Abstract

一種滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統,其包含:一電控裝置,其電連接一變速驅動單元,該變速驅動單元連接一傳動帶式無段變速器或一滾球式無段變速器;該傳動帶式無段變速器具有一驅動輪、一從動輪及一傳動帶,該傳動帶活動套設於該驅動輪及該從動輪;該滾球式無段變速器具有一變速框體、複數變速單元、一圓環形驅動體、二斜向支撐單元、一動力輸入轉體及一動力輸出轉體。藉此,本發明之滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統可藉由電控裝置及無段變速器提升變速的效能。

Description

滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統
本發明係提供一種滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統,尤指一種可藉由電控裝置及無段變速器提升變速的效能者。
為使交通工具可調整速度或降低油耗,因此目前的交通工具皆設置有排檔機構。一般的排檔機構主要係藉由齒輪組,或齒輪組與油道,然而,由於齒輪組,或齒輪組與油道的機構複雜、體積龐大、排檔區間小、傳動損耗多且排檔時易有頓挫。因此,如何發明出一種滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統,以使其可藉由電控裝置及無段變速器提升變速的效能,將是本發明所欲積極揭露之處。
有鑑於上述習知技術之缺憾,發明人有感其未臻於完善,遂竭其心智悉心研究克服,進而研發出一種滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統,以期達到藉由電控裝置及無段變速器提升變速的效能的目的。
本發明係提供一種滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統,其包含:一電控裝置,其電連接一變速驅動單元,該變速驅動單元連接一傳動帶式無段變速器或一滾球式無段變速器;該傳動帶式無段變速器具有一驅動輪、一從動輪及一傳動帶,該傳動帶活動套設於該驅動輪之V形槽及該從動輪之V形槽,該驅動輪具有一內驅動半輪及一外驅動半輪,該從動輪具有一內從動半輪及一外從動半輪,該變速驅動單元連接該內驅動半輪;該滾球式無段變速器具有一變速框體、複數變速單元、一圓環形驅動體、二斜向支撐單元、一動力輸入轉體及一動力輸出轉體;該變速框體具有複數容置孔、複數十字形導引槽及複數導引槽,該等容置孔、該等十字形導引槽及該等導引槽分別呈圓環狀排列,該等導引槽、該等容置孔及該等十字形導引槽由內而外排列,各該容置孔連通於各該十字形導引槽與各該導引槽之間;該等變速單元分別具有一變速球體、一變速桿體及一變速滑桿,各該變速桿體活動穿設於各該變速球體,各該變速滑桿垂直連接於各該變速桿體外露於各該變速球體的一端部,各該變速球體活動容置於各該容置孔且外露於各該容置孔的二開放側,各該變速滑桿及各該變速桿體外露於各該變速球體的一端部滑移於各該十字形導引槽,各該變速桿體外露於各該變速球體的另一端部滑移於各該導引槽;該圓環形驅動體活動套設於該變速框體,該圓環形驅動體具有複數斜向導引孔,該等斜向導引孔分別活動套設於該等變速桿體以導引該等變速桿體沿該圓環形驅動體的軸向移動;該等斜向支撐單元分別具有一斜向支撐環體、一截錐形滾珠環體及一斜向支撐體,各該斜向支撐環體具有一外傾支撐環面及一內傾夾制環面,各該斜向支撐體具有一外傾夾制環面,該等斜向支撐體分別連接於該變速框體的二側面,各該截錐形滾珠環體夾制於各該內傾夾制環面與各該外傾夾制環面之間,該等外傾支撐環面分別由該等容置孔的二開放側支撐該等變速球體;該動力輸入轉體具有一內傾動力輸入夾制環面;該動力輸出轉體具有一內傾動力輸出夾制環面,該內傾動力輸入夾制環面及該內傾動力輸出夾制環面分別由該等容置孔的二開放側夾制該等變速球體,該變速驅動單元連接該圓環形驅動體。
上述的滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統中,該電控裝置具有一處理器、一感測器控制單元及一變速控制單元,該感測器控制單元及該變速控制單元電連接該處理器,該感測器控制單元電連接一檔位感測器、一引擎轉速感測器、一油門位置感測器或一電門位置感測器及一車速感測器,該變速控制單元電連接該變速驅動單元。
