Abstract

本發明係提供一種旋鈕開關位置偵測裝置,係於該開關一側設置一用以產生位置訊號之訊號產生單元,於相對該訊號產生單元一側,設置一具有三軸加速計、三軸磁力計及微控制器之訊號感測模組,透過該微控制器讀取訊號產生單元產生之位置訊號,及三軸加速計及三軸磁力計量測訊號進行演算,達到多軸向偵測及判斷該旋鈕開關狀態及位置之目的。

Description

旋鈕開關位置偵測裝置
本發明係有關於一種旋鈕開關偵測裝置,更詳而言之,尤指一種偵測訊號強弱進行旋鈕開關狀態判斷之旋鈕開關位置偵測裝置。
隨著科技的進步,為方便人們的生活需求,因此開發出許多不同的設備,例如電器用品及烹調設備的普及化,亦為了使人類生活得到方便,於各該設備上作為控制設備作動的方式,常見的有按鍵、旋鈕及觸碰式螢幕,其中,又以旋鈕方式最常被運用於各式設備上。
請參閱第1圖係為習知運用旋鈕開關之瓦斯爐示意圖,如圖所示,該瓦斯爐係包括一爐頭11、一瓦斯流量控制器12以及一點火裝置13,該瓦斯流量控制器12設置於該爐頭11的瓦斯進氣端IN,並透過導管連接瓦斯源,該瓦斯流量控制器12前端設置有一控制桿121,且於該控制桿121一端設置有一旋鈕開關122,該點火裝置13設置於靠近爐頭11之爐嘴,並連接設置於該瓦斯流量控制器處的高壓線圈,透過撥動該控制桿121之旋鈕開關122,達到控制瓦斯流量大小,且該瓦斯爐不正常熄火時,易因為瓦斯未關閉而發生意外等況。
請參閱第2圖係為習知運用旋鈕開關之電器示意圖,如圖所示,該旋鈕開關包括一本體21、一連接部22及一控制單元23,其中,該連接部22一端係與該本體21連接,另一端則與該控制單元23連接,作動時,該控制單元23因該本體21旋轉,產生不同的電阻值,透過不同電阻值的方式,達到電器用品功能的控制。
然而,該種利用不同電阻值之差異,控制進入微波爐功能裝置內之電流值,但該種方式無法精確控制所進入之電流值,且該控制單元會因長時間旋轉磨擦的情況下,致使該控制單元精確度降低,或損壞的情況。
鑒於上述習知技術之缺點,本發明主要之目的在於提供一種旋鈕開關位置偵測裝置,透過訊號產生單元及訊號偵測裝置設置方式,偵測該旋鈕開關狀態及其位置,達到旋鈕開關控制之目的。
本發明之另一目的在於提供一種旋鈕開關位置偵測裝置,係增加加速計及磁力計的設置,藉以提高該狀態偵測之準確度。
為達上述目的及其他目的,本發明係提供一種旋鈕開關位置偵測裝置,係於該旋鈕開關一側設置一用以產生位置訊號之訊號產生單元,於相對該訊號產生單元一側,設置一具有三軸磁力計及微控制器之訊號感測模組,透過該微 控制器讀取訊號產生單元,及三軸磁力計產生之位置測試訊號,判斷該旋鈕開關狀態及位置。

