Description

線纜連接器組件
本發明涉及一種線纜連接器組件,尤其涉及一種具有防水性能的線纜連接器組件。
美國專利US9439574B2、US9685744B2、US9698545B2和US9722375B2號公告了各種可用於檢測人體的醫療設備及線纜連接器組件,該等醫療設備及線纜連接器組件的使用方式可參閱美國專利US8527038B2號所示。由於該等醫療設備及線纜連接器組件用於貼靠於人體上進行使用,在使用過程中,人體上的汗液很容易滲透到該等醫療設備及線纜連接器組件上,是以,該等醫療設備及線纜連接器組件通常需要具有較好的防水性能。
用於該等醫療設備的線纜連接器組件通常包括絕緣本體及設置於絕緣本體上的導電端子,為保證線纜連接器組件的防水性能,習知技術人員通常情形下將導電端子設置為平板狀結構,即導電端子不具有彈性。然而,此種導電端子結構雖然可以保證線纜連接器組件具有較好的防水性能,但是在該等線纜連接器組件安裝至醫療設備上而與對接連接器對接時,所述平板狀導電端子容易與對接連接器上形成配合間隙進而產生無法與對接連接器可靠對接等不良現象。
因此,確有必要提供一種改良的線纜連接器組件,以克服上述缺陷。
本發明的目的在於提供一種防水性能好且接觸可靠的線纜連接器組件。
為實現上述目的,本發明可採用如下技術方案來實現:一種線纜連接器組件,包括線纜以及連接至線纜一端的端子模組;所述端子模組包括絕緣本體以及設置於所述絕緣本體上的複數彈性端子,所述彈性端子包括沿前後方向延伸的焊接部、位於焊接部上方並與所述焊接部間隔設置的接觸部以及連接所述接觸部與焊接部的中間部;其中,所述彈性端子鑲埋成型於所述絕緣本體上,所述焊接部設有向下一體衝壓形成的卡持片,所述卡持片嵌入於所述絕緣本體內。
與現有技術相比,由於本發明線纜連接器組件藉由彈性端子鑲埋成型於所述絕緣本體,不僅可以達成較好的防水效果,亦可保證線纜連接器組件與對接連接器實現可靠對接,同時藉由卡持片嵌入於絕緣本體內可以使所述焊接部更加可靠地結合固定至所述絕緣本體。
以下,將結合第一圖至第十三圖介紹本發明的實施方式。
請參閱第一至四圖所示,本發明的線纜連接器組件100包括上蓋60、下蓋70、沿上下方向夾持於上蓋60與下蓋70之間的端子模組10以及與端子模組10相連的線纜50。為方便描述,定義線纜50延伸的方向為前後方向,所述端子模組10位於線纜50的前端並包括絕緣本體40以及鑲埋成型於所述絕緣本體40的複數彈性端子20,也可以說,所述絕緣本體40採用包覆成型或射出成型的方式一體成型於所述彈性端子20上。本發明的彈性端子20與絕緣本體40採用鑲埋成型的方式一體形成,成型後的電連接器100具有較好的防水性能。可以理解的是,本發明的線纜組合10可與如背景技術的專利檔中所公開的可穿戴設備一起使用,會經常處於潮濕的環境中,如使用者佩戴時通常會有汗液流入可穿戴設備上,因此需要電連接器100具有較好的防水性能。
請參閱第七至十圖所示,每一彈性端子20包括沿前後方向水平延伸的焊接部22、位於焊接部22上方並向上突伸的接觸部24以及連接所述接觸部24與焊接部22的中間部26。所述接觸部24可發生彈性變形,進而提升端子20的可靠接觸性能。所述接觸部24沿左右方向的寬度小於所述中間部26;所述中間部26呈開口朝後的U形設置,並且其沿左右方向的寬度小於所述焊接部22。所述焊接部22包括位於前方的第一部分28以及位於後方的第二部分30,所述第一部分28前端處設有一開口34以及自所述開口34處一體向下衝壓形成的卡持片32,所述卡持片32向後並向下傾斜延伸。所述接觸部24呈弧形彎折設置,並且其後端即自由末端設有沿水平方向延伸的抵持部36。所述絕緣本體40的前端設有傾斜延伸的斜面42,在本實施例中,該斜面42呈弧形彎折延伸,在其他實施例中,該斜面42也可為沿與水平方向呈一定角度的方式直線傾斜延伸。所述絕緣本體40的上表面設有複數間隔設置的凸肋44以及與位於凸肋44之間的端子槽45。所述中間部26向前突伸出所述凸肋44,所述接觸部24自對應的端子槽45被所述凸肋44沿左右方向所隔開並向上突伸出所述凸肋44。請參閱第九至十三圖所示,當所述彈性端子20鑲埋成型於所述絕緣本體40後,所述絕緣本體40的材料將填充至所述開口34內,同時所述卡持片32也將嵌入於所述絕緣本體40內以使所述焊接部22更加可靠地結合固定至所述絕緣本體40。
