Description
本發明涉及一種眼用鏡片及其製備方法。
近年來,隨著近視人群的數量越來越多,隱形眼鏡因其便攜、美觀的特性而被廣泛使用。此外,對於高度近視者一般會藉由將透明晶(晶狀體)全摘除,然後植入眼內鏡片(人工晶狀體等),以使高度近視者可看清物體。長時間使用隱形眼鏡、眼內鏡片等眼用鏡片容易引起眼睛發炎等症狀。然而,目前的眼用鏡片以使使用者可看清物體為主要目的,不具有預防及治療眼睛發炎、眼睛出血、眼疲勞等症狀的效果。
有鑑於此,有必要提供一種治療並預防上述症狀的眼用鏡片。
另,還有必要提供一種上述眼用鏡片的製備方法。
一種眼用鏡片,其包括基體及分散於該基體中的小米草提取物。
一種所述眼用鏡片的製備方法,其包括如下步驟:將水凝膠前驅體或矽水凝膠前驅體與小米草提取物混合均勻,得到混合溶液;提供一眼用鏡片模具,將上述混合溶液置於眼用鏡片模具中;紫外光照射所述眼用鏡片模具中的混合溶液,使水凝膠前驅體或矽水凝膠前驅體發生共聚反應而形成含有小米草提取物的眼用鏡片。
一種所述眼用鏡片的製備方法,其包括如下步驟:提供一眼用鏡片模具,將水凝膠前驅體或矽水凝膠前驅體置於眼用鏡片模具中;紫外光照射所述眼用鏡片模具中的水凝膠前驅體或矽水凝膠前驅體,使水凝膠前驅體或矽水凝膠前驅體發生共聚反應而形成基體,製得鏡片;將鏡片浸入液態的小米草提取物中使小米草提取物滲入鏡片中,製得含有小米草提取物的眼用鏡片。
所述眼用鏡片中含有小米草提取物,該小米草提取物可從眼用鏡片中緩慢釋放出來,以治療眼睛發炎(如結膜炎、瞼緣炎、麥粒腫)、眼睛出血、眼疲勞等症狀,該緩釋出來的小米草提取物還具有消毒、抗氧化、提高視力、提高眼部機能、消除眼袋、消除黑眼圈等作用。

本發明較佳實施方式提供一種眼用鏡片,其可為隱形眼鏡、眼內鏡片(AIOL)等,該眼內鏡片可為人工晶狀體(IOLs)等。該眼用鏡片包括基體以及分散於該基體中的小米草提取物(eyebright extract)。該小米草提取物可以從基體中緩慢釋放出來,以治療眼睛發炎(如結膜炎、瞼緣炎、麥粒腫)、眼睛出血、眼疲勞等症狀,該緩釋出來的小米草提取物還具有消毒、抗氧化、提高視力、提高眼部機能、消除眼袋、消除黑眼圈等作用。
眾所周知,小米草是一年生草本植物,具有藥用價值,小米草具有清熱解毒、消除眼睛疲勞、提高視力、增進視力及眼部機能、消減眼袋及黑眼圈、抗氧化保護心臟健康、利尿的功效,小米草可以用於治療眼部充血、角膜炎、結膜炎、麥粒腫、眼膜刺激(eye irritation)、支氣管炎、鼻竇感染等。
所述小米草提取物從小米草中萃取所得。該小米草提取物的製備方法可為:將小米草全草的地上部分直接粉碎;然後將粉碎的小米草加入至水和乙醇的混合溶劑中進行萃取,得到混合物;接著上述混合物過濾以將固體殘渣去除,得到萃取液;去除萃取液中殘留的乙醇,即製得液態的小米草提取物。該小米草提取物還可進一步由液態濃縮乾燥為固態。本實施例中,該小米草提取物為液態的。
所述小米草提取物也可以藉由其它有機溶劑或水萃取得到。所述小米草提取物還可以直接採用國內外公司(如西安迪恩生物工程有限公司、鉅得生技股份有限公司)所生產的小米草提取物 (目前已有小米草提取物銷售)。
所述小米草提取物的主要有效成分為黃酮(flavone),即小米草黃酮。
所述眼用鏡片中,基體的質量百分比為90%~99.9999%,小米草提取物的質量百分比為0.0001%~10%。
所述眼用鏡片為水凝膠鏡片或矽水凝膠鏡片。當該眼用鏡片為水凝膠鏡片時,該基體為水凝膠基體;當該眼用鏡片為矽水凝膠鏡片時,該基體為矽水凝膠基體。其中,該水凝膠基體由水凝膠前驅體在紫外光(UV光)的作用下發生共聚反應後形成,該水凝膠前驅體含有水合聚合物、光引發劑及交聯劑。該矽水凝膠基體由矽水凝膠前驅體在UV光的作用下發生共聚反應後形成,該矽水凝膠前驅體含有水合聚合物、光引發劑及交聯劑。
