Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つのシート金属部(14)特にアルミニウム板部又はブリキ板部と、少なくとも1つのプラスチック部(17、18)特にポリプロピレン又はポリエチレンテレフタレートとを含む複合材料から構成される缶蓋(9)の製造方法であって、前記プラスチック部(17、18)と前記シート金属部(14)は、一緒にプレスして、誘導加熱によって接合されることを特徴とする製造方法。
- 前記シート金属部(14)及び/又は前記プラスチック部(17、18)は、接合前に接着剤でコーティングされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 結合剤は、前記シート金属部(14)に接続される前記プラスチック部(17、18)と同じプラスチックを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の製造方法。
- シート金属からなる完全に形成された缶蓋部(14)は、一致した形状を有するプラスチックフィルム(17)、特に熱成形プラスチックフィルムと一緒に接合されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記缶蓋部(14)は、一方の片側で前記プラスチックフィルム(17)と、他方の片側で前記缶蓋(9)の開口部を覆う閉鎖要素(18)と接合され、射出成形プラスチック、特にポリプロピレン又はポリエチレンテレフタレートで特に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の製造方法。
- 両方の接合プロセスが1つのワークステップで行われることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の製造方法。
- プレス機(1)は、上部ツール(6)と下部ツール(5)、及び缶蓋(9)の領域に交番電磁場を供給するための中空導体(11)を備えた接合プロセスに使用される。誘導加熱のため、上部ツール(6)は缶蓋(9)の片側に逆の形状を持ち、下部ツールは缶蓋(9)の反対側に逆の形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 中空導体(11)は、接合される缶蓋(9)の受容領域の互いに反対側に配置される部分、特に缶蓋(9)の周辺領域のリング形状領域(12)と、リング状領域(12)内に配置され、缶蓋(9)の中央領域に2つ、3つ、又はそれ以上の巻線を有する螺旋領域(13)とを有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の製造方法。
- 中空導体(11)の側面に位置するツール(6)は、形状安定性の高い材料、特にプラスチックを含み、反対側に配置されたツール(5)は、弾性材料、特にエラストマー材料を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の製造方法。
- 形状安定性の高いツール(6)は前記プラスチックフィルム(17)に関連付けられていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の製造方法。
- 前記プラスチックフィルム(17)に関連するツール(6)は、接合プロセス中に前記プラスチックフィルム(17)に脆弱化ラインを導入するためのリブを有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の製造方法。
- 少なくとも1つのツール(5、6)には、閉じ込められ得る空気を受け入れるための自由空間を作るための窪みがあることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 接合される部分(14、17、18)は、接合プロセス中に真空によって互いに保持されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 回転インデックステーブルは、接合プロセスのために缶蓋(9)の個々のコンポーネント(14、17、18)を接合するために使用されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記回転インデックステーブルには、少なくとも1つの充電ステーション用の真空供給装置を備え、個々の充電ステーション用の真空供給装置は、円形の分配器によって真空が供給されるバルブを介してオンとオフを切り替えることができることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の製造方法。
