本發明係提供含有氧化鈦與水溶性高分子、維持高紫外線防禦效果與良好使用感、不增黏且外觀良好的水中油型乳化化妝料。
本發明係關於一種水中油型乳化化妝料,其含有下述成分(A)、(B)及(C1):
(A)經含有鋁之表面處理劑被覆的氧化鈦;
(B)具有磺酸之構成單位的水溶性高分子;
(C1)分子內具有1個以上之羥基、與2個以上之碳數8以上之脂肪酸基或2個以上之碳數8以上之烴鏈的油性化合物0.6質量%以上。
Description
本發明係關於水中油型乳化化妝料。
為了阻斷紫外線對皮膚之照射而獲得高SPF值,於水中油型乳化化妝料係調配紫外線吸收劑或紫外線散射劑。而且,作為此紫外線散射劑係廣泛採用氧化鈦。
作為該氧化鈦,係考慮對水中油型乳化化妝料之分散性而使用經含有脂肪酸或鋁之表面處理劑被覆的氧化鈦。再者,已知除了經此等表面處理劑被覆的氧化鈦之外,若併用具有(甲基)丙烯酸或磺酸之構成單位的水溶性高分子,可獲得無黏瘩感、具有水潤使用感的水中油型乳化化妝料(專利文獻1~3)。

本發明係提供一種水中油型乳化化妝料,其含有下述成分(A)、(B)及(C1):
(A)經含有鋁之表面處理劑被覆的氧化鈦;
(B)具有磺酸之構成單位的水溶性高分子;
(C1)分子內具有1個以上之羥基、與2個以上之碳數8以上之脂肪酸基或2個以上之碳數8以上之烴鏈的油性化合物0.6質量%以上。
已判明了併用了經含有鋁之表面處理劑被覆的氧化鈦與具有磺酸之構成單位的水溶性高分子的水中油型乳化化妝料,係存在發生增黏、外觀不良等課題。
從而,本發明係關於含有氧化鈦與水溶性高分子、維持高紫外線防禦效果與良好使用感、不增黏且外觀良好的水中油型乳化化妝料。
因此,本案發明人針對含有經含有鋁之表面處理劑被覆的氧化鈦與具有磺酸之構成單位的水溶性高分子的水中油型乳化化妝料發生增黏的原因進行檢討,結果此等於水中油型乳化組成物中形成構造體,該結果發現化妝料發生增黏、外觀變得不良。接著,針對抑制因該構造體形成所造成之增黏作用進行了各種檢討,結果發現,除了此等二種成分之外,若依一定量以上含有分子內具有1個以上之羥基、與2個以上之碳數8以上之脂肪酸基或2個以上之碳數8以上之烴鏈的油性化合物,則可抑制增黏作用及外觀變化,可獲得維持著高紫外線防禦效果與良好使用感的水中油型乳化化妝料,遂完成本案發明。
本發明之水中油型乳化化妝料係具有高紫外線防禦效果與良好使用感,不增黏且外觀良好,可有效使用作為防曬化妝料。
本發明之水中油型乳化化妝料(以下有時亦簡稱為化妝料)係含有下述成分(A)、(B)及(C1)。
(A)經含有鋁之表面處理劑被覆的氧化鈦;
(B)具有磺酸之構成單位的水溶性高分子;
(C1)分子內具有1個以上之羥基、與2個以上之碳數8以上之脂肪酸基或2個以上之碳數8以上之烴鏈的油性化合物0.6質量%以上。
成分(A)係經含有鋁之表面處理劑被覆的氧化鈦粒子。
作為含有鋁之表面處理劑的具體例,由提高氧化鈦粒子於化妝料中之分散性、提升化妝料之紫外線防禦效果的觀點、抑制外觀泛白的觀點、以及提升柔潤度的觀點而言,較佳係含有鋁及/或氫氧化鋁之表面處理劑。又,除了鋁之外尚含有脂肪酸之表面處理劑,係由提高氧化鈦粒子於化妝料中之分散性、提升化妝料之紫外線防禦效果的觀點、抑制外觀泛白的觀點、以及提升柔潤度的觀點而言屬較佳。
於此,作為脂肪酸,較佳可舉例如碳數14~22之高級脂肪酸、更佳為碳數16~20之高級脂肪酸。又,由同樣的觀點而言,上述表面處理劑之脂肪酸之碳數較佳為14以上、更佳為16以上,且較佳為22以下、更佳為20以下。
又,作為經含有鋁之表面處理劑被覆的氧化鈦的具體例,可舉例如氧化鋁碳數14~22脂肪酸處理氧化鈦粒子,作為更佳之例可舉例如氧化鋁硬脂酸處理氧化鈦粒子、氧化鋁異硬脂酸處理氧化鈦粒子。其中,由提高氧化鈦粒子於化妝料中之分散性、提升化妝料之紫外線防禦效果的觀點、抑制外觀泛白的觀點、以及提升柔潤度的觀點而言,較佳為氧化鋁硬脂酸處理氧化鈦粒子。
又,除了經含有鋁之表面處理劑被覆的氧化鈦之外,亦可併用經上述脂肪酸被覆的氧化鈦粒子。
成分(A)之經含有鋁之表面處理劑被覆的氧化鈦的平均粒徑,係由提升化妝料之紫外線防禦效果的觀點而言,較佳為1nm以上、更佳為5nm以上,且較佳為100nm以下、更佳為80nm以下。又,由抑制化妝料塗佈時之黏瘩、提升柔潤度的觀點而言,較佳為1nm以上、更佳為7nm以上、又更佳為8nm以上,且較佳為100nm以下、更佳為50nm以下、又更佳為30nm以下。於此,成分(A)之平均粒徑係藉由穿透型電子顯微鏡(Transmission Electron Microscope:TEM),依100000倍率之條件,測定影像中300個粒子之粒徑的最大短徑,算出其平均值而求得。於此,所謂最大短徑,意指與長徑正交之短徑中、具有最大徑的短徑。
