线缆连接器组合
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种线缆连接器组合,尤其涉及一种具有防水性能的线缆连接器组合。
【背景技术】
美国专利US9439574B2、US9685744B2、US9698545B2和US9722375B2号公告了各种可用于检测人体的医疗设备及线缆连接器组合,该等医疗设备及线缆连接器组合的使用方式可参阅美国专利US8527038B2号所示。由于该等医疗设备及线缆连接器组合用于贴靠在人体上进行使用,在使用过程中,人体上的汗液很容易渗透到该等医疗设备及线缆连接器组合上,因此,该等医疗设备及线缆连接器组合通常需要具有较好的防水性能。
用于该等医疗设备的线缆连接器组合通常包括绝缘本体及设置在绝缘本体上的导电端子,为保证线缆连接器组合的防水性能,本领域技术人员通常情形下将导电端子设置为平板状结构,即导电端子不具有弹性。然而,此种导电端子结构虽然可以保证线缆连接器组合具有较好的防水性能,但是在该等线缆连接器组合安装至医疗设备上而与对接连接器对接时,所述平板状导电端子容易与对接连接器上形成配合间隙进而产生无法与对接连接器可靠对接等不良现象。
因此,有必要提供一种改良的线缆连接器组合来解决以上的问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种防水性能好且接触可靠的线缆连接器组合。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种线缆连接器组合,包括线缆以及连接至线缆一端的端子模组;所述端子模组包括绝缘本体以及设置在所述绝缘本体上的若干弹性端子,所述弹性端子包括沿前后方向延伸的焊接部、位于焊接部上方并与所述焊接部间隔设置的接触部以及连接所述接触部与焊接部的中间部;其中,所述弹性端子镶埋成型在所述绝缘本体上,所述焊接部设有向下一体冲压形成的卡持片,所述卡持片嵌入在所述绝缘本体内。
与现有技术相比,本发明线缆连接器组合通过将弹性端子镶埋成型在所述绝缘本体上,不仅可以达成较好的防水效果,也可以保证线缆连接器组合与对接连接器实现可靠对接,同时通过将卡持片嵌入在绝缘本体内可以使所述焊接部更加可靠地结合固定至所述绝缘本体。

【具体实施方式】
为便于更好的理解本发明的目的、结构、特征以及功效等,现结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1-4所示,本发明的线缆连接器组合100包括上盖60、下盖70、沿上下方向夹持在上盖60与下盖70之间的端子模组10以及与端子模组10相连的线缆50。为方便描述,定义线缆50延伸的方向为前后方向,所述端子模组10位于线缆50的前端并包括绝缘本体40以及镶埋成型在所述绝缘本体40的若干弹性端子20,也可以说,所述绝缘本体40采用包覆成型或射出成型的方式一体成型在所述弹性端子20上。本发明的弹性端子20与绝缘本体40采用镶埋成型的方式一体形成,成型后的电连接器100具有较好的防水性能。可以理解的是,本发明的线缆组合10可与如背景技术的专利文件中所公开的可穿戴设备一起使用,会经常处于潮湿的环境中,如使用者佩戴时通常会有汗液流入可穿戴设备上,因此需要电连接器100具有较好的防水性能。
请参阅图7-10所示,每个弹性端子20包括沿前后方向水平延伸的焊接部22、位于焊接部22上方并向上突伸的接触部24以及连接所述接触部24与焊接部22的中间部26。所述接触部24可发生弹性变形,进而提升端子20的可靠接触性能。所述接触部24沿左右方向的宽度小于所述中间部26;所述中间部26呈开口朝后的U形设置,并且其沿左右方向的宽度小于所述焊接部22。所述焊接部22包括位于前方的第一部分28以及位于后方的第二部分30,所述第一部分28前端处设有一开口34以及自所述开口34处一体向下冲压形成的卡持片32,所述卡持片32向后并向下倾斜延伸。