技术领域
本发明涉及水包油型乳化化妆品。
背景技术
为了阻断紫外线对皮肤的照射而获得高SPF值,在水包油型乳化化妆品配合紫外线吸收剂或紫外线散射剂。而且,作为此紫外线散射剂,广泛采用氧化钛。
作为该氧化钛,系考虑对水包油型乳化化妆品的分散性而使用经含有脂肪酸或铝的表面处理剂被覆的氧化钛。再者,已知除了经这些表面处理剂被覆的氧化钛之外,如果并用具有(甲基)丙烯酸或磺酸的结构单元的水溶性高分子,可获得无粘腻感、具有水润使用感的水包油型乳化化妆品(专利文献1~3)。

发明内容
本发明提供一种水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,含有下述成分(A)、(B)及(C1):
(A)经含有铝的表面处理剂被覆的氧化钛;
(B)具有磺酸的结构单元的水溶性高分子;
(C1)在分子内具有1个以上的羟基、与2个以上的碳原子数8以上的脂肪酸基或2个以上的碳原子数8以上的烃链的油性化合物0.6质量%以上。
具体实施方式
已判明:并用经含有铝的表面处理剂被覆的氧化钛与具有磺酸的结构单元的水溶性高分子的水包油型乳化化妆品,存在发生增粘、外观不良这样的课题。
因此,本发明涉及含有氧化钛与水溶性高分子、维持高紫外线防御效果与良好使用感、不增粘且外观良好的水包油型乳化化妆品。
因此,本发明人针对含有经含有铝的表面处理剂被覆的氧化钛与具有磺酸的结构单元的水溶性高分子的水包油型乳化化妆品发生增粘的原因进行研究,结果这些在水包油型乳化组合物中形成结构体,该结果发现化妆品发生增粘、外观变得不良。接着,针对抑制因该结构体形成所造成的增粘作用进行了各种研究,结果发现,除了这二种成分之外,如果以一定量以上含有在分子内具有1个以上的羟基、与2个以上的碳原子数8以上的脂肪酸基或2个以上的碳原子数8以上的烃链的油性化合物,则可抑制增粘作用及外观变化,可获得维持着高紫外线防御效果与良好使用感的水包油型乳化化妆品,由此完成本发明。
本发明的水包油型乳化化妆品具有高紫外线防御效果与良好使用感,不增粘且外观良好,作为防晒化妆品有用。
本发明的水包油型乳化化妆品(以下有时也简称为化妆品)含有下述成分(A)、(B)及(C1)。
(A)经含有铝的表面处理剂被覆的氧化钛;
(B)具有磺酸的结构单元的水溶性高分子;
(C1)在分子内具有1个以上的羟基、与2个以上的碳原子数8以上的脂肪酸基或2个以上的碳原子数8以上的烃链的油性化合物0.6质量%以上。
成分(A)是经含有铝的表面处理剂被覆的氧化钛颗粒。
作为含有铝的表面处理剂的具体例,由提高氧化钛颗粒在化妆品中的分散性、提升化妆品的紫外线防御效果的观点、抑制外观泛白的观点、以及提升柔润度的观点而言,优选含有铝和/或氢氧化铝的表面处理剂。又,除了铝之外还含有脂肪酸的表面处理剂,由提高氧化钛颗粒在化妆品中的分散性、提升化妆品的紫外线防御效果的观点、抑制外观泛白的观点、以及提升柔润度的观点而言为优选。
在此,作为脂肪酸,优选可举例如碳原子数14~22的高级脂肪酸、更优选为碳原子数16~20的高级脂肪酸。又,由同样的观点而言,上述表面处理剂的脂肪酸的碳原子数优选为14以上、更优选为16以上,且优选为22以下、更优选为20以下。
又,作为经含有铝的表面处理剂被覆的氧化钛的具体例,可举例如氧化铝碳原子数14~22脂肪酸处理氧化钛颗粒,作为更优选的例可举例如氧化铝硬脂酸处理氧化钛颗粒、氧化铝异硬脂酸处理氧化钛颗粒。其中,由提高氧化钛颗粒在化妆品中的分散性、提升化妆品的紫外线防御效果的观点、抑制外观泛白的观点、以及提升柔润度的观点而言,优选为氧化铝硬脂酸处理氧化钛颗粒。
又,除了经含有铝的表面处理剂被覆的氧化钛之外,也可并用经上述脂肪酸被覆的氧化钛颗粒。
成分(A)的经含有铝的表面处理剂被覆的氧化钛的平均粒径,由提升化妆品的紫外线防御效果的观点而言,优选为1nm以上、更优选为5nm以上,且优选为100nm以下、更优选为80nm以下。又,由抑制化妆品涂布时的粘腻、提升柔润度的观点而言,优选为1nm以上、更优选为7nm以上、进一步优选为8nm以上,且优选为100nm以下、更优选为50nm以下、进一步优选为30nm以下。在此,成分(A)的平均粒径是通过透射电子显微镜(Transmission ElectronMicroscope:TEM),以100000倍率的条件,测定影像中300个颗粒的粒径的最大短径,算出其平均值而求得。在此,所谓最大短径,意味着与长径正交的短径中、具有最大径的短径。
