本發明係關於一種含紫外線硬化型樹脂之具有金屬效果的高光澤片材及其製備方法,其係藉由紫外線硬化型樹脂層的轉印來形成與金屬板材之原像圖案相反形狀的逆像圖案,接續於其上形成金屬蒸鍍層後再層合於紙板,進而用以體現與實際金屬表面相同之外觀。

Description

含紫外線硬化型樹脂之具有金屬效果的高光澤片材及其製備方法
本發明係關於一種含紫外線硬化型樹脂之具有金屬效果的高光澤片材及其製備方法,其係藉由紫外線硬化型樹脂層的轉印而形成與金屬板材之原像圖案相反形狀的逆像圖案,接續於其上形成一金屬蒸鍍層後再層合於紙板,從而可以體現出與實際金屬表面相同之外觀。
以習知片材(sheet)而言,為了賦予類似於金屬表面的質感,一般是使用經發際線加工過的聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),對PET進行的發際線處理只能技術性地生成連續的發際線,因此可體現的設計非常有限,從而難以體現接近於實際天然金屬原材表面所具有的不規則外觀。
另外,在習知片材的製備中,大部分在底層是使用聚氯乙烯(PVC)膜,這是因為經由黏結劑將片材附著在廣泛使用於建築材料或家用電器之冷軋鋼板或鍍敷鋼板等時,PVC膜具有優異的附著力及低成本。
但是,由於PVC膜在燃燒時會釋放出大量的二惡英,二惡英於92年被世界衛生組織(WHO)認定為可遺傳的一級致癌物質,即使攝取少量也將累積於人體中而引發致命的結果。因此,全面性地限制使用PVC,而對取代PVC之原材的環保要求逐漸地提高。
另一方面,關於呈現金屬效果之高光澤片材的製備,韓國專利公開第2006-78530號中公開了層合於鐵板及鋁板所使用之高光澤片材,其提供一種如下的高光澤片材:在一面塗佈有紫外線硬化型或熱硬化型樹脂層之PET膜的背面形成一發際線花紋層,且依次由聚酯共聚物所形成之底漆 層、鋁蒸鍍層、氨基甲酸乙酯類黏結劑層、熱塑性樹脂片層構成而可以呈現金屬效果的高光澤片材。
並且,在韓國公開專利第2008-14269號中,作為層合在板材並體現相同於金屬表面外觀之高光澤片材,其公開了一種片材,包括在最上層所配置之熱硬化型或紫外線硬化型樹脂及PET膜、在該PET膜之下表面所塗佈的黏結劑層、在該黏結劑層之下表面所配置的鋁箔,以及在該鋁箔之下表面所塗佈的底漆層。
而且,關於壓花效果片材,在韓國公開專利第2009-96778號中公開了一種如下述之片材:從上至下依序由紫外線硬化型樹脂層、底漆層、透明膜層、印刷層、黏結劑層、著色膜層及底漆層堆疊構成,且在其表面賦予壓花花紋,該透明膜層是由聚酯類樹脂層所構成。
然而,對於片材而言,體現金屬效果的同時能夠賦予多種壓花花紋、印刷、珠光等效果,是需要持續被研究的。
由此,本發明人為了體現如發際線或壓花圖案一樣的金屬板材之固有花紋的同時,能夠重現金屬加工效果或蝕刻效果的高光澤片材,於不斷研究及努力的結果下,發現能夠製備出下述高光澤片材,從而完成了本發明。該高光澤片材的實現,首先是於表面形成有原像圖案之金屬板材上塗佈一紫外線硬化型樹脂溶液,而後在其上緊貼一透明膜層,接續照射紫外線以形成一具有逆像圖案之紫外線硬化型樹脂層,如果在該紫外線硬化型樹脂層上形成一金屬蒸鍍層,則在高溫下能夠無花紋損傷地體現金屬外觀之效 果。
因此,本發明的目的在於提供一種能夠作為附著於金屬板材而體現金屬效果之裝飾膜使用的高光澤片材。
並且,本發明的另一目的在於提供一種高光澤片材的製備方法,其係於一表面形成有原像圖案之金屬板材上塗佈一紫外線硬化型樹脂溶液,而後在其上緊貼一透明膜層,接續照射紫外線以形成一具有逆像圖案之紫外線硬化型樹脂層。
