Abstract

一種防污結構,包含:一耐酒精層;以及一水性防污層,其係位於該耐酒精層之上,其中,該耐酒精層係由一耐酒精組合物經固化後形成,該耐酒精組合物包含聚氨酯樹脂,以及其中,該水性防污層係由一水性防污組合物經固化後形成,該水性防污組合物係包含聚氨酯樹脂、水、矽氧烷樹脂、水性特氟龍樹脂及有機矽油。本發明之防污結構可應用於人造合成皮或布料中。本發明亦包含一種上述防污結構的製備方法。

Description

防污結構及其製備方法
本申請係關於一種防污結構,具體而言,涉及一種於合成皮材料表面上的防污結構。本申請亦關於一種防污結構的製備方法,具體而言,涉及一種合成皮表面上的防污結構的製備方法。
人造合成皮的應用非常廣,全球每年的使用量持續穩定成長,然其運用在成衣、家具、壁材和公共場所時,時常面臨到其表面容易遇到髒污或是人為塗鴉,且無法完全清潔乾淨,使其使用壽命因為外觀影響而大為縮短,對環境造成負擔,故如能開發出有效防止髒污污染,容易清潔保養且清潔溶劑不會造成表面受損的防污結構,將會使相關產業商品壽命提高,減緩替換率,進而減少對於地球環境的衝擊,以達到綠色商品。
有鑑於先前技術中的缺陷,本發明係提供一種防污結構及其製備方法。
為達上述目的及其他目的,本發明係提供一種防污結構,包含: 一耐酒精層;以及 一水性防污層,其係位於該耐酒精層之上, 其中,該耐酒精層係由一耐酒精組合物經固化後形成,該耐酒精組合物包含聚氨酯樹脂,以及 其中,該水性防污層係由一水性防污組合物經固化後形成,該水性防污組合物係包含聚氨酯樹脂、水、矽氧烷樹脂、水性特氟龍樹脂及有機矽油。
上述之防污結構,其中,該耐酒精組合物可包含: 30-50重量百分比的聚醚和聚酯型的脂肪族水性聚氨酯樹脂;以及 進一步包含: 40-70重量百分比的水。
上述之防污結構,其中,該耐酒精組合物可進一步包含: 0.01-3重量百分比的濕潤劑; 0.01-2重量百分比的氮丙啶交聯劑; 0.01-1重量百分比的消泡劑;以及 0.5-2.5重量百分比的聚碳化二亞銨交聯劑。
上述之防污結構,其中,該耐酒精組合物可包含: 70-90重量百分比的耐水解耐黃變聚醚型聚氨酯樹脂;以及 進一步包含: 5-15重量百分比的三聚氰胺型二液型交聯劑;以及 4-15重量百分比的二液型化學促進劑。
上述之防污結構,其中,該耐酒精組合物可進一步包含: 0.01-2重量百分比的消光劑。
上述之防污結構,其中,該水性防污組合物可包含: 5-40重量百分比的聚醚和聚酯型的脂肪族耐水解水性聚氨酯樹脂; 40-70重量百分比的水; 5-30重量百分比的矽氧烷樹脂; 1-10重量百分比的水性特氟龍樹脂;以及 1-10重量百分比的有機矽油。
上述之防污結構,其中,該水性防污組合物可進一步包含: 0.1-3重量百分比的異氰酸鹽交聯劑; 0.1-3重量百分比的增黏劑; 0.1-3重量百分比的濕潤劑; 0.01-3重量百分比的消泡劑; 5-15重量百分比的皮革滑爽劑;以及 0.01-1重量百分比的消光劑。
上述之防污結構可位於一基材之上,且該耐酒精層係位於該水性防污層與該基材之間,該基材可由選自紡織品、聚氨酯及聚氯乙烯所組成之群組的材料所構成。在一實施方式中,該基材可為紡織品、聚氨酯(Polyurethane, PU)、水性PU、聚氯乙烯(Polyvinyl chloride, PVC)、半PU/PVC、熱塑性聚氨酯(Thermoplastic polyurethane, TPU)、熱塑性聚烯烴(Thermoplastic olefin, TPO)、熱塑性硫化橡膠(Thermoplastic vulcanizate, TPV)、熱塑性苯乙烯(Thermoplastic styrene, TPS)、熱塑性聚醚酯彈性體(Thermoplastic polyether ester elastomer, TPEE)及熱塑性聚醯胺(Thermoplastic polyamide, TPA),以及由上述材料所組合成之複合結構。
為達上述目的及其他目的,本發明係提供一種防污結構之製備方法,包含: a) 於一基材上塗覆一耐酒精組合物,並在80-160℃下使該耐酒精組合物乾燥,以形成一耐酒精層; b) 於該耐酒精層上塗覆一水性防污組合物,並在140℃以上使該水性防污組合物乾燥,以形成一水性防污層, 其中,該耐酒精層係由一耐酒精組合物經固化後形成,該耐酒精組合物 包含聚氨酯樹脂,以及 其中,該水性防污層係由一水性防污組合物經固化後形成,該水性防污組合物係包含聚氨酯樹脂、水、矽氧烷樹脂、水性特氟龍樹脂及有機矽油。