本发明的化妆品中,由获得优越的紫外线防御效果、涂布后不残留泛白及使用感的观点而言,化妆品中优选含有成分(A)3质量%以上且20质量%以下。又,本发明的化妆品中的成分(A)的含量,由获得优越紫外线防御效果的观点、提升化妆品稳定性的观点而言,优选为4质量%以上、更优选为6质量%以上、进一步优选为8质量%以上;又,由涂布后不残留泛白、无粗涩感、容易卸除的观点而言,优选为18质量%以下、更优选为15质量%以下、进一步优选为12质量%以下。具体而言,化妆品中的成分(A)的含量优选为3质量%以上且20质量%以下、更优选为4质量%以上且18质量%以下、进一步优选为6质量%以上且15质量%以下、再进一步优选为8质量%以上且12质量%以下。又,本发明中所谓“容易卸除”意味着将本发明的化妆品涂布在皮肤后,通过清洁剂等从皮肤予以洗除的容易度。
本发明所使用的成分(B)是具有磺酸的结构单元的水溶性高分子。
此水溶性高分子中的磺酸的结构单元,优选磺酸基以游离状态存在,因此优选是在侧链具有磺酸结构。而且,此水溶性高分子的主链优选为选自(甲基)丙烯酸、(甲基)丙烯酸酯及(甲基)丙烯酰胺中的1种或2种以上、或纤维素衍生物。从而,作为成分(B),优选是在侧链具有磺酸结构,且以选自(甲基)丙烯酸、(甲基)丙烯酸酯及(甲基)丙烯酰胺中的1种或2种以上为主链的聚合物或共聚物;或者在侧链具有磺酸结构的纤维素衍生物。
又,磺酸结构优选是在含有(甲基)丙烯酰胺的聚合物或共聚物的(甲基)丙烯酰胺结构单元的侧链中含有。再者,磺酸结构更优选是在含有(甲基)丙烯酰胺的聚合物或共聚物的(甲基)丙烯酰胺结构单元的侧链中以氨基烷基磺酸结构的形式含有;进一步优选是在含有(甲基)丙烯酰胺的聚合物或共聚物的(甲基)丙烯酰胺结构单元的侧链中以氨基乙基磺酸结构的形式含有。又,作为此种含有(甲基)丙烯酰胺的共聚物,也可共聚合选自(甲基)丙烯酸及(甲基)丙烯酸酯中的1种或2种以上。
更具体而言,可举例如(丙烯酸Na/丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸Na)共聚物(SIMULGELEG)、(丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸Na)共聚物(SIMULGEL FL、SIMULGEL NS)等。可使用选自这些的含有磺酸的(甲基)丙烯酸系聚合物中的1种或2种以上。
又,作为具有源自磺酸的结构单元的水溶性高分子,可举例如硬脂氧基PG羟乙基纤维素磺酸Na(POIZ 310;花王公司制)。这些中,在使用选自(丙烯酸Na/丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸Na)共聚物中的1种或2种以上的情况,即使少量组合物仍稳定,且由涂布时卡粉防止效果或使用感提升的观点而言为优选。
本发明的化妆品中,由提升化妆品稳定性的观点、容器易使用的观点而言,在化妆品中,成分(B)优选为含有0.02质量%以上、更优选为0.05质量%以上、进一步优选为0.1质量%以上;又,由延展的轻盈度、提升水润感的观点而言,优选为含有5质量%以下、更优选为3质量%以下、进一步优选为2质量%以下。具体而言,化妆品中的成分(B)的含量优选为0.02质量%以上且5质量%以下、更优选为0.05质量%以上且3质量%以下、进一步优选为0.1质量%以上且2质量%以下。在此,成分(B)的含量是指制品中所含有效成分的含量,并非市售品的量。
此外,在不损害本发明效果的范围内,化妆品中可含有成分(B)以外的水溶性高分子。
本发明的化妆品所使用的成分(C1),是在分子内具有1个以上的羟基、与2个以上的碳原子数8以上的脂肪酸基或2个以上的碳原子数8以上的烃链的油性化合物。通过含有成分(C1),而抑制因上述成分(A)与成分(B)的并用所发生的增粘作用及外观变化。此作用可认为是因成分(C1)抑制上述成分(A)与成分(B)的相互作用所致。
成分(C1)的油性化合物是在分子内具有1个以上的羟基、与2个以上的碳原子数8以上的脂肪酸基或2个以上的碳原子数8以上的烃链。在此,羟基数如果为1个以上即可,更优选为2个以上。又,具有2个以上的碳原子数8以上的脂肪酸基或2个以上的碳原子数8以上的烃链,该脂肪酸基或烃基的碳原子数优选为10以上、更优选为12以上、进一步优选为14以上、再进一步优选为16以上。又,脂肪酸基或烃基的碳原子数优选为24以下。
作为脂肪酸基或烃基,优选为链状的脂肪酸基或烃基,更优选为直链或支链的饱和或不饱和的脂肪酸基或烃基。
作为成分(C1),优选为在分子内具有1个以上的羟基、与2个以上的碳原子数8~24的脂肪酸基或2个以上的碳原子数8~24的烃基的油性化合物,更优选为在分子内具有1个以上的羟基、与2个以上的碳原子数12~24的链状脂肪酸基或2个以上的碳原子数12~24的链状烃基的油性化合物。
又,由成分(C1)抑制因成分(A)与成分(B)的并用所发生的增粘作用及外观变化的观点、及维持高紫外线防御效果、水润使用感的观点而言,优选某种程度上疏水性高,更优选clogP为10以上、进一步优选clogP为12以上。