為達成上述目的,本發明提供一種由上至下依序堆疊有金屬蒸鍍層、紫外線硬化型樹脂層、透明膜層及黏結劑層的高光澤片材,該透明膜層表面上的該紫外線硬化型樹脂層具有一花紋。
並且,本發明提供一種高光澤片材的製備方法,該高光澤片材的製備方法包括以下步驟:將一紫外線硬化型樹脂溶液塗佈於一表面形成有原像圖案之金屬板材上;接續將一透明膜貼合至前述塗佈後的該紫外線硬化型樹脂溶液上;以紫外線照射穿透該透明膜至前述塗佈後的該紫外線硬化型樹脂溶液,而形成一具有與原像圖案相反形狀之逆像圖案的紫外線硬化型樹脂層;以及分離該紫外線硬化型樹脂層與該金屬板材,而後在具有該逆像圖案的紫外線硬化型樹脂層之一側表面上形成一金屬蒸鍍層。
本發明的高光澤片材是對紫外線硬化型樹脂溶液進行光固化,從而可以在膜的表面體現相同於如發際線或壓花圖案之多種金屬板材的固有花紋,並且能夠體現由微細且精密之花紋所引起的各種散射效果之透明全息 圖(Hologram)花紋效果及裝飾效果。並且,能夠透過在紫外線硬化型樹脂層之表面上形成一鋁或不銹鋼(Stainless Steel)等金屬蒸鍍層,而再現全息圖花紋、金屬加工效果及蝕刻效果。而且,利用紫外線硬化型樹脂所賦予的多種花紋,其與賦予單純熱壓花的產品不同,從而在高溫中也可以無花紋損傷地體現細緻且精密的立體效果與金屬外觀效果。
以下參照附圖詳細說明的實施例將使本發明的優點和特徵以及實現這些優點和特徵的方法更加明確。但是,本發明不局限於以下所公開的實施例,其能夠以互不相同的各種方式實施,以下公開的實施例僅用於使本發明的公開內容更加完整,有助於本發明所屬技術領域的普通技術人員完整地理解本發明之範疇,本發明根據申請專利範圍而定義。在說明書全文中相同的附圖標記代表相同的結構元件。
以下,參照附圖對本發明中實施例的高光澤片材進行詳細說明。
第一圖繪示本發明中一實施例之高光澤片材的剖視圖。
高光澤片材
本發明的高光澤片材,由上至下依序由金屬蒸鍍層10、紫外線硬化型樹脂層20、透明膜層30及黏結劑層40所構成,該透明膜層30的表面具有一圖案。
在本發明中,該透明膜層30可以使用藉由熱而成型的聚酯類樹脂、丙烯酸類樹脂、氨基甲酸乙酯類樹脂或烯烴類樹脂等,較佳為使用聚對苯二甲酸亞烷基酯(polyalkylene terephthalate)類樹脂等聚酯類樹脂,更佳為使用聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(polyethylene terephthalate,PET)或聚對苯二甲酸 丁二醇酯(polybutylene terephthalate)。
該透明膜層30的厚度範圍較佳是10微米(μm)~100 μm,更佳為30 μm~50 μm。
該紫外線硬化型樹脂層20是藉由紫外線照射固化一紫外線硬化型樹脂溶液而形成的,該紫外線硬化型樹脂溶液可以包含丙烯酸類單體、其低聚物、光引發劑等,進一步地,還可以包含顏料等添加劑。
該丙烯酸類單體可以是具有碳原子數1~12之烷基的丙烯酸酯或氨基甲酸乙酯丙烯酸酯等,更詳細地,包括有丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸己酯、丙烯酸正辛酯、丙烯酸異辛酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、丙烯酸異壬酯或其他(甲基)丙烯酸酯類單體等,但是本發明不局限於此。
該光引發劑可以使用2,2’-偶氮二異丁腈(AIBN)、過氧化苯甲醯(BPO)等在本發明所屬技術領域中眾所周知的自由基引發劑。
製備該紫外線硬化型樹脂層20時所使用之溶液可以使用固體成分為30%~100%的樹脂溶液,該樹脂層的厚度較佳為1 μm~50 μm。
