Abstract
本發明目的在於提供一種適用於非套膜型病毒的去活之抗病毒劑及含其之組成物,以及抗病毒製品及其製造方法。本發明之抗非套膜型病毒劑係含有由(A)包含Al元素、Mg元素與O元素的化合物、(B)包含鹼金屬元素或鹼土金屬元素、Si元素與O元素的化合物、及(C)包含二價金屬元素的氫氧化物選出的至少1種。
Description
本發明係有關於一種適用於非套膜型病毒的去活之抗病毒劑及含其之組成物,以及抗病毒製品及其製造方法。
由流感病毒、諾羅病毒等所引起的病毒性疾病已成全球嚴重問題,由此在日常生活中,民眾的衛生意識愈來愈高。
病毒根據構造上有無套膜可粗分為2種:流感病毒係具有套膜之套膜型病毒,諾羅病毒則為不具有套膜的非套膜型病毒。
傳統上,為了使病毒去活,一般周知有藉由加熱處理、使用乙醇等有機溶劑之處理、使用界面活性劑之處理等來消滅病毒的方法。此等方法周知為對套膜型病毒特別有效的去活處理。然而,非套膜型病毒則對上述處理具有抗性,而無法達到對套膜型病毒般的效果。
因此,近年來極盛行使非套膜型病毒去活之抗病毒劑的開發。
國際公開2018/30521號公報中揭示一種複合體及其製造方法,其包含[M2+ 1-x

表示層間陰離子,係0<x<1,n為A之價數,係0≦m<1)所示之水滑石與纖維;其中記載,由於複合體的抗病毒性較低,以銅的硫酸鹽溶液進行處理時可提升其性能。
國際公開2017/86098號公報中揭示一種抗病毒膜,其含有含矽化合物(矽氧烷化合物等),且膜面pH為6以下。
日本特開2015-78132號公報中揭示一種抗病毒性組成物,其包含銀與具有特定結構之聚伸烷基雙胍化合物及/或其鹽。
[發明所欲解決之課題]
本發明係以提供一種適用於非套膜型病毒的去活之抗病毒劑及含其之組成物,以及抗病毒製品及其製造方法為目的。
[解決課題之手段]
本發明係以下所示者。
1.一種抗非套膜型病毒劑,其特徵為含有由(A)包含Al元素、Mg元素與O元素的化合物、(B)包含鹼金屬元素或鹼土金屬元素、Si元素與O元素的化合物、及(C)包含二價金屬元素的氫氧化物選出的至少1種。
2.如上述項1之抗非套膜型病毒劑,其中上述化合物(A)為下述式(1)所示之化合物:
(式中,x及y為整數)。
3.如上述項1或2之抗非套膜型病毒劑,其中上述化合物(B)為矽酸鹽。
4.如上述項1至3中任一項之抗非套膜型病毒劑,其中上述氫氧化物(C)為包含鹼土金屬元素的化合物。
5.一種抗病毒製品,其特徵為含有如上述項1至4中任一項之抗非套膜型病毒劑。
6.一種塗覆劑組成物,其特徵為含有如上述項1至4中任一項之抗非套膜型病毒劑,與接著劑樹脂。
7.一種抗病毒製品之製造方法,其特徵為具備:使用如上述項6之塗覆劑組成物與基材,於該基材的表面形成塗膜之步驟;及將上述塗膜乾燥之步驟。
[發明之效果]
本發明之實施型態中的抗非套膜型病毒劑、含其之組成物及抗病毒製品係適用於非套膜型病毒的去活。
[實施發明之形態]
本發明之實施形態之抗非套膜型病毒劑係含有由(A)包含Al元素、Mg元素與O元素的化合物、(B)包含鹼金屬元素或鹼土金屬元素、Si元素與O元素的化合物、及(C)包含二價金屬元素的氫氧化物選出的至少1種。此外,上述氫氧化物(C)係不含三價金屬元素及Si元素的化合物。