本發明之化妝料中,由獲得優越之紫外線防禦效果、塗佈後不殘留泛白及使用感的觀點而言,化妝料中較佳係含有成分(A)3質量%以上且20質量%以下。又,本發明之化妝料中之成分(A)的含量,係由獲得優越紫外線防禦效果的觀點、提升化妝料穩定性的觀點而言,較佳為4質量%以上、更佳為6質量%以上、又更佳為8質量%以上;又,由塗佈後不殘留泛白、無粗澀感、容易卸除的觀點而言,較佳為18質量%以下、更佳為15質量%以下、又更佳為12質量%以下。具體而言,化妝料中之成分(A)的含量較佳為3質量%以上且20質量%以下、更佳為4質量%以上且18質量%以下、又更佳為6質量%以上且15質量%以下、再更佳為8質量%以上且12質量%以下。又,本發明中所謂「容易卸除」係指將本發明之化妝料塗佈於皮膚後,藉由洗淨劑等由皮膚予以洗除的容易度。
本發明所使用之成分(B)係具有磺酸之構成單位的水溶性高分子。
此水溶性高分子中之磺酸之構成單位,較佳係磺酸基依游離狀態存在者,故較佳係於側鏈具有磺酸構造。而且,此水溶性高分子之主鏈較佳係選自(甲基)丙烯酸、(甲基)丙烯酸酯及(甲基)丙烯醯胺之1種或2種以上、或纖維素衍生物。從而,作為成分(B),較佳係於側鏈具有磺酸構造,且以選自(甲基)丙烯酸、(甲基)丙烯酸酯及(甲基)丙烯醯胺之1種或2種以上為主鏈的聚合物或共聚物;或者於側鏈具有磺酸構造的纖維素衍生物。
又,磺酸構造較佳係於含有(甲基)丙烯醯胺之聚合物或共聚物之(甲基)丙烯醯胺構成單位的側鏈中含有。再者,磺酸構造更佳係於含有(甲基)丙烯醯胺之聚合物或共聚物之(甲基)丙烯醯胺構成單位的側鏈中依胺基烷基磺酸構造的形式含有;又更佳係於含有(甲基)丙烯醯胺之聚合物或共聚物之(甲基)丙烯醯胺構成單位的側鏈中依胺基乙基磺酸構造的形式含有。又,作為此種含有(甲基)丙烯醯胺的共聚物,亦可共聚合選自(甲基)丙烯酸及(甲基)丙烯酸酯之1種或2種以上。
更具體而言,可舉例如(丙烯酸Na/丙烯醯基二甲基牛磺酸Na)共聚物(SIMULGEL EG)、(丙烯酸羥乙酯/丙烯醯基二甲基牛磺酸Na)共聚物(SIMULGEL FL、SIMULGEL NS)等。可使用選自此等之含有磺酸的(甲基)丙烯酸系聚合物之1種或2種以上。
又,作為具有磺酸衍生之構成單位的水溶性高分子,可舉例如硬脂氧基PG羥乙基纖維素磺酸Na(POIZ 310;花王公司製)。此等之中,於使用選自(丙烯酸Na/丙烯醯基二甲基牛磺酸Na)共聚物之1種或2種以上的情況,即使少量組成物仍穩定,且由塗佈時卡粉防止效果或使用感提升的觀點而言屬較佳。
本發明之化妝料中,由提升化妝料穩定性的觀點、容器易使用的觀點而言,於化妝料中,成分(B)較佳為含有0.02質量%以上、更佳為0.05質量%以上、又更佳為0.1質量%以上;又,由延展之輕盈度、提升水潤感的觀點而言,較佳為含有5質量%以下、更佳為3質量%以下、又更佳為2質量%以下。具體而言,化妝料中之成分(B)的含量較佳為0.02質量%以上且5質量%以下、更佳為0.05質量%以上且3質量%以下、又更佳為0.1質量%以上且2質量%以下。於此,成分(B)之含量係指製品中所含有效成分之含量,並非市售物之量。
尚且,在不損及本發明效果之範圍內,化妝料中可含有成分(B)以外之水溶性高分子。
本發明之化妝料所使用的成分(C1),係分子內具有1個以上之羥基、與2個以上之碳數8以上之脂肪酸基或2個以上之碳數8以上之烴鏈的油性化合物。藉由含有成分(C1),而抑制因上述成分(A)與成分(B)之併用所發生的增黏作用及外觀變化。此作用可認為係因成分(C1)抑制上述成分(A)與成分(B)之相互作用所致。
成分(C1)之油性化合物係分子內具有1個以上之羥基、與2個以上之碳數8以上之脂肪酸基或2個以上之碳數8以上之烴鏈。於此,羥基數若為1個以上即可,更佳為2個上。又,具有2個以上之碳數8以上之脂肪酸基或2個以上之碳數8以上之烴鏈,該脂肪酸基或烴基之碳數較佳為10以上、更佳為12以上、又更佳為14以上、再更佳為16以上。又,脂肪酸基或烴基之碳數較佳為24以下。