作为该成分(C1)的具体例,可举例如N-(十六烷氧基羟丙基)-N-羟乙基十六酰胺(clogP:13.4)、聚甘油-6八癸酸酯(The Nisshin OilliO Group,Ltd.制SALACOS HG-8)、苹果酸二异硬脂酸酯(The Nisshin OilliO Group,Ltd.制Cosmol 222)、聚甘油二异硬脂酸酯(The Nisshin OilliO Group,Ltd.制Cosmol 42V(clogP:15.7))、聚甘油三异硬脂酸酯(The Nisshin OilliO Group,Ltd.制Cosmol 43N)、(异硬脂酸/癸二酸)二(三羟甲基丙烷)寡酯(The Nisshin OilliO Group,Ltd.制SALACOS DT-318S)、山梨醇酐二硬脂酸酯(太阳化学公司制SUNSOFT NO.63C-C(clogP:17.6))、二季戊四醇三聚羟基硬脂酸酯(TheNisshin OilliO Group,Ltd.制SALACOS WO-6(clogP:35.7))、聚羟基硬脂酸(The NisshinOilliO Group,Ltd.制SALACOS HS-6C(clogP:34.2))等。
这些成分(C1)可使用1种或2种以上。
优选至少含有N-(十六烷氧基羟丙基)-N-羟乙基十六酰胺(clogP:13.4)、聚甘油二异硬脂酸酯(clogP:15.7)、山梨醇酐二硬脂酸酯(clogP:17.6)、二季戊四醇三聚羟基硬脂酸酯(clogP:35.7)、聚羟基硬脂酸(clogP:34.2)中的1种或2种以上。
本发明的化妆品中,由抑制因成分(A)与成分(B)的并用所发生的增粘作用及外观变化的观点、及维持高紫外线防御效果、水润使用感的观点而言,化妆品中的成分(C1)的含量为0.6质量%以上、优选为0.7质量%以上、更优选为0.8质量%以上、进一步优选为1质量%以上、再进一步优选为1.5质量%以上。又,由抑制增粘作用及外观变化的观点、及维持高紫外线防御效果、水润使用感的观点而言,优选为20质量%以下、更优选为15质量%以下、进一步优选为10质量%以下、再进一步优选为8质量%以下。具体而言,优选为0.6质量%以上且20质量%以下、更优选为0.7质量%以上且15质量%以下、进一步优选为0.8质量%以上且10质量%以下、再进一步优选为1质量%以上且8质量%以下、特别优选为1.5质量%以上且8质量%以下。
本发明的化妆品中也可含有上述成分(C1)的油性化合物以外的油剂(C2)。
作为该成分(C1)以外的油剂(C2),可使用在25℃下为液体状的油剂(C2a)、在25℃下为固体状的油剂(C2b)中的任一者,由维持高紫外线防御效果、水润使用感的观点而言,更优选含有在25℃下为液体状的油剂(C2a)。
在25℃下为液体状的油剂(C2a)中,所谓在25℃下为液体状是指25℃下具有流动性。成分(C2a)中,包括硅油以外的在25℃下为液体状的油剂及在25℃下为液体状的硅油。在此,作为硅油以外的液体状油剂,可举例如烃油、酯油、高级脂肪酸、高级醇、或防晒化妆品中常使用的油溶性紫外线吸收剂。这些也可为天然来源。又,酯油中包括天然来源的油脂及合成酯油。
作为天然来源的油脂(天然油脂),可举例如熏衣草油、月见草油、橄榄油、鳄梨油、山茶籽油、龟油、澳洲坚果油、玉米油、貂油、橄榄油、菜籽油、蛋黄油、芝麻油、杏仁油、小麦胚芽油、山茶花油、蓖麻油、亚麻仁油、葵花油、棉籽油、紫苏籽油、大豆油、花生油、茶籽油、榧树籽油、米糠油、桐油、日本桐油、荷荷巴油、胚芽油等。

作为成分(C2a),优选含有至少1种在25℃下为液体状的硅油以外的油剂。作为在25℃下为液体状的硅油以外的油剂,优选在25℃下为液体状的酯油、在25℃下为液体状的烃油。通过使用这些在25℃下为液体状的硅油以外的油剂,可获得成分(A)的良好分散性。
又,通过使用在25℃下为液体状的硅油,可进一步提升无粘腻感。作为在25℃下为液体状的硅油的具体例,由同样观点而言,优选在25℃下粘度为200mPa·s以下的硅油、更优选1~100mPa·s的硅油、进一步优选1~50mPa·s的硅油。作为硅油,由同样观点而言,优选为二甲基聚硅氧烷、二甲基环聚硅氧烷,更优选在25℃下粘度为200mPa·s以下的二甲基聚硅氧烷、二甲基环聚硅氧烷,进一步优选在25℃下粘度为200mPa·s以下的二甲基聚硅氧烷。粘度测定是在25℃下,通过B型粘度计(TOKI SANGYO VISCOMETER TVB-10M,东机产业公司制)、转子1、60rpm、1分钟的条件可进行测定。