上述的滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統中,該電控裝置具有電連接該處理器的一輸入單元、一顯示單元、一輸出單元、一供電單元或其任意組合。
上述的滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統中,該變速驅動單元具有相互連接的一驅動馬達及一驅動齒輪,該驅動馬達電連接該電控裝置,該驅動齒輪連接該內驅動半輪或該圓環形驅動體。
上述的滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統中,該變速框體具有相互連接的二半變速框體,該等半變速框體分別具有複數半容置孔、複數半十字形導引槽及複數半導引槽,以連接形成該等容置孔、該等十字形導引槽及該等導引槽。

如上所述,本發明之滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統可藉由電控裝置的電子控制及無段變速器的低磨耗來提升石化燃料車輛、複合動力車輛或電動車輛變速的效能。
請參考圖14,如圖所示,當該動力輸入轉體轉動4且該等變速滑桿23向右滑移時,該等變速桿體22及該等變速球體21會向右偏轉且各該變速桿體22會相對於各該變速球體21滑移,該動力輸出轉體4便會以相反於該動力輸入轉體4的轉動方向轉動,且該動力輸出轉體5的轉速會小於該動力輸入轉體4的轉速,以達到降速的功效;當該動力輸入轉體4轉動且該等變速滑桿23向左滑移時,該等變速桿體22及該等變速球體21會向左偏轉且各該變速桿體22會相對於各該變速球體21滑移,該動力輸出轉體5便會以相反於該動力輸入轉體4的轉動方向轉動,且該動力輸出轉體5的轉速會大於該動力輸入轉體4的轉速,以達到升速的功效。
請參考圖14,如圖所示,該等變速球體21係活動夾制於該內傾動力輸入夾制環面41、該內傾動力輸出夾制環面51及該等外傾支撐環面311之間,因此各該變速球體21僅係四點夾持,摩擦力小,傳動效率高,且變速時不會產生頓挫;另外,該變速框體1、該等變速單元2及該等斜向支撐單元3可藉由該動力輸入轉體4的內傾動力輸入夾制環面41及該動力輸出轉體5的內傾動力輸出夾制環面51的夾制而浮動於該動力輸入轉體4與該動力輸出轉體5之間,因此該動力輸入轉體4開始轉動時,或該動力輸入轉體4轉動且該等變速單元2偏轉時,各個元件仍可保持良好的接觸而使得傳動效率高;再者,本發明的滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統的該等變速單元2可偏轉的幅度大,因此可以小體積的機構而具有大幅度的無段變速區間。
請參考圖1至圖3,如圖所示,上述的滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統中,該電控裝置9可具有一處理器91、一感測器控制單元92及一變速控制單元93,該處理器91可為中央處理器或微處理器以處理電子訊號且可具有記憶體,該感測器控制單元92及該變速控制單元93電連接該處理器91,該感測器控制單元92及該變速控制單元93分別可為一控制電路,該感測器控制單元92可電連接一檔位感測器921、一引擎轉速感測器922(或一馬達轉速感測器)、一油門位置感測器923(或一電門位置感測器926)及一車速感測器924,該變速控制單元93電連接該變速驅動單元7,另外,當離合器接合後,該車速感測器924亦可以一驅動輪轉速感測器925替代。藉此,該處理器91可如目前的各式自動排檔運作模式接收該檔位感測器921、該引擎轉速感測器922(或該馬達轉速感測器)、該油門位置感測器923(或該電門位置感測器926)及該車速感測器924的電子訊號以進行計算處理,之後再輸出電子訊號至該變速控制單元93以控制該變速驅動單元7對該傳動帶式無段變速器8或該滾球式無段變速器進行無段變速。
請參考圖1,如圖所示,上述的滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統中,該電控裝置9可具有電連接該處理器的一輸入單元94、一顯示單元95、一輸出單元96、一供電單元97或其任意組合。該輸入單元94可具有按鍵或其他手動介面以對該電控裝置9進行手動控制,進而進行無段變速;該顯示單元95可為顯示器以顯示排檔模式、檔位、引擎轉速(或馬達轉速)或車速…等資訊;該輸出單元96可為RS232或其他輸出介面以對外部的電子裝置(如維修用的電腦)輸出電子訊號;該供電單元97可為電池以供應電源至該處理器及其他相電連接的電子裝置。