請參閱第一至六圖所示,所述絕緣本體40的後端設有沿左右方向延伸並向上突伸的橫條46;所述上蓋60及下蓋70分別對應設有收容槽61、71,所述上蓋60設有位於收容槽61前方並沿左右方向延伸的凸台62,所述凸台62向下突伸並抵靠於所述橫條46上從而防止端子模組10的後端向上移動;所述上蓋60設有一對沿上下方向設置並沿前後方向延伸的側壁66以及一對自對應側壁66的下端向外沿水平方向延伸的底壁67。所述上蓋60的兩側壁66之間形成一缺口69,所述端子模組10收容於所述缺口69內。所述絕緣本體40的上表面兩側設有向下凹設的凹槽47,所述兩側壁66的內側設有面向所述缺口69並向下抵壓至所述絕緣本體40凹槽47內的臺階64,從而防止端子模組10的左右兩側向上移動,因此,所述凸台62及臺階64可以防止端子模組10向上移動。所述下蓋70設有向上突伸的框部72,所述框部72向上抵靠於所述絕緣本體40的下方。因此,所述端子模組10可以很好地固定保持於所述上蓋60和下蓋70之間。
所述線纜50連接至端子模組10的後方,其包括同時收容於上蓋60及下蓋70的收容槽61、71內的應力消除裝置52。在製造過程中,所述端子20的中間部26在初始狀態下沿前後方向延伸,所述接觸部24向前突伸出所述絕緣本體40的前端面,所述接觸部24向下抵靠於所述斜面42上;然後藉由治具(未圖示)將中間部26向後折彎180度進而形成上述U形的中間部26結構。所述上蓋60在凸台62的前方設有一沿左右方向延伸並面向所述缺口69的凸緣68,所述接觸部24的抵持部36以預壓的方式抵靠於所述凸緣68下方以防止接觸部24向上發生翹曲變形。如第九至十圖所示,在初始狀態下,即當線纜連接器元件100未與對接連接器(未圖示)配合時,所述抵持部36沿上下方向與對應端子20的焊接部22間隔設置;而當線纜連接器元件100與對接連接器配合時,所述接觸部24在對接連接器的抵接下帶動所述抵持部36向下移動並接觸對應的焊接部22第二部分30的上表面,以將所述接觸部24與焊接部22的第二部分30直接導通並縮短端子20自身的導電路徑,進而實現更好的信號傳輸效果。
所述絕緣本體40的中間位置設有自上表面向上延伸的豎直壁48,所述豎直臂48高於所述凸肋44並與所述蓋體60的側壁66形成兩個分隔的區域,所述端子20沿左右方向排佈成一排並分成相同數量的兩份以對應設置於該兩個分隔的區域內。所述線纜50包括分別焊接於相應端子20的焊接部22第二部分30下表面的複數電線54。
請參閱第五至十二圖所示,所述絕緣本體40的下方設有複數向下並向後貫通的容納腔49,所述焊接部22的第二部分30的下表面暴露於對應的容納腔49內,所述電線54收容於對應的容納腔49內以焊接至對應的第二部分30,所述橫條46包覆於第二部分30的上表面以防止焊接部22的後端向上發生翹曲變形或移動。所述焊接部22的第一部分28上表面向上暴露於所述絕緣本體40外,所述第二部分30的卡持片32被填充至開口34處的絕緣本體40材料包覆,從而防止所述焊接部22的前端向上發生翹曲變形或移動,並且填充至所述開口34內的絕緣本體40材料與所述第一部分28的上表面平齊。因此所述端子20的焊接部22可以盡最大可能地將其上、下表面地暴露於空氣中,以增加端子20的信號傳輸性能。
