Abstract
一種隱形眼鏡鏡片,包括基體,所述隱形眼鏡鏡片還包括混合於該基體中之聚合物納米膠囊,該聚合物納米膠囊能夠藉由化學反應釋放氧氣。本發明還提供一種用於製備上述隱形眼鏡鏡片之隱形眼鏡鏡片材料。
Description
本發明涉及一種隱形眼鏡鏡片材料,以及由該隱形眼鏡鏡片材料製備之隱形眼鏡鏡片。
隱形眼鏡基本上分類為軟質型和硬質型眼鏡。其中,軟質隱形眼鏡通常分為水凝膠隱形眼鏡和非水凝膠隱形眼鏡。
常規之軟質水凝膠隱形眼鏡通常由親水性單體(例如甲基丙烯酸羥基乙酯、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮等)之共聚物組成,且可藉由車床切割方法、旋轉澆築方法、注塑成型方法或其組合,之後藉由於生理鹽水和/或磷酸鹽緩衝溶液中進行溶脹處理以獲得含水量20%-80%(品質百分比)之眼鏡而製成。
隱形眼鏡於佩戴時舒適且安全是重要。舉例來說,矽水凝膠隱形眼鏡對於每日使用、佩戴過夜和/或長期連續佩戴之方式佩戴,佩戴時應當是舒適且安全。但是。現如今之隱形眼鏡於佩戴器件會將鏡片粘附到角膜上,由於鏡片之透氧性不高,使得角膜缺氧從而導致佩戴者眼鏡不適、角膜水腫、視力模糊等問題。另外,這類鏡片於夜間佩戴時還容易導致角膜腫脹之問題。
鑒於以上內容,有必要提供一種能夠提高透氧性且不易導致角膜腫脹之隱形眼鏡鏡片。
一種隱形眼鏡鏡片,包括基體,所述隱形眼鏡鏡片還包括混合於該基體中之聚合物納米膠囊,該聚合物納米膠囊能夠藉由化學反應釋放氧氣。
一種隱形眼鏡鏡片材料,用以製備隱形眼鏡鏡片,該隱形眼鏡鏡片材料包括由聚合物納米膠囊、親水性單體、水合聚合物、光引發劑以及交聯劑組成之混合物,於紫外光照射下,所述親水性單體和水合聚合物可於光引發劑以及交聯劑之作用下發生共聚反應後形成基體,該聚合物納米膠囊混合於該基體中。
與習知技術相比,上述隱形眼鏡鏡片中之聚合物納米膠囊能夠於基體內藉由化學反應產生氧氣,以提高該隱形眼鏡鏡片之透氧性,並可以為角膜等部位提供必要之氧氣,防止角膜因缺氧而腫脹並對眼睛造成傷害。

於下列敘述中,各式特定細節系用以提供本發明實施例之通盤瞭解。本發明將配合其較佳實施例詳述於下,應理解之是本發明中所有較佳實施例僅為例示之用,並非用以限制本發明。熟之該項技術者亦應理解,本發明之實施不須一或多特定細節,或其他特定方法。本發明可以應用於各種隱形眼鏡,以下做一說明。
本發明之一較佳實施方式用以提供一種隱形眼鏡鏡片,該隱形眼鏡鏡片包括基體及混合於該基體中之聚合物納米膠囊。其中,該聚合物納米膠囊包括過氧化氫(H2O2)溶液及用以包裹該過氧化氫溶液之壁材。該聚合物納米膠囊之壁材能夠於該基體中緩慢分解而釋放出該過氧化氫溶液,該過氧化氫自行分解並釋放出氧氣和水,提高該隱形眼鏡之透氧性,並為角膜等部位提供氧氣和水,從而防止角膜因缺氧而腫脹等問題。進一步於使用該隱形眼鏡鏡片時,於可見光之照射下,該過氧化氫之分解速度加快,從而加快氧氣之釋放速度。進一步於使用該隱形眼鏡鏡片時,可添加少量之過氧化氫酶,從而促進過氧化氫分解釋放氧氣,從而進一步加快氧氣之釋放速度。另外,由於過氧化氫本身具有消毒功能,從而為該隱形眼鏡鏡片提供消毒功能,防止眼鏡受到納米生物之感染。
於本實施方式中,該聚合物納米膠囊於隱形眼鏡鏡片中所佔之品質百分比為0.01%-5%。
於本實施方式中,該聚合物納米膠囊包括過氧化氫溶液及用以包裹該過氧化氫溶液之壁材。其中,該過氧化氫溶液於該聚合物納米膠囊中所佔之品質百分比為0.05%-10%,該過氧化氫溶液中過氧化氫之濃度為1%~35%(品質百分比)。該壁材是可分解之高分子材料。進一步該可分解之高分子材料包含甲殼素、聚乳酸羥基乙酸共聚物(PLGA)、海藻酸鈉、明膠或其他天然或合成之可分解性高分子等。
於本實施方式中,該隱形眼鏡鏡片可以是水凝膠鏡片或矽水凝膠鏡片。當該隱形眼鏡鏡片為水凝膠鏡片時,該基體為水凝膠;當該隱形眼鏡鏡片為矽水凝膠鏡片時,該基體為矽水凝膠。其中,所述水凝膠和矽水凝膠均由親水性單體和水合聚合物於光引發劑以及交聯劑之作用下發生共聚反應後形成。其中,所述水合聚合物做為水凝膠和矽水凝膠之主鏈,所述親水性單體作為水凝膠和矽水凝膠中功能性之單體以增加其親水性和透氧性等性能。進一步該親水性單體和水合聚合物於所述隱形眼鏡鏡片中所佔之品質百分比為94%-99.95%。該交聯劑於所述隱形眼鏡鏡片中所佔之品質百分比為0.001%~2%。該引發劑於所述隱形眼鏡鏡片中所佔之品質百分比為0.005%~1.5%。
