技术领域
本发明涉及适合用作捆包用材料、养护用材料的粘合带。
背景技术
作为农业、土木、建筑、搬运等广泛领域中的材料的固定用、捆束用、或者涂装掩蔽用途,广泛使用着高粘合力类型的粘合带。另外,对于这样的粘合带,出于其操作上的便利性,要求具备适度的基材强度、手撕性。
在专利文献1中公开了这样的改良了手撕性的粘合带。
在专利文献1中为这样的粘合带,其通过在将复丝独立编织而成的纵纱中插入以热塑性树脂作为主材的扁平纱线作为横纱、在由此形成的编织布的单面或表背面形成化学或物理的锚固处理层、在该锚固处理层上以熔融状态或干膜状态单面或双面地层压热塑性树脂、在由此得到的编织布基材的单面或双面涂布压敏性粘合剂而得到,并将纵/横向拉伸强度、纵/横向的撕裂强度、纵向的伸长率规定为特定的值。

发明内容
发明所要解决的问题
以往的粘合带一般为如下结构:如上所述的基布的表面被热塑性树脂的层压层覆盖,并隔着底涂剂层形成粘合剂层。
将粘合带粘贴于被贴合物、进行剥离时,有时粘合剂残留于被贴合物(以下,也将该现象称为“粘合剂残留”),或者进而层压层剥离而与粘合剂一起残留于被贴合物。将层压层剥离的现象称为“层压剥离”。在粘合剂残留的情况下,能够通过利用醇等的擦除进行去除,但是在层压剥离的情况下,有时成为粘合剂被层压层残渣盖住的状态,利用醇等的擦除变得困难。
为了防止这样的层压剥离,采取将层压层增厚等对策,但是如果将层压层增厚,则在相同的带长度下,卷绕直径、带重量增加,另外成本也上升。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供即使将层压层减薄也不易发生层压剥离的粘合带。
用于解决问题的手段
本发明人等发现,通过在基布中对形成粘合剂层的侧的结构进行特别规定,从而可得到不易发生层压剥离的粘合带。
即,本发明涉及一种粘合带,其具有:
纵织物的基材,其在由复丝的经纱形成的纱圈结构(日文原文:ループ構造)中插入有纬纱;
第一层压层,其形成于在上述基材的上述纬纱表面显露出1根经纱的第一面;
第二层压层,其形成于在上述基材的上述纬纱表面显露出2根经纱的第二面;以及
粘合剂层,其形成于上述第一层压层侧。
发明效果
在本发明中,形成第一层压层的纵织物的第一面的显露于纬纱表面的经纱的根数相对较少。由此,纬纱与层压层的密合面积变大,层压剥离得以抑制。

本发明的一个实施方式的粘合带具有:纵织物的基材,其在由复丝的经纱形成的纱圈结构中插入有纬纱;第一层压层,其形成于在上述基材的上述纬纱表面显露出1根经纱的第一面;第二层压层,其形成于在上述基材的上述纬纱表面显露出2根经纱的第二面;以及粘合剂层,其形成于上述第一层压层侧。
以下,对各构成进行说明。
<基材(纵织物)>
本发明的一个实施方式的粘合带使用在由复丝的经纱形成的纱圈结构中插入了纬纱而得的纵织物作为基材。图1是表示在本发明的一个实施方式中使用的纵织物1的概略的俯视图(a)、及A-A’线处的概略剖面图(b),并且示出了由复丝的经纱12形成独立链式针迹13、并在其中横向插入了纬纱11而得的构成。如概略剖面图(b)所示,在各独立链式针迹13中,将经纱12为1根的面称为第一面1A,将经纱12为2根的面称为第二面1B。
在图1中,作为基于经纱的纱圈结构,示出了经纱在纵向(纸面上下方向)上相连的独立链式针迹结构,但不限定于此,例如,也可以是如日本特开2014-210998号公报所示那样的单梳栉经平组织编织结构。其他公知的纱圈结构也同样可以使用。在任意情况下,只要将由该经纱形成的纱圈结构以形成在各纱圈结构中显露出1根经纱的面、及显露出2根经纱的面的方式形成即可。
(经纱)
作为经纱,只要是在本领域中使用的材料,就没有特别限定,例如可以使用聚乙烯、聚丙烯等聚烯烃系树脂、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)等聚酯系树脂、聚丙烯酸系树脂、尼龙等聚酰胺系树脂等。使用由这些树脂形成的复丝作为经纱,但就其纤度而言10~1000旦(1.11~111特克斯)、优选20~500旦(2.22~55.5特克斯)者的基材强度、手撕性、伸长率的平衡良好。作为经纱的经密,可以设为10~40根/英寸。
(纬纱)
作为纬纱,只要是在本领域中使用的材料,就没有特别限定,可以使用与上述经纱同样的热塑性树脂。优选使用将从T型模具、圆形模具熔融挤出这些热塑性树脂而得的膜加工为窄幅而成的扁平纱线。可以根据需要添加抗老化剂、抗静电剂等改性剂。另外,其纤度从与向纵向的手撕性、及层压时的热劣化的平衡出发而优选为50~1000旦(5.55~111特克斯),更优选为100~500旦(11.1~55.5特克斯)。另外,作为纬纱的纬密,可以设为8~28根/英寸。