另一方面,在該紫外線硬化型樹脂層20與該透明膜層30之間還可以形成一底漆層,該底漆層發揮使該紫外線硬化型樹脂層20黏附到該透明膜層30之作用。該底漆層可以使用丙烯酸類、丙烯酸氨基甲酸乙酯類、環氧類、聚氨基甲酸乙酯類、聚異氰酸酯類、聚酯類、丙烯酸酯類、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚醯胺類、三聚氰胺類、合成橡膠類或聚乙烯醇類樹脂等。該底漆層的厚度範圍較佳是1 μm~5 μm,其可以透過改變該樹脂溶液之黏度來調節厚度。
該金屬蒸鍍層10形成在該紫外線硬化型樹脂層20上,其可以藉由一 般的真空熱蒸鍍法或濺鍍法將鋁、鐵、鎳、鉻、銅、錫或不銹鋼等金屬成分形成在該紫外線硬化型樹脂層20上,該金屬蒸鍍層10的厚度範圍較佳是100奈米(nm)~1000 nm。
該黏結劑層40可以利用聚酯等黏結劑透過刮刀式塗佈程序以10 μm~15 μm的厚度塗佈形成。該黏結劑層40如果為不透明層時,可以呈現更加鮮明的立體感。在本發明中,可以在黏結劑中添加顏料,使得該黏結劑層40成為不透明層。
另外,在該金屬蒸鍍層10上可以形成一表面保護層,其可以保護該金屬蒸鍍層10,以免遭受外部環境之傷害。該表面保護層可以使用丙烯酸類、丙烯酸氨基甲酸乙酯類、環氧類、聚氨基甲酸乙酯類、聚異氰酸酯類、聚酯類、丙烯酸酯類、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚醯胺類、三聚氰胺類、合成橡膠類、聚乙烯醇類樹脂等。
還包括該表面保護層50及該底漆層60之片材的結構,請參照第二圖。
高光澤片材的製備方法
本發明之高光澤片材的製備方法,包括以下步驟:將一紫外線硬化型樹脂溶液塗佈於一表面形成有原像圖案之金屬板材上;將一透明膜貼合至被塗佈的該紫外線硬化型樹脂溶液上;以紫外線照射穿透該透明膜至被塗佈的該紫外線硬化型樹脂溶液,形成一具有與原像圖案相反形狀之逆像圖案的紫外線硬化型樹脂層20;以及分離該紫外線硬化型樹脂層20與該金屬板材,而後在具有該逆像圖案的紫外線硬化型樹脂層20之一側表面上形成一金屬蒸鍍層10。
首先,將一紫外線硬化型樹脂溶液塗佈於一表面形成有原像圖案之金 屬板材上,其所塗佈之厚度較佳為1 μm~50 μm左右,更佳地,不添加溶劑地塗佈,以形成與壓花輥等模具之花紋相同的花紋。
接續,將一透明膜貼合至被塗佈的該紫外線硬化型樹脂溶液上,在此可以使用丙烯酸類、丙烯酸氨基甲酸乙酯類、環氧類、聚氨基甲酸乙酯類、聚異氰酸酯類、聚酯類、丙烯酸酯類、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚醯胺類、三聚氰胺類、合成橡膠類或聚乙烯醇類樹脂等以進行透明膜的黏附。
接續,如果以紫外線照射穿透該透明膜至被塗佈的該紫外線硬化型樹脂溶液,則該紫外線硬化型樹脂溶液內的光引發劑會被啟動,並藉由單體間的自由基聚合以固化形成該紫外線硬化型樹脂層20。於此,具有與原像圖案相反形狀之逆像圖案會形成在與金屬板材接觸的紫外線硬化型樹脂層20的表面。
而後將形成有逆像圖案之紫外線硬化型樹脂層20與金屬板材分離,並在該紫外線硬化型樹脂層20上形成一金屬蒸鍍層10。該金屬蒸鍍層10可藉由一般的真空熱蒸鍍法或濺鍍法將鋁、鐵、鎳、鉻、銅、錫或不銹鋼等金屬成分形成在該紫外線硬化型樹脂層20上。於採用真空熱蒸鍍法的情況下,可以在10-4托(torr)~10-6托,以及300℃~800℃的條件下進行真空蒸鍍;於採用濺鍍法的情況下,可以在電漿環境中分離成金屬奈米粒子,並將該金屬奈米粒子塗佈於該紫外線硬化型樹脂層20的表面上,且以約0.70光密度(Optical Density,OD)之厚度進行金屬蒸鍍。
