1239349 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 Α7 Β7 五、發明說明(1 ) 技術領域 本發明爲關於金屬加工油組成物。更詳言之,特別爲 關於適於切削加工之金屬加工油組成物。 背景技術 一般於切削和切削等金屬加工所用之油劑中,乃使用 氯化合物作爲添加劑。但是,近年指出於使用配合氯化合 物之非水溶性切削油劑時,具有焚燒處理時發生戴奧辛造 成環境污染及發生氯氣造成焚燒爐腐蝕、損傷等之問題。 又’氯化合物中之一部的氯化烯烴,亦有造成毒性及致癌 性可能性之疑慮。因此,要求不含有氯化合物的金屬加工 油組成物。但是,於現在之低速切削和重切削中,並未發 現可發揮與使用氯化合物之金屬加工油組成物同等以上性 能之不含氯的金屬加工油組成物。 例如,於特開平6 - 3 1 3 1 8 2號公報和特開平6 一 3 3 0 0 7 6號公報中,揭示含有鹼金屬和/或鹼土金 屬之磺酸鹽之切削加工油劑組成物。此些公報所實際揭示 之切削加工油組成物,可應用於旋削、孔穴加工。但是, 於剝刀加工,鑽孔槍加工等之切削速度爲4 0 m / m i η 以下之低速切削和重切削中,該組成物爲大量使用,或者 若未降低一回切削量等之減低極端之加工條件,則令切削 阻力變大,且產生所謂令工具破損之問題。如此’此些公 報所揭示之切削加工油組成物,不能稱爲具有與使用氯化 合物之金屬加工油組成物同等以上之性能。 .