所述接触部24呈弧形弯折设置,并且其后端即自由末端设有沿水平方向延伸的抵持部36。所述绝缘本体40的前端设有倾斜延伸的斜面42,在本实施例中,该斜面42呈弧形弯折延伸,在其他实施例中,该斜面42也可为沿与水平方向呈一定角度的方式直线倾斜延伸。所述绝缘本体40的上表面设有若干间隔设置的凸肋44以及与位于凸肋44之间的端子槽45。所述中间部26向前突伸出所述凸肋44,所述接触部24自对应的端子槽45被所述凸肋44沿左右方向所隔开并向上突伸出所述凸肋44。请参阅图9-13所示,当所述弹性端子20镶埋成型在所述绝缘本体40后,所述绝缘本体40的材料将填充至所述开口34内,同时所述卡持片32也将嵌入在所述绝缘本体40内以使所述焊接部22更加可靠地结合固定至所述绝缘本体40。
请参阅图1-6所示,所述绝缘本体40的后端设有沿左右方向延伸并向上突伸的横条46;所述上盖60及下盖70分别对应设有收容槽61、71,所述上盖60设有位于收容槽61前方并沿左右方向延伸的凸台62,所述凸台62向下突伸并抵靠在所述横条46上从而防止端子模组10的后端向上移动;所述上盖60设有一对沿上下方向设置并沿前后方向延伸的侧壁66以及一对自对应侧壁66的下端向外沿水平方向延伸的底壁67。所述上盖60的两侧壁66之间形成一缺口69,所述端子模组10收容在所述缺口69内。所述绝缘本体40的上表面两侧设有向下凹设的凹槽47,所述两侧壁66的内侧设有面向所述缺口69并向下抵压至所述绝缘本体40凹槽47内的台阶64,从而防止端子模组10的左右两侧向上移动,因此,所述凸台62及台阶64可以防止端子模组10向上移动。所述下盖70设有向上突伸的框部72,所述框部72向上抵靠在所述绝缘本体40的下方。因此,所述端子模组10可以很好地固定保持在所述上盖60和下盖70之间。
所述线缆50连接至端子模组10的后方,其包括同时收容在上盖60及下盖70的收容槽61、71内的应力消除装置52。在制造过程中,所述端子20的中间部26在初始状态下沿前后方向延伸,所述接触部24向前突伸出所述绝缘本体40的前端面,所述接触部24向下抵靠在所述斜面42上;然后通过治具(未图示)将中间部26向后折弯180度进而形成上述U形的中间部26结构。所述上盖60在凸台62的前方设有一沿左右方向延伸并面向所述缺口69的凸缘68,所述接触部24的抵持部36以预压的方式抵靠在所述凸缘68下方以防止接触部24向上发生翘曲变形。如图9-10所示,在初始状态下,即当线缆连接器组件100未与对接连接器(未图示)配合时,所述抵持部36沿上下方向与对应端子20的焊接部22间隔设置;而当线缆连接器组件100与对接连接器配合时,所述接触部24在对接连接器的抵接下带动所述抵持部36向下移动并接触对应的焊接部22第二部分30的上表面,以将所述接触部24与焊接部22的第二部分30直接导通并缩短端子20自身的导电路径,进而实现更好的信号传输效果。
所述绝缘本体40的中间位置设有自上表面向上延伸的竖直壁48,所述竖直臂48高于所述凸肋44并与所述盖体60的侧壁66形成两个分隔的区域,所述端子20沿左右方向排布成一排并分成相同数量的两份以对应設置在该两个分隔的区域内。所述线缆50包括分别焊接在相应端子20的焊接部22第二部分30下表面的若干电线54。
请参阅图5-12所示,所述绝缘本体40的下方设有若干向下并向后贯通的容纳腔49,所述焊接部22的第二部分30的下表面暴露在对应的容纳腔49内,所述电线54收容在对应的容纳腔49内以焊接至对应的第二部分30,所述横条46包覆在第二部分30的上表面以防止焊接部22的后端向上发生翘曲变形或移动。所述焊接部22的第一部分28上表面向上暴露在所述绝缘本体40外,所述第二部分30的卡持片32被填充至开口34处的绝缘本体40材料包覆,从而防止所述焊接部22的前端向上发生翘曲变形或移动,并且填充至所述开口34内的绝缘本体40材料与所述第一部分28的上表面平齐。因此所述端子20的焊接部22可以尽最大可能地将其上、下表面地暴露在空气中,以增加端子20的信号传输性能。
