Abstract
一種驅動裝置,利用擺錘動能、慣性衝量及磁吸力啟動一發電機,該驅動裝置包含一溝壑護架框、至少一組設置於該溝壑護架框內且可被磁力吸引而旋轉的擺錘單元、一組設置於該溝壑護架框內緣適當處且通電後會產生磁力的磁吸塊單元,及一距該磁吸塊單元適當距離設置的感應開與關單元。當該感應開與關單元在感測到該擺錘單元進入及離開感測範圍時,會先使該磁吸塊單元分別形成電通路開及斷路關以產生或不產生吸引該擺錘單元旋轉的磁力。該擺錘單元透過磁力、慣性衝量及擺錘動能持續地帶動轉動以啟動該發電機。透過此種設計可不需考慮磁極的配置。
Description
本發明是有關於一種驅動裝置,特別是指一種發電機之驅動裝置。
發電機是將輸入之機械能轉換為電能以供輸出使用的設備,但發電機需要先以一驅動裝置來啟動該發電機,才能繼續進行能源轉換的動作,而一般是使用風力吹動風車、或以水位差推動水車、或以煤及油等燃料來推動蒸汽機等發電機之驅動裝置。前述之驅動裝置受自然影響甚鉅,且容易破壞自然景觀,不甚理想。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種不破壞大自然的發電機之驅動裝置。
於是,本發明驅動裝置,用以啟動一發電機,該發電機包含一傳動裝置,該驅動裝置是縱向設置於該傳動裝置上,該驅動裝置包含至少一組樞設於該發電機之傳動裝置上且由可被磁力吸引之材質製成的擺錘單元、一組設置於該擺錘單元旋轉路徑適當處且通電後會產生磁力並在斷路時不產生磁力的磁吸塊單元,及一組位於該擺錘單元之旋轉路徑適當處,且間隔該磁吸塊單元適當距離設置
的感應開與關單元。
該擺錘單元是以該傳動裝置為旋轉軸心地旋轉擺動並帶動該傳動裝置持續轉動。當該感應開與關單元在感測到該擺錘單元進入該感應開與關單元之開啟範圍時,會先使該磁吸塊單元形成電通路以產生一吸引該擺錘單元旋轉的磁力,當該擺錘單元進入該感應開與關單元之關閉範圍時,會再使該磁吸塊單元形成斷路而不產生磁力,此時該擺錘單元是受慣性衝量影響而繼續擺動。
本發明之功效在於:該磁吸塊單元在通電後會產生磁力而直接吸引該擺錘單元,故不需要考慮磁極之配置,亦不會對環境造成傷害。

本發明之其他的特徵及功效,將於參照圖式的實施方式中清楚地呈現,其中:圖1是一正視剖面圖,說明本發明驅動裝置之第一較佳實施例;圖2是一側視剖面圖,輔助說明圖1;圖3是一正視剖面圖,說明本實施例的運作過程;及圖4是一正視剖面圖,說明本發明驅動裝置之第二較佳實施例。
在本發明被詳細描述之前,應當注意在以下的說明內容中,類似的元件是以相同的編號來表示。
參閱圖1及圖2,為本發明驅動裝置的第一較佳
實施例,該驅動裝置1是用以啟動一發電機2。該發電機2包含一傳動裝置21,及一與該傳動裝置21相連接的啟動裝置22。該驅動裝置1包含一供該發電機2之傳動裝置21穿設之中空溝壑護架框11、一縱向樞設於該傳動裝置21上且可間隔地沿該溝壑護架框11內緣旋轉的擺錘單元12、一設置於該溝壑護架框11內緣的磁吸塊單元13,及一與位於該溝壑護架框11內緣且間隔該磁吸塊單元13適當距離設置的感應開與關單元14。該擺錘單元12為一可被磁力吸引之材質製成且中心厚而外圍薄的碟形擺錘,可降低旋轉時的風阻。該磁吸塊單元13包括一設置於適當位置且通電後會產生磁力,而斷電後則不產生磁力之磁吸塊件131。該感應開與關單元14包括一可使該磁吸塊件131通電的開啟件141,及一位於該開啟件141及該磁吸塊件131之間且可使該磁吸塊件131形成斷路的關閉件142。在本實施例中,該開啟件141及關閉件142為可以紅外線進行感測之開關,該啟動裝置22為啟動工具手動組合,包括以電磁鐵及蓄電池等來驅動啟動馬達或機械手臂之裝置,該電能來源可以太陽能板或其他外部能源產生,但不以此為限。
參閱圖2及圖3,該擺錘單元12是如圖2所示
地繞著一通過該傳動裝置21的旋轉軸L1旋轉擺動。在啟動時,該啟動裝置22使該擺錘單元12背向達一適當高度之位置A,接著釋放該擺錘單元12使該擺錘單元向下擺動,並通過如圖3所示之該開啟件141旁的位置B,該開
啟件141會感測到通過的擺錘單元12,並會使該磁吸塊件131形成電通路而產生磁力,以吸引該擺錘單元12朝該磁吸塊件131之方向擺動並沿箭頭T1的方向旋轉。當該擺錘單元12移動至位於該關閉件142旁之位置C時,該關閉件142會感測到由旁側通過的擺錘單元12,並會使該磁吸塊件131形成斷路而不產生磁力。然而該擺錘單元12仍會因為慣性而繼續沿箭頭T1方向旋轉。該擺錘單元12在通過與該磁吸塊件131之位置D後,由於該磁吸塊件131此時是為斷路,故可避免該磁吸塊件131產生磁力將該擺錘單元12吸住而使該擺錘單元12大幅減速甚至無法繼續旋轉之情形。當該擺錘單元12通過旋轉路徑的最高點位置E後,該擺錘單元12會因為重力牽引而繼續沿箭頭T1之方向旋轉落下,直到擺動至位置A後,該驅動裝置1會再次重複前述之步驟,但該發電機2之啟動裝置22則不需再次作動。該擺錘單元12在旋轉時會帶動該發電機2之傳動裝置21轉動,以對該發電機2提供持續發電。