本发明中,成分(C2a)的硅油以外的液体油的含量,由紫外线防御效果及稳定性的观点而言,相对于化妆品全体,为例如0.1质量%以上、优选为0.5质量%以上、更优选为1质量%以上。又,由稳定性的观点而言,相对于化妆品全体,为例如12质量%以下、优选为8质量%以下、更优选为5质量%以下。
本发明化妆品中的成分(C1)与成分(C2a)的合计量,由抑制增粘作用及外观变化的观点、及维持高紫外线防御效果、水润使用感的观点而言,在化妆品中优选为10质量%以上、更优选为15质量%以上、进一步优选为20质量%以上;又,由同样观点而言,优选为55质量%以下、更优选为53质量%以下、进一步优选为50质量%以下。具体的合计量优选为10质量%以上且55质量%以下、更优选为15质量%以上且53质量%以下、进一步优选为20质量%以上且50质量%以下。
又,由抑制粘腻、保湿及肌肤柔润的观点而言,本发明的化妆品优选除了上述油剂之外,还含有在25℃下为固体状的油剂(C2b)。
作为在25℃下为固体状的油剂,可举例如碳原子数12~22的直链饱和的高级醇、碳原子数14~22的单脂肪酸甘油酯、碳原子数14~22的单烷基甘油醚、碳原子数14~22的单脂肪酸山梨醇酯、小烛树腊、棕榈蜡、杨梅果蜡等蜡;月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、山嵛酸、12-羟基硬脂酸等碳原子数12~22的高级脂肪酸;胆固醇类;肉豆蔻酸肉豆蔻酯、胆固醇异硬脂酸酯、山嵛酸山嵛酯、甘油三肉豆蔻酸酯等酯油;凡士林、地蜡精、地蜡、微晶蜡等烃油、神经酰胺类等。
这些中,优选选自碳原子数12~22的直链饱和的高级醇、烃油及神经酰胺类中的1种或2种以上等,更优选碳原子数12~22的醇。作为碳原子数12~22的直链饱和的高级醇,可举例如肉豆蔻醇、鲸蜡醇(cetanol)、硬脂醇、山嵛醇等。这些中,优选为选自碳原子数16~18的直链饱和的高级醇中的1种或2种以上。
本发明的化妆品中的在25℃下为固体状的油剂(C2b)的含量,由提升化妆品稳定性的观点、及抑制粘腻、保湿及肌肤柔润的观点而言,相对于化妆品全体,优选为0.1质量%以上、更优选为0.2质量%以上、进一步优选为0.3质量%以上;又,优选为5质量%以下、更优选为3质量%以下、进一步优选为2质量%以下。具体的成分(E)的含量优选为0.1~5质量%、更优选为0.2~3质量%、进一步优选为0.3~2质量%。
本发明中,成分(C1)相对于成分(C1)与成分(C2a)的合计量的质量比例(C1)/((C1)+(C2a))由抑制增粘作用及外观变化的观点、以及维持高紫外线防御效果、水润使用感的观点而言,优选为0.02以上、更优选为0.025以上、进一步优选为0.03以上、再进一步优选为0.04以上,优选为1以下、更优选为0.6以下、进一步优选为0.4以下、再进一步优选为0.3以下、特别优选为0.2以下。又,成分(C1)相对于成分(C1)与成分(C2a)的合计量的质量比例(C1)/((C1)+(C2a))优选为0.02~1、更优选为0.02~0.6、进一步优选为0.025~0.4、再进一步优选为0.03~0.3、特别优选为0.04~0.2。
本发明中,成分(A)及(B)的合计量相对于成分(C1)的质量比例((A)+(B))/(C1)由抑制增粘作用及外观变化的观点、以及维持高紫外线防御效果、水润使用感的观点而言,优选为0.3以上、更优选为0.5以上、进一步优选为1以上、再进一步优选为2以上,优选为25以下、更优选为20以下、进一步优选为15以下、再进一步优选为11以下。又,成分(A)及(B)的合计量相对于成分(C1)的质量比例((A)+(B))/(C1)优选为0.3~25、更优选为0.5~20、进一步优选为1~15、再进一步优选为2~11。
本发明的化妆品为水包油型乳化化妆品,在上述成分以外还含有表面活性剂(D)及水。
作为表面活性剂(D),优选为非离子表面活性剂,可举例如聚甘油脂肪酸酯、丙二醇脂肪酸酯、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯甘油脂肪酸酯、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯烷基醚、聚氧乙烯植物甾醇、聚氧乙烯植物甾烷醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯烷基醚、聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚、聚氧乙烯蓖麻油、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油、聚氧乙烯羊毛脂、聚氧乙烯羊毛脂醇、聚氧乙烯蜜蜡衍生物、聚氧乙烯烷基胺、聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酰胺、聚氧乙烯烷基苯基甲醛缩合物、单一链长聚氧乙烯烷基醚、聚醚改性硅酮等。