COLLARE DI SICUREZZA ANTISFILAMENTO ED ANTISVITAMENTO RTAU
DESCRIZIONE
Il presente modello di utilità ha per oggetto un collare di sicurezza antisfilamento ed antisvitamento che trova applicazione nei campi oleodinamico, pneumatico ed idraulico. La sua funzione è quella del trattenimento meccanico in sicurezza di raccordi e tubazioni rigide di diversi diametri impiegati nei settori automotive, ferroviario ed industriale in genere.
Il materiale del collare di sicurezza può essere realizzato in Ottone Nichelato, Acciaio Zincato Passivato bianco, Acciaio Inox, mentre le due viti di fissaggio a testa esagonale sono rea i zzate in acciaio zincato. Il campo di applicazione del collare di sicurezza, in termini di diametri di accoppiamento, varia da 6 mm a 2".
L'innovativo sistema di bloccaggio riduce sensibilmente decadimenti di coppia nel tempo in seguito a sollecitazioni e vibrazioni indotte, con notevole aumento dell'efficacia del sistema di trattenimento necessario a migliorare le prestazioni primarie di sicurezza dell'innesto. Tutto ciò derivato dal perfezionamento dell' ancoraggio solidale tra le tubazioni ed i raccordi, garantito dai dentini di ancoraggio tra collare e dado esagonale.
Nella Tavola 1 relativa al disegno principale è possibile individuare la conformazione del bollare di sicurezza in particolare e delle relative viti di trattenimento. Il dentino di aggancio garantisce l'aggrappaggio solidale al dado della tubazione rigida. Nella Tavola 1 non sono riportate quote costruttive ma solamente le indicazioni generiche relative a : Diametro Tubo, Altezza dado, passo del dado, in quanto, come evidenziato più sopra, le misure realizzative possono variare da 6mm a 2 ".
Nella tavole 2,3,4 sono invece riportati i dettagli costruttivi del collare.
Un ulteriore aspetto rilevante è dato dal fatto che tale soluzione può essere facilmente inserita su sistemi esistenti ( retrofitting ), migliorando notevolmente le funzioni di sicurezza.
Le caratteristiche tecniche di antisfilamento ed antisvitamento sono state opportunamente testate a pressioni crescenti fino a 200 bar, ed a coppie di serraggio crescenti da 30 Nm fino a 300 Nm.
