動力單元5、電池6、車身外殼7及座椅29。電動二輪車係藉由自電池6供給之電力而驅動電動馬達,藉由電動馬達之輸出而驅動後輪4。以下,自車體前方依序說明電動二輪車之整體構造。
電動二輪車包含配置於該電動二輪車之前上部之頭管8。轉向軸旋動自如地插入頭管8內。於轉向軸之下端部安 裝有左右一對前叉10。前輪3安裝於前叉10,且支撐於車架2。
於轉向軸之上端部安裝有把手11。駕駛員可藉由操作把手11而使轉向軸、前叉10及前輪3繞轉向軸之軸線轉動。
於把手11之左右兩端部分別設置有握把12(參照圖2)。右側之握把構成節流握把。駕駛員可藉由轉動該節流握把而調整電動馬達之輸出。又,於把手11之中央附近設置有儀錶13。
電動二輪車包含自頭管8向後方延伸之車架2。車架2係使用鋼鐵製之管構件等而形成。車架2包含下行管19及配置於下行管19之後方之框架本體20。頭管8與下行管19構成車架前部。
下行管19配置於左右方向之車輛中心線上。該下行管19自頭管8之下部向斜後下方延伸。於側視下,框架本體20自下行管19之下端部向後方延伸,車輛之前後方向X1之中途部形成為S字狀。
框架本體20設置為左右一對。框架本體20包含第1框架部21、第2框架部22及第3框架部23。
第1框架部21係自下行管19之下端部向後方大致筆直地延伸,且略向斜後上方傾斜。側支架53向下方可旋動地安裝於第1框架部21之左側。該側支架53配置於前輪3與後輪4之間。
第2框架部22於側視下形成為S字狀。第2框架部22為自下方朝向上方而彎曲之形狀。第2框架部22之前端自第1框 架部21之後端部連續,於中間部向斜後上方筆直地延伸,後端部與第3框架部23連續。於側視下,第2框架部22之中間部相對於第1框架部21之傾斜角度例如為45度左右。第3框架部23係自上端部直線狀延伸,且略向斜後上方傾斜。
如圖1所示,電動二輪車包含安裝於車架2之車身外殼7。車身外殼7包含覆蓋頭管8之前罩25、護腿板18、底罩26、後罩27及座椅下罩28。
底罩26係自前罩25之下部向後方延伸而覆蓋第1框架部21。於設置於較前輪3更靠後方且較後輪4更靠前方的底罩26之上端部形成有置腳部26a。置腳部26a大致平坦地形成,自下方支撐就座於座椅29之乘員之腳。
護腿板18設置於置腳部26a與前輪3之間,具有於上下方向延伸之面。該護腿板18設置於前罩25之後側,與前罩25一同覆蓋下行管19。護腿板18係以自前罩25之後側向置腳部26a連續之方式形成。
如圖2所示,護腿板18包括設置於車輛之左右方向之中央之框架罩部18a、及設置於框架罩部18a之左右之護腳部18b。護腳部18b設置於護腿板18之左右方向端部,保護就座於座椅29之使用者之腿部。框架罩部18a以覆蓋自頭管8向斜後下方延伸之下行管19且向較護腳部18b更後方突出之方式形成。
又,如圖1所示,後罩27覆蓋第2框架部22及第3框架部23。後罩27就整體而言形成為自底罩26之後部向斜後上方延伸之形狀。後罩27係自第2框架部22之中間部起自左右 兩側方覆蓋第3框架部23。
座椅下罩28係以自底罩26之後部隆起之方式形成於座椅29之下方且後罩27之前方。
於座椅下罩28及後罩27之上方配置有座椅29。該座椅29之前部設置於較後輪4更靠車輛之前方。電動二輪車之行駛中,就坐於座椅29之駕駛員之腳置放於置腳部26a。於前後方向X1上,置腳部26a配置於護腿板18與座椅下罩28之間。
又,該座椅29之前部經由鉸鏈而安裝於座椅下罩28。藉此,設置於座椅29之下方之收容空間可進行開閉。
於座椅29之下方配置有作為電動馬達之電源之電池6。電池6固定於左右一對第2框架部22之間。電池6為可進行充電之二次電池。再者,電池6亦可設為可相對於車輛進行卸除之構成。
又,於第1框架部21之後方且第3框架部23之下方設置有動力單元5。動力單元5係經由懸架裝置9而可搖動地安裝於第3框架部23。於該動力單元5之下部安裝有主支架51。主支架51係如圖1所示般配置於前輪3與後輪4之間。