作為脂肪酸基或烴基,較佳為鏈狀之脂肪酸基或烴基,更佳為直鏈或分枝鏈之飽和或不飽和之脂肪酸基或烴基。
作為成分(C1),較佳係分子內具有1個以上之羥基、與2個以上之碳數8~24之脂肪酸基或2個以上之碳數8~24之烴基的油性化合物,更佳係分子內具有1個以上之羥基、與2個以上之碳數12~24之鏈狀脂肪酸基或2個以上之碳數12~24之鏈狀烴基的油性化合物。
又,由成分(C1)抑制因成分(A)與成分(B)之併用所發生的增黏作用及外觀變化的觀點、及維持高紫外線防禦效果、水潤使用感的觀點而言,較佳係疏水性某程度較高者,更佳係clogP為10以上、又更佳係clogP為12以上。
作為該成分(C1)之具體例,可舉例如N-(十六烷氧基羥丙基)-N-羥乙基十六醯胺(clogP:13.4)、聚甘油-6八辛酸(日清奧利友集團(Nisshin OilliO Group)公司製SALACOS HG-8)、蘋果酸二異硬脂酯(日清奧利友集團公司製Cosmol 222)、聚甘油二異硬脂酸酯(日清奧利友集團公司製Cosmol 42V(clogP:15.7))、聚甘油三異硬脂酸酯(日清奧利友集團公司製Cosmol 43N)、(異硬脂酸/癸二酸)二(三羥甲基丙烷)寡酯(日清奧利友集團公司製SALACOS DT-318S)、山梨醇酐二硬脂酸酯(太陽化學公司製SUNSOFT NO.63C-C(clogP:17.6))、二新戊四醇三多羥基硬脂酸酯(日清奧利友集團公司製SALACOS WO-6(clogP:35.7))、多羥基硬脂酸(日清奧利友集團公司製SALACOS HS-6C(clogP:34.2))等。
此等成分(C1)可使用1種或2種以上。
較佳係至少含有N-(十六烷氧基羥丙基)-N-羥乙基十六醯胺(clogP:13.4)、聚甘油二異硬脂酸酯(clogP:15.7)、山梨醇酐二硬脂酸酯(clogP:17.6)、二新戊四醇三多羥基硬脂酸酯(clogP:35.7)、多羥基硬脂酸(clogP:34.2)之1種或2種以上。
本發明之化妝料中,由抑制因成分(A)與成分(B)之併用所發生的增黏作用及外觀變化的觀點、及維持高紫外線防禦效果、水潤使用感的觀點而言,化妝料中之成分(C1)的含量為0.6質量%以上、較佳為0.7質量%以上、更佳為0.8質量%以上、又更佳為1質量%以上、再更佳為1.5質量%以上。又,由抑制增黏作用及外觀變化的觀點、及維持高紫外線防禦效果、水潤使用感的觀點而言,較佳為20質量%以下、更佳為15質量%以下、又更佳為10質量%以下、再更佳為8質量%以下。具體而言,較佳為0.6質量%以上且20質量%以下、更佳為0.7質量%以上且15質量%以下、又更佳為0.8質量%以上且10質量%以下、再更佳為1質量%以上且8質量%以下、特佳為1.5質量%以上且8質量%以下。
本發明之化妝料中亦可含有上述成分(C1)之油性化合物以外的油劑(C2)。
作為該成分(C1)以外之油劑(C2),可使用25℃下液體狀之油劑(C2a)、25℃下固體狀之油劑(C2b)之任一者,由維持高紫外線防禦效果、水潤使用感的觀點而言,更佳係含有25℃下液體狀之油劑(C2a)。
25℃下液體狀之油劑(C2a)中,所謂25℃下液體狀係指25℃下具有流動性。成分(C2a)中,包括聚矽氧油以外之25℃下液體狀之油劑及25℃下液體狀之聚矽氧油。於此,作為聚矽氧油以外之液體狀油劑,可舉例如烴油、酯油、高級脂肪酸、高級醇、或防曬化妝料中常使用之油溶性紫外線吸收劑。此等亦可為天然來源。又,酯油中包括天然來源之油脂及合成酯油。
作為天然來源之油脂(天然油脂),可舉例如薰衣草油、月見草油、橄欖油、酪梨油、茶花油、龜油、夏威夷豆油、玉米油、貂油、橄欖油、菜籽油、蛋黃油、芝麻油、杏子油、小麥胚芽油、山茶花油、蓖麻子油、亞麻仁油、葵花油、棉籽油、紫蘇籽油、大豆油、花生油、茶籽油、榧樹籽油、米糠油、桐油、日本桐油、荷荷芭油、胚芽油等。
作為烴油,可舉例如流動石蠟、流動異烷烴、流動地蠟、角鯊烷、姥鮫烷、角鯊烯等。

此等中,由紫外線吸收效果而言,較佳係選自對甲氧基桂皮酸2-乙基己酯(Uvinul MC80;BASF公司製)、2,4,6-參[4-(2-乙基己氧基羰基)苯胺基]-1,3,5-三𠯤(Uvinul T150;BASF公司製)、4-第三丁基-4’-甲氧基二苯甲醯基甲烷(PARSOL 1789;DSM Nutrition Japan公司製)、奧克立林(PARSOL 340;DSM Nutrition Japan公司製)、二甲氧基亞苄基二側氧基咪唑啶丙酸2-乙基己酯(SOFTSHADE DH;味之素公司製)、二乙胺基羥基苯甲醯基苯甲酸己酯(Uvinul Aplus;BASF公司製)、雙乙基己氧基酚甲氧基苯基三𠯤(Tinosorb S;BASF公司製)、亞甲基雙苯并三唑基四甲基丁基酚(Tinosorb M;BASF公司製)之1種或2種以上;更佳係組合2種以上。
