Description
本發明係關於一種防止管聯接器在鎖緊後意外鬆開的管聯接器鎖扣裝置。
管聯接器,係於附公螺紋聯接器構件鎖緊附母螺紋聯接器構件(帽形螺帽),藉此使附公螺紋聯接器構件與管構件在隔著密封部相對向之狀態下相連接。專利文獻1已揭示一種用以防止管聯接器在鎖緊後意外鬆開的鎖扣裝置(鎖扣夾),係由第1夾緊構件及第2夾緊構件所構成;前者,係由以下構件所構成:安裝部,用以不能相對旋轉地安裝於附公螺紋聯接器構件所設之卡合部(wrench flat);以及連結部,設置成與安裝部相連,用以從一側碰觸於附母螺紋聯接器構件之外周面;後者,係具有用以從另一側碰觸於附母螺紋聯接器構件之外周面的連結部;另一方面,第1夾緊構件之連結部與第2夾緊構件之連結部,係隔著附母螺紋聯接器構件相連結。
專利文獻1:日本特開平8-105580號公報
依據上述專利文獻1之管聯接器鎖扣裝置,可以防止帽形螺帽相對於附公螺紋聯接器構件卡合部之旋轉,但是該鎖扣裝置完全未考慮管構件相對於附公螺紋聯接器構件之旋轉或扭轉,所以當對管構件施加使其旋轉之力量時,在與附公螺紋聯接器構件之間存有密封部之狀態下,管構件會旋轉或扭轉,因此,有降低密封性之問題發生。
本發明之目的係提供一種管聯接器鎖扣裝置,能夠防止管聯接器在鎖緊後意外鬆開,並且就算對管構件施加使其旋轉的力量,也不會降低管聯接器密封部之密封性。
本發明之管聯接器鎖扣裝置係一種鎖扣裝置,用以防止管聯接器在鎖緊後意外鬆開,該管聯接器係於附公螺紋聯接器構件鎖緊附母螺紋聯接器構件,藉此使附公螺紋聯接器構件及管構件在隔著密封部相對向之狀態相連接,其特徵為:係由第1構成構件及第2構成構件所構成;前者係由以下構件所構成:安裝部,用以不能相對旋轉地安裝於附公螺紋聯接器構件;覆蓋部,設置成與安裝部相連,用以從一側碰觸於附母螺紋聯接器構件之外周面;以及連結部,設置成與覆蓋部相連,用以從一側碰觸於管構件之從附母螺紋構件突出之部分;後者係由以下構件所構成覆蓋部,用以從另一側碰觸於附母螺紋聯接器構件之外周面;以及連結部,設置成與覆蓋部相連,用以從另一側碰觸於管構件之從附母螺紋聯接器構件突出之部分;第1構成構件之連結部與第2構成構件之連結部係以被固定於管構件之從附母螺紋聯接器構件突出之部分的方式相連結。
管聯接器例如係包含:作為附公螺紋聯接器構件之主
體;附凸緣管套,其與該主體隔著密封部(密合墊片等)相對向而作為管構件;以及帽形螺帽,套在管套外周上且與主體螺合而作為附母螺紋聯接器構件。又已知管聯接器具有除此以外之種種其他構成,本發明之管聯接器鎖扣裝置,係使安裝部(本發明中,「安裝」一詞包括「嵌合」、「固定」之意思。)之構成等對應於作為對象之管聯接器,即可也適用於各種管聯接器。
例如:於附公螺紋聯接器構件之管構件側之對向端及相反側之端部,藉由熔接等方式固定有管;於管構件側之一端及相反側之端部,固定有閥等流體控制機器之附通路本體。在前者之情況下,通常於附公螺紋聯接器構件之外周形成有供扳手(spanner或wrench)卡合之卡合部,第1構成構件之安裝部則較佳為形成大致U字狀,以便卡合此卡合部。在後者之情況下,安裝部,例如為一種用以碰觸於閥本體之底面且藉由螺絲固定於閥本體的板狀體即可,不過,並不限定於此板狀體。總之,在鎖扣裝置安裝後之狀態下,會防止附母螺紋聯接器構件相對於附公螺紋聯接器構件之旋轉,並且會防止在外力施加於管構件時,管構件相對於附公螺紋聯接器構件之旋轉。
第1構成構件之連結部,係由以下構件所構成:半圓筒部,用以從一側碰觸於管構件;螺栓孔部,其與半圓筒部之一側相連,且形成有供連結用螺栓螺合的螺栓孔;以及貫通孔部,其與半圓筒部之另一側相連,且形成有卡合爪卡合用貫通孔。另一方面,第2構成構件之連結部係由
以下構件所構成:半圓筒部,用以從另一側碰觸於管構件;螺栓插穿部,其與半圓筒部之一側相連,且形成有供連結用螺栓插穿的螺栓插穿孔;以及卡合爪,其與半圓筒部之另一側相連,尖端部能夠卡脫且旋動地嵌入第1構成構件連結部之卡合爪卡合用貫通孔。
