Description

黏貼帶
本發明係關於適合作為包裝用材料、養護用材料使用之黏貼帶。
目前廣泛地使用高黏著力型之黏貼帶供農業、土木、建築、搬運等廣泛領域中之材料的固定使用、捆綁使用或塗裝遮蔽使用。此外,由其作業上之便利性來看,如此之黏貼帶需要具有適當之基材強度及手撕性等。 如此之改良了手撕性的黏貼帶揭示在專利文獻1中。
在專利文獻1中黏貼帶係在編布之一面或表背面形成化學或物理之錨固處理層,該編布係在獨立編織複絲之經紗中插入以熱塑性樹脂為主材之扁平紗作為緯紗而形成,且在該錨固處理層上熱塑性樹脂呈熔融狀態或乾膜狀態下在一面或兩面積層之編布基材的一面或兩面塗布感壓性黏著劑,並規定經、緯方向拉伸強度、經、緯方向之撕裂強度、經方向之伸長率為特定之值。 [先前技術文獻] [專利文獻]

習知黏貼帶一般是用熱塑性樹脂之積層覆蓋如上所述之基布表面,並透過下塗劑層形成黏著劑層的構造。 將黏貼帶黏貼在被黏體上,接著進行剝離時,黏著劑殘留在被黏體上(以下,該現象亦稱為「黏著劑殘留」),有時積層進一步剝離並與黏著劑一起殘留在被黏體上。積層剝離之現象稱為「積層剝離」。黏著劑殘留時,可藉由乙醇等擦去來去除,但積層剝離時,呈黏著劑被積層殘渣覆蓋之狀態,因此難以用乙醇等擦去。
為防止如此之積層剝離,雖然可採取增加積層厚度等之對策,但增加積層厚度時,在相同帶長之情形下卷徑、帶重量增加,且成本亦上升。 因此,本發明之目的在於提供一種即使積層減薄亦不易發生積層剝離之黏貼帶。
本發明人等發現藉由在基布中特定形成黏著劑層之側的構造,可得到難以發生積層剝離之黏貼帶。
即,本發明關於一種黏貼帶,其具有: 經編織物之基材,其在藉由複絲之經紗形成的紗圈構造中插入緯紗; 第一積層,其形成於該基材中的該緯紗表面顯現有1根經紗的第一面; 第二積層,其形成於該基材中的該緯紗表面顯現有2根經紗的第二面;及 黏著劑層,其形成於前述第一積層側。
在本發明中,形成第一積層之經編織物第一面的顯現於緯紗表面之經紗根數相對較少。因此,緯紗與積層之密接面積大,可抑制積層剝離。
本發明一實施形態之黏貼帶具有:經編織物之基材,其在藉由複絲之經紗形成的紗圈構造中插入緯紗;第一積層,其形成於該基材中的該緯紗表面顯現有1根經紗的第一面;第二積層,其形成於該基材中的該緯紗表面顯現有2根經紗的第二面;及黏著劑層,其形成於前述第一積層側。
以下,說明各結構。 <基材(經編織物)> 本發明一實施形態之黏貼帶使用在藉由複絲之經紗形成的紗圈構造中插入緯紗的經編織物作為基材。圖1係顯示本發明一實施形態使用之經編織物1的概略平面圖(a);及在A-A’線之概略斷面圖(b),且顯示藉由複絲之經紗12形成獨立鏈式線跡13,並將緯紗11引緯插入該獨立鏈式線跡之結構。如概略斷面圖(b)所示地,在各獨立鏈式線跡13中,經紗12為1根之面稱為第一面1A且經紗12為2根之面稱為第二面1B。
圖1中顯示經紗在縱向(紙面上下方向)上連接之獨立鏈式線跡構造作為經紗之紗圈構造,但不限於此,可為如例如日本特開2014-210998號公報所示之單梳櫛經平線跡(Denbigh stitch)構造。亦可同樣地使用其他習知之紗圈構造。在任一種情形中,只要將用該經紗形成之紗圈構造形成為形成於各紗圈構造中顯現1根經紗之面及顯現2根經紗之面即可。
(經紗) 就經紗而言,只要是在該領域中使用之材料即可,沒有特別限制,可使用例如:聚乙烯、聚丙烯等之聚烯烴系樹脂;聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)等之聚酯系樹脂;聚丙烯酸系樹脂;尼龍等之聚醯胺系樹脂等。雖然使用由該等樹脂形成之複絲作為經紗,但就其纖度而言係10至1000丹尼(1.11至111德士)且較佳係20至500丹尼(2.22至55.5德士)者之基材強度、手撕性、伸長率的平衡良好。就經紗之投入根數而言係可為10至40根/英吋。
(緯紗) 就緯紗而言,只要是在該領域中使用之材料即可,沒有特別限制,可使用與上述經紗同樣之熱塑性樹脂。最好使用將該等熱塑性樹脂由T型模或圓形模熔融擠出之薄膜加工成小寬度的扁平紗。可依需要添加抗老化劑及抗靜電劑等之改質劑。此外,由與經方向之手撕性及積層時之熱劣化的平衡來看,其纖度宜為50至1000丹尼(5.55至111德士)且更佳為100至500丹尼(11.1至55.5德士)。此外,就緯紗之投入根數而言係可為8至28根/英吋。