又,本發明所使用之25℃下液體狀之聚矽氧油以外的油劑,由成分(A)之分散性及SPF提升的觀點而言,較佳為酯油或烴油。

又,由同樣觀點而言,25℃下液體狀之酯油較佳為選自由脂肪酸一元醇酯、甘油脂肪酸酯、苯甲酸酯及脂肪酸三甘油酯所構成群之1種或2種以上。更具體而言,可舉例如肉荳蔻酸辛基十二酯、肉荳蔻酸異鯨蠟酯、甘油三2-乙基己酸酯、甘油三異硬脂酸酯、丙二醇異硬脂酸酯、癸二酸二乙基己酯、三甲基丙烷三2-乙基己酸酯、琥珀酸二2-乙基己酯、丙二醇二(辛基‧癸酸)酯、2-氰基-3,3-二苯基丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、甘油三(辛基‧癸酸)酯、三羥甲基丙烷三辛酸酯、甘油三癸酸酯、乙二醇二辛酸酯、甘油二肉荳蔻酸酯、二乙二醇二月桂酸酯、新戊四醇四2-乙基己酸酯、甘油二醋酸單硬脂酸酯、蘋果酸二異硬脂酯、苯甲酸烷基(C12~C15)酯即苯甲酸烷基(C12以上且C15以下)酯、乳酸辛基十二酯、乳酸油酯、丙二醇二己酸酯、癸二酸二異丙酯、二乙二醇二癸酸酯、新戊二醇二癸酸酯、新戊二醇二2-乙基己酸酯、甘油二椰子油脂肪酸酯、甘油二月桂酸酯、甘油倍半油酸酯、乙二醇單油酸酯、乳酸鯨蠟酯、癸二酸二乙酯、蓖麻油脂肪酸甲酯、棕櫚酸異丙酯、乙二醇棕櫚酸酯、聚乙二醇二月桂酸酯、及三丙二醇二(三甲基乙酸)酯等。
作為25℃下液體狀之烴油的具體例,可舉例如流動石蠟、氫化聚異丁烯(流動異烷烴、重質流動異烷烴)、氫化棕櫚油、氫化蓖麻子油、環烷烴、流動地蠟、角鯊烯、角鯊烷、姥鮫烷、α-烯烴寡聚物、聚丁烯、異十六烷、異十二烷、十二烷、十四烷等。
作為成分(C2a),較佳係含有至少1種25℃下液體狀之聚矽氧油以外的油劑。作為25℃下液體狀之聚矽氧油以外的油劑,較佳係25℃下液體狀之酯油、25℃下液體狀之烴油。藉由使用此等25℃下液體狀之聚矽氧油以外的油劑,可獲得成分(A)之良好分散性。
又,藉由使用25℃下液體狀之聚矽氧油,可進一步提升無黏瘩感。作為25℃下液體狀之聚矽氧油的具體例,由同樣觀點而言,較佳係25℃下黏度為200mPa‧s以上者、更佳係1~100mPa‧s、又更佳係1~50mPa‧s。作為聚矽氧油,由同樣觀點而言,較佳為二甲基聚矽氧烷、二甲基環聚矽氧烷,更佳係25℃下黏度為200mPa‧s以下之二甲基聚矽氧烷、二甲基環聚矽氧烷,又更佳係25℃下黏度為200mPa‧s以下之二甲基聚矽氧烷。黏度測定係於25℃下,藉由B型黏度計(TOKI SANGYO VISCOMETER TVB-10M,東機產業公司製)、轉子1、60rpm、1分鐘之條件可進行測定。
本發明中,成分(C2a)之聚矽氧油以外之液體油的含量,係由紫外線防禦效果及穩定性的觀點而言,相對於化妝料全體,為例如0.1質量%以上、較佳為0.5質量%以上、更佳為1質量%以上。又,由穩定的觀點性而言,相對於化妝料全體,為例如12質量%以下、較佳為8質量%以下、更佳為5質量%以下。
本發明化妝料中之成分(C1)與成分(C2a)之合計量,係由抑制增黏作用及外觀變化的觀點、及維持高紫外線防禦效果、水潤使用感的觀點而言,於化妝料中較佳為10質量%以上、更佳為15質量%以上、又更佳為20質量%以上;又,由同樣觀點而言,較佳為55質量%以下、更佳為53質量%以下、又更佳為50質量%以下。具體之合計量較佳為10質量%以上且55質量%以下、更佳為15質量%以上且53質量%以下、又更佳為20質量%以上且50質量%以下。
又,由抑制黏瘩、保濕及肌膚柔潤的觀點而言,本發明之化妝料較佳係除了上述油劑之外,尚含有25℃下固體狀之油劑(C2b)。
作為25℃下固體狀之油劑,可舉例如碳數12~22之直鏈飽和之高級醇、碳數14~22之單脂肪酸甘油酯、碳數14~22之單烷基甘油醚、碳數14~22之單脂肪酸山梨醇酯、堪地里拉蠟、棕櫚蠟、楊梅果蠟等蠟;月桂酸、肉荳蔻酸、棕櫚酸、硬脂酸、二十二酸、12-羥基硬脂酸等碳數12~22之高級脂肪酸;膽固醇類;肉荳蔻酸內荳蔻酯、膽固醇異硬脂酸酯、二十二酸二十二酯、甘油三肉荳蔻酸酯等酯油;凡士林、地蠟精、地蠟、微晶蠟等烴油、腦醯胺類等。
