將五十八個復發性或難醫性非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤(NHL)病患 (6〇/°小型淋巴細胞型、65%腺泡型、24% DLC及DMC、6% 外套細胞型)以Y2B8進行第Ι/Π型研究。所有病患在治療前 一週先以luln_標記之抗體(In2B8)進行之影像及放射量測定 (同時揭示於申請案08/475,813 、087475,8.15及 08/478,967,其併人本文以供參考)。在製作影像及治療用 放射標記抗體前先給予250毫米/米瑞他斯摩®。以門診病患 之單一劑量0.2、0.3或0.4毫居里/公斤對50個第2及第3組病 患進行治療。第II型劑量0.4毫居里/公斤和〇.3毫居里/公斤是 用在所選患有輕微血小板減少症(血小板100-150毫米3)之病 -17- 本纸張尺度逋用中國國家樣準(CNS) A4規格(210X297公釐) 1317284 A7
