201118212 六、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明是關於不織布及其製造方法,詳而言之是關於 適用於作爲體液吸收性物品(例如拋棄型紙尿布)的透液性 表面薄片之不織布及其製造方法。 【先前技術】 以往’將拋棄型紙尿布和衛生棉等的體液吸收性物品 藉由透液性表面薄片被覆的技術是周知的。此外,作爲該 透液性表面薄片是使用不織布,且該不織布大多是使用熱 塑性合成樹脂所形成的短纖維,這也是周知的。例如曰本 特開2008 -25 〇80號公報(專利文獻1)所揭示的不織布,是 適用於作爲表面薄片。該不織布,是藉由對熱塑性合成樹 脂的短纖維所形成之帶體(web)吹送熱風而形成的,是具 有互相平行且朝機械方向延伸之隆起部及谷部,在與機械 方向正交的交叉方向,該等隆起部和谷部是交互地排列。 〔專利文獻1〕日本特開2008-25080號公報(JP2008-25080A) 【發明內容】 在前述習知不織布的一例,是從沿帶體的寬度方向排 列之複數個噴嘴對帶體吹送熱風,藉此在噴嘴正下方的帶 體上形成谷部,並在相鄰的噴嘴和噴嘴間之帶體上形成隆 起部。該隆起部之表觀密度比谷部的表觀密度高。若將這 -5- 201118212 種不織布作爲拋棄型紙尿布的表面薄片來使用,像高黏度 的軟便等的排泄物,有滯留於高表觀密度之隆起部的傾 向’要迅速地透過表面薄片而朝向表面薄片下方的吸收體 移動會有發生困難的情況。 本發明的課題在於,爲了在作爲表面薄片使用時使軟 便的透過變容易,而對習知的不織布實施改良。 爲了解決前述課題之本發明,是包含與不織布有關的 第1發明、以及與該不織布的製造方法有關之第2發明。 本發明的第1發明的對象之不織布,是由互相熔接的 短纖維所形成且具有表面和背面,在前述表面形成:朝一 方向互相平行地延伸之複數條隆起部、以及位於前述隆起 部彼此間且朝前述一方向延伸之複數條谷部。 該不織布之第1發明的特徵在於如下所述。亦即,前 述不織布,若將前述背面側放在水平面上並觀察與前述一 方向正交的方向之截面時,在前述隆起部之前述背面和前 述水平面之間,形成有空隙比前述隆起部之前述短纖維彼 此的間隙更大的高空隙部,前述短纖維在前述隆起部之至 少頂點附近是以朝前述不織布的厚度方向延伸的方式傾 斜。 在第1發明的實施形態之一,在前述截面上,通過前 述隆起部的頂點且與前述水平面垂直的基準線和前述短纖 維的交叉角度平均値爲75度以下。 在第1發明的實施形態之一,在前述截面上,相對於 前述隆起部的截面積和前述高空隙部的截面積之合計截面 -6- 201118212 積’前述隆起部的截面積當中前述短纖維彼此的間隙所占 的面積和前述高空隙部的截面積兩者之和所占的比例,亦 即空隙部面積率爲3.5〜25.0%。 在第1發明的實施形態之一,對前述表面施加 2 0g/cm2的荷重3分鐘接著靜置5分鐘後前述隆起部的高 度之彈性回復率,至少爲8 5 %。 在第1發明的實施形態之一,前述不織布具有 10〜80g/m2的單位質量,前述短纖維是具有i—idtex的纖 度和20~8 0mm的纖維長度且經由親水化處理。 在第1發明的實施形態之一,前述短纖維,是由熔融 溫度不同的二種熱塑性合成樹脂所形成的複合纖維,是透 過前述二種當中前述熔融溫度較低的前述熱塑性合成樹脂 而互相熔接。 本發明的第2發明的對象,其特徵是用來製造請求項 1記載的不織布之方法,其製造步驟包含以下步驟: (1) 第1步驟’將熱塑性合成樹脂的短纖維所形成且 具有表面及背面之帶體載置於通氣性的支承台上,在從前 述支承台的下方讓第1吸氣作用的狀態下使其朝機械方向 行走,將被加熱之噴氣流且其風量未達前述第1吸氣的吸 氣量的3倍之第1噴射氣流,對於前述帶體以從前述表面 朝前述背面的方向吹送,藉此將前述帶體在厚度方向壓縮 並使前述短纖維彼此熔接而進行前述帶體的預備處理步 驟; (2) 第2步驟,在前述預備處理步驟後,在從前述支 201118212 承台的下方讓第2吸氣作用的狀態下使載置於前述支承台 上之前述帶體朝前述機械方向行走,從沿著與前述機械方 向正交的交叉方向隔著既定間隔排列之複數個噴嘴,將風 量爲前述第2吸氣的吸氣量的3倍以上之第2噴射氣流以 從前述帶體的前述表面朝向前述背面的方向吹送,且前述 第2噴射氣流的前述風量的一部分被前述支承台反射,藉 此形成朝前述機械方向互相平行地延伸之複數條隆起部以 及位於前述隆起部間且朝前述機械方向延伸之複數條谷 部,且在前述隆起部之前述背面和前述支承台之間形成比 前述隆起部之前述短纖維彼此的間隙更大之高空隙部。 本發明的不織布之隆起部,除了在頂點附近之纖維朝 不織布的厚度方向傾斜,且在背面側具有高空隙部,因此 像軟便等的高黏性排泄物,容易從隆起部的頂點往下方移 動且容易透過隆起部。 【實施方式】 參照附圖來詳細說明本發明的不織布及其製造方法。 