主支架51包含向車輛之左右方向突出之支撐部52。該主支架51係可以其前部51a為支點而向下方旋動地支撐於車輛。車輛之行駛中,主支架51以前部51a為支點而旋動至上方,支撐部52以沿著動力單元5之方式上抬至上方位置。另一方面,於停車時,主支架51以前部51a為支點而旋動至下方,如圖1所示,使後輪4自接地面A1離開,將電 動二輪車支撐為直立狀態。
(插座)
以上述之方式構成之電動二輪車包含與電池6電性連接之插座30。可於該插座30連接充電插頭40。插座30包含充電插頭40之前端可插入之連接口31。插座30係以連接口31面臨設置於護腿板18之開口部18d之方式設置。插座30固定於下行管19。
又,於該插座30設置有可堵住連接口31之頂蓋32。於不充電時,藉由使頂蓋32覆蓋連接口31,而防止雨水或灰塵侵入插座30內部。
如圖2所示,於護腿板18之左側之護腳部18b設置有自護腳部18b向後方突出之插座收容部18c。插座收容部18c之上表面形成為面向上方之平坦面。開口部18d設置於該插座收容部18c。
(作用)
圖3係自上方例示圖1所示之電動二輪車之接地點及插座之模式圖。以下,使用圖1及圖3說明電池6之充電開始時來自充電插頭40之力之作用。本實施形態之電動二輪車係於放下主支架51之狀態下將充電插頭40嵌入至插座30,開始對電池6進行充電。
於使主支架51向下方旋動而放下支撐部52之狀態下,如圖3所示,前輪3處於接地狀態。又,於該狀態下,電動二輪車係於前輪3之接地點3a與支撐部52之左右一對接地點52a、52a之兩個部位接地。此時,若自上方觀察電動二輪 車,則插座30配置於前輪3之接地點3a與護腿板18之間,且配置於靠近前輪3之位置。
又,如圖1所示,插座30之連接口31向上方開口。因此,為對電池6進行充電,而於將充電插頭40之前端嵌入至插座30之連接口31時,充電插頭40對插座30作用朝向下方之力。
插座30固定於下行管19,因此作用於插座30之力係以將下行管19向下方按壓之方式作用。又,前輪3經由前叉10而固定於與下行管19為一體之頭管8。因此,作用於下行管19之外力以將前輪3向下方按壓之方式作用。
因此,於將充電插頭40嵌入至插座30時,作用於插座30之力以經由車架2而將前輪3向下方按壓之方式作用。因此,前輪3不會移動,從而良好地保持前輪3之接地狀態。
又,插座30所受到之力中向下方之力為主導,前方方向之力相對較小。因此,欲使車體向前方移動之力較小,可減小於上抬主支架51之方向對車體作用之力。因此,於充電開始時,主支架51不易上抬,從而良好地保持車輛之姿勢。因此,即便於充電作業開始時自插座30對車輛作用力,亦可抑制車輛之移動,容易開始充電作業。
再者,本實施形態中,插座30並非設置於護腿板18中之框架罩部18a,而設置於左側之護腳部18b。即,插座30係設置於相對於在前後方向延伸之車輛中心線B1而向右方或左方偏移之位置。
於將插座30設置於框架罩部18a之情形時,於圖3中,插 座30遠離前輪3之接地點3a,因此於將充電插頭40連接於插座30時,難以將向下方按壓之力傳遞至前輪3。
然而,本實施形態中,於護腳部18b設置插座收容部18c,於插座收容部18c配置插座30。藉此,如圖3所示,可將插座30靠近前輪3而配置,於將充電插頭40連接於插座30時,容易將插入充電插頭40時之力傳遞至前輪3。因此,並不對主支架51作用力,車輛不會移動。因此,可提供更容易開始充電作業之電動二輪車。
再者,以上說明中,列舉於放下主支架51之支撐部52之狀態下對電池6進行充電之例而進行了說明,但亦可於放下側支架53之支撐部54之狀態下進行充電。圖4係表示放下側支架53之支撐部54之狀態之車輛之側視圖。又,圖5係表示圖4所示之電動二輪車之接地狀態之模式圖。
如圖4、5所示,於放下側支架53之狀態下,電動二輪車於前輪3之接地點3b、後輪4之接地點4a及側支架53之接地點53a之3點處接地。於此狀態下,即便於將充電插頭40連接於插座30之情形時,自充電插頭40對插座30作用之力亦可經由車架2而作為將前輪3向下方按壓之力傳遞。因此,前輪3不會移動,從而良好地保持前輪3之接地狀態。