請參考圖1至圖3,如圖所示,上述的滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統中,該變速驅動單元7可具有相互連接的一驅動馬達71及一驅動齒輪72,該驅動馬達71電連接該電控裝置9的變速控制單元93,該驅動齒輪72連接該內驅動半輪811的齒輪組或該圓環形驅動體6。該驅動馬達71可接收該變速控制單元93的電子訊號以驅動該驅動齒輪72順時針轉動或逆時針轉動,進而使該傳動帶式無段變速器或該滾球式無段變速器進行無段變速。
請參考圖5至圖14,如圖所示,上述的滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統中,該變速框體1可具有相互連接的二半變速框體11,該等半變速框體11分別可具有複數半容置孔121、複數半十字形導引槽131及複數半導引槽141,以連接形成該等容置孔12、該等十字形導引槽13及該等導引槽14。藉此,本發明的滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統可便於組裝,且各該變速球體21可藉由各該變速滑桿23及各該變速桿體22浮動樞接於各該容置孔12內。
請參考圖13及圖14,如圖所示,上述的滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統中,各該變速球體21內可具有二限位潤滑套環211及一潤滑套環212,各該限位潤滑套環211可為自潤套環,各該潤滑套環212可為自潤套環,各該變速桿體22可活動穿設該等限位潤滑套環211及該潤滑套環212,且各該變速桿體22可經由該等限位潤滑套環211及該潤滑套環212相對於各該變速球體21滑移並減少摩擦力。
請參考圖3及圖4,如圖所示,上述的滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統中,該圓環形驅動體6可具有一圓環形本體62及至少一圓弧形齒條63,該等斜向導引孔61位於該圓環形本體62且該等斜向導引孔61之間具有相同的間距,該圓弧形齒條63設置於該圓環形本體62的外圓周面上,該變速驅動單元7的驅動齒輪72嚙和於該圓弧形齒條63。藉此,該圓環形驅動體6可經由該驅動馬達71及該驅動齒輪72的帶動而相對於該變速框體1順時針轉動或逆時針轉動,進而使該滾球式無段變速器進行無段變速。
請參考圖9至圖12,如圖所示,上述的滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統中,各該斜向支撐體33可呈T形,各該斜向支撐體33的凸出部332可穿過各該截錐形滾珠環體32及各該斜向支撐環體31後連接於該變速框體1一側面的圓柱狀凹槽內。藉此,本發明的滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統可便於組裝該等變速球體21於該變速框體1。
請參考圖9至圖12,如圖所示,上述的滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統中,各該斜向支撐體33的凸出部332可具有圓環狀排列的複數延伸導引槽3321以分別連通該等導引槽14。藉此,本發明的滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統可提升該等變速單元2的偏轉幅度。
請參考圖13及圖14,如圖所示,上述的滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統中,該動力輸入轉體4可具有一第一軸體42,該動力輸出轉體5可具有一第二軸體52,該第一軸體42及該第二軸體52可分別經由一軸承333樞接該等斜向支撐體33。藉此,本發明的滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統可進一步使該變速框體1、該等變速單元2及該等斜向支撐單元3穩定連接於該動力輸入轉體4與該動力輸出轉體5之間。
