Description
本發明係關於皮膚洗淨劑組成物。
在用於洗淨臉部和全身之皮膚洗淨劑所要求的各性能中，作為使用時之沖洗時的觸感，重要的是具摩擦阻力的觸感(阻力感，stop feeling)。由於在沖洗時可感到此阻力感為止的時間較快，且其強度較強者可賦予清爽之洗淨感，故較佳。
習知，於此領域中，以屬於通用之界面活性劑的聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸鹽作為主劑的皮膚洗淨劑組成物，雖然起泡良好，但有於沖洗時一直持續滑膩觸感的問題。於專利文獻1及2中，記載有一種以聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸鹽等之水溶性界面活性劑作為主劑之個人清潔劑組成物，其中，藉由添加聚異丁烯、聚矽氧油等之水不溶性油，於沖洗時賦予經改善之潤滑感。然而，若如此於皮膚洗淨劑組成物中添加油性成分，尤其是使用於洗淨全身時，沖洗時之阻力感不足，沖洗後對於皮膚之殘留感和油性感強，故有黏膩感、無法得到清爽觸感等之問題。
於專利文獻3及專利文獻4中，記載有含特定之界面活性劑與陽離子性聚合物的洗淨劑組成物。此種陽離子性聚合物係於毛髮洗淨劑中被使用作為用於減低乾澀感的調理劑，改善沖洗時之梳順性。又，於皮膚洗淨劑中，亦被使用作為使肌膚濕潤的調理劑。然而，此等洗淨劑組成物
在皮膚洗淨用途中，並非可充分滿足沖洗時之阻力性。

本發明係提供一種皮膚洗淨劑組成物，其含有下述成分(A)、(B)及(C): (A)聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸鹽；(B)聚氧乙烯烷基醚羧酸鹽；與(C)陽離子電荷密度為4.5meq/g以上之含有陽離子基之聚合物及/或聚乙烯吡咯啶酮；成分(A)及(B)之質量比例為(A):(B)=85:15~25:75，於總組成物中之成分(A)及(B)之合計含量為5~25質量%，成分(C)之含量為0.05~1質量%。
本發明之皮膚洗淨劑組成物係起泡快速，泡沫量、泡沫質地均優越，沖洗時之阻力性良好，以毛巾拭乾後可得到清爽的觸感。又，藉由含有聚乙烯吡咯啶酮，可更加提升珠光外觀。再者，藉由含有高級脂肪酸或高級醇，於沖洗經使用之澡巾時、與沖洗時之排水溝的消泡性良好。
本發明係關於起泡性和泡沫質地優越，沖洗時之阻力性良好，且以毛巾拭乾後可得到清爽觸感的皮膚洗淨劑組成
物。
本發明者等人發現，若組合使用聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸鹽、聚氧乙烯燒基醚羧酸鹽及特定之含有陽離子基之聚合物或聚乙烯吡咯啶酮，則可得到解決上述問題的皮膚洗淨劑組成物。
作為本發明所使用之(A)聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸鹽，較佳係下式所表示者。

X(式中，R表示碳數10~18之烷基或烯基，n表示平均為0.5~5之數，X表示氫原子、鹼金屬、鹼土族金屬、銨或有機銨。)
式中，作為R更佳為碳數12~14之烷基。又，氧化乙烯之平均加成莫耳數為0.5~5，較佳為1~4。
另外，作為X可舉例如：鈉、鉀等之鹼金屬；鈣、鎂等之鹼土族金屬；銨；來自單乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺等之烷醇胺的銨；來自精胺酸、離胺酸等之鹼性胺基酸的陽離子等。