當所述基體為水凝膠基體時,所述水合聚合物可選自甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)以及甲基丙烯酸羥乙酯(HEMA)中的一種或兩種。當所述基體為矽水凝膠基體時,所述水合聚合物可選自甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸羥乙酯(HEMA)、聚二甲基矽氧烷(PDMS)以及三羥甲基氨基甲烷(TRIS)中的一種或幾種。其中,所述光引發劑可採用Irgacure-1173(化工行業標準型號)等常規用於製備眼用鏡片的光引發劑,所述交聯劑可採用二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDMA)等常規用於製備眼用鏡片的交聯劑。
可以理解,所述水凝膠前驅體和矽水凝膠前驅體還可以包括親水性單體。該親水性單體作為水凝膠基體和矽水凝膠基體中功能性的單體以增加其親水性和透氧性等性能。當所述基體為水凝膠基體的時候,所述親水性單體可選自N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)、甲基丙烯酸縮水甘油酯(GMA)以及N,N-二甲基丙烯醯胺(DMAA)中的一種或幾種。當所述基體為矽水凝膠基體時,所述親水性單體可為N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)。
本發明一實施方式的所述眼用鏡片的製備方法包括如下步驟:
將水凝膠前驅體或矽水凝膠前驅體與小米草提取物按照預設比例混合均勻,得到混合溶液;
提供一眼用鏡片模具,將上述混合溶液置於眼用鏡片模具中;
UV光照射所述眼用鏡片模具中的混合溶液,使水凝膠前驅體或矽水凝膠前驅體發生共聚反應而形成基體,使該小米草提取物混合於該基體中,即製得含有小米草提取物的眼用鏡片。
本發明另一實施方式的眼用鏡片的製備方法包括如下步驟:
提供一眼用鏡片模具,將水凝膠前驅體或矽水凝膠前驅體置於眼用鏡片模具中;
UV光照射所述眼用鏡片模具中的水凝膠前驅體或矽水凝膠前驅體,使水凝膠前驅體或矽水凝膠前驅體發生共聚反應而形成基體,製得不含有小米草提取物的鏡片;
將上述鏡片浸入液態的小米草提取物中一段時間使小米草提取物滲入鏡片中,即製得含有小米草提取物的眼用鏡片。
下面藉由具體的實施例來對本發明做進一步說明。
實施例1
該眼用鏡片中,基體的質量百分含量為98.5%,小米草提取物的質量百分含量為1.5%。
該基體為水凝膠基體,將64mg甲基丙烯酸羥乙酯、3mg二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、0.05mg Irgacure-1173及1mg小米草提取物混合均勻,然後將混合溶液置於眼用鏡片模具中,在UV光下照射30min,即製得含有小米草提取物的眼用鏡片。
實施例2
該眼用鏡片中,基體的質量百分含量為99.5%,小米草提取物的質量百分含量為0.5%。
該基體為水凝膠基體,該眼用鏡片藉由將64mg甲基丙烯酸羥乙酯、3mg二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯及0.05mg Irgacure-1173混合均勻,然後將該混合溶液置於眼用鏡片模具中,在UV光下照射30min後製得不含有小米草的鏡片,然後將該不含有小米草的眼用鏡片浸入西安迪恩生物工程有限公司所生產的質量濃度為10mg/mL的小米草溶液中一段時間後取出,即製得含有小米草提取物的眼用鏡片。