又,第1構成構件之連結部也可以由以下構件所構成:半圓筒部,用以從一側碰觸於管構件;以及螺栓孔部,其與半圓筒部之兩側均相連,且形成有供連結用螺栓螺合之螺栓孔,第2構成構件之連結部由以下構件所構成:半圓筒部,用以從另一側碰觸於管構件;以及螺栓插穿部,其與半圓筒部之兩側均相連,且形成有供連結用螺栓插穿之螺栓插穿孔。
依據本發明之管聯接器鎖扣裝置,第1構成構件係具有:安裝部,不能相對旋轉地安裝於附公螺紋聯接器構件;以及覆蓋部,設置成與安裝部相連,用以從一側碰觸於附母螺紋聯接器構件之外周面;第2構成構件係具有用以從另一側碰觸於附母螺紋聯接器構件之外周面的覆蓋部;第1構成構件與第2構成構件係經由各構成構件之連結部而連結,因此,不可能使附母螺紋聯接器構件相對於附公螺紋聯接器構件而旋轉,因而防止管聯接器在鎖緊後意外鬆開。再者,第1構成構件係不可能相對於附公螺紋聯接器構件旋轉,且第1構成構件之連結部與第2構成構件之連結部係以被固定於管構件之從附母螺紋構件突出之部分的方式相連結,故防止管構件相對於附公螺紋聯接器構件旋轉,且就算對管構件施加使其旋轉之力量,此力量甚至不會影響存在於附公螺紋聯接器構件與管構件之間的密封部,因而不會發生配管施工後密封性因扭轉而降低之情形,管聯接器能夠繼續保持其密封性。
以下參照圖式說明本發明之實施型態。
第9圖係表示身為本發明管聯接器鎖扣裝置之對象的管聯接器之一例。同前圖中,管聯接器1係包括下列構件:第1管狀聯接器構件(附公螺紋聯接器構件)2及第2管狀聯接器構件(管構件)3、存在於第1管狀聯接器構件2之左端面與第2管狀聯接器構件3之右端面之間的圓環狀密合墊片(密封部)4、從第2管狀聯接器構件3側螺合套入第1管狀聯接器構件2的帽形螺帽(附母螺紋聯接器構件)5、保持著密合墊片(4)且保持於第1管狀聯接器構件2的保持器6、以及存在於帽形螺帽5之頂壁與第2管狀聯接器構件3之凸緣部之間的止推軸環7。於各聯接器構件2,3之對向端面,分別形成有緊壓密合墊片用之環狀突起2a,3a。
於第1管狀聯接器構件2設有短六角柱狀之卡合部8;以扳手等保持卡合部8,且使帽形螺帽5旋轉鎖緊於第1管狀聯接器構件2,將第1管狀聯接器構件2與第2管狀聯接器構件3結合得密不透流體。
此外,雖然管聯接器1存有各種型態,但共通點是於附公螺紋聯接器構件2鎖緊附母螺紋聯接器構件(通常為帽形螺帽)5,藉此使附公螺紋聯接器構件2與管構件3在隔著密封部4相對向之狀態下相連接。
自第1圖到第8圖,係表示本發明之管聯接器鎖扣裝置之一實施型態。
本發明之管聯接器鎖扣裝置10,係一種用以防止管聯接器1在鎖緊後意外鬆開的鎖扣裝置,其由以下構件所構成:第1構成構件11,以不能相對旋轉地套在附公螺紋聯接器構件2上;以及第2構成構件12,其可拆裝地安裝於第1構成構件11,在以連結用螺栓13鎖緊之前,能夠相對於第1構成構件11旋動,以連結用螺栓13鎖緊,即固定於第1構成構件11。
第1圖係以立體圖表示管聯接器鎖扣裝置10安裝於管聯接器1後的狀態;第2圖係以立體圖表示第2構成構件12以連結用螺栓13鎖緊之前,能夠相對於第1構成構件11旋動的狀態。第3圖係以立體圖表示第1構成構件11;第4圖係以立體圖表示第2構成構件12。自第5圖到第8圖均為管聯接器鎖扣裝置10安裝於管聯接器1後之狀態下的圖,其中,第5圖為前視圖(自第1圖之左前側所看的圖),第6圖為俯視圖(自第1圖之上側所看的圖),第7圖為右側視圖(自第1圖之右前側所看的圖),第8圖為左側視圖(自第1圖之左內側所看的圖)。
第1構成構件11係由下列構件所構成:安裝部21,用以不能相對旋轉地安裝於附公螺紋聯接器構件2;覆蓋部22,設置成與安裝部21相連,用以從一側(圖之下側)碰觸於作為附母螺紋聯接器構件之帽形螺帽5之外周面;以及連結部23,設置成與覆蓋部22相連,用以從一側(圖之下側)碰觸於管構件3之從帽形螺帽5突出之部分3a。
第2構成構件12係由下列構件所構成:覆蓋部31,用以自另一側(圖之上側)碰觸於帽形螺帽5之外周面;以及連結部32,設置成與覆蓋部31相連,用以自另一側(圖之上側)碰觸於管構件3之從帽形螺帽5突出之部分3a。