以下係藉由特定的具體實例說明本發明之實施方式,熟悉此技藝之人士可由本說明書所揭示之內容瞭解本發明之其他優點與功效。
請參閱第3圖,係為本發明旋鈕開關位置偵測裝置第一實施態樣示意圖,如圖所示,係於旋鈕開關31一側設置一用以產生位置訊號之訊號產生單元32,於相對該訊號產生單元32一側設置一具有三軸磁力計331及微控制器332之訊號感測模組33,其中,該訊號產生單元32係為一磁鐵,請參閱第4圖,係為本發明旋鈕開關位置偵測裝置作動示意圖,如 圖所示,當該旋鈕開關41於正常位置時(4A),該訊號產生單元42產生一位置訊號,其中,該位置訊號係為磁場強度,透過設置於內部之三軸磁力計431接收該位置訊號,並產生一偵測訊號至該微控制器432,透過該微控制器432進行判斷,得到該旋鈕開關41初始位置,當該旋鈕開關41作動時(4B),該三軸磁力計431偵測該訊號產生單元42之磁力線的變化,透過該微控制器432判斷該旋鈕開關41,相對未作動時之磁力差,得到該旋鈕開關41第一位置,當該旋鈕開關41再次作動(4C),該三軸磁力計431偵測該訊號產生單元42之磁力線的變化,利用該微控制器432再次進行判斷,確認該旋鈕開關41第二位置,透過該訊號感測模組42偵測該磁場強度,達到判斷該旋鈕開關位置及其狀態之目的。
請參閱第5圖,係為本發明旋鈕開關位置偵測裝置第二實施態樣示意圖,如圖所示,係於該旋鈕開關51一側設置一用以產生位置訊號之訊號產生單元52,於相對該訊號產生單元52一側,設置一具有三軸加速計531、三軸磁力計532及微控制器533之訊號感測模組53,其中,該訊號產生單元52係為一磁鐵,當該旋轉開關51作動時,利用該微控制器533讀取該訊號產生單元52產生之位置訊號、三軸加速度計531及三軸磁力計532產生之偵測訊號,以達到判斷旋鈕開關51位置狀態,其中,該訊號感測模組53複包括無線射頻電路534,及天線裝置535,透過無線射頻電路534及天線裝置535傳送該旋鈕 開關位置狀態,達到無線式多軸向偵測旋鈕開關位置之目的。
上述之實施例僅為例示性說明本發明之特點及其功效,而非用於限制本發明之實質技術內容的範圍。任何熟習此技藝之人士均可在不違背本發明之精神及範疇下,對上述實施例進行修飾與變化。因此,本發明之權利保護範圍,應如後述之申請專利範圍所列。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種旋鈕開關位置偵測裝置,係為一種設置於旋鈕開關一側,透過偵測該旋鈕開關位置,判斷該旋鈕開關是否處於作動狀態之旋鈕開關位置偵測裝置,該裝置係包括:一訊號產生單元,係設置於該旋鈕開關一側,用以產生一位置訊號;一訊號感測模組,係設置於相對該訊號產生單元一側,包括三軸磁力計及微控制器,於該旋鈕開關作動時,利用該微控制器讀取該訊號產生單元,產生之位置訊號及三軸磁力計產生之偵測訊號,以達到判斷該旋鈕開關位置狀態
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之旋鈕開關位置偵測裝置,其中,該訊號產生單元係為一磁鐵。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之旋鈕開關位置偵測裝置,其中,該位置訊號係為磁場強度。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之旋鈕開關位置偵測裝置,其中,該訊號感測模組係透過偵測磁場強度判斷該開關狀態。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之旋鈕開關位置偵測裝置,其中,該訊號感測模組複包括一無線射頻電路及天線,透過無線射頻電路及天線裝置傳送該開關狀態,進一步達到提高居家安全之目的。
  6. 一種旋轉開關位置偵測裝置,係為一種設置於旋鈕開關一 側,透過偵測該旋鈕開關位置,判斷該旋鈕開關是否處於作動狀態之旋鈕開關位置偵測裝置,該裝置係包括:一訊號產生單元,係設置於該旋鈕開關一側,用以產生一位置訊號;一訊號感測模組,係設置於相對該訊號產生單元一側,包括三軸磁力計、三軸加速計及微控制器,於該旋鈕開關作動時,利用該微控制器讀取該訊號產生單元,產生之位置訊號、三軸加速計及三軸磁力計產生之偵測訊號,以達到判斷該旋鈕開關位置狀態。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之旋鈕開關位置偵測裝置,其中,該訊號產生單元係為一磁鐵。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之旋鈕開關位置偵測裝置,其中,該位置訊號係為磁場強度。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之旋鈕開關位置偵測裝置,其中,該訊號感測模組係透過偵測磁場強度,及三軸加速計產生之偵測訊號判斷該開關位置狀態。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之旋鈕開關位置偵測裝置,其中,該訊號感測模組複包括一無線射頻電路及天線,透過無線射頻電路及天線裝置傳送該開關狀態,進一步達到提高居家安全之目的。