图2是在本发明的粘合带中在单面形成有粘合剂层6的带的剖面图,在纵织物1的第一面1A形成有第一层压层2,且在第二面1B形成有第二层压层3,并在第一层压层2侧设置有粘合剂层6。在此,虽然示出了在第一层压层2与粘合剂层6之间设置有底涂剂层4、且在与粘合剂层6相对的面的第二层压层3的表面设置有背面剂层5的结构,但这些层是任意的层。在将带卷绕并形成为卷状的情况下,可以在与粘合剂层6接触的面隔着脱模纸、脱模膜进行卷绕,也可以形成脱模层作为背面剂层5。
(层压层)
就抑制层压剥离的方面而言,层压层优选使用与纬纱相同种类的树脂材料。每个单面的涂布量可以根据目的从50~250g/m2的范围中选择,厚度可以从5~300μm的范围中选择。在本发明中,即使将层压层、特别是易于产生层压剥离的第一层压层形成得薄,也不易产生层压剥离。
使用图3及图4对该层压层的形成方法进行说明。
首先,对成为基材的纵织物1的第一面1A实施物理或化学的表面处理(锚固处理)。作为物理的处理,可举出电晕处理、UV处理、溅射处理等,作为化学的处理,可举出涂布选自有机钛系、异氰酸酯系、聚乙烯亚胺系、聚丁二烯系等中的树脂的处理。在图3中表示用电晕处理装置7进行处理的方式。接下来,使用挤出层压机8,从挤出机9经由T型模10向纵织物1的第一面1A供给树脂材料14,通过橡胶制的压辊15将该树脂材料14与纵织物1一起压抵于冷却辊16,并与纵织物1贴合。在此,在使树脂材料14贴合于第一面1A时,作为冷却辊16,使用对表面实施了凹凸加工而得的所谓毛面辊,由此,如图4(a)所示那样地在第一面1A上形成具有毛面2A的第一层压层2。
接下来,将表背反转,通过与第一面1A同样的方法对纵织物1的第二面1B进行表面处理和树脂材料14的贴合。作为该情况下的冷却辊16,使用对表面进行了镜面加工而得的所谓镜面辊,由此,如图4(b)所示那样地形成具有平滑面的第二层压层3。
在此,在通过橡胶制的压辊15将纵织物1的第二面1B按压于镜面辊时,与压辊15接触的毛面2A成为具有反映经纱的凹凸的凹凸面2B的第一层压层2。
这样一来,通过第一层压层的表面成为凹凸面,从而能够增大形成粘合剂层6时的接触面积并有效地抑制粘合剂残留。
(底涂剂层)
为了改善与粘合剂层的密合性,可以在如上所述地形成的第一层压层的表面形成底涂剂层。作为底涂剂,可举出各种弹性体(例如,乙烯与乙酸乙烯酯的共聚物、氯化聚丙烯、苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物与酚醛树脂的反应物、丙烯酸丁酯、乙酸乙烯酯、丙烯酰胺、天然橡胶或合成橡胶的反应物等)的涂布、各种底漆的涂布等。另外,也可以通过电晕处理、蚀刻处理、等离子体处理、喷砂处理等对第一层压层的表面进行表面改性来代替底涂剂层的形成。
(粘合剂层)
作为粘合剂,以成为期望的粘合力的方式从公知的粘合剂组合物中适当选择并使用即可。粘合剂层包含作为粘合剂成分的基础聚合物(称为粘合剂基础聚合物)。上述粘合剂基础聚合物没有特别限定,可以使用丙烯酸系粘合剂、橡胶系粘合剂。作为上述丙烯酸系粘合剂,例如可举出:通过以(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯、(甲基)丙烯酸乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸正丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异辛酯、(甲基)丙烯酸壬酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异壬酯等(甲基)丙烯酸酯单体作为主成分,并根据需要使(甲基)丙烯酸、巴豆酸、富马酸、衣康酸、马来酸(酐)等包含官能团的单体、乙酸乙烯酯、丙烯腈、苯乙烯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯、2-羟甲基乙基丙烯酰胺等与该主成分进行共聚而得到的丙烯酸系粘合剂。
作为橡胶系粘合剂,例如可举出:对天然橡胶、苯乙烯丁二烯橡胶、丁基橡胶、异戊二烯橡胶、丁二烯橡胶、苯乙烯-异戊二烯嵌段共聚物等弹性体成分中的1种或2种以上的组合,混合松香系树脂、萜烯系树脂、脂肪族系石油树脂、芳香族系石油树脂、共聚系石油树脂、脂环族系石油树脂、香豆酮-茚树脂、纯单体系(日文:ピュア·モノマー系)树脂、酚醛系树脂、二甲苯树脂等而得到的橡胶系粘合剂。
在粘合剂层中,除了粘合剂基础聚合物以外,还可以包含在该领域中公知的各种添加剂。作为这样的添加剂,可以包含:交联剂、阻燃剂、抗氧剂、耐候剂、软化剂、稳定剂、填充剂、增量剂、增强剂等各种添加剂中的1种或2种以上的组合。
粘合剂层的厚度可以根据目的、使用的粘合剂各成分而适当设定,例如可以在5~200μm的范围内形成。关于粘合剂层的形成,在第一层压层上利用各种涂布装置直接进行涂布而形成,或者在第一层压层上形成上述底涂剂层或实施表面处理后,利用各种涂布装置进行涂布而形成。作为涂布装置,例如可举出:辊涂机、模涂机、模唇涂布机、迈耶棒涂布机、凹版涂布机等。
(背面处理)
卷绕成带时,与粘合剂层接触的第二层压层侧表面涂布各种脱模剂作为背面处理。作为脱模剂,可举出长链烷基系脱模剂(丙烯酸硬脂酯与丙烯酸、乙酸乙烯酯或丙烯腈的共聚物、硬脂基丙烯酰胺与丙烯腈、丙烯酸的共聚物、硬脂基乙烯基醚与丙烯酸、马来酸酐、丙烯腈的共聚物)、加成反应型、缩合反应型、阳离子聚合型、自由基聚合型的硅酮系脱模剂等。
这些脱模剂也可以通过上述各种涂布装置来涂布形成。
实施例
以下,用实施例对本发明更具体地进行说明,但本发明不受这些实施例的任何限定。
实施例1
使用30旦(3.3特克斯)的聚酯复丝作为经纱,并使用300旦(33特克斯)的高密度聚乙烯扁平纱线作为纬纱,如图1所示,将基材编成经纱成为独立链式针迹结构的纵织物。
接下来,在编成的基材的表背两面形成树脂层而制作层压带。树脂层采用聚乙烯树脂。首先,从T型模将透明的聚乙烯树脂熔融挤出至张紧架设于两个橡胶辊间的基材的第一面1A,并通过毛面辊进行加压。接下来,将表背反转后,在第二面1B也同样地层叠从T型模挤出的聚乙烯树脂层。需要说明的是,将镜面辊按压于第二面并进行加压。
需要说明的是,在以下的说明中,将形成粘合剂层的侧作为第1层、并将相反侧作为第2层而进行说明。
第1层(本发明的第一层压层)的厚度形成为30μm,第2层(本发明的第二层压层)的厚度形成为33μm。
接下来,在第1层侧形成乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物的底涂层后,通过辊涂机涂布丙烯酸系粘合剂,形成厚度35μm的粘合剂层,制造实施例1的粘合带。将带构成示于表1。
比较例1
在基材的第二面形成第1层、且在第一面形成第二层的层压层,除此以外,与实施例1同样地操作而制造比较例1的粘合带。将带构成示于表1。
比较例2
如表1所示地变更层压层的厚度,除此以外,与比较例1同样地操作而制造粘合带。