第1構成構件11之安裝部21,係形成大致U字狀,以卡合於設在附公螺紋聯接器構件2之外周之卡合部8。安裝部21之對向壁21a,21a間之間隔係視為相同於帽形螺帽5之相對向兩面之寬度;安裝部21之對向壁21a,21a之高度則視為大致相同於帽形螺帽5之直徑。於對向壁21a,21a之頂部設有自軸方向面對帽形螺帽5之外周部的折彎緣部21b。
第1構成構件11之覆蓋部22係視為細長板狀。相對於此,第2構成構件12之覆蓋部31係視為逆U字狀,以能夠與第1構成構件11之板狀覆蓋部22重疊而覆蓋帽形螺帽5。
第1構成構件11之連結部23係由下列構件所構成:半圓筒部24,用以從一側碰觸於管構件3;螺栓孔部25,其與半圓筒部24之一側相連,且形成有供連結用螺栓13螺合之螺栓孔25a;以及貫通孔部26,其與半圓筒部24之另一側相連,且形成有卡合爪卡合用貫通孔26。
第2構成構件12之連結部32係由以下構件所構成:半圓筒部33,用以碰觸於管構件3;螺栓插穿部34,其與半圓筒部33之一側相連,且形成有供連結用螺栓13插穿之螺栓插穿孔34a;以及鉤狀卡合爪35,其與半圓筒部33之另一側相連,尖端部能夠卡脫且旋動地嵌入第1構成構件11之連結部23之貫通孔26a。
為了將此管聯接器鎖扣裝置10安裝於管聯接器1,首先,將第1構成構件11之安裝部21嵌合於附公螺紋聯接器構件2之卡合部8,接著,將第2構成構件12之連結部32之卡合爪35嵌入第1構成構件11之連結部23之貫通孔26a(第2圖所示之狀態),接著,在卡合爪35卡合於貫通孔26a後之狀態下,使第2構成構件12相對於第1構成構件11旋動,而使其連結部23,32彼此隔著管構件3重合(第1圖之沒有連結用螺栓13之狀態),再藉由連結用螺栓(13)鎖緊連結部23,32彼此,將此等連結部23,32以被固定於管構件3之從帽形螺帽5突出之部分的方式而相連結。
本發明提供一種能夠防止管聯接器在鎖緊後意外鬆開的管聯接器鎖扣裝置。管聯接器係一種經常使用於用以供應氣體等流體之裝置等之配管者。使用本發明之管聯接器鎖扣裝置,就不會發生配管施工後密封性因扭轉而降低之情形,管聯接器能夠繼續保持其密封性。

Claims (3)
- 一種管聯接器鎖扣裝置,係用以防止管聯接器在鎖緊後意外鬆開之鎖扣裝置,該管聯接器係藉由將附母螺紋聯接器構件鎖緊於附公螺紋聯接器構件,使附公螺紋聯接器構件及管構件在隔著密封部相對向之狀態下相連接,其特徵為:係由第1構成構件及第2構成構件所構成;前者,係由以下構件所構成:安裝部,以不能相對旋轉地安裝於附公螺紋聯接器構件;覆蓋部,設置成與安裝部相連,且從一側碰觸於附母螺紋聯接器構件之外周面;以及連結部,設置成與覆蓋部相連,且從一側碰觸於管構件之從附母螺紋構件突出之部分;後者,係由以下構件所構成:覆蓋部,其從另一側碰觸於附母螺紋聯接器構件之外周面;以及連結部,設置成與覆蓋部相連,且從另一側碰觸於管構件之從附母螺紋聯接器構件突出之部分;第1構成構件之連結部與第2構成構件之連結部,係以被固定於管構件之從附母螺紋聯接器構件突出之部分的方式相連結。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之管聯接器鎖扣裝置,其中第1構成構件之安裝部係形成大致U字狀,卡合於設在附公螺紋聯接器構件之外周的卡合部。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之管聯接器鎖扣裝置,其中 第1構成構件之連結部係由以下構件所構成:半圓筒部,其從一側碰觸於管構件;螺栓孔部,其與半圓筒部之一側相連,且形成有供連結用螺栓螺合的螺栓孔;以及貫通孔部,其與半圓筒部之另一側相連,且形成有卡合爪卡合用貫通孔;第2構成構件之連結部係由以下構件所構成:半圓筒部,其從另一側碰觸於管構件;螺栓插穿部,其與半圓筒部之一側相連,且形成有供連結用螺栓插穿的螺栓插穿孔;以及卡合爪,其與半圓筒部之另一側相連,尖端部能夠卡脫且旋動地嵌入第1構成構件連結部之卡合爪卡合用貫通孔。