透過前述之配置,僅需使用一磁吸塊件131便
能帶動該擺錘單元12且不需考慮磁極之配置。而在旋轉過程中,該磁吸塊件131只有在該擺錘單元12位於該開啟件141及關閉件142之間時才處於電通路之狀態,減少能源之損耗。
參閱圖4,為本發明驅動裝置的第二較佳實施
例,與該第一較佳實施例不同之處在於:該磁吸塊單元13是包括複數相間隔環設於該擺錘單元12之旋轉路徑外側的
磁吸塊件131。該感應開與關單元14是包括複數分別對應該等磁吸塊件131設置且位於該溝壑護架框11上的開啟件141,及複數分別位於相對應開啟件141及磁吸塊件131之間的關閉件142。
實際運作時之步驟如下:當該擺錘單元12移動
至位置G1的開啟件時,會使位置G的磁吸塊件131產生磁力吸引該擺錘單元12,當該擺錘單元12經過位置H1之開啟件141時,會使位置H的磁吸塊件131產生磁力,接著該擺錘單元12經過位置G2的關閉件142而使位置G之磁吸塊件131不產生磁力以供該擺錘單元12順利通過位置G之磁吸塊件13,此時該擺錘單元12是依靠慣性旋轉至位置H的磁吸塊件131之磁力吸引範圍內,並繼續受到磁力吸引而旋轉。當經過位置K1的開啟件141時,會使位置K的磁吸塊件131產生磁力,接著通過位置H2的關閉件142使位置H的磁吸塊件131不產生磁力,而後依靠慣性進入位置K的磁吸塊件131之磁吸範圍,並繼續受到磁力吸引而旋轉,最後通過位置K2的關閉件142而使位置K的磁吸塊件131不產生磁力。此時該擺錘單元12是剛通過擺動的最高點,之後該擺錘單元12是被落體加速度帶動而向下擺動直至再次到達位置G1以重複前述之步驟。
透過配置多個磁吸塊件131減少每一磁吸塊件
131至相對應開啟件141之間的距離,故可降低每一磁吸塊件131吸引通過相對應開啟件141的擺錘單元12所需之磁力,並能視需求而追加磁吸塊件131,增加該擺錘單元12
在旋轉時受磁力影響的時間,以加快該擺錘單元12的旋轉速度。
綜上所述,本發明透過配置單個或多個磁吸塊件131吸引該擺錘單元12旋轉,而不需考慮磁極配置,故確實能達成本發明之目的。

Claims (7)
- 一種驅動裝置,用以啟動一發電機,該發電機包含一傳動裝置,該驅動裝置是縱向設置於該傳動裝置上,該驅動裝置包含:至少一組擺錘單元,樞設於該發電機之傳動裝置上且由可被磁力吸引之材質製成,以該傳動裝置為旋轉軸心地旋轉擺動並帶動該傳動裝置持續轉動;一組磁吸塊單元,設置於該擺錘單元旋轉路徑適當處且通電後會產生磁力,而在斷路時則不產生磁力;及一組感應開與關單元,位於該擺錘單元之旋轉路徑適當處且間隔該磁吸塊單元適當距離設置,當該感應開與關單元在感測到該擺錘單元進入該感應開與關單元之開啟範圍時,會先使該磁吸塊單元形成電通路以產生一吸引該擺錘單元旋轉的磁力,當該擺錘單元進入該感應開與關單元之關閉範圍時,會再使該磁吸塊單元形成斷路而不產生磁力,此時該擺錘單元是受慣性衝量影響而繼續擺動。
- 如請求項1所述的驅動裝置,其中,該磁吸塊單元包括一設置於適當位置且通電後會產生磁力以吸引該擺錘單元的磁吸塊件。
- 如請求項2所述的驅動裝置,其中,該感應開與關單元包括一可使該磁吸塊件通電以產生磁力的開啟件,及一位於該開啟件及該磁吸塊件之間且可使該磁吸塊件形成斷路而不產生磁力的關閉件,該擺錘單元在旋轉時是 依序通過該開啟件、該關閉件,及該磁吸塊件。
- 如請求項1所述的驅動裝置,其中,該磁吸塊單元包括複數相間隔環設於該擺錘單元之旋轉路徑適當處且通電後會產生磁吸力以吸引該擺錘單元的磁吸塊件。
- 如請求項4所述的驅動裝置,其中,該感應開與關單元包括複數分別對應該等磁吸塊件設置且可使該磁吸塊件形成電通路以產生磁力的開啟件,及複數分別位於相對應開啟件及磁吸塊件之間且可使該磁吸塊件形成斷路而不產生磁力的關閉件,該擺錘單元在經過每一感應開與關單元時是依序通過該開啟件、該關閉件,及該磁吸塊件。
- 如請求項1所述的驅動裝置,其中,該擺錘單元為一中心厚而外圍薄的碟形擺錘。
- 如請求項1到6任一項所述的驅動裝置,還包含一中空且容置該擺錘單元的溝壑護架框,該發電機之傳動裝置是穿設該溝壑護架框地與該擺錘單元連接,該磁吸塊單元及感應開與關單元是設置於該溝壑護架框內緣。