在传统的设计中,电连接器通常还包括供端子安装的印刷电路板(PCB),线缆的电线及电阻同时安装在该印刷电路板上进而通过印刷电路板达成与对应端子之间的电性连接。而在本发明中,所述线缆50的电线54直接焊接至弹性端子20上,不再需要设置印刷电路板,因此本发明的线缆连接器组合100可以降低制造成本,并可以减小自身体积及占用空间,符合小型化发展趋势。

1.一种线缆连接器组合,包括线缆以及连接至线缆一端的端子模组;所述端子模组包括绝缘本体以及设置在所述绝缘本体上的若干弹性端子,所述弹性端子包括沿前后方向延伸的焊接部、位于焊接部上方并与所述焊接部间隔设置的接触部以及连接所述接触部与焊接部的中间部;其特征在于:所述弹性端子镶埋成型在所述绝缘本体上,所述焊接部设有向下一体冲压形成的卡持片,所述卡持片嵌入在所述绝缘本体内。
2.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:所述焊接部包括位于前方的第一部分以及位于后方的第二部分,所述卡持片在对应第一部分的前端处一体冲压后形成一开口,所述绝缘本体的材料填充至所述开口内。
3.如权利要求2所述的线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体的下方设有若干向下并向后贯通的容纳腔,所述第二部分的下表面暴露在对应的容纳腔内,所述线缆包括收容在对应的容纳腔内并焊接至对应的第二部分下表面的电线。
4.如权利要求3所述的线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体的后端设有包覆在所述第二部分上表面并向上突伸的横条,所述焊接部的第一部分上表面向上暴露在所述绝缘本体外,所述填充至开口内的绝缘本体材料与所述第一部分的上表面平齐。
5.如权利要求4所述的线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:还包括夹持所述端子模组的上盖及下盖,所述上盖设有向下突伸并抵靠在所述横条的凸台、一对沿上下方向设置并沿前后方向延伸的侧壁以及位于两侧壁之间的缺口,所述端子模组收容在所述缺口内。
6.如权利要求5所述的线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体的上表面两侧设有向下凹设的凹槽,所述两侧壁的内侧设有面向所述缺口并向下抵压至所述绝缘本体凹槽内的台阶,所述下盖设有向上突伸并抵靠在所述绝缘本体下方的框部。
7.如权利要求5所述的线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:所述上盖设有一沿左右方向延伸并面向所述缺口的凸缘,所述接触部的自由末端设有抵持部;在初始状态下,所述抵持部与对应端子的焊接部上下间隔设置并以预压的方式抵靠在所述凸缘下方;当所述接触部向下发生弹性变形时,其带动所述抵持部向下移动并接触对应端子的第二部分的上表面。
8.如权利要求7所述的线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体设有若干向上突伸并间隔设置的凸肋,所述中间部呈开口朝后的U形设置并向前突伸出所述凸肋,所述接触部被所述凸肋沿左右方向隔开并向上突伸出所述凸肋。
9.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体的设有向上延伸并位于凸肋之间的竖直壁,所述竖直臂高于所述凸肋并与所述盖体的两侧壁形成两个分隔的区域,所述端子沿左右方向排布成一排并分成相同数量的两份以对应設置在该两个分隔的区域内。
10.如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:所述接触部沿左右方向的宽度小于所述中间部,中间部沿左右方向的宽度小于所述焊接部。