本發明之實施形態之抗非套膜型病毒劑可為化合物(A)、化合物(B)及氫氧化物(C)的任1種,亦可為此等當中的2種之組合或3種之組合。
可藉由本發明之實施形態之抗非套膜型病毒劑而去活的病毒可舉出諾羅病毒、腺病毒、輪狀病毒、人乳頭瘤病毒、脊髓灰質炎病毒、腸病毒,柯薩奇病毒、人細小病毒、腦心肌炎病毒、脊髓灰質炎病毒、鼻病毒等。
上述化合物(A)為包含Al元素、Mg元素與O元素的化合物。此化合物可為氧化物;氫氧化物;硝酸鹽、硫酸鹽、磷酸鹽等無機酸鹽;乙酸鹽等有機酸鹽;及錯合物任一種。此等當中,較佳為氧化物及氫氧化物,特佳為氧化物。
氫氧化物可舉出下述通式(2)所示之化合物。

為層間陰離子,係0<p≦0.33,n為A之價數,係0≦m<1)。
上述通式(2)中,M2+
可舉出Mg2+
離子、Ca2+
離子、Ba2+
離子等。又,M3+
可舉出Fe3+
離子、Al3+
離子、La3+
離子等。
上述通式(2)所示之化合物較佳為M2+
為Mg2+
離子、M3+
為Al3+
離子的化合物。
上述化合物(B)為包含鹼金屬元素或鹼土金屬元素、Si元素與O元素的化合物。鹼金屬元素可舉出Li元素、Na元素、K元素、Rb元素、Cs元素、Fr元素等。此等當中,較佳為Na元素。
上述化合物(B)較佳為矽酸鹽,更佳為矽酸鈉。矽酸鈉已知有Na2
SiO3
、Na4
SiO4
、Na2
Si2
O5
、Na2
Si4
O9
等所示之化合物,此等當中較佳為Na2
Si2
O5
。
上述氫氧化物(C)為包含二價金屬元素的化合物。二價金屬元素可舉出周期表中的第2族元素(Be元素、Ca元素、Sr元素、Ba元素、Ra元素等)、Cu元素、Ni元素、Co元素、Zn元素、Ge元素等。此等當中,較佳為鹼土金屬元素,特佳為Ca元素。
上述氫氧化物(C)較佳為氫氧化鈣。
本發明之實施形態之抗非套膜型病毒劑可直接按其性質狀態來使用,可適用於使其分散於介質而成的液劑(氣溶膠)、或塗佈於既定形狀之基材的表面並加以乾燥而載持抗非套膜型病毒劑的塗覆劑組成物。抗非套膜型病毒劑載持於基材表面的複合體係後述之抗病毒製品的一例。
此外,本發明之實施形態之抗非套膜型病毒劑可適用於與樹脂或其前驅物共同包含的成形加工用之樹脂組成物。其後,進行用來作成既定形狀的成形加工,可獲得包含抗非套膜型病毒劑的成形品。此種成形品係後述之抗病毒製品的一例。
將本發明之實施形態之抗非套膜型病毒劑如上述應用於塗覆劑組成物或樹脂組成物時,較佳為小粒徑。粒徑的上限較佳為30μm,更佳為10μm;下限較佳為50nm,更佳為100nm。此外,粒子的形狀不特別限定。
本發明之實施形態之塗覆劑組成物係含有抗非套膜型病毒劑,與接著劑樹脂。此外,塗覆劑組成物的介質可為水、有機溶劑或此等的混合物任一種,惟較佳為水、或水與水溶性有機溶劑的混合物。
本發明之實施形態之塗覆劑組成物所含接著劑樹脂可僅為1種或2種以上。
上述接著劑樹脂可根據介質的種類適宜選擇;當介質為水或水與水溶性有機溶劑的混合物時,可為水溶性樹脂及水不溶性樹脂任一種。