成分(A)可使用1種以上，於總組成物中含有1~20質量%、更佳為3~13質量%者，係起泡速度‧泡沫量及沖洗時之阻力性優越，故較佳。
作為成分(B)聚氧乙烯烷基醚羧酸鹽，較佳係下式所表示者。

式中，作為R更佳為碳數12~16之烷基。又，氧化乙烯之平均加成莫耳數為0.5~10，較佳為1~6。
另外，作為X可舉例如：鈉、鉀等之鹼金屬；鈣、鎂等之鹼土族金屬；銨；來自單乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺等之烷醇胺的銨；來自精胺酸、離胺酸等之鹼性胺基酸的陽離子等。
成分(B)可使用1種以上，於總組成物中含有1~20質量%、更佳係1.5~10質量%者，係泡沫量‧泡沫質地及沖洗時之阻力性優越，故較佳。
本發明中，成分(A)及(B)之質量比例為(A):(B)=85:15~25:75，較佳為75:25~35:65。若為此範圍內，則起泡性、泡沫量、泡沫質地及沖洗時之阻力性優越，故較佳。
另外，於總組成物中，成分(A)及(B)之合計含量為5~25質量%、較佳為7.5~20質量%。若為此範圍內，則起泡性、泡沫量及泡沫質地優越，故較佳。
本發明中，係與上述成分(A)及(B)一同組合使用作為成分(C)之陽離子電荷密度為4.5meq/g以上的含有陽離子基之聚合物及/或聚乙烯吡咯啶酮。
於此，陽離子電荷密度係指構成聚合物之單體單元中之
陽離子電荷的當量數(meq/g)。
含有陽離子基之聚合物的陽離子電荷密度為4.5meq/g以上、較佳為4.5~7meq/g、更佳為5~7、再更佳為5.5~6.5。若為具有此範圍之高陽離子電荷密度者，則洗淨劑組成物之沖洗時的阻力性良好。特佳係除了含有上述陽離子基之外，尚含有陰離子基的兩性聚合物。
此等之中，作為陽離子電荷密度為4.5meq/g以上之含有陽離子基之聚合物，可舉例如：氯化二甲基二烯丙基銨之均聚物；氯化二甲基二烯丙基銨與(甲基)丙烯酸、(甲基)丙烯酸酯、(甲基)丙烯醯胺等其他單體的共聚物；聚氯化甲基丙烯醯基氧基乙基三甲基氯化銨等。
更具體而言，可舉例如：氯化二甲基二烯丙基銨之均聚物(MERQUAT 100;Ondeo Nalco公司製：電荷密度為6.2meq/g)；氯化二甲基二烯丙基銨與丙烯酸之共聚物(MERQUAT 295;Ondeo Nalco公司製：電荷密度為6.0meq/g)；氯化二甲基二烯丙基銨與丙烯酸之共聚物(MERQUAT 280;Ondeo Nalco公司製：電荷密度為5.0meq/g)；聚氯化甲基丙烯醯基氧基乙基三甲基氯化銨(花王公司製：電荷密度為4.8meq/g)等。
由製造設備之耐腐蝕性的方面而言，較佳為氯化二甲基二烯丙基銨之均聚物、氯化二甲基二烯丙基銨與丙烯酸之共聚物；由沖洗時之阻力性、泡沫量之方面而言，特佳係氯化二甲基二烯丙基銨與丙烯酸之聚合物為97:3之共聚物(上述MERQUAT 295;Ondeo Nalco公司製：電荷密度為
6.0meq/g)。
另一方面，成分(C)中，作為聚乙烯吡咯啶酮，K值為10~100、尤其15~95者因為沖洗時之阻力性較優越，故較佳。於此，K值係將聚乙烯吡咯啶酮溶液之黏度作成濃度函數而表示之Fikentscher之式所導出的稱為固有黏度的值。聚乙烯吡咯啶酮之種類係以此K值表示，成為分子量之指標量。
成分(C)可使用1種以上，亦可組合使用陽離子電荷密度為4.5meq/g以上之含有陽離子基之聚合物、與聚乙烯吡咯啶酮。成分(C)係於總組成物中含有0.05~1質量%、較佳為0.075~1質量%。若為此範圍內，則沖洗時之阻力性優越，故較佳。