更具體當該基體為水凝膠時,所述親水性單體可選自N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)、甲基丙烯酸縮水甘油酯(GMA)以及N,N-二甲基丙烯醯胺(DMAA)中之其中一種,所述水合聚合物可包括甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)以及甲基丙烯酸羥乙酯(HEMA)。當該基體為矽水凝膠時,所述親水性單體可為N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP),所述水合聚合物可包括甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸羥乙酯(HEMA)、聚二甲基矽氧烷(PDMS)以及三羥甲基氨基甲烷(TRIS)。其中,所述光引發劑可採用Irgacure-1173(化工行業標準型號),所述交聯劑可採用二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDMA)。
於本實施方式中,本發明隱形眼鏡鏡片之生產制程可採用模子製作隱形眼鏡鏡片,包括注模或旋模。注模成型法適合作為短天期拋棄式鏡片或醫療使用。旋模成型法是將特殊配方之定量液態單體注入設定轉速之模內,液態單體因模子高速旋轉下離心力之作用形成凝膠,並經過脫模、水化等步驟得到隱形眼鏡鏡片。鏡片曲度由模具型狀、模子轉速控制,因其製造之鏡片抗韌度較佳,適合使用於長戴型或較長天期之拋棄式鏡片使用。
本發明還提供一種用於製備上述隱形眼鏡鏡片之隱形眼鏡鏡片材料,其包括由聚合物納米膠囊、親水性單體、水合聚合物、光引發劑以及交聯劑組成之混合物。其中,於紫外光照射下,所述親水性單體和水合聚合物可於光引發劑以及交聯劑之作用下發生共聚反應後形成基體,使該聚合物納米膠囊混合於該基體中。該聚合物納米膠囊包括過氧化氫溶液以及用以包裹該過氧化氫溶液之壁材。
本發明項所述之隱形眼鏡鏡片中之聚合物納米膠囊中之過氧化氫能夠於光照等條件下分解成氧氣和水,以提高該隱形眼鏡鏡片之透氧性,並可以為角膜等部位提供必要之氧氣和水,防止角膜因缺氧而腫脹並對眼睛造成傷害。更進一步地,該過氧化氫還可以為該隱形眼鏡鏡片提供消毒功能,防止眼睛受到納米生物之感染。

Claims (10)
- 一種隱形眼鏡鏡片,包括基體,所述隱形眼鏡鏡片還包括混合於該基體中之聚合物納米膠囊,該聚合物納米膠囊能夠藉由化學反應釋放氧氣。
- 如請求項第1項所述之隱形眼鏡鏡片,其中該聚合物納米膠囊包括過氧化氫溶液及包裹該過氧化氫溶液之壁材。
- 如請求項第1項所述之隱形眼鏡鏡片,其中該聚合物納米膠囊於該隱形眼鏡鏡片中所佔之品質百分比為0.01%-5%。
- 如請求項第3項所述之隱形眼鏡鏡片,其中該過氧化氫溶液於該聚合物納米膠囊中所佔之品質百分比為0.05%-10%,該過氧化氫溶液中過氧化氫之濃度為1%~35%(品質百分比)。
- 如請求項第2項所述之隱形眼鏡鏡片,其中該壁材是可分解之高分子材料。
- 如請求項第5項所述之隱形眼鏡鏡片,其中該可分解之高分子材料包含甲殼素、聚乳酸羥基乙酸共聚物、海藻酸鈉、明膠或其他天然或合成之可分解性高分子。
- 如請求項第1中項所述之隱形眼鏡鏡片,其中該基體為水凝膠,所述親水性單體選自N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、甲基丙烯酸縮水甘油酯以及N,N-二甲基丙烯醯胺之其中一種,所述水合聚合物包括甲基丙烯酸甲酯以及甲基丙烯酸羥乙酯。
- 如請求項第1中項所述之隱形眼鏡鏡片,其中該基體為矽水凝膠,所述親水性單體為N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮,所述水合聚合物包括甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸羥乙酯、聚二甲基矽氧烷以及三羥甲基氨基甲烷。
- 一種隱形眼鏡鏡片材料,用以製備隱形眼鏡鏡片,其中該隱形眼鏡鏡片材料包括由聚合物納米膠囊、親水性單體、水合聚合物、光引發劑以及交聯劑組成之混合物,於紫外光照射下,所述親水性單體和水合聚合物可於光引發劑以及交聯劑之作用下發生共聚反應後形成基體,該聚合物納米膠囊混合於該基體中。
- 如請求項第9項所述之隱形眼鏡鏡片材料,其中該聚合物納米膠囊包括過氧化氫溶液及包裹該過氧化氫溶液之壁材。