<黏貼帶> 圖2係在本發明之黏貼帶中在一面形成黏著劑層6之帶的斷面圖,在經編織物1之第一面1A形成第一積層2且在第二面1B形成第二積層3,並在第一積層2側設置黏著劑層6。在此,雖然顯示在第一積層2與黏著劑層6之間設置下塗劑層4且在與黏著劑層6相對之面的第二積層3表面設置背面劑層5的構造,但該等層係任意之層。將帶捲繞形成卷狀時,與黏著劑層6接觸之面可隔著離型紙、離型膜捲繞,但亦可形成離型層作為背面劑層5。
(積層) 就抑制積層剝離之觀點而言,積層宜使用與緯紗同種之樹脂材料。每一面之塗布量可配合目的由50至250g/m2 之範圍選擇,且就厚度而言係可由5至300μm之範圍選擇。在本發明中,即使將積層,特別是容易發生積層剝離之第一積層形成減薄亦不易發生積層剝離。
使用圖3及圖4說明該積層之形成方法。 首先,對作為基材之經編織物1的第一面1A實施物理或化學之表面處理(錨固處理)。就物理之處理而言係可舉:電暈處理、UV處理、濺鍍處理等為例,而就化學之處理而言係可舉塗布選自於:有機鈦系、異氰酸酯系、聚乙烯亞胺系、聚丁二烯系等之樹脂的處理為例。圖3顯示用電暈處理裝置7處理之態樣。接著,使用擠出積層機8,由擠出機9透過T型模10供給樹脂材料14至經編織物1之第一面1A,並將該樹脂材料14一面藉由橡膠製之壓輥15與經編織物1一起壓抵在冷卻輥16上一面與經編織物1黏合。在此,將樹脂材料14黏合在第一面1A上時,藉由使用在表面上經實施凹凸加工之所謂毛面輥作為冷卻輥16,如圖4(a)所示地在第一面1A上形成具有毛面2A之第一積層2。
接著,反轉表背面,在經編織物1之第二面1B上,用與第一面1A同樣之方法進行表面處理及樹脂材料14之黏合。藉由使用鏡面加工表面後之所謂鏡面輥作為此時之冷卻輥16,如圖4(b)所示地形成具有平滑面之第二積層3。
在此,藉由橡膠製之壓輥15強壓經編織物1之第二面1B在鏡面輥上時,與壓輥15接觸之毛面2A成為具有反映經紗凹凸之凹凸面2B的第一積層2。 因此,藉由第一積層之表面成為凹凸面,可增加形成黏著劑層6時之接觸面積且有效地抑制黏著劑殘留。
(下塗劑層) 為改善與黏著劑層之密接性,可在如上所述地形成之第一積層的表面形成下塗劑層。就下塗劑而言係可舉各種彈性體(例如:乙烯與乙酸乙烯酯之共聚物、氯化聚丙烯、苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物與酚樹脂之反應物、丙烯酸丁酯、乙酸乙烯酯、丙烯醯胺、天然橡膠或合成橡膠之反應物等)的塗布、各種底漆的塗布等為例。此外,亦可對第一積層之表面藉由電暈處理、蝕刻處理、電漿處理、噴砂處理等進行表面改質來代替下塗劑層之形成。
(黏著劑層) 就黏著劑而言,係可由習知之黏著劑組成物以達成所希望之黏著力的方式適當選擇來使用。黏著劑層包含作為黏著劑成分之基礎聚合物(稱為黏著劑基礎聚合物)。前述黏著劑基礎聚合物沒有特別限制,但可使用丙烯酸系黏著劑或橡膠系黏著劑。就前述丙烯酸系黏著劑而言,係可舉以下者為例:以例如(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯、(甲基)丙烯酸乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸異丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸正丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、(甲基)丙烯酸異辛酯、(甲基)丙烯酸壬酯、(甲基)丙烯酸異壬酯等(甲基)丙烯酸酯單體為主成分,並視需要使(甲基)丙烯酸、巴豆酸、反丁烯二酸、伊康酸、順丁烯二酸(酐)等含有官能基的單體、乙酸乙烯酯、丙烯腈、苯乙烯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-羥乙酯及2-羥甲基乙基丙烯醯胺等與該主成分共聚合而製得的丙烯酸系黏著劑。
就橡膠黏著劑而言,係可舉以下者為例:對例如天然橡膠、苯乙烯丁二烯橡膠、丁基橡膠、異戊二烯橡膠、丁二烯橡膠、苯乙烯-異戊二烯嵌段共聚物等彈性體成分中之1種或2種以上的組合,混合松香系樹脂、萜烯(terpene)系樹脂、脂肪族系石油樹脂、芳香族系石油樹脂、共聚合系石油樹脂、脂環族系石油樹脂、苯并呋喃-茚樹脂、純單體系樹脂、酚系樹脂、二甲苯樹脂等而製得的橡膠系黏著劑。