上述接著劑樹脂可舉出丙烯酸樹脂、乙烯・乙酸乙烯酯共聚物或其改性物(酸改性物等)、乙烯・氯乙烯共聚物、氯乙烯・乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚乙酸乙烯酯、聚氯乙烯、改性烯烴樹脂(氯化聚烯烴等)、聚酯樹脂、胺基甲酸酯樹脂、苯乙烯・丁二烯共聚物、苯乙烯・異戊二烯共聚物、苯乙烯・丁二烯・苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯・乙烯・丁烯・苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯・乙烯・丙烯・苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、氫化苯乙烯・丁二烯・苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、氫化苯乙烯・乙烯・丁烯・苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、氫化苯乙烯・乙烯・丙烯・苯乙烯嵌段共聚物等。此等當中,較佳為丙烯酸樹脂。
本發明之實施形態之塗覆劑組成物所含接著劑樹脂的含有比例,在將抗非套膜型病毒劑設為100質量份時,較佳為10~200質量份,更佳為10~150質量份,再更佳為20~100質量份。
本發明之實施形態之塗覆劑組成物可含有分散劑、黏度調整劑、消泡劑、著色劑、芳香劑、防腐劑等添加劑。
本發明之實施形態之塗覆劑組成物所含抗非套膜型病毒劑的含有比例,基於所得抗病毒製品中之非套膜型病毒的高效率去活之觀點,較佳為0.5~50質量%,更佳為1~40質量%,再更佳為1~30質量%。
茲就製造使用本發明之實施形態之塗覆劑組成物,於基材的表面載持抗非套膜型病毒劑而成的抗病毒製品之方法加以說明。
用來製造此種抗病毒製品之製造方法係具備:將塗覆劑組成物塗佈於基材上,而形成塗膜之步驟(下稱「塗佈步驟」);及將形成之塗膜乾燥之步驟(下稱「乾燥步驟」)。
上述基材不特別限定,可採包含無機材料、有機材料或此等組合而成之材料的物品,其形狀亦不特別限定。作為上述基材,可使用薄膜、粒狀物、一般成形品等樹脂成形品(含發泡樹脂成形品);纖維;包含纖維之不織布、織布等纖維製品等。
於上述塗佈步驟中,可應用填塞、浸漬、塗覆、噴霧、印刷等。於上述塗佈步驟中,可依據基材的形狀等而進行單層塗佈或多層塗佈。
於上述乾燥步驟中,係依據基材的形狀等應用密閉加熱、溫風加熱等,並由塗膜去除介質,而形成含有抗非套膜型病毒的皮膜。藉此,可獲得於基材表面具備上述皮膜的抗病毒製品。
本發明之實施形態之抗非套膜型病毒製品係含有由化合物(A)、(B)及(C)選出的至少1種之製品。
諸如上述,將含有使用塗覆劑組成物而得者及抗非套膜型病毒劑,與樹脂或其前驅物的樹脂組成物供予向來周知之成形加工法而得到的成形品係抗非套膜型病毒製品的較佳實例。後者之樹脂組成物可為熱塑性樹脂組成物及硬化性樹脂組成物任一種。又,於所得樹脂成形品中,當抗非套膜型病毒劑的一部分表露出時,非套膜型病毒的去活效果優良。
本發明係有用於工業、洗淨、醫療、食品等領域。抗非套膜型病毒製品的具體例可舉出薄膜類(包裝薄膜、裝飾薄膜、包裝袋等)、紙類(壁紙、貼紙等)、濾網類(空氣清淨機濾網、空調濾網等)、口罩、手套、文具、餐具、調理用具、托盤、棚架、門、柵欄、扶手、桌子、椅子、沙發、毛刷類、衣料、運動用品、吊環、電器用品之殼體等。
[實施例]
以下根據實施例更具體地說明本發明之實施形態,惟本發明非限定於此等實施例。
1.抗非套膜型病毒劑