这些中,优选为选自聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯、山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯烷基醚、及聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油中的1种或2种以上,更优选为选自山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯及聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯中的1种或2种以上。
本发明的化妆品中,由提升化妆品的乳化稳定性的观点而言,化妆品中的表面活性剂(D)优选为含有0.01质量%以上、更优选为0.5质量%以上、进一步优选为1.0质量%以上。又,由提升涂布时的轻盈度、涂布后的无粘腻感的观点而言,优选为含有5质量%以下、更优选为3质量%以下、进一步优选为2质量%以下。具体而言,化妆品中的表面活性剂的含量优选为0.01质量%以上且5质量%以下、更优选为0.5质量%以上且3质量%以下、进一步优选为1.0质量%以上且2质量%以下。
又,本发明的化妆品由紫外线防御效果、水润度及化妆品的稳定性的观点而言,除了上述成分之外,优选含有糊精脂肪酸酯(E)。
本发明所使用的糊精脂肪酸酯是脂肪酸与糊精的酯,上述脂肪酸的碳原子数优选为8~24、更优选为碳原子数14~18,上述脂肪酸为直链或支链的饱和或不饱和脂肪酸,上述糊精的平均聚合度优选为10~50、更优选为20~30。
具体例可举例如棕榈酸糊精、棕榈酸/2-乙基己酸糊精、硬脂酸糊精、棕榈酸/硬脂酸糊精、油酸糊精、异棕榈酸糊精、异硬脂酸糊精等,可使用选自这些中的1种或2种以上。
市售品可举例如千叶制粉公司制的棕榈酸糊精(Rheopearl KL2、Rheopearl KS2、Rheopearl TL2)、棕榈酸/2-乙基己酸糊精(Rheopearl TT2)、肉豆蔻酸糊精(RheopearlMKL2)(均为千叶制粉公司制)等。
糊精脂肪酸酯(E)在化妆品中的含量由提升紫外线防御效果、水润度及化妆品稳定性的观点而言,优选为0.1质量%以上、更优选为0.3质量%以上,又,优选为5质量%以下、更优选为2质量%以下。具体而言,糊精脂肪酸酯的含量优选为0.1质量%以上且5质量%以下、更优选为0.3质量%以上且2质量%以下。
本发明所使用的化妆品中的水含量,由化妆品的流动性、性状、使用感的观点而言,优选为30质量%以上、更优选为35质量%以上、进一步优选为40质量%以上;又,由同样观点而言,优选为80质量%以下、更优选为70质量%以下、进一步优选为65质量%以下。具体而言,优选为30质量%以上且80质量%以下、更优选为35质量%以上且70质量%以下、进一步优选为40质量%以上且65质量%以下。
本发明的化妆品中,除了上述成分以外,可含有氧化钛以外的紫外线散射剂、紫外线吸收剂、香料、保湿剂、美容成分、药效成分、增粘剂、油凝胶化剂、杀菌剂、pH调节剂、抗氧化剂、防腐剂、碳原子数1~5的醇类等。又,紫外线吸收剂的含量是在化妆品中,优选设为10质量%以下、更优选设为6质量%以下、进一步优选设为3质量%以下。
作为保湿剂的具体例,可举例如甘油、1,3-丁二醇、二丙二醇、丙二醇(propanediol)、丙二醇(propylene glycol)、透明质酸及其盐。作为美容成分或药效成分的具体例,可举例如葵花油、柚子提取物、金缕梅提取物、柠檬提取物、洋甘菊提取物、罗汉柏提取物、迷迭香提取物、桔梗提取物、橙提取物、葡萄柚提取物、生姜提取物等提取物类。作为pH调节剂的具体例,可举例如氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氯化铵、三乙醇胺等碱;有机酸等酸。又,作为防腐剂的具体例,可举例如苯氧乙醇。
又,也可含有上述成分以外的粉体,其具体例可举例如滑石、淀粉、树脂粉体等。其中,作为树脂粉体的具体例,可举例如硅酮树脂粉体、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯·乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯·甲基丙烯酸钠共聚物的粉体;更具体而言,可举例如日本专利特开2006-225311号公报记载的树脂粉体。又,也可含有乙二胺四乙酸二钠等螯合剂。