於併用陽離子電荷密度為4.5meq/g以上之含有陽離子基之聚合物及聚乙烯吡咯啶酮作為成分(C)時，該等之質量比例為陽離子電荷密度為4.5meq/g以上之含有陽離子基之聚合物：聚乙烯吡咯啶酮=90:10~20:80、尤其是80:20~25:75者，由於沖洗時之阻力性及液體外觀良好，故較佳。
本發明之皮膚洗淨劑組成物中，可進一步含有(D)無機鹽或碳數6以下之有機酸鹽。作為無機鹽，可舉例如鹼金屬、鹼土族金屬與鹵素、硫酸、亞硫酸、磷酸等之鹽；具體而言可舉例如氯化鈉、氯化鉀、溴化鈉、氯化鎂、硫酸鈉、硫酸鉀、磷酸二氫鈉、磷酸氫二鈉等。又，作為有機酸鹽可舉例如醋酸、乳酸、蘋果酸、檸檬酸、琥珀酸等之
羥基酸；多元酸與鹼金屬等之鹽。此等之中，較佳為氯化鈉、蘋果酸鈉、乳酸鈉、檸檬酸鈉、琥珀酸鈉。
成分(D)係在不妨礙本發明效果之起泡性和泡沫質地的範圍內，可使用1種以上，於總組成中含有0.5~10質量%、尤其是0.5~6質量%者，可使由成分(A)、(B)及(C)(尤其是陽離子電荷密度為4.5meq/g以上之含有陽離子基之聚合物)之3成分所形成之難溶性複合物易於溶解，提升阻力性，亦提升液體外觀(透明性)，故較佳。
本發明中，成分(A)及(B)之質量比例係(A):(B)=85:15~25:75，於此情況，由成分(A)、(B)及(C)之3成分所形成的複合物可容易溶解，在(C)/((A)+(B))之值為0.25~0.08的情況，複合物更容易溶解。
再者，藉由含有(D)無機鹽或碳數6以下之有機酸鹽，由成分(A)、(B)及(C)之3成分所形成之複合物更容易溶解。(D)/((A)+(B)+(C))之值為0.19~0.34者，係由於溶解性增高，容易表現穩定性和珍珠光澤，故較佳。經溶解的複合物係於稀釋過程中析出，吸附於皮膚上，故滑膩感迅速消失，更加提升阻力性，故較佳。特佳係成分(A)、(B)、(C)陽離子電荷密度為4.5meq/g以上之含有陽離子基之聚合物、(D)無機鹽之組合。
本發明之皮膚洗淨劑組成物中，可進一步含有(E)高級脂肪酸及/或高級醇。於此，高級脂肪酸及高級醇較佳係分別為直鏈之碳數10~18者，更佳為碳數12~15者。
藉由含有此等成分，在較一般進行身體洗淨之洗淨劑之
稀釋倍率更高的稀釋倍率下，可抑制泡沫量，故殘留於所使用之澡巾上之泡沫的消失容易度(消泡)、或自身體沖洗後殘留於排水口之泡沫的消失容易度(消泡)良好。
另外，如後述，本發明之皮膚洗淨劑組成物較佳係顯示弱酸性～中性區域的pH。此種組成物中，高級脂肪酸並非以作為鹽之脂肪酸皂的型式含有，而是作為脂質(游離脂肪酸)而含有於組成物中，在一般進行身體洗淨之稀釋倍率區域中，認為可有助於提升泡沫之質感等之泡沫性能。
成分(E)可使用1種以上，亦可組合使用高級脂肪酸與高級醇。再者，由提高泡沫性能且消泡效果亦良好的觀點而言，組合使用月桂酸與肉荳蔻醇者較佳。
成分(E)較佳係於總組成中含有0.3~3質量%、更佳0.5~2質量%。
本發明之皮膚洗淨劑組成物可進一步含有(F)珍珠光澤賦予劑。
作為珍珠光澤賦予劑，可舉例如：碳數16~22之脂肪酸與乙二醇之酯(單、雙)；碳數16~22之脂肪酸與具有聚氧乙烯(1~7)單位之聚乙二醇的酯等。再者，較佳為碳數16~18之脂肪酸的乙二醇酯(單、雙)。
更具體可舉例如：乙二醇單硬脂酸酯、乙二醇單廿二酸醇等之乙二醇單脂肪酸酯；乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、乙二醇二廿二酸酯等之乙二醇二脂肪酸酯等。
珍珠光澤賦予劑可使用1種以上，於總組成物中含有1~3質量%、尤其是1.5~2.5質量%者，係珍珠之光澤感良