接下来,对所得到的粘合带的层压剥离进行评价。评价方法按照JIS Z 0237的粘合力测定试验来实施。评价基准如下所述。将结果示于表2。

××:层压剥离30%~小于80%
×××:层压剥离为80%以上

如实施例1所示,对于在基材的第一面形成有第一层压层、且在其上形成有粘合剂层的本发明的粘合带而言,即使将第一层压层减薄也能够有效地抑制层压剥离。对于在基材的第二面形成有薄的层压层的比较例1而言,观察到大量层压剥离。因此,需要如比较例2那样地将层压层形成得厚。

Claims (8)

1.一种粘合带,其具有:
纵织物的基材,其在由复丝的经纱形成的纱圈结构中插入有纬纱;
第一层压层,其形成于在所述基材的所述纬纱表面显露出1根经纱的第一面;
第二层压层,其形成于在所述基材的所述纬纱表面显露出2根经纱的第二面;以及
粘合剂层,其形成于所述第一层压层侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粘合带,其中,
所述纱圈结构为独立链式针迹。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的粘合带,其中,
所述纬纱为扁平纱线。
4.根据权利要求3所述的粘合带,其中,
所述扁平纱线为聚乙烯制扁平纱线。
5.根据权利要求4所述的粘合带,其中,
所述第一层压层和所述第二层压层包含聚乙烯。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的粘合带,其中,
所述经纱为聚酯制的复丝。
7.根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的粘合带,其中,
在所述粘合剂层与所述第一层压层之间具有底涂剂层。
8.根据权利要求1~7中任一项所述的粘合带,其中,
在所述第二层压层的表面具有背面剂层,且所述粘合带以该背面剂层成为外侧的方式保持为卷形态。