本发明的水包油型乳化化妆品可按照通常方法制造。即,在25℃左右的规定温度下,混合成分(B)及水而制备水相。另一方面,在80℃~90℃左右的规定温度下,添加成分(C1)及其它油相成分,并混合成分(A)而制备油相。其后,在水相中添加油相及其它成分,在搅拌下冷却至室温左右,由此得到本发明的水包油型乳化化妆品。
本发明的水包油型乳化化妆品具有高紫外线防御效果与良好使用感,不增粘且外观良好,因此作为防晒化妆品特别有用。作为通过本发明所得的化妆品的形态,包括妆前乳、乳化粉底、眼影等具有防晒作用的彩妆化妆品;防晒乳等防晒化妆品等。又,剂型可设为例如乳液类、乳膏类等。
本发明中通过组合使用上述成分(A)~(C1),可得到维持高紫外线防御效果与良好使用感、不增粘且外观良好的水包油型乳化化妆品。本发明的化妆品的应用对象可举例如皮肤,尤其是头发以外的皮肤,优选为脸、身体、手足等。
关于上述实施方式,本发明进一步公开以下组合物。
<1>一种水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,含有下述成分(A)、(B)及(C1):
(A)经含有铝的表面处理剂被覆的氧化钛;
(B)具有磺酸的结构单元的水溶性高分子;
(C1)在分子内具有1个以上的羟基、与2个以上的碳原子数8以上的脂肪酸基或2个以上的碳原子数8以上的烃链的油性化合物0.6质量%以上。
<2>如<1>所记载的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,成分(A)优选为氧化铝脂肪酸处理氧化钛颗粒,更优选为氧化铝碳原子数14~22脂肪酸处理氧化钛颗粒,进一步优选为选自氧化铝硬脂酸处理氧化钛颗粒及氧化铝异硬脂酸处理氧化钛颗粒中的1种或2种。
<3>如<1>或<2>所记载的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,成分(A)的平均粒径优选为1nm以上、更优选为5nm以上,且优选为100nm以下、更优选为80nm以下。
<4>如<1>~<3>中任一项所记载的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,成分(A)的含量优选为3质量%以上且20质量%以下、更优选为4质量%以上且18质量%以下、进一步优选为6质量%以上且15质量%以下、再进一步优选为8质量%以上且12质量%以下。
<5>如<1>~<4>中任一项所记载的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,成分(B)优选为在含有(甲基)丙烯酰胺的聚合物或共聚物的(甲基)丙烯酰胺结构单元的侧链中具有磺酸基的水溶性高分子,更优选为在含有(甲基)丙烯酰胺的聚合物或共聚物的(甲基)丙烯酰胺结构单元的侧链中具有氨基烷基磺酸结构的水溶性高分子,进一步优选为选自(丙烯酸Na/丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸Na)共聚物及(丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸Na)共聚物中的1种或2种。
<6>如<1>~<5>中任一项所记载的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,成分(B)的含量优选为0.02质量%以上且5质量%以下0.02质量%以下、更优选为0.05质量%以上且3质量%以下、进一步优选为0.1质量%以上且2质量%以下。
<7>如<1>~<6>中任一项所记载的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,成分(C1)优选为在分子内具有1个以上的羟基、与2个以上的碳原子数8~24的脂肪酸基或2个以上的碳原子数8~24的烃基的clogP为10以上的油性化合物;更优选为选自N-(十六烷氧基羟丙基)-N-羟乙基十六酰胺、聚甘油-6八辛酸酯、苹果酸二异硬脂酯、聚甘油二异硬脂酸酯、聚甘油三异硬脂酸酯、(异硬脂酸/癸二酸)二(三羟甲基丙烷)寡酯、山梨醇酐二硬脂酸酯、二季戊四醇三聚羟基硬脂酸酯及聚羟基硬脂酸中的1种或2种以上。
<8>如<1>~<7>中任一项所记载的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,成分(C1)的含量优选为0.6质量%以上且20质量%以下、更优选为0.7质量%以上且15质量%以下、进一步优选为0.8质量%以上且10质量%以下、再进一步优选为1质量%以上且8质量%以下、特别优选为1.5质量%以上且8质量%以下。