此後,可以在該透明膜層30下側形成一黏結劑層40,並在該金屬蒸鍍層10上形成一表面保護層50,以完成最終片材的製備。
以下,透過本發明的較佳實施例及比較例對本發明的高光澤片材進行 詳細說明。
以下的實施例及比較例僅是為了例示本發明的一種具體實施方式,而非限制本發明之範圍。
實施例
將相對於100重量份之氨基甲酸乙酯丙烯酸酯包含10重量份之2,2’-偶氮二異丁腈(AIBN)的丙烯酸酯樹脂溶液作為紫外線硬化型樹脂溶液,以10 μm的厚度塗佈於形成有發際線圖案之鋁板材的表面。接續,將38 μm厚度的聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)膜緊貼至被塗佈的該紫外線硬化型樹脂溶液上,而後以400 mJ/cm2光量的紫外線照射,使得該紫外線硬化型樹脂溶液被固化,從而形成一紫外線硬化型樹脂層。
接續藉由分離鋁板材與該紫外線硬化型樹脂層來確認該紫外線硬化型樹脂層表面所形成之圖案,而後在10-5托及500℃的條件下利用真空熱蒸鍍法在該紫外線硬化型樹脂層上形成一厚度為500 nm的鋁蒸鍍層。
最後,利用刮刀式塗佈程序以12 μm之厚度來塗佈,使得聚酯黏結劑層形成在PET膜的下側;另外,將丙烯酸樹脂塗佈在該金屬蒸鍍層上以作為一表面保護層,從而製備出本發明之片材。前述所製備之片材的表面照片請參照第三圖。
以上,以本發明的實施例為中心進行了說明,但這僅是例示性的,而非限制性的。並且,在本發明所屬技術領域的普通技術人員應該能夠理解,可根據上述實施例進行各種變化以及實施等同的其他實施例。因此,應根據所附的申請專利範圍來判斷本發明要求保護之技術範疇。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種含紫外線硬化型樹脂之具有金屬效果的高光澤片材,由上至下依序由一金屬蒸鍍層、一紫外線硬化型樹脂層、一透明膜層以及一黏結劑層所構成,該透明膜層表面上的該紫外線硬化型樹脂層具有一圖案。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的高光澤片材,其中該透明膜層為聚酯類樹脂層。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的高光澤片材,其中該圖案為一金屬板材之原像圖案相反形狀的逆像圖案。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的高光澤片材,其中在該紫外線硬化型樹脂層與該透明膜層之間更包括一底漆層。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述的高光澤片材,其中在該金屬蒸鍍層之上更包括一表面保護層。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的高光澤片材,其中該透明膜層的厚度為10微米~100微米。
  7. 一種含紫外線硬化型樹脂之具有金屬效果的高光澤片材的製備方法,包括以下步驟:將一紫外線硬化型樹脂溶液塗佈於一表面形成有原像圖案之金屬板材上;將一透明膜貼合至被塗佈的該紫外線硬化型樹脂溶液上;以紫外線照射穿透該透明膜至被塗佈的該紫外線硬化型樹脂溶液,形成一具有與原像圖案相反形狀之逆像圖案的紫外線硬化型樹脂層;以及分離該紫外線硬化型樹脂層與該金屬板材,而後在具有該逆像圖案的紫外線硬化型樹脂層之一側表面上形成一金屬蒸鍍層。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述的高光澤片材的製備方法,其中該金屬蒸鍍層係藉由真空熱蒸鍍法或濺鍍法形成。