使用由下述各成分所構成的抗病毒劑V1~V6。
(1)V1
根據雷射繞射式粒度分佈計之粒徑為0.1~30μm的燒成水滑石(化學式:Mg7
Al3
O11.5
所示之複合氧化物)粉末。
(2)V2
根據雷射繞射式粒度分佈計之粒徑為0.1~30μm的矽酸鈉(化學式:Na2
Si2
O5
所示之矽酸鹽)粉末。
(3)V3
根據雷射繞射式粒度分佈計之粒徑為0.1~30μm的氫氧化鈣粉末。
(4)V4
根據雷射繞射式粒度分佈計之粒徑為0.1~30μm的雲母粉末。
(5)V5
根據雷射繞射式粒度分佈計之粒徑為0.1~30μm的MFI型沸石(Na型)粉末。
(6)V6
根據雷射繞射式粒度分佈計之粒徑為0.1~30μm的MFI型沸石(H型)粉末。
2.抗非套膜型病毒劑的評定
實施例1~3及比較例1~3
應用JIS L 1922(纖維製品之抗病毒性試驗方法)所示方法來進行上述各抗病毒劑的性能評定,並根據所得抗病毒活性值(Mv)來判定抗病毒性。此外,根據JIS L 1922,係評定分類為在3>Mv≧2.0時可發揮效果,在Mv≧3.0時則具有充分效果。
對抗病毒劑添加純水使其濃度成為0.1質量%。其次,對此液體900μL添加病毒感染度為1~5×107
PFU/mL的貓卡力西病毒液100μL,將混合液靜置於25℃下2小時。其後,回收混合液,供予病毒斑數測定法,量測病毒感染度。又,作為對照試料,除使用磷酸緩衝生理食鹽水(PBS) 900μL來替代試驗試料以外,係以與試驗試料同樣的方式量測病毒感染度。
以依下述式所得之抗病毒活性值(Mv)評定來抗病毒劑的性能。將其結果示於表1。

3.抗非套膜型病毒製品的製造
實施例4
將抗病毒劑V1與包含丙烯酸樹脂作為接著劑樹脂,且包含水作為介質的黏結劑以抗病毒劑及接著劑樹脂的質量比成為1:1的方式混合,而製成塗覆組成物。其次,將基重為25g/m2
的聚酯製布料浸漬於此塗覆組成物中。其後,以130℃加以乾燥,而製成抗病毒劑V1的載持量為3g/m2
的抗病毒加工布料。
實施例5
除使用抗病毒劑V2來替代抗病毒劑V1以外,係以與實施例4同樣的方式製成抗病毒加工布料。
實施例6
除使用抗病毒劑V3來替代抗病毒劑V1以外,係以與實施例4同樣的方式製成抗病毒加工布料。
[產業上可利用性]
本發明之抗非套膜型病毒劑及含其之抗非套膜型病毒製品係適用於諾羅病毒等非套膜型病毒的去活,而有用於工業、洗淨、醫療、食品等領域。
抗非套膜型病毒劑非僅作為抗非套膜型病毒製品的製造用原料使用,還可藉由使其接觸既已附著於物品的病毒而使病毒去活。
Claims (7)
- 一種抗非套膜型病毒劑,其特徵為含有由(A)包含Al元素、Mg元素與O元素的化合物、(B)包含鹼金屬元素或鹼土金屬元素、Si元素與O元素的化合物、及(C)包含二價金屬元素的氫氧化物選出的至少1種。
- 如請求項1之抗非套膜型病毒劑,其中前述化合物(B)為矽酸鹽。
- 如請求項1之抗非套膜型病毒劑,其中前述氫氧化物(C)為包含鹼土金屬元素的化合物。
- 一種抗病毒製品,其特徵為含有如請求項1之抗非套膜型病毒劑。
- 一種塗覆劑組成物,其特徵為含有如請求項1之抗非套膜型病毒劑,與接著劑樹脂。
- 一種抗病毒製品之製造方法,其特徵為具備:使用如請求項6之塗覆劑組成物與基材,於該基材的表面形成塗膜之步驟;及將前述塗膜乾燥之步驟。