好，故較佳。
本發明之皮膚洗淨劑組成物中，除了上述成分之外，在不妨礙本發明效果之範圍內，亦可含有一般洗淨劑組成物所使用之其他界面活性劑。可具體舉例如：烷基苯磺酸鹽、α-烯烴磺酸鹽、烷烴磺酸鹽、α-磺酸基脂肪酸酯鹽、醯基化胺基酸鹽、單烷基磷酸酯鹽、醯基-L-麩胺酸鹽等之陰離子界面活性劑；聚氧伸烷基烷基醚、烷基糖苷、脂肪酸單或二烷醇醯胺、聚氧伸烷基型嵌段聚合物、甘油脂肪酸酯、烷基甘油醚等之非離子界面活性劑；4級銨鹽等之陽離子界面活性劑；碳化甜菜(carbobetaine)系、磺化甜菜(sulfobetaine)系、咪唑鎓甜菜系、羥基甜菜系、脂肪酸醯胺甜菜系等之兩性界面活性劑等。
本發明之皮膚洗淨劑組成物中，進一步視需要亦可含有一般洗淨劑組成物所使用之各種成分。具體而言例如可適當含有丙二醇、二丙二醇、甘油、山梨醇等之保濕劑；水、乙醇等之溶劑；甲基纖維素等之黏度調整劑；三氯沙(triclosan)、trichlorocarbanide等之殺菌劑；甘草酸鉀、醋酸生育酚等之抗發炎劑；對羥苄酸甲酯、對羥苄酸丁酯、苯氧基乙醇、安息香酸鹽等之防腐劑；其他之色素、香料、紫外線吸收劑、抗氧化劑等。
本發明之皮膚洗淨劑組成物可藉由一般之方法，秤量調配成分，依任意順序混合至水或以水為主體並含有醇等其他水溶性溶劑之水性溶媒中而予以製造。可應用作為沐浴劑、洗面劑、卸妝劑等。
本發明之皮膚洗淨劑組成物中，調整為弱酸性者係對皮膚的刺激較少，不損及優越的洗淨力，洗淨時之起泡良好，且沖洗時之阻力性、使用感優越，故較佳。
所謂弱酸性係指pH為4.5~7、較佳為4.5~6.5，本發明中，pH係以離子交換水稀釋為20質量倍時25℃下的值。
製造表1～表9所示之組成的皮膚洗淨劑組成物，評價沖洗時感覺到阻力感的早晚、沖洗結束時之阻力感強度、以毛巾拭乾後之清爽感及泡沫份量。又，於一部分實驗例中，亦針對乾燥後之滑順感、珍珠外觀、消泡、液體外觀進行評價。將結果分別合併示於表1～表9。
另外，實施例中，各表中所記載之聚合物調配量係以聚合物固形分之值表示。
秤量表中所示成分並添加至離子交換水中，於50℃下充分攪拌，得到皮膚洗淨劑組成物。適量添加氫氧化鈉或蘋果酸，調整成20倍稀釋液之pH為弱酸性。於此，pH係將組成物以離子交換水稀釋20倍而得到5質量%水溶液後，使用pH計(堀場製作所製，型號F-22)進行測定。
(1)沖洗時感覺到阻力感的早晚(前臂洗淨評價)：以單手拿取各洗淨劑組成物1.0g，使用自來水進行稀釋並起泡後，洗淨兩手臂(手肘之前)，以自來水沖洗。此
時，一邊搓洗兩前臂、一邊進行沖洗，測定感到阻力感為止之搓洗次數。將測定結果依以下評價基準進行分級。
5：搓洗次數為未滿3次。
4：搓洗次數為3次以上且未滿6次。
3：搓洗次數為6次以上且未滿9次。
2：搓洗次數為9次以上且未滿12次。
1：搓洗次數為12次以上。
(2)沖洗結束時之阻力感強度(全身洗淨評價)：由專門評價者10位使用各洗淨劑組成物，每日1次洗淨全身。連續進行3日，針對沖洗結束時之阻力感強度進行評價，將依3日的總合評價所判定之結果以下述基準進行表示。
◎：回答沖洗結束時之阻力感強的人為8人以上。
○：回答沖洗結束時之阻力感強的人為5~7人。
△：回答沖洗結束時之阻力感強的人為2~4人。
╳：回答沖洗結束時之阻力感強的人為0或1人。
(3)以毛巾拭乾後之清爽感(全身洗淨評價)：由專門評價者10位使用各洗淨劑組成物，每日1次洗淨全身。連續進行3日，針對以毛巾拭乾後之清爽感進行評價，將依3日的總合評價所判定之結果以下述基準進行表示。