此等之中,較佳係選自碳數12~22之直鏈飽和之高級醇、烴油及腦醯胺類的1種或2種以上等,更佳係碳數12~22之醇。作為碳數12~22之直鏈飽和之高級醇,可舉例如肉荳蔻醇、鯨蠟醇(cetanol)、硬脂醇、二十二醇等。此等之中,較佳為選自碳數16~18之直鏈飽和之高級醇的1種或2種以上。
本發明之化妝料中之25℃下固體狀之油劑(C2b)的含量,係由提升化妝料穩定性的觀點、及抑制黏瘩、保濕及肌膚柔潤的觀點而言,相對於化妝料全體,較佳為0.1質量%以上、更佳為0.2質量%以上、又更佳為0.3質量%以上;又,較佳為5質量%以下、更佳為3質量%以下、又更佳為2質量%以下。具體之成分(C2b)之含量較佳為0.1~5質量%、更佳為0.2~3質量%、又更佳為0.3~2質量%。
本發明中,成分(C1)相對於成分(C1)與成分(C2a)之合計量的質量比例(C1)/((C1)+(C2a))係由抑制增黏作用及外觀變化的觀點、以及維持高紫外線防禦效果、水潤使用感的觀點而言,較佳為0.02以上、更佳為0.025以上、又更佳為0.03以上、再更佳為0.04以上,較佳為1以下、更佳為0.6以下、又更佳為0.4以下、再更佳為0.3以下、特佳為0.2以下。又,成分(C1)相對於成分(C1)與成分(C2b)之合計量的質量比例(C1)/((C1)+(C2b))較佳為0.02~1、更佳為0.02~0.6、又更佳為0.025~0.4、再更佳為0.03~0.3、特佳為0.04~0.2。
本發明中,成分(A)及(B)之合計量相對於成分(C1)的質量比例((A)+(B))/(C1)係由抑制增黏作用及外觀變化的觀點、以及維持高紫外線防禦效果、水潤使用感的觀點而言,較佳為0.3以上、更佳為0.5以上、又更佳為1以上、再更佳為2以上,較佳為25以下、更佳為20以下、又更佳為15以下、再更佳為11以下。又,成分(A)及(B)之合計量相對於成分(C1)的質量比例((A)+(B))/(C1)較佳為0.3~25、更佳為0.5~20、又更佳為1~15、再更佳為2~11。
本發明之化妝料係水中油型乳化化妝料,於上述成分以外尚含有界面活性劑(D)及水。
作為界面活性劑(D),較佳為非離子界面活性劑,可舉例如聚甘油脂肪酸酯、丙二醇脂肪酸酯、新戊四醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯甘油脂肪酸酯、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯烷基醚、聚氧乙烯植固醇、聚氧乙烯植固烷醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯烷基醚、聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚、聚氧乙烯蓖麻子油、聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻子油、聚氧乙烯羊毛脂、聚氧乙烯羊毛脂醇、聚氧乙烯蜜蠟衍生物、聚氧乙烯烷基胺、聚氧乙烯脂肪酸醯胺、聚氧乙烯烷基苯基甲醛縮合物、單一鏈長聚氧乙烯烷基醚、聚醚改質聚矽氧等。此等之中,較佳為選自聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯、山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯烷基醚、及聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油之1種或2種以上,更佳為選自山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯及聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯之1種或2種以上。
本發明之化妝料中,由提升化妝料之乳化穩定性的觀點而言,化妝料中之界面活性劑(D)較佳為含有0.01質量%以上、更佳為0.5質量%以上、又更佳為1.0質量%以上。又,由提升塗佈時之輕盈度、塗佈後之無黏瘩感的觀點而言,較佳為含有5質量%以下、更佳為3質量%以下、又更佳為2質量%以下。具體而言,化妝料中之界面活性劑的含量較佳為0.01質量%以上且5質量%以下、更佳為0.5質量%以上且3質量%以下、又更佳為1.0質量%以上且2質量%以下。
