Abstract

一種緩衝式輪構件,包括:一環形輪本體,其上軸向貫穿形成有一穿孔;一輪軸,軸向設置在穿孔中心;以及複數緩衝輪輻,呈現彎弧狀且具有彈性,各緩衝輪輻的二端分別連接穿孔內壁以及輪軸外壁,且各緩衝輪輻可受力進行可恢復之形變,使輪軸在受力時偏離穿孔中心,不受力時回到穿孔中心。緩衝式輪構件可提供迫緊或是緩衝效果。

Description

緩衝式輪構件
本發明關於一種輪狀構件,尤指一種緩衝式輪構件,其可供作點陣式打印機色帶匣內之傳動齒輪,或是作為嬰兒車;手推車等輕型載具的輪子,而能夠提供迫緊與緩衝功能,使得緩衝式輪構件能夠緊密結合其他齒輪構件,或是對輕型載具的載具本體提供緩衝作用,減少在不平地面上滾動時產生的震動感。
目前點陣式打印機所使用之色帶匣的裝置之中,具有相互嚙合的齒輪以便驅動色帶匣內部的色帶,到達打印部位,使打印頭打印出使用者所需的訊息。
請參照圖8,傳統的打印機色帶匣具有一外殼90、一主動輪94、以及一從動輪組。外殼90內形成有一容置空間900,主動輪94以可轉動方式設置在容置空間900內,從動輪組設置在容置空間900內且與主動輪94相結合。從動輪組具有一輪座91、一迫緊彈簧92以及一從動輪93,輪座91樞設在容置空間900內壁,迫緊彈簧92設置在輪座91與容置空間900內壁之間,從動輪93以可轉動方式設置在輪座91上且與主動輪94相嚙合,透過可略為樞轉的輪座91與迫緊彈簧92,可迫使從動輪93緊密靠向並且嚙合主動輪94,避免從動輪93與主動輪94因為咬合不確實而產生相對滑動的問題。
然而上述從動輪組是以複數構件組合而成,造成結構複雜與組裝繁複的問題,且成本相對增加。
此外,就輕型載具,例如嬰兒車而言,均會在嬰兒車體底部設置有滾輪以便使用者將嬰兒車放在地面上推行,然而多數嬰兒車的滾輪上不具有緩衝結構,當嬰兒車在不平的地面上推行時,地面的凹凸起伏會使得滾輪產生震動,造成幼兒與使用者感覺不佳。有些嬰兒車會加裝減震組件來減少震動,然而這些減震組件結構複雜且重量可觀,增加了嬰兒車的總重,並且增加成本。
本發明人有鑑於傳統的打印機色帶匣內部的齒輪須要透過多個構件來維持穩定的結合狀態的,且傳統的嬰兒車缺乏減震結構,或是具有複雜減震組件而增加嬰兒車總重的缺點,為改良其不足與缺失,而發明出一種緩衝式輪構件。
本發明主要目的是提供一種緩衝式輪構件,其可供作打印機色帶匣內之傳動齒輪,或是作為嬰兒車的輪子,而能夠提供迫緊與緩衝功能,使得緩衝式輪構件能夠緊密結合其他齒輪構件,或是對嬰兒車的嬰兒車體提供緩衝作用,減少在不平地面上滾動時產生的震動感。
為達上述目的,令前述緩衝式輪構件包括:
一環形輪本體,其上軸向貫穿形成有一穿孔;
一輪軸,軸向設置在穿孔中心;以及
複數緩衝輪輻,呈現彎弧狀且具有彈性,各緩衝輪輻的二端分別連接穿孔內壁以及輪軸外壁,且各緩衝輪輻可受力進行可恢復之形變,使輪軸在受力時偏離穿孔中心,不受力時回到穿孔中心;
其中,各緩衝輪輻分別具有一第一變形段、一第二變形段以及一第三變形段,該第一變形段呈彎弧狀且連接輪軸外壁,該第二變形段呈彎弧狀且連接第一變形段,該第三變形段呈彎弧狀且連接第二變形段與穿孔內壁。
藉由上述技術手段,位於環形輪本體與輪軸之間的緩衝輪輻可在環形輪本體受到外力的施加而進行適當的形變,藉此,當緩衝式輪構件安裝在一打印機的色帶匣內而作為傳動用之齒輪時,能夠藉由緩衝輪輻之形變而與其他齒輪以迫緊方式緊密的相互嚙合,藉此達到緊密嚙合並避免鬆脫之目的;當緩衝式輪構件作為嬰兒車之滾輪使用時,其可藉由吸收來自地面之衝擊力道,避免衝擊力直接傳遞到輪軸以及輪軸上方的嬰兒車,藉此提高嬰兒車上的嬰兒的舒適度。