上述之製備方法,其中,步驟a)及步驟b)之乾燥時間可為1-5分鐘,於一特定實施方式中,步驟a)及步驟b)之乾燥時間可為3分鐘。
上述之製備方法,其中,該耐酒精組合物及該水性防污組合物可分別以噴塗的方式塗覆於該基材及該耐酒精層上。
上述之製備方法,其中,塗覆方式可為噴塗、浸塗、淋塗、漆塗、旋塗、真空塗、滾塗及直塗。
本發明之防污結構可應用於合成皮的表面。具備本發明之防污結構的合成皮,其表面使用旅館專用圓珠筆是畫不上去的,一般油性筆和水性筆是很難畫上去,且一旦畫上去,也可以輕易用乾布擦拭掉大部分的痕跡範圍,再加上使用市售清潔劑或酒精溶液擦拭後,可以達到完全去除污漬,恢復成原本合成皮材料的表面觀感。
在習知技術中,於合成皮表面所形成之防污結構中沒有耐酒精材料做基層,使得該結構很容易在溶劑的擦拭下,被破壞或是快速遞減其防污能力,原因在於防污原料與被保護的合成皮料接著程度變差,以致該層容易成為一次可犧牲性防污層,不具商業價值與實用性。
相較之下,本發明之防污結構中係以耐酒精材料做為水性防污原料處理前的基礎層。在一較佳實施方式中,水性防污原料係於耐酒精層尚未熟成(與基材表面反應未完全)前噴塗加工,並於高溫下使兩層同時熟成結合(完全反應),此外耐酒精層本身也有簡易防塗鴉效果。此加工反應流程,在於避免耐酒精層因高溫反應完全後,造成本水性防污原料無法再與耐酒精層有效接著,以至於防污層脫模。
據上,本發明之防污結構包含水性防污層和耐酒精層,其可作為各種不同材質之基材上之保護層。
在一實施方式中,以本發明之包含水性防污層和耐酒精層的防污結構覆蓋的合成皮材料可以使用酒精溶液和市售清潔劑反覆擦拭至少30次以上,防污能力才會開始有下降的趨勢。
為充分瞭解本發明之目的、特徵及功效,茲藉由下述具體之實施例,對本發明做一詳細說明,說明如後:
實施例1-1:
如圖1所示,實施例1之防污結構10,包含:一耐酒精層12;以及一水性防污層13,其係位於該耐酒精層12之上。本實施例中,防污結構10係位於一基材20之上,其中耐酒精層12係位於水性防污層13與基材20之間。
本實施例中,基材20係為水性PU合成皮,但本發明並不限於此。在一實施方式中,該基材可為紡織品、聚氨酯(Polyurethane, PU)皮、水性PU皮、聚氯乙烯(Polyvinyl chloride, PVC)皮、半PU/PVC皮、熱塑性聚氨酯(Thermoplastic polyurethane, TPU)皮、熱塑性聚烯烴(Thermoplastic olefin, TPO)、熱塑性硫化橡膠(Thermoplastic vulcanizate, TPV)、熱塑性苯乙烯(Thermoplastic styrene, TPS)、熱塑性聚醚酯彈性體(Thermoplastic polyether ester elastomer, TPEE)及熱塑性聚醯胺(Thermoplastic polyamide, TPA),以及由上述材料所組合成的複合結構。
本實施例之防污結構10的製備流程如下: a) 於基材20上塗覆一耐酒精組合物,並在90-120℃下乾燥1-5分鐘,以形成耐酒精層12; b) 於耐酒精層12上塗覆一水性防污組合物,並在140℃以上乾燥1-5分鐘,以形成水性防污層13,
應了解,以上步驟a)及步驟b)中的乾燥溫度及時間僅作為示例,而不應解讀為限制本發明之範圍。在不脫離所附申請專利範圍的範疇的前提下,本發明所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者,可依自行其需求來適當地調整步驟a)及步驟b)中的乾燥溫度及時間。在一實施方式中,步驟b)可在140-145℃下乾燥。
在本實施例中,耐酒精組合物及水性防污組合物係以噴塗的方式塗覆,但本發明並不限於此,本發明所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者可依自行其需求來選擇適當的塗覆方式。可應用於本發明之防污結構之製備方法的塗覆方式包含但不限於:噴塗、浸塗、淋塗、漆塗、旋塗、真空塗、滾塗及直塗。
在本實施例中,耐酒精層12係由耐酒精組合物A經固化後形成,該耐酒精組合物A之組成成分係如下列表1所示:

圖2係為實施例1之防污結構10的照片,其中頂層(a)係為由耐酒精層12及水性防污層13所構成之防污結構10;基材20則包含:(b)表層,其係由水性PU表面所構成;(c)中間層,其係由水性發泡PU所構成;以及(d)紡織品。
實施例1-2
實施例1-2之防污結構及其製備流程大致上與實施例1-1相同,其差別僅在於實施例1-2中,耐酒精層係由耐酒精組合物B經固化後形成,該耐酒精組合物B之組成成分係如前揭表1所示;以及水性防污層係由水性防污組合物B經固化後形成,該水性防污組合物B之組成成分係如前揭表2所示。
實施例1-3
實施例1-3之防污結構及其製備流程大致上與實施例1-1相同,其差別僅在於實施例1-3中,耐酒精層係由耐酒精組合物C經固化後形成,該耐酒精組合物C之組成成分係如前揭表1所示;以及水性防污層係由水性防污組合物C經固化後形成,該水性防污組合物C之組成成分係如前揭表2所示。
實施例2-1:
與實施例1-1類似,實施例2-1之防污結構,包含:一耐酒精層;以及一水性防污層,其係位於該耐酒精層之上。本實施例中,防污結構係位於一基材之上,其中耐酒精層係位於水性防污層與基材之間。
本實施例中,基材係為溶劑型PU合成皮,但本發明並不限於此。在一實施方式中,該基材可為紡織品、聚氨酯(Polyurethane, PU)皮、水性PU皮、聚氯乙烯(Polyvinyl chloride, PVC)皮、半PU/PVC皮、熱塑性聚氨酯(Thermoplastic polyurethane, TPU)皮、熱塑性聚烯烴(Thermoplastic olefin, TPO)、熱塑性硫化橡膠(Thermoplastic vulcanizate, TPV)、熱塑性苯乙烯(Thermoplastic styrene, TPS)、熱塑性聚醚酯彈性體(Thermoplastic polyether ester elastomer, TPEE)及熱塑性聚醯胺(Thermoplastic polyamide, TPA),以及由上述材料所組合成的複合結構。

應了解,以上步驟a)及步驟b)中的乾燥溫度及時間僅作為示例,而不應解讀為限制本發明之範圍。在不脫離所附申請專利範圍的範疇的前提下,本發明所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者,可依自行其需求來適當地調整步驟a)及步驟b)中的乾燥溫度及時間。在一實施方式中,步驟b)可在140-145℃下乾燥。
在本實施例中,耐酒精組合物及水性防污組合物係以噴塗的方式塗覆,但本發明並不限於此,本發明所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者可依自行其需求來選擇適當的塗覆方式。可應用於本發明之防污結構之製備方法的塗覆方式包含但不限於:噴塗、浸塗、淋塗、漆塗、旋塗、真空塗、滾塗及直塗。

實施例2-3之防污結構及其製備流程大致上與實施例2-1相同,其差別僅在於實施例2-3中,耐酒精層係由耐酒精組合物F經固化後形成,該耐酒精組合物F之組成成分係如前揭表3所示;以及水性防污層係由水性防污組合物F經固化後形成,該水性防污組合物F之組成成分係如前揭表4所示。
測試例:
針對上述實施例1-1至1-3以及2-1至2-3之防污結構進行測試。首先,係以特定污染物污染實施例1-1至1-3以及2-1至2-3之防污結構,待經歷特定時間後進行擦拭,評價污漬殘留的程度,其結果係如下列表5所示。