又,本發明之化妝料係由紫外線防禦效果、水潤度及化妝料之穩定性的觀點而言,除了上述成分之外,較佳係含有糊精脂肪酸酯(E)。
本發明所使用之糊精脂肪酸酯,係脂肪酸與糊精之酯,上述脂肪酸之碳數較佳為8~24、更佳為碳數14~18,上述脂肪酸為直鏈或分枝鏈之飽和或不飽和脂肪酸,上述糊精之平均聚合度較佳為10~50、更佳為20~30。
具體例可舉例如棕櫚酸糊精、棕櫚酸/2-乙基己酸糊精、硬脂酸糊精、棕櫚酸/硬脂酸糊精、油酸糊精、異棕櫚酸糊精、異硬脂酸糊精等,可使用選自此等之1種或2種以上。
市售物可舉例如千葉製粉公司製之棕櫚酸糊精(Rheopearl KL2、Rheopearl KS2、Rheopearl TL2)、棕櫚酸/2-乙基己酸糊精(Rheopearl TT2)、肉荳蔻酸糊精(Rheopearl MKL2)(均為千葉製粉公司製)等。
糊精脂肪酸酯(E)於化妝料中之含量係由提升紫外線防禦效果、水潤度及化妝料穩定性的觀點而言,較佳為0.1質量%以上、更佳為0.3質量%以上,又,較佳為5質量%以下、更佳為2質量%以下。具體而言,糊精脂肪酸酯之含量較佳為0.1質量%以上且5質量%以下、更佳為0.3質量%以上且2質量%以下。
本發明所使用之化妝料中之水含量,係由化妝料之流動性、性狀、使用感的觀點而言,較佳為30質量%以上、更佳為35質量%以上、又更佳為40質量%以上;又,由同樣觀點而言,較佳為80質量%以下、更佳為70質量%以下、又更佳為65質量%以下。具體而言,較佳為30質量%以上且80質量%以下、更佳為35質量%以上且70質量%以下、又更佳為40質量%以上且65質量%以下。
本發明之化妝料中,除了上述成分以外,可含有氧化鈦以外之紫外線散射劑、紫外線吸收劑、香料、保濕劑、美容成分、藥效成分、增黏劑、油凝膠化劑、殺菌劑、pH調整劑、抗氧化劑、防腐劑、碳數1~5之醇類等。又,紫外線吸收劑之含量係於化妝料中,較佳係設為10質量%以下、更佳係設為6質量%以下、又更佳係設為3質量%以下。
作為保濕劑之具體例,可舉例如甘油、1,3-丁二醇、二丙二醇、丙二醇(propanediol)、丙二醇(propylene glycol)、玻尿酸及其鹽。作為美容成分或藥效成分之具體例,可舉例如葵花油、柚子萃取物、金縷梅萃取物、檸檬萃取物、甘洋菊萃取物、羅漢柏萃取物、迷迭香萃取物、桔梗萃取物、橙萃取物、葡萄柚萃取物、生薑萃取物等萃取物類。作為pH調整劑之具體例,可舉例如氫氧化鈉、氫氧化鉀、氯化銨、三乙醇胺等鹼;有機酸等酸。又,作為防腐劑之具體例,可舉例如苯氧基乙醇。
又,亦可含有上述成分以外之粉體,其具體例可舉例如滑石、澱粉、樹脂粉體等。其中,作為樹脂粉體之具體例,可舉例如聚矽氧樹脂粉體、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯‧乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯‧甲基丙烯酸鈉共聚合體的粉體;更具體而言,可舉例如日本專利特開2006-225311號公報記載之樹脂粉體。又,亦可含有乙二胺四乙酸二鈉等鉗合劑。
本發明之水中油型乳化化妝料可依通常方法製造。亦即,於25℃左右之既定溫度下,混合成分(B)及水而調製水相。另一方面,於80℃~90℃左右之既定溫度下,添加成分(C1)及其他油相成分,並混合成分(A)而調製油相。其後,於水相中添加油相及其他成分,於攪拌下冷卻至室溫左右,藉此得到本發明之水中油型乳化化妝料。
本發明之水中油型乳化化妝料係具有高紫外線防禦效果與良好使用感,不增黏且外觀良好,故特別可有效使用作為防曬化妝料。作為藉由本發明所得之化妝料的形態,包括妝前乳、乳化粉底、眼影等具有防曬作用之彩妝化妝料;防曬乳等防曬化妝料等。又,劑型可設為例如乳液類、乳膏類等。
本發明中藉由組合使用上述成分(A)~(C1),可得到維持高紫外線防禦效果與良好使用感、不增黏且外觀良好之水中油型乳化化妝料。本發明之化妝料的應用對象可舉例如皮膚,尤其是頭髮以外之皮膚,較佳為臉、身體、手足等。
關於上述實施形態,本發明進一步揭示以下組成物。
<1>一種水中油型乳化化妝料,其含有下述成分(A)、(B)及(C1):
(A)經含有鋁之表面處理劑被覆的氧化鈦;
