Abstract

Description

製造由複合材料構成的罐蓋之方法
本發明是關於一種製造由複合材料構成的罐蓋的方法,該罐蓋包含至少一個金屬部件片,尤其是鋁部件或錫板部件,以及至少一個塑膠部件,尤其是由聚丙烯或聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯構成。
用於飲料罐的罐蓋典型地具有開口區段,該開口區域由弱化線而與剩餘罐蓋分離,並且可藉由固定於其上的拉引構件移動離開末端平面而打開該飲料罐。該開口區段可在這方面移動進入該飲料罐或可向上移動。可再關閉的罐蓋也是已知的,在該可再關閉的罐蓋中,連接至該固定的末端表面並且圍繞該開口區域的塑膠材料的密封框架是連接至圍繞該開口區域的金屬末端區域。連接至該罐蓋的該金屬開口區段(其可樞轉打開)的封閉單元可與該密封框架共同運作。該密封框架及該封閉單元較佳地由塑膠組成,而該罐蓋由鋁或錫板組成。類似的罐蓋用於食材罐。在該開口區段與該固定的罐區域之間提供微間隙,以取代該弱化線,也變成已知的。在此案例中,該罐蓋是由塑膠膜而向內地覆蓋,以密封方式覆蓋該微間隙。該塑膠膜也可在該罐蓋的該開口上拉引打開,就該目的而言,該塑膠膜可同樣地有弱化線提供。
本發明的目的是提供一種製造這種儘可能簡單並且不貴的罐蓋的方法。
該目的可予以滿足,因為該塑膠部件及該金屬部件片由壓合在一起及感應加熱而接合在一起。
該塑膠部件由該感應加熱而部分地熔化,並且藉此連接至該金屬部件片而具有材料連續性。感應加熱在此處的優點是只有該金屬部件會被直接地加熱,因為渦電流(eddy current)由於該感應因此只在該熔化部件片中產生。對照之下,該塑膠部件由該金屬部件間接地加熱,藉此該塑膠部件接觸該金屬部件片的側面尤其是部分地熔化。
該金屬部件片及/或該塑膠部件較佳是在該接合前以接著劑覆蓋。該接合連接的穩定性可從而增加。
該接著劑與將連接至該金屬部件片的該塑膠部件較佳包含相同的塑膠。特別好的黏著性從而發生,並且因此特別地穩固的接合連接。
完全地成形的金屬片的罐蓋元件與具有適配的形狀的塑膠膜(尤其是熱塑形的塑膠膜)特別地較佳接合在一起。特別地穩固的接合連接也從而可達成。此外,該接合連接也可以少量的能量努力而建立,因為該塑膠部件在該接合期間不需要匹配變形。
為了製造可再關閉的罐蓋,該罐蓋元件依據本發明的另外實施例在其一側面上與塑膠膜接合,並在另一側面上與封閉元件接合,該封閉元件覆蓋該罐蓋的該開口區域,並且包含可樞轉打開的密封框架及封閉單元,該封閉單元尤其包含注射模製塑膠,尤其是聚丙烯或聚對苯二甲酸 乙二酯。兩個接合程序較佳在此處的一個工作步驟舉行。該接合程序可從而特別快及簡單地實行。由於該罐蓋的該金屬部件片僅必需加熱一次,因此,可額外地節省能量。
依據本發明的較佳實施例,壓合件是用於該接合程序,並且包含頂部工具及底部工具並連同中空導體,該中空導體用來供應電磁交流場進入該罐蓋的區域,以用於該罐蓋的感應加熱,該頂部工具的形狀互補於(reciprocal)該罐蓋的一側面,而該底部工具的形狀互補於該罐蓋的另一側面。使用這種器具,特別好的接合連接可予以建立。將被接合的部件由該壓合件壓合在一起,以致於他們是親密地接觸。該電磁交流場是藉由該中空導體而傳導進入該罐蓋的該區域,並且加熱該金屬部件片,該金屬部件片的熱接著導致接觸該金屬部件片的該塑膠的部分地熔化。
該中空導體特別較佳地具有複數個環形或螺旋區段,其可相對於該罐蓋的該接合區域設置,尤其是該罐蓋的該邊際區域中的環狀區域及在該中間末端區域中具有兩個、三個或更多個捲繞的螺旋區域。可藉由此設計達成該金屬部件片的有利的加熱,尤其是在因為該中空導體的該分離的環狀區域的該關鍵邊際區域中。
依據本發明的另外有利的實施例,位在該中空導體的一側面處的該工具包含大部分形狀穩定材料,尤其是塑膠,並且該相對地設置的工具包含彈性材料,尤其是彈性體材料。該中空導體被安全地保護免受外力,該外力可由該中空導體的側面上的該形狀穩定材料所發生。另一方面,在該相對設置的側面上的該彈性材料致能生產餘裕的補償,以致於在將該部分壓合在一起時沒有過高的外力從而產生。
該大部分形狀穩定的工具較佳地關聯於該塑膠膜。它可額外較佳地提供肋件,用於在該接合程序期間將弱化線引進該塑膠膜。可從而節省罐蓋的製造中的工作步驟。
依據本發明的同樣較佳實施例中,將被接合的部件在該接合程序期間由真空支承在一起。從而可確保精確的固定接合。此外,產生有利的氣孔,以防止該塑膠材料與該金屬部件片之間的空氣泡的封閉。罐蓋具有在該開口區段與該固定的末端區域之間的微間隙,該氣孔可作用在該末端的兩側面上。
對於製造沒有微間隙的罐蓋以提供具有凹部的至少一個該工具尤其是有利的,以產生形成用於接收可能的封閉空氣的自由空間。這種凹部可較佳地提供在這些區域中,在這些區域中封閉的空氣泡不會破裂,例如,在具有從該末端邊際及從該開口區域的充足空間的該中間末端區域中。
依據本發明的另外實施例,使用旋轉索引桌以將該罐蓋用於該接合程序的該個別元件帶到一起。壓合件在接合期間使用的有利配備可因此達成。
依據較佳的另外發展,該旋轉索引桌具有用於至少一個裝填站台的真空供應器,該個別站台的該真空供應器藉由閥件舉行,該閥件由圓形分配器致動。就該真空的分配而言,此是特別地有利。