前述環形輪本體的外壁上形成有複數嚙合元件。
前述嚙合元件為齒部。
前述環型輪本體外側壁形成一環形槽。
前述環型輪本體的環形槽內設有一彈性體。
請參照圖1與圖2,本發明緩衝式輪構件1包括:一環形輪本體10、一輪軸30以及複數緩衝輪輻50。
該環形輪本體10上軸向貫穿形成有一穿孔100。此外,環形輪本體10的外壁上形成有複數嚙合元件11。該嚙合元件11可為齒部。
該輪軸30沿軸向設置在穿孔100中心。
請進一步參照圖3,該複數緩衝輪輻50呈現彎弧狀且具有彈性,各緩衝輪輻50的二端分別連接穿孔100內壁以及輪軸30外壁,且各緩衝輪輻50可受力進行可恢復之形變,使輪軸30在受力時偏離穿孔100中心,不受力時回到穿孔100中心。
此外,各緩衝輪輻50分別具有一第一變形段51、一第二變形段52以及一第三變形段53,該第一變形段51呈彎弧狀且連接輪軸30外壁,該第二變形段52呈彎弧狀且連接第一變形段51,該第三變形段53呈彎弧狀且連接第二變形段52與穿孔100內壁。
請參照圖4,當緩衝式輪構件1安裝在一打印機色帶匣70的容置空間700內而作為傳動用之齒輪的中途時,輪軸30仍位於穿孔100中心;請進一步參照圖5,當安裝完成時,因為緩衝式輪構件1與相嚙合的主動輪80之間的距離略小於兩者半徑總和,故使用者需要施力在輪軸30,使緩衝輪輻50產生形變,讓輪軸30略為偏離穿孔100的中心而靠向主動輪80,此時可使得緩衝式輪構件1以緊迫方式相嚙合,藉此達到緊密嚙合且避免鬆脫之目的。
當緩衝式輪構件1作為嬰兒車之滾輪使用時,其可藉由吸收來自地面之衝擊力道,避免衝擊力直接傳遞到輪軸30以及輪軸30上方的嬰兒車體、握把處,藉此提供幼兒及使用者推行嬰兒車時的舒適度。
請進一步參照圖6,本案緩衝式輪構件1a可安裝於一嬰兒車上而作為輪框,且環形輪本體10a外側可套設有輪胎60等彈性體,此時,環型輪本體10a外側壁形成一環形槽以供輪胎60設置於其內。藉此,緩衝式輪構件1a可提供嬰兒車適當的緩衝功能,令嬰兒車上的幼兒感到舒適。
請進一步參照圖7,本案緩衝式輪構件1的環形輪本體10b內具有四個緩衝輪輻50。
藉由上述技術手段,位於環形輪本體10與輪軸30之間的緩衝輪輻50可受到施加在環形輪本體10的外力而進行適當的形變,藉此產生迫緊效果來增加構件之間的結合程度,或是減緩外力對輪軸30之衝擊力道。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種緩衝式輪構件,包括:一環形輪本體,其上軸向貫穿形成有一穿孔;一輪軸,軸向設置在穿孔中心;以及複數緩衝輪輻,呈現彎弧狀且具有彈性,各緩衝輪輻的二端分別連接穿孔內壁以及輪軸外壁,且各緩衝輪輻可受力進行可恢復之形變,使輪軸在受力時偏離穿孔中心,不受力時回到穿孔中心;其中,各緩衝輪輻分別具有一第一變形段、一第二變形段以及一第三變形段,該第一變形段呈彎弧狀且連接輪軸外壁,該第二變形段呈彎弧狀且連接第一變形段,該第三變形段呈彎弧狀且連接第二變形段與穿孔內壁。
  2. 如請求項1所述之緩衝式輪構件,其中環形輪本體的外壁上形成有複數嚙合元件。
  3. 如請求項2所述之緩衝式輪構件,其中嚙合元件為齒部。
  4. 如請求項1或2所述之緩衝式輪構件,其中環型輪本體外側壁形成一環形槽。
  5. 如請求項1或2所述之緩衝式輪構件,其中環型輪本體的環形槽內設有一彈性體。