<9>如<1>~<8>中任一项所记载的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,进一步含有成分(C1)以外的油剂(C2)。
<10>如<9>所记载的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,油剂(C2)为选自在25℃下为液体状的油剂(C2a)及在25℃下为固体状的油剂(C2b)中的1种或2种以上的油剂;优选含有在25℃下为液体状的油剂(C2a)。
<11>如<9>或<10>所记载的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,在25℃下为液体状的油剂(C2a)优选为选自硅油以外的在25℃下为液体状的油剂及在25℃下为液体状的硅油中的1种或2种以上;硅油以外的液体状油剂更优选为选自烃油、酯油、高级脂肪酸、高级醇、及油溶性紫外线吸收剂中的1种或2种以上。
<12>如<10>或<11>所记载的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,成分(C1)与成分(C2a)的合计量优选为10质量%以上且55质量%以下、更优选为15质量%以上且53质量%以下、进一步优选为20质量%以上且50质量%以下。
<13>如<1>~<12>中任一项所记载的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,成分(C1)相对于成分(C1)与成分(C2a)的合计量的质量比例(C1)/((C1)+(C2a))优选为0.02~1、更优选为0.02~0.6、进一步优选为0.025~0.4、再进一步优选为0.03~0.3、特别优选为0.04~0.2。
<14>如<1>~<13>中任一项所记载的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,成分(A)及(B)的合计量相对于成分(C1)的质量比例((A)+(B))/(C1)优选为0.3~25、更优选为0.5~20、进一步优选为1~15、再进一步优选为2~11。
<15>如<1>~<14>中任一项所记载的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,进一步含有表面活性剂(D)、优选为非离子表面活性剂。
<16>如<15>所记载的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,成分(D)的含量优选为0.01质量%以上且5质量%以下、更优选为0.5质量%以上且3质量%以下、进一步优选为1.0质量%以上且2质量%以下。
<17>如<1>~<16>中任一项所记载的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,进一步含有糊精脂肪酸酯(E)。
<18>如<17>所记载的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,糊精脂肪酸酯(E)的含量优选为0.1质量%以上且5质量%以下、更优选为0.3质量%以上且2质量%以下。
<19>如<1>~<18>中任一项所记载的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,水含量优选为30质量%以上且80质量%以下、更优选为35质量%以上且70质量%以下、进一步优选为40质量%以上且65质量%以下。
<20>如<1>~<19>中任一项所记载的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,为防晒化妆品。
[实施例]
以下列举实施例更详细地说明本发明。
(实施例1~27及比较例1~2)
制造表1及表2所示组成的水包油型乳化化妆品,评价紫外线防御效果、化妆品的流动性、化妆品的性状、化妆品表面的柔润度。结果合并示于表1及表2。
(制造方法)
在25℃的温度下,对装入了精制水的配合槽通过分散器一边搅拌、一边分散成分(B),制备水相。另一方面,在约90℃的温度下,将成分(C)与成分(D)与成分(E)及成分(F)加热搅拌,进而添加成分(A)并通过分散器使其分散,制备油相。其后,将油相添加至水相并搅拌,进一步添加剩余成分而得到水包油型乳化化妆品。
(评价方法)
(1)紫外线防御效果(SPF值)
在PMMA板上,将化妆品以成为2mg/cm2的方式均匀涂布1分钟,在冷暗处使其干燥15分钟。试料干燥后,通过SPF分析器(SPF 290S plus,Optometricus USA,Inc制),测定正方形的PMMA板上的中间点、各顶点、连接各顶点的边的中间点的共计9处的吸收光谱(波长350nm)的穿透率(%),并求得9处的平均。结果是表示由该穿透率(%)所求得的SPF值(-)。