表5中,係以0.5作為評量之基數,舉例來說,4.5代表防污級數係介於第4級至第5級之間。遭受到表5中的各種污染物污染的本發明之防污結構,在經過95%酒精溶液的擦拭後,皆可達到無污漬或輕微污漬的程度。由此可見,本發明之防污結構對於各種污染物皆具有良好的防污能力。
本發明之防污結構與先前技術之防污材料在合成皮加工上差異性主要在於: 1.   市售大部分廠牌合成皮加工防污材料大都以二液型溶劑交聯樹脂為主,因其成分包含有機溶劑,故會有揮發性有機化合物(Volatile Organic Compounds, VOC)揮發的問題。 2.   市售應用於皮革上的防污材料都是屬於高硬度樹脂,而本發明之防污結構所使用的水性PU是低硬度樹脂,故不會有高硬度溶劑型樹脂加工於軟性皮料上時,有耐曲折上的疑慮。 3.   目前常見的合成皮材料經本發明之防污結構處理後,原子筆是畫不太上去的,即使畫的上去也可輕鬆擦掉,而經市售之防污材料處理的合成皮材料則是容易畫上去的,且通常須使用清潔劑才能擦拭掉,亦有時效性問題,通常需在三小時內擦拭,超過24小時則無法清除,而本發明之防污結構則無上述問題(參見表5)。 4.   市售水性防污材料通常會有牛仔布色移行的問題。 5.   市售大部分廠牌合成皮加工防污材料並非在常見合成皮種類都能加工。 6.   本發明之防污結構藉由水性防污層與耐酒精層的結合產生更強的保護層,使其可以被酒精溶液反覆擦拭清潔至少30次以上,而不至於減損其防污能力。
本發明之防污結構具有下列優點: 1.   原料主體可使用的水性PU樹脂餘料,其可以再回收添加使用。 2.   無味無毒性,減少對環境影響,符合世界環保趨勢。 3.   高溫壓花後耐黃變性佳,也無焦臭味,無造成VOC釋放的問題。
本發明在上文中已以較佳實施例揭露,然熟習本項技術者應理解的是,該實施例僅用於描繪本發明,而不應解讀為限制本發明之範圍。應注意的是,舉凡與該實施例等效之變化與置換,均應設為涵蓋於本發明之範疇內。因此,本發明之保護範圍當以申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種防污結構,包含: 一耐酒精層;以及 一水性防污層,其係位於該耐酒精層之上, 其中,該耐酒精層係由一耐酒精組合物經固化後形成,該耐酒精組合物包含聚氨酯樹脂,以及 其中,該水性防污層係由一水性防污組合物經固化後形成,該水性防污組合物係包含聚氨酯樹脂、水、矽氧烷樹脂、水性特氟龍樹脂及有機矽油。
  2. 如請求項1所述之防污結構,其中,該耐酒精組合物包含: 30-50重量百分比的聚醚和聚酯型的脂肪族水性聚氨酯樹脂;以及 進一步包含: 40-70重量百分比的水。
  3. 如請求項2所述之防污結構,其中,該耐酒精組合物進一步包含: 0.01-3重量百分比的濕潤劑; 0.01-2重量百分比的氮丙啶交聯劑; 0.01-1重量百分比的消泡劑;以及 0.5-2.5重量百分比的聚碳化二亞銨交聯劑。
  4. 如請求項1所述之防污結構,其中,該耐酒精組合物包含: 70-90重量百分比的耐水解耐黃變聚醚型聚氨酯樹脂;以及 進一步包含: 5-15重量百分比的三聚氰胺型二液型交聯劑;以及 4-15重量百分比的二液型化學促進劑。
  5. 如請求項4所述之防污結構,其中,該耐酒精組合物進一步包含: 0.01-2重量百分比的消光劑。
  6. 如請求項1所述之防污結構,其中,該水性防污組合物包含: 5-40重量百分比的聚醚和聚酯型的脂肪族耐水解水性聚氨酯樹脂; 40-70重量百分比的水; 5-30重量百分比的矽氧烷樹脂; 1-10重量百分比的水性特氟龍樹脂;以及 1-10重量百分比的有機矽油。
  7. 如請求項6所述之防污結構,其中,該水性防污組合物進一步包含: 0.1-3重量百分比的異氰酸鹽交聯劑; 0.1-3重量百分比的增黏劑; 0.1-3重量百分比的濕潤劑; 0.01-3重量百分比的消泡劑; 5-15重量百分比的皮革滑爽劑;以及 0.01-1重量百分比的消光劑。
  8. 如請求項1所述之防污結構,其中,該防污結構係位於一基材之上,且該耐酒精層係位於該水性防污層與該基材之間,該基材係由選自紡織品、聚氨酯、聚氯乙烯、熱塑性聚氨酯、熱塑性聚烯烴、熱塑性硫化橡膠、熱塑性苯乙烯、熱塑性聚醚酯彈性體及熱塑性聚醯胺所組成之群組的材料所構成。
  9. 一種防污結構之製備方法,包含: a) 於一基材上塗覆一耐酒精組合物,並在80-160℃下使該耐酒精組合物乾燥,以形成一耐酒精層; b) 於該耐酒精層上塗覆一水性防污組合物,並在140℃以上使該水性防污組合物乾燥,以形成一水性防污層, 其中,該耐酒精層係由一耐酒精組合物經固化後形成,該耐酒精組合物 包含聚氨酯樹脂,以及 其中,該水性防污層係由一水性防污組合物經固化後形成,該水性防污組合物係包含聚氨酯樹脂、水、矽氧烷樹脂、水性特氟龍樹脂及有機矽油。
  10. 如請求項9所述之製備方法,其中,該耐酒精組合物及該水性防污組合物係分別以噴塗的方式塗覆於該基材及該耐酒精層上。