黏著劑層中,除了黏著劑基礎聚合物以外,亦可包含在該領域中習知之各種添加劑。就如此之添加劑而言,係可包含:交聯劑、阻燃劑、抗氧化劑、耐候劑、軟化劑、安定劑、填充劑、增量劑、補強劑等之各種添加劑中之1種或2種以上的組合。
黏著劑層之厚度可依據目的或使用之黏著劑各成分適當設定,但可形成於例如5至200μm之範圍內。黏著劑層之形成係在第一積層上直接形成或者形成上述下塗劑層或實施表面處理後,藉由各種塗布裝置塗布而形成。就塗布裝置而言,係可舉例如:輥塗布機、模塗布機、模唇塗布機(lip coater)、繞線棒塗布機(mayer bar coater)、凹版印刷塗布機等。
(背面處理) 捲繞形成帶時,與黏著劑層接觸之第二積層側表面塗布各種離型劑作為背面處理。就離型劑而言,係可舉例如:長鏈烷基系離型劑(丙烯酸十八酯與丙烯酸、乙酸乙烯酯或丙烯腈之共聚物;十八烷基丙烯醯胺與丙烯腈或丙烯酸之共聚物;十八烷基乙烯基醚與丙烯酸、順丁烯二酸酐、丙烯腈之共聚物)及加成反應型、縮合反應型、陽離子聚合型、自由基聚合型之聚矽氧系離型劑等。 該等離型劑亦可藉由上述各種塗布裝置來塗布形成。 [實施例]
以下,用實施例更具體地說明本發明,但本發明完全不限於該等實施例。
實施例1 使用30丹尼(3.3德士)之聚酯複絲作為經紗且使用300丹尼(33德士)之高密度聚乙烯扁平紗作為緯紗,如圖1所示地,將基材編成經紗成為獨立鏈式線跡構造之經編織物。 接著,在編成之基材表背兩面形成樹脂層以製成積層帶。樹脂層係採用聚乙烯樹脂。首先,由T型模將透明之聚乙烯樹脂熔融擠出至伸張於2個橡膠輥間之基材的第一面1A,並藉由毛面輥加壓。接著,使表背面反轉後,在第二面1B上亦同樣地積層由T型模擠出之聚乙烯樹脂層。此外,將鏡面輥強壓地加壓在第二面上。 另外,在以下說明中,用形成黏著劑層之側作為第一層且用相對側作為第二層來說明。 第一層(本發明之第一積層)之厚度形成為30μm,第二層(本發明之第二積層)之厚度形成為33μm。 接著,在第一層側形成乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物之下塗劑層後,藉由輥塗布機塗布丙烯酸系黏著劑,形成厚度35μm之黏著劑層,製成實施例1之黏貼帶。帶結構顯示於表1中。
比較例1 除了在基材之第二面形成第一層且在第一面形成第二層之積層以外,與實施例1同樣地製成比較例1之黏貼帶。帶結構顯示於表1中。
比較例2 除了如表1所示地變更積層之厚度以外,與比較例1同樣地製成黏貼帶。

接著對製得之黏貼帶的積層剝離進行評價。評價方法係依據JIS Z 0237之黏著力測量試驗來實施。評價基準如下。結果顯示於表2中。
○:無積層剝離、△:積層剝離小於5%、×:積層剝離5%至小於30%、××:積層剝離30%至小於80%、×××:積層剝離80%以上

如實施例1所示地,在基材之第一面形成第一積層且在該第一積層上形成黏著劑層的本發明黏貼帶即使第一積層為薄亦可有效地抑制積層剝離。在基材之第二面形成薄積層之比較例1多半看到積層剝離。因此,需要如比較例2地使積層形成為厚。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種黏貼帶,包含: 經編織物之基材,其在藉由複絲之經紗形成的紗圈構造中插入緯紗; 第一積層,其形成於該基材中的該緯紗表面顯現有1根經紗的第一面; 第二積層,其形成於該基材中的該緯紗表面顯現有2根經紗的第二面;及 黏著劑層,其形成於該第一積層側。
  2. 如請求項1之黏貼帶,其中該紗圈構造係獨立鏈式線跡。
  3. 如請求項1或2之黏貼帶,其中該緯紗係扁平紗。
  4. 如請求項3之黏貼帶,其中該扁平紗係聚乙烯製成。
  5. 如請求項4之黏貼帶,其中該第一積層及該第二積層包含聚乙烯。
  6. 如請求項1或2之黏貼帶,其中該經紗係聚酯製之複絲。
  7. 如請求項1或2之黏貼帶,其中該黏著劑層與該第一積層之間具有下塗劑層。
  8. 如請求項1或2之黏貼帶,其中該第二積層之表面上具有背面劑層,且以該背面劑層為外側之方式保持成卷形態。