第1圖中所顯示的壓合件1包含下架2及可相對於該下架2移動的上壓合部件3並連同導引圓柱4,用來導引該上壓合部件3以打開及關閉該壓合件。底部工具5是提供在該下架2的上側面處,而頂部工具6則是提供在該上壓合部件3的下側面處。該底部工具5包含彈性體材料,並且具有孔洞7,用來接收罐蓋9的封閉元件18(見第6圖)。在另一方面,該底部工具5複製該罐蓋9的上側面的形狀。該頂部工具6包含大部分穩定形狀的塑膠,並且複製該罐蓋9的下側面。
感應器10是配置在該壓合件的區域中。用來供應電磁交流場的中空導體11被導引進入該頂部工具6從該感應器10開始的區域內。如特別可從第3至5圖中看到的,尤其是由銅組成的該中空導體被成形,以形成外部環12及螺旋13,該螺旋13是配置在該環內並且具有複數個捲 繞。如尤其是第2圖中看到的,該外部環12及該螺旋13是配置在該頂部工具6上方。他們從而置於相對於該罐蓋9將被接合的表面。該銅中空導體11尤其是水冷式的(water-cooled)。
顯示在第6至9圖中的該罐蓋9包含基底本體14,該基底本體14由金屬片,尤其是鋁或錫板構成。該基底本體14包含固定的金屬性末端區域15、以及可向上樞轉的開口區段16以釋放開口區域8。如尤其是第8及9圖中看到的,該罐蓋9的該下側面以塑膠膜17層壓。對照之下,包含密封框架19及封閉單元20的封閉元件是配置在該罐蓋9的該上側面上。該密封框架19連接至該固定的末端區域15,而該封閉單元20則連接至該可向上樞轉的開口區段16。
依據本發明的該方法可用來製造如第6至9圖中顯示的該罐蓋9,但使用第1至5圖中顯示的該器具。為了這個目的,尤其在深度劃線程序(deep-drawing process)中以單件生產該封閉元件18是置放進入該底部工具5,以使朝向該罐蓋9的側面朝向上方。先前具有該塑膠膜17塗佈至其下側面的該基底本體14是置放在該封閉元件18上。該壓合件1接著關閉,而該感應加熱10則接著打開。
該金屬化基底本體14由該供應的能量加熱,其中,電磁渦電流在其中產生。該加熱的基底本體14接著加熱該塑膠膜17及該封閉元件18,其從而部分地熔化。一方面,塑膠熔接連接從而在該金屬化基底本體14與該塑膠膜17之間產生,並且另一方面,較佳使用具有接著劑的該封閉元件18,以改進該塑膠熔接連接。該接著劑在這裏可包含用於該塑膠 膜17或用於該封閉元件18的相同塑膠。它在此處尤其是聚丙烯或聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯。
該頂部工具6可額外地具有肋件,該肋件在此處無法辨識,並且弱化線可藉由該肋件在該壓合及接合步驟期間引進該塑膠膜17內。此外,凹部可提供在該頂部工具6中,以在該塑膠膜17與該金屬化基底本體14之間產生自由空間。封閉的空氣可藉此被收集在該罐蓋9的預定區域中,尤其是在空氣泡不會破裂的區域中,例如,在該罐蓋的邊際與其開口區域8之間的區域中。額外地或替代地,該壓合件1可提供具有真空供應器,該真空供應器一方面支承將被接合的該部件,並且另一方面可至少大部分防止空氣的封閉。罐蓋具有微間隙,該微間隙在該固定的末端區域15與該開口區段16之間,並且可樞轉地打開,此應用至該罐蓋的兩側面。
旋轉索引桌可提供用於配備該壓合件1,該旋轉索引桌具有複數個站台,用來將該罐蓋的該個別部件放在一起。然而,也可提供用於該壓合件1的線性供應,以取代旋轉索引桌。
在該塑膠膜17及該封閉元件18已熔接成該金屬化基底本體14後,該壓合件是打開的,並且該完成的罐蓋9是移除的。

Claims (15)

  1. 一種製造由複合材料構成的罐蓋(9)的方法,該罐蓋(9)包含複合材料,該複合材料包含至少一個金屬部件片(14),尤其是鋁部件或錫板部件,以及至少一個塑膠部件(17、18),尤其是由聚丙烯或聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯構成,其特徵在於該塑膠部件(17、18)及該金屬部件片(14)是藉由壓合在一起或感應加熱而接合在一起。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之方法,其中,該金屬部件片(14)及/或該塑膠部件(17、18)在該接合前,先以接著劑塗佈。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之方法,其中,該接著劑與將連接至該金屬部件片(14)的該塑膠部件(17、18)具有相同的塑膠。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1至3項中任一項所述之方法,其中,由金屬片構成的完全成形的罐蓋部件(14)與具有匹配形狀的塑膠膜(17),尤其是熱塑形的塑膠膜,接合在一起。