SPF值按以下基准表示于表中。

(2)化妆品的流动性
在50g玻璃瓶中装入化妆品40g,在50℃保管1周。其后,在25℃使化妆品连同玻璃瓶一起倾倒,以肉眼观察是否有流动性、是否为未固化状态。
4:有流动性、3:稍有流动性、2:不太有流动性、1:完全没有流动性
(3)化妆品的性状
在50g玻璃瓶中装入化妆品40g,在50℃保管1周。其后,在25℃以肉眼观察是否确认到未出现分离、渗油。
4:没有确认到、3:不太确认到、2:稍微确认到、1:明显确认到
(4)化妆品表面的柔润度
在50g玻璃瓶中装入化妆品40g,在50℃保管1周。其后,在25℃以肉眼观察是否外观不干燥、具有光泽。
4:具有光泽、3:稍具有光泽、2:不具有光泽、1:不具有光泽且干燥

Claims (14)
1.一种水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,
所述水包油型乳化化妆品含有下述成分(A)、(B)及(C1):
(A)经含有铝的表面处理剂被覆的氧化钛;
(B)具有磺酸的结构单元的水溶性高分子;
(C1)在分子内具有1个以上的羟基、与2个以上的碳原子数8以上的脂肪酸基或2个以上的碳原子数8以上的烃链的油性化合物0.6质量%以上。
2.如权利要求1所述的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,
成分(A)的含量为3质量%以上且20质量%以下。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,
成分(B)为在含有(甲基)丙烯酰胺的聚合物或共聚物的(甲基)丙烯酰胺结构单元的侧链中具有磺酸基的水溶性高分子。
4.如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,
成分(B)为在含有(甲基)丙烯酰胺的聚合物或共聚物的(甲基)丙烯酰胺结构单元的侧链中具有氨基烷基磺酸结构的水溶性高分子。
5.如权利要求1~4中任一项所述的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,
成分(B)的含量为0.02质量%以上且5质量%以下。
6.如权利要求1~5中任一项所述的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,
成分(C1)是在分子内具有1个以上的羟基、与2个以上的碳原子数8~24的脂肪酸基或2个以上的碳原子数8~24的烃基的clogP为10以上的油性化合物。
7.如权利要求1~6中任一项所述的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,
成分(C1)的含量为0.6质量%以上且20质量%以下。
8.如权利要求1~7中任一项所述的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,
所述水包油型乳化化妆品进一步含有成分(C1)以外的在25℃下为液体状的油剂(C2a)。
9.如权利要求8所述的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,
成分(C1)与成分(C2a)的合计量为10质量%以上且55质量%以下。
10.如权利要求8或9所述的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,
成分(C1)相对于成分(C1)与成分(C2a)的合计量的质量比例(C1)/((C1)+(C2a))为0.02~1。
11.如权利要求1~10中任一项所述的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,
成分(A)及(B)的合计量相对于成分(C1)的质量比例((A)+(B))/(C1)为0.3~25。
12.如权利要求1~11中任一项所述的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,
所述水包油型乳化化妆品进一步含有表面活性剂(D)。
13.如权利要求1~12中任一项所述的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,
所述水包油型乳化化妆品进一步含有糊精脂肪酸酯(E)。
14.如权利要求1~13中任一项所述的水包油型乳化化妆品,其中,
所述水包油型乳化化妆品为防晒化妆品。