本發明的眼用鏡片包含有小米草提取物,該小米草提取物可以從眼用鏡片中緩慢釋放出來,以治療眼睛發炎(如結膜炎、瞼緣炎、麥粒腫)、眼睛出血、眼疲勞等症狀,該緩釋出來的小米草提取物還具有消毒、抗氧化、提高視力、提高眼部機能、消除眼袋、消除黑眼圈等作用。
另外,對於本領域的普通技術人員來說,可以根據本發明的技術構思做出其它各種相應的改變與變形,而所有這些改變與變形都應屬於本發明申請專利範圍的保護範圍。

Claims (10)
- 一種眼用鏡片,其包括基體,其改良在於,該眼用鏡片還包括分散於所述基體中的小米草提取物。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的眼用鏡片,其中,所述眼用鏡片中,基體的質量百分含量為90%~99.9999%,小米草提取物的質量百分含量為0.0001%~10%。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的眼用鏡片,其中,所述小米草提取物中含有黃酮。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的眼用鏡片,其中,所述基體為水凝膠基體或矽水凝膠基體,該水凝膠基體由水凝膠前驅體在紫外光的作用下發生共聚反應後形成,該矽水凝膠基體由矽水凝膠前驅體在紫外光的作用下發生共聚反應後形成。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述的眼用鏡片,其中,所述水凝膠前驅體或矽水凝膠前驅體包含水合聚合物、光引發劑及交聯劑。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的眼用鏡片,其中,所述水凝膠前驅體或矽水凝膠前驅體還包含親水性單體,當所述基體為水凝膠基體時,所述親水性單體選自N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、甲基丙烯酸縮水甘油酯以及N,N-二甲基丙烯醯胺中的一種或幾種;當所述基體為矽水凝膠基體時,所述親水性單體為N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的眼用鏡片,其中,當所述基體為水凝膠基體時,所述水合聚合物選自甲基丙烯酸甲酯以及甲基丙烯酸羥乙酯中的一種或兩種;當所述基體為矽水凝膠基體時,所述水合聚合物選自甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸羥乙酯、聚二甲基矽氧烷以及三羥甲基氨基甲烷中的一種或幾種。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的眼用鏡片,其中,所述光引發劑為Irgacure-1173,所述交聯劑為二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯。
- 一種申請專利範圍第1至8項任意一項所述的眼用鏡片的製備方法,其包括如下步驟:
將水凝膠前驅體或矽水凝膠前驅體與小米草提取物混合均勻,得到混合溶液;
提供一眼用鏡片模具,將上述混合溶液置於眼用鏡片模具中;
紫外光照射所述眼用鏡片模具中的混合溶液,使水凝膠前驅體或矽水凝膠前驅體發生共聚反應而形成含有小米草提取物的眼用鏡片。 - 一種申請專利範圍第1至8項任意一項所述的眼用鏡片的製備方法,其包括如下步驟:
提供一眼用鏡片模具,將水凝膠前驅體或矽水凝膠前驅體置於眼用鏡片模具中;
紫外光照射所述眼用鏡片模具中的水凝膠前驅體或矽水凝膠前驅體,使水凝膠前驅體或矽水凝膠前驅體發生共聚反應而形成基體,製得鏡片;
將鏡片浸入液態的小米草提取物中使小米草提取物滲入鏡片中,製得含有小米草提取物的眼用鏡片。