又,插座30所受到之力中向下方之力為主導,前方方向之力相對較小。因此,欲使車體向前方移動之力較小,可減小於上抬側支架53之方向對車體作用之力。因此,於充電開始時,側支架53不易上抬,從而良好地保持車輛之姿勢。因此,即便於充電作業之開始時自插座30對車輛作用 力,亦可抑制車輛之移動,容易開始充電作業。
再者,上述實施形態中,列舉插座30之連接口31向上方開口之例而進行了說明,但本發明並不限定於該例。連接口31亦可以向左方或左上方開口之方式設置。
例如,於以連接口31向左方開口之方式配置插座30之情形時,插座30亦配置於前輪3之附近。因此,經由車架2對前輪3作用右方之力,前輪3不會於前後方向移動,從而良好地保持前輪3之接地狀態。
又,插座30所受到之力中右方之力為主導,前方方向之力相對較小。因此,欲使車體向前方移動之力較小,可減小於上抬主支架51或側支架53之方向對車體作用之力。因此,於充電開始時,主支架51或側支架53不易上抬,從而良好地保持車輛之姿勢。因此,即便於充電作業開始時自插座30對車輛作用力,亦可抑制車輛之移動,容易開始充電作業。
於使連接口41向左上方開口之情形時,亦同樣地,前輪3不於前後方向移動,從而良好地保持前輪3之接地狀態。又,欲使車體向前方移動之力較小,於充電開始時,主支架51或側支架53不易上抬,從而良好地保持車輛之姿勢。
又,於使連接口31向左方開口之情形時,對於欲站立於車輛左側而開始充電作業之使用者而言,容易將充電插頭40連接於插座30。
又,上述實施形態中,列舉將插座30直接固定於下行管19之例而進行了說明,但亦可以插座30間接支撐於車架2 之方式構成。
例如,亦可將插座30固定於護腿板18。由於護腿板18固定於車架2,故而於將充電插頭40嵌入至插座30時,作用於插座30之力經由護腿板18而作用於車架2,作為將前輪3向下方按壓之力而作用。
又,上述實施形態中,作為充電插頭,列舉槍型插頭作為例子進行了說明,亦可採用長方體狀之充電插頭代替槍型插頭。
又,上述實施形態中,列舉電動二輪車作為例子進行了說明,但只要為跨坐型車輛,則本發明亦可應用於電動三輪車等電動二輪車以外之車輛。
此外,可於技術方案之範圍中記載之事項之範圍內實施各種設計變更。
本申請案係基於2011年12月22日申請之日本專利申請案(日本專利特案2011-280753)及2012年12月4日申請之日本專利申請案(日本專利特案2012-265124)者,其內容作為參照被引入本文。
[產業上之可利用性]
根據本發明,可提供一種跨坐型電動車輛,其即便於將充電插頭嵌入插座時對車輛作用力亦可抑制車輛之移動,從而容易進行充電作業。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種跨坐型電動車輛,其包括:前輪及後輪;座椅,其至少一部分配置於較上述後輪更靠前方;置腳部,其設置於較上述前輪更靠後方且較上述後輪更靠前方,自下方支撐就座於上述座椅之乘員之腳;支架,其可搖動地支撐於上述前輪與上述後輪之間,於以前部為支點旋動至下方之狀態下將車輛支撐為直立狀態;護腿板,其設置於上述置腳部與上述前輪之間,具有於上下方向延伸之面;插座,其以面臨設置於上述護腿板之開口部之方式設置;及車架,其支撐上述前輪、上述後輪、上述座椅、上述支架、上述護腿板及插座;且上述插座係以如下方式設置:配置於上述支架旋動至下方之狀態下之上述前輪之接地點與上述護腿板之間,且具有向上方、左方或左上方開口之連接口,於嵌入充電插頭時經由上述車架將上述插座所受到之力傳遞至上述前輪。
  2. 如請求項1之跨坐型電動車輛,其中上述插座設置於相對於車輛中心向右方或左方偏移之位置。
  3. 如請求項1或2之跨坐型電動車輛,其中上述車架包含於上述前輪之接地點與上述護腿板之間配置於車輛中心線 上之車架前部,且上述插座支撐於上述車架前部。