(B)具有磺酸之構成單位的水溶性高分子;
(C1)分子內具有1個以上之羥基、與2個以上之碳數8以上之脂肪酸基或2個以上之碳數8以上之烴鏈的油性化合物0.6質量%以上。
<2>如<1>之水中油型乳化化妝料,其中,成分(A)較佳為氧化鋁脂肪酸處理氧化鈦粒子,更佳為氧化鋁碳數14~22脂肪酸處理氧化鈦粒子,又更佳為選自氧化鋁硬脂酸處理氧化鈦粒子及氧化鋁異硬脂酸處理氧化鈦粒子之1種或2種。
<3>如<1>或<2>之水中油型乳化化妝料,其中,成分(A)之平均粒徑較佳為1nm以上、更佳為5nm以上,且較佳為為100nm以下、更佳為80nm以下。
<4>如<1>~<3>中任一項之水中油型乳化化妝料,其中,成分(A)的含量較佳為3質量%以上且20質量%以下、更佳為4質量%以上且18質量%以下、又更佳為6質量%以上且15質量%以下、再更佳為8質量%以上且12質量%以下。
<5>如<1>~<4>中任一項之水中油型乳化化妝料,其中,成分(B)較佳係於含有(甲基)丙烯醯胺之聚合物或共聚物之(甲基)丙烯醯胺構成單位的側鏈中具有磺酸基的水溶性高分子,更佳係於含有(甲基)丙烯醯胺之聚合物或共聚物之(甲基)丙烯醯胺構成單位的側鏈中具有胺基烷基磺酸構造的水溶性高分子,又更佳係選自(丙烯酸Na/丙烯醯基二甲基牛磺酸Na)共聚物及(丙烯酸羥乙酯/丙烯醯基二甲基牛磺酸Na)共聚物之1種或2種。
<6>如<1>~<5>中任一項之水中油型乳化化妝料,其中,成分(B)的含量較佳為0.02質量%以上且5質量%以下、更佳為0.05質量%以上且3質量%以下、又更佳為0.1質量%以上且2質量%以下。
<7>如<1>~<6>中任一項之水中油型乳化化妝料,其中,成分(C1)較佳係分子內具有1個以上之羥基、與2個以上之碳數8~24之脂肪酸基或2個以上之碳數8~24之烴基的clogP為10以上的油性化合物;更佳係選自N-(十六烷氧基羥丙基)-N-羥乙基十六醯胺、聚甘油-6八辛酸酯、蘋果酸二異硬脂酯、聚甘油二異硬脂酸酯、聚甘油三異硬脂酸酯、(異硬脂酸/癸二酸)二(三羥甲基丙烷)寡酯、山梨醇酐二硬脂酸酯、二新戊四醇三多羥基硬脂酸酯及多羥基硬脂酸之1種或2種以上。
<8>如<1>~<7>中任一項之水中油型乳化化妝料,其中,成分(C1)的含量較佳為0.6質量%以上且20質量%以下、更佳為0.7質量%以上且15質量%以下、又更佳為0.8質量%以上且10質量%以下、再更佳為1質量%以上且8質量%以下、特佳為1.5質量%以上且8質量%以下。
<9>如<1>~<8>中任一項之水中油型乳化化妝料,其進一步含有成分(C1)以外的油劑(C2)。
<10>如<9>之水中油型乳化化妝料,其中,油劑(C2)為選自25℃下液體狀之油劑(C2a)及25℃下固體狀之油劑(C2b)的1種或2種以上的油劑;較佳係含有25℃下液體狀之油劑(C2a)。
<11>如<9>或<10>之水中油型乳化化妝料,其中,25℃下液體狀之油劑(C2a)較佳為選自聚矽氧油以外之25℃下液體狀之油劑及25℃下液體狀之聚矽氧油的1種或2種以上;聚矽氧油以外之液體狀油劑更佳為選自烴油、酯油、高級脂肪酸、高級醇、及油溶性紫外線吸收劑的1種或2種以上。
<12>如<10>或<11>之水中油型乳化化妝料,其中,成分(C1)與成分(C2a)之合計量較佳為10質量%以上且55質量%以下、更佳為15質量%以上且53質量%以下、又更佳為20質量%以上且50質量%以下。
<13>如<1>~<12>中任一項之水中油型乳化化妝料,其中,成分(C1)相對於成分(C1)與成分(C2a)之合計量的質量比例(C1)/((C1)+(C2a))較佳為0.02~1、更佳為0.02~0.6、又更佳為0.025~0.4、再更佳為0.03~0.3、特佳為0.04~0.2。
<14>如<1>~<13>中任一項之水中油型乳化化妝料,其中,成分(A)及(B)之合計量相對於成分(C1)的質量比例((A)+(B))/(C1)較佳為0.3~25、更佳為0.5~20、又更佳為1~15、再更佳為2~11。
<15>如<1>~<14>中任一項之水中油型乳化化妝料,其進一步含有界面活性劑(D)、較佳為非離子界面活性劑。
<16>如<15>之水中油型乳化化妝料,其中,成分(D)之含量較佳為0.01質量%以上且5質量%以下、更佳為0.5質量%以上且3質量%以下、又更佳為1.0質量%以上且2質量%以下。
<17>如<1>~<16>中任一項之水中油型乳化化妝料,其進一步含有糊精脂肪酸酯(E)。