在習知的設計中,電連接器通常還包括供端子安裝的印刷電路板(PCB),線纜的電線及電阻同時安裝於該印刷電路板上進而藉由印刷電路板達成與對應端子之間的電性連接。而在本發明中,所述線纜50的電線54直接焊接至彈性端子20上,不再需要設置印刷電路板,因此本發明的線纜連接器組件100可以降低製造成本,並可以減小自身體積及佔用空間,符合小型化發展趨勢。

  1. 一種線纜連接器組件,係包括: 線纜;以及 端子模組,係連接至所述線纜一端,所述端子模組包括絕緣本體以及設置於所述絕緣本體上的複數彈性端子,所述彈性端子包括沿前後方向延伸的焊接部、位於焊接部上方並與所述焊接部間隔設置的接觸部以及連接所述接觸部與焊接部的中間部; 其中,所述彈性端子鑲埋成型於所述絕緣本體上,所述焊接部設有向下一體衝壓形成的卡持片,所述卡持片嵌入於所述絕緣本體內。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的線纜連接器組件,其中所述焊接部包括位於前方的第一部分以及位於後方的第二部分,所述卡持片在對應第一部分的前端處一體衝壓後形成一開口,所述絕緣本體的材料填充至所述開口內。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的線纜連接器組件,其中所述絕緣本體的下方設有複數向下並向後貫通的容納腔,所述第二部分的下表面暴露於對應的容納腔內,所述線纜包括收容於對應的容納腔內並焊接至對應的第二部分下表面的電線。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述的線纜連接器組件,其中所述絕緣本體的後端設有包覆於所述第二部分上表面並向上突伸的橫條,所述焊接部的第一部分上表面向上暴露於所述絕緣本體外,所述填充至開口內的絕緣本體材料與所述第一部分的上表面平齊。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述的線纜連接器組件,其中還包括夾持所述端子模組的上蓋及下蓋,所述上蓋設有向下突伸並抵靠於所述橫條的凸台、一對沿上下方向設置並沿前後方向延伸的側壁以及位於兩側壁之間的缺口,所述端子模組收容於所述缺口內。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的線纜連接器組件,其中所述絕緣本體的上表面兩側設有向下凹設的凹槽,所述兩側壁的內側設有面向所述缺口並向下抵壓至所述絕緣本體凹槽內的臺階,所述下蓋設有向上突伸並抵靠於所述絕緣本體下方的框部。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的線纜連接器組件,其中所述上蓋設有一沿左右方向延伸並面向所述缺口的凸緣,所述接觸部的自由末端設有抵持部;在初始狀態下,所述抵持部與對應端子的焊接部上下間隔設置並以預壓的方式抵靠於所述凸緣下方;當所述接觸部向下發生彈性變形時,其帶動所述抵持部向下移動並接觸對應端子的第二部分的上表面。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述的線纜連接器組件,其中所述絕緣本體設有複數向上突伸並間隔設置的凸肋,所述中間部呈開口朝後的U形設置並向前突伸出所述凸肋,所述接觸部被所述凸肋沿左右方向隔開並向上突伸出所述凸肋。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的線纜連接器組件,其中所述絕緣本體的設有向上延伸並位於凸肋之間的豎直壁,所述豎直臂高於所述凸肋並與所述蓋體的兩側壁形成兩個分隔的區域,所述端子沿左右方向排佈成一排並分成相同數量的兩份以對應設置於該兩個分隔的區域內。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1至9項中任一項所述的線纜連接器組件,其中所述接觸部沿左右方向的寬度小於所述中間部,中間部沿左右方向的寬度小於所述焊接部。