◎：回答以毛巾拭乾後為清爽的人為8人以上。
○：回答以毛巾拭乾後為清爽的人為5~7人。
△：回答以毛巾拭乾後為清爽的人為2~4人。
╳：回答以毛巾拭乾後為清爽的人為0或1人。
(4)泡沫份量：將各實施例及比較例所調製之洗淨劑組成物以4度硬水稀釋為150倍(相當於身體洗淨時之條件)，作成樣本水溶液。於50mL之附活栓的具刻度玻璃圓筒管中，加入樣本水溶液7.5mL並加栓，使用振盪機(IWAKI產業股份有限公司製，型號萬能振盪機V-SX)依300次(stroke)/分鐘的速度振盪30秒鐘，讀取剛結束振盪後的泡沫量。
(5)乾燥後之滑順感：由專門評價者10位使用各洗淨劑組成物，每日1次洗淨全身。連續進行3日，針對乾燥後之滑順感進行評價，將依3日的總合評價所判定之結果以下述基準進行表示。
◎：回答乾燥後呈滑順的人為8人以上。
○：回答乾燥後呈滑順的人為5~7人。
△：回答乾燥後呈滑順的人為2~4人。
╳：回答乾燥後呈滑順的人為0或1人。
(6)珍珠外觀：以目視評價將洗淨劑組成物裝入玻璃瓶中時之外觀，尤其是珍珠光澤感。將評價結果依以下基準進行分級。
A：具珍珠光澤感。
B：珍珠光澤感稍弱。
C：無珍珠光澤感。
(7)消泡：將各實施例及比較例所調製之洗淨劑組成物以4度硬
水稀釋為假定沖洗後之消泡的高倍率(400倍)而作成樣本水溶液。於50mL之附活栓的具刻度玻璃圓筒管中，加入樣本水溶液7.5mL並加栓，使用振盪機(IWAKI產業股份有限公司製，型號萬能振盪機V-SX)依300次(stroke)/分鐘的速度振盪30秒鐘，讀取剛結束振盪後的泡沫量(cm)。
(8)液體外觀：以目視評價將洗淨劑組成物裝入玻璃瓶中時之外觀(透明感)。將評價結果依以下基準進行分級。
A：具有透明感。
B：稍無透明感。
C：無透明感。
如同實施例1~32製造以下所示組成的沐浴乳。

實施例33~36所得之沐浴乳均為起泡性及泡沫質地優
越，沖洗時之阻力性、以毛巾拭乾後之清爽觸感良好。又，珍珠外觀亦良好。
Claims (5)
- 一種皮膚洗淨劑組成物，其含有下述成分(A)、(B)及(C)：(A)聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸鹽；(B)聚氧乙烯烷基醚羧酸鹽；與(C)陽離子電荷密度為4.5~7meq/g之含有陽離子基之聚合物及/或聚乙烯吡咯啶酮；成分(A)及(B)之質量比例為(A)：(B)=85：15~25：75，於總組成物中之成分(A)及(B)之合計含量為5~25質量%，成分(C)之含量為0.05~1質量%；成分(C)之含有陽離子基之聚合物為氯化二甲基二烯丙基銨之均聚物或氯化二甲基二烯丙基銨與丙烯酸之共聚物。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之皮膚洗淨劑組成物，其中，進一步含有(D)無機鹽或碳數6以下之有機酸鹽。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之皮膚洗淨劑組成物，其中，進一步含有(E)高級脂肪酸或高級醇。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之皮膚洗淨劑組成物，其中，進一步含有(F)珍珠光澤賦予劑。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之皮膚洗淨劑組成物，其中，以離子交換水稀釋為20質量倍時之pH為4.5~7。