<18>如<17>之水中油型乳化化妝料,其中,糊精脂肪酸酯(E)之含量較佳為0.1質量%以上且5質量%以下、更佳為0.3質量%以上且2質量%以下。
<19>如<1>~<18>中任一項之水中油型乳化化妝料,其中,水含量較佳為30質量%以上且80質量%以下、更佳為35質量%以上且70質量%以下、又更佳為40質量%以上且65質量%以下。
<20>如<1>~<19>中任一項之水中油型乳化化妝料,其為防曬化妝料。
[實施例]
以下列舉實施例更詳細地說明本發明。
(實施例1~27及比較例1~2)
製造表1及表2所示組成的水中油型乳化化妝料,評價紫外線防禦效果、化妝料之流動性、化妝料之性狀、化妝料表面之柔潤度。結果合併示於表1及表2。
(製造方法)
於25℃之溫度下,對裝入了精製水之調配槽藉由分散器一邊攪拌、一邊分散成分(B),調製水相。另一方面,於約90℃之溫度下,將成分(C)與成分(D)與成分(E)及成分(F)加熱攪拌,進而添加成分(A)並藉由分散器使其分散,調製油相。其後,將油相添加至水相並攪拌,進一步添加剩餘成分而得到水中油型乳化化妝料。
(評價方法)
(1)紫外線防禦效果(SPF值)
於PMMA板上,將化妝料依成為2mg/cm
2之方式均勻塗佈1分鐘,於冷暗處使其乾燥15分鐘。試料乾燥後,藉由SPF分析器(SPF 290S plus,Optometricus USA, Inc製),測定正方形之PMMA板上之中間點、各頂點、連接各頂點之邊之中間點的共計9處的吸收光譜(波長350nm)的穿透率(%),並求得9處之平均。結果係表示由該穿透率(%)所求得的SPF值(-)。

(2) 化妝料之流動性
於50g玻璃瓶中裝入化妝料40g,於50℃保管1周。其後,於25℃使化妝料連同玻璃瓶一起傾倒,以肉眼觀察是否有流動性、是否為未固化狀態。
4:有流動性、3:稍有流動性、2:不太有流動性、1:完全沒有流動性
(3) 化妝料之性狀
於50g玻璃瓶中裝入化妝料40g,於50℃保管1周。其後,於25℃以肉眼觀察是否確認到未出現分離、滲油。

(4) 化妝料表面之柔潤度
於50g玻璃瓶中裝入化妝料40g,於50℃保管1周。其後,於25℃以肉眼觀察是否外觀不乾燥、具有光澤。

Claims (14)
- 一種水中油型乳化化妝料,其含有下述成分(A)、(B)及(C1): (A)經含有鋁之表面處理劑被覆的氧化鈦; (B)具有磺酸之構成單位的水溶性高分子; (C1)分子內具有1個以上之羥基、與2個以上之碳數8以上之脂肪酸基或2個以上之碳數8以上之烴鏈的油性化合物 0.6質量%以上。
- 如請求項1之水中油型乳化化妝料,其中,成分(A)的含量為3質量%以上且20質量%以下。
- 如請求項1或2之水中油型乳化化妝料,其中,成分(B)係於含有(甲基)丙烯醯胺之聚合物或共聚物之(甲基)丙烯醯胺構成單位的側鏈中具有磺酸基的水溶性高分子。
- 如請求項1或2之水中油型乳化化妝料,其中,成分(B)係於含有(甲基)丙烯醯胺之聚合物或共聚物之(甲基)丙烯醯胺構成單位的側鏈中具有胺基烷基磺酸構造的水溶性高分子。
- 如請求項1或2之水中油型乳化化妝料,其中,成分(B)的含量為0.02質量%以上且5質量%以下。
- 如請求項1或2之水中油型乳化化妝料,其中,成分(C1)係分子內具有1個以上之羥基、與2個以上之碳數8~24之脂肪酸基或2個以上之碳數8~24之烴基的clogP為10以上的油性化合物。
- 如請求項1或2之水中油型乳化化妝料,其中,成分(C1)的含量為0.6質量%以上且20質量%以下。
- 如請求項1或2之水中油型乳化化妝料,其進一步含有成分(C1)以外的25℃下液體狀之油劑(C2a)。
- 如請求項8之水中油型乳化化妝料,其中,成分(C1)與成分(C2a)之合計量為10質量%以上且55質量%以下。
- 如請求項8之水中油型乳化化妝料,其中,成分(C1)相對於成分(C1)與成分(C2a)之合計量的質量比例(C1)/((C1)+(C2a))為0.02~1。
- 如請求項1或2之水中油型乳化化妝料,其中,成分(A)及(B)之合計量相對於成分(C1)的質量比例((A)+(B))/(C1)為0.3~25。
- 如請求項1或2之水中油型乳化化妝料,其進一步含有界面活性劑(D)。
- 如請求項1或2之水中油型乳化化妝料,其進一步含有糊精脂肪酸酯(E)。
- 如請求項1或2之水中油型乳化化妝料,其為防曬化妝料。