本發明在上文中已以較佳實施例揭露,然熟習本項技術者應理解的是,該實施例僅用於描繪本發明,而不應解讀為限制本發明之範圍。應注意的是,舉凡與該實施例等效之變化與置換,均應設為涵蓋於本發明之範疇內。因此,本發明之保護範圍當以申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統,其包含: 一電控裝置,其電連接一變速驅動單元,該變速驅動單元連接一傳動帶式無段變速器或一滾球式無段變速器; 該傳動帶式無段變速器具有一驅動輪、一從動輪及一傳動帶,該傳動帶活動套設於該驅動輪之V形槽及該從動輪之V形槽,該驅動輪具有一內驅動半輪及一外驅動半輪,該從動輪具有一內從動半輪及一外從動半輪,該變速驅動單元連接該內驅動半輪; 該滾球式無段變速器具有一變速框體、複數變速單元、一圓環形驅動體、二斜向支撐單元、一動力輸入轉體及一動力輸出轉體;該變速框體具有複數容置孔、複數十字形導引槽及複數導引槽,該等容置孔、該等十字形導引槽及該等導引槽分別呈圓環狀排列,該等導引槽、該等容置孔及該等十字形導引槽由內而外排列,各該容置孔連通於各該十字形導引槽與各該導引槽之間;該等變速單元分別具有一變速球體、一變速桿體及一變速滑桿,各該變速桿體活動穿設於各該變速球體,各該變速滑桿垂直連接於各該變速桿體外露於各該變速球體的一端部,各該變速球體活動容置於各該容置孔且外露於各該容置孔的二開放側,各該變速滑桿及各該變速桿體外露於各該變速球體的一端部滑移於各該十字形導引槽,各該變速桿體外露於各該變速球體的另一端部滑移於各該導引槽;該圓環形驅動體活動套設於該變速框體,該圓環形驅動體具有複數斜向導引孔,該等斜向導引孔分別活動套設於該等變速桿體以導引該等變速桿體沿該圓環形驅動體的軸向移動;該等斜向支撐單元分別具有一斜向支撐環體、一截錐形滾珠環體及一斜向支撐體,各該斜向支撐環體具有一外傾支撐環面及一內傾夾制環面,各該斜向支撐體具有一外傾夾制環面,該等斜向支撐體分別連接於該變速框體的二側面,各該截錐形滾珠環體夾制於各該內傾夾制環面與各該外傾夾制環面之間,該等外傾支撐環面分別由該等容置孔的二開放側支撐該等變速球體;該動力輸入轉體具有一內傾動力輸入夾制環面;該動力輸出轉體具有一內傾動力輸出夾制環面,該內傾動力輸入夾制環面及該內傾動力輸出夾制環面分別由該等容置孔的二開放側夾制該等變速球體,該變速驅動單元連接該圓環形驅動體。
  2. 如請求項1所述之滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統,其中該電控裝置具有一處理器、一感測器控制單元及一變速控制單元,該感測器控制單元及該變速控制單元電連接該處理器,該感測器控制單元電連接一檔位感測器、一引擎轉速感測器、一油門位置感測器或一電門位置感測器及一車速感測器,該變速控制單元電連接該變速驅動單元。
  3. 如請求項2所述之滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統,其中該電控裝置具有電連接該處理器的一輸入單元、一顯示單元、一輸出單元、一供電單元或其任意組合。
  4. 如請求項1所述之滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統,其中該變速驅動單元具有相互連接的一驅動馬達及一驅動齒輪,該驅動馬達電連接該電控裝置,該驅動齒輪連接該內驅動半輪或該圓環形驅動體。
  5. 如請求項1所述之滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統,其中該變速框體具有相互連接的二半變速框體,該等半變速框體分別具有複數半容置孔、複數半十字形導引槽及複數半導引槽,以連接形成該等容置孔、該等十字形導引槽及該等導引槽。
  6. 如請求項1所述之滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統,其中各該變速球體內具有二限位潤滑套環及一潤滑套環,該潤滑套環位於該等限位潤滑套環之間,各該變速桿體活動穿設該等限位潤滑套環及該潤滑套環。
  7. 如請求項1所述之滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統,其中該圓環形驅動體具有一圓環形本體及至少一圓弧形齒條,該等斜向導引孔位於該圓環形本體,該圓弧形齒條設置於該圓環形本體的外圓周面上,該變速驅動單元連接該圓弧形齒條。
  8. 如請求項1所述之滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統,其中各該斜向支撐體呈T形,各該斜向支撐體的凸出部穿過各該截錐形滾珠環體及各該斜向支撐環體後連接於該變速框體的一側面。
  9. 如請求項8所述之滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統,其中各該斜向支撐體的凸出部具有圓環狀排列的複數延伸導引槽以分別連通該等導引槽。
  10. 如請求項1所述之滾動車輛之無段變速控制系統,其中該動力輸入轉體具有一第一軸體,該動力輸出轉體具有一第二軸體,該第一軸體及該第二軸體分別樞接該等斜向支撐體。