第1、2圖係示意顯示不織布1的一部分之立體圖, 以及將不織布1的截面的一部分放大50倍的相片。不織 布1’其長度方向、寬度方向及厚度方向,是用互相正交 的雙頭箭頭A、B、C表示,在厚度方向C具有表面2和 位於其相反面之背面3。在表面2形成有朝長度方向a互 相平行地延伸之隆起部6和谷部7。在寬度方向B,該等 隆起部6和谷部7交互排列而形成起伏。隆起部6,從水 201118212 平面Η起算,在厚度方向C具有高度Ha,隆起部6彼此 的高度大致相同。 不織布1,是對熱塑性合成樹脂所形成的短纖維 11(較佳爲具有1〜lldtex的纖度且20〜80mm的纖維長之 短纖維11)吹送熱風而使其等互相熔接而成。不織布1, 是適用於作爲體液吸收性物品(例如拋棄型紙尿布和衛生 棉)的透液性表面薄片,在用於此情況時的不織布1較佳 爲具有10〜8 Og/m2的單位質量,且短纖維1 1較佳爲經由 親水化處理。不織布1的表面2,形成凹條部之谷部7之 寬度方向B的尺寸We在0.4〜2 mm的範圍,形成凸條部之 隆起部6之寬度方向B的尺寸\\^在2〜:5mm的範圍。隆 起部6的高度1在1〜5mm的範圍。谷部7的高度較佳爲 比高度Ha低0.7〜2.5mm。短纖維11 ’爲了使短纖維11彼 此的熔接變容易且能將不織布1朝厚度方向C彈性地壓 縮’較佳爲藉由熔融溫度不同的兩種合成樹脂所組合成的 複合纖維,且藉由使熔融溫度較低的合成樹脂熔融來互相 熔接。作爲合成樹脂的組合,例如包含:聚乙烯和聚酯、 聚乙烯和聚丙烯等的公知或周知的組合。複合纖維可爲芯 鞘型的複合纖維,亦可爲並列型。芯鞘型的複合纖維,可 爲同芯型的’亦可爲偏芯型的。該等的複合纖維,較佳爲 藉由熱處理或機械處理而進行捲縮。又本發明的短纖維 11’除了複合纖維以外,也能使用聚乙烯、聚丙烯、尼 龍、聚酯等所形成的人造纖維(Staple)。 第3、4圖,係製造第1、2圖的不織布1所使用的步 -9- 201118212 驟之部分圖,以及該部分圖之第2噴嘴部920的前視圖。 在第3圖,是在支承台(厚度方向具有通氣性之行走皮帶 200)上,載置藉由短纖維11所形成而具有10〜80g/m2的 單位質量之梳棉帶體1 〇〇,並朝機械方向MD行走。行走 皮帶200,例如是使用具有30網目以上的開口之網板。 沿著機械方向MD設置作爲預備處理步驟之第1步驟 901、以及第2步驟902。第1步驟901,是將梳棉帶體 100朝其厚度方向壓縮並使短纖維11彼此熔接,藉此使 梳棉帶體1〇〇的質地穩定。第2步驟902,是在預備處理 後的梳棉帶體100上形成隆起部6。在第1步驟901,是 對梳棉帶體1〇〇從第1噴嘴部910吹送加熱後的第1噴射 氣流91 1,該第1噴射氣流91 1通過皮帶200後被第1吸 氣盒912吸引。第1噴射氣流911的風量設定成未達第1 吸氣盒912的吸氣量的3倍。第1噴射氣流911的溫度, 是設定成能使短纖維Π彼此熔接的溫度。 在第3圖的第2步驟902,是對經由第1步驟901處 理後的梳棉帶體1〇〇,從第2噴嘴部920吹送複數條加熱 後的第2噴射氣流921。第2噴射氣流921,是讓第1步 驟901所獲得的質地穩定的梳棉帶體1〇〇 —部分朝交叉方 向CD移動,以在第2噴射氣流921彼此間形成隆起部 6。因此第2噴嘴部920的風量,是設定成第2吸氣盒 925的吸氣量的至少3倍。 在第4圖的第2噴嘴部920,從在交叉方向CD隔著 既定的中心間距離a設置之複數個噴嘴(未圖示)將第2噴 -10- 201118212 射氣流921朝梳棉帶體100吹送。第2噴射氣流921,若 風量開始超過第2吸氣盒925的吸氣量,其分裂成氣流 P(通過皮帶200而被第2吸氣盒925吸引)和氣流q、 R(沿著皮帶200朝向交叉方向CD兩側)的傾向變強(參照 第4圖),若第2噴射氣流92 1的風量到達超過第2吸氣 盒925的吸氣量3倍的程度,因第2噴射氣流921的作用 而進行之隆起部6和谷部7和高空隙部2 1的形成逐漸明 顯。因此,在第2步驟9〇2爲了確實地形成隆起部6和谷 部7和高空隙部21,作爲皮帶200,較佳爲使用30網目 以上的通氣性皮帶,或開口率爲5〜30%且形成於開口部和 開口部間之非通氣部的寬度爲1〜2 0mm的範圍之通氣性的 開口板,而且將來自第2噴嘴部920的風量設定爲第2吸 氣盒9 2 5的吸氣量的3倍以上。 隔著中心間距離a吹送之第2噴射氣流92 1在交叉方 向CD的位置,是與第1圖之不織布1的谷部7的位置一 致。在梳棉帶體1〇〇,位於第2噴射氣流921的正下方之 短纖維11的一部分是朝交叉方向CD兩側等分地移動而 形成隆起部6,此外,殘留於第2噴射氣流92 1正下方的 短纖維則形成谷部7。短纖維1 1除了這樣的移動以外, 位於相鄰第2噴射氣流9 2 1彼此間的短纖維是以朝向中心 線f(可將中心間距離a二等分,參照第4圖)的方式往交 叉方向CD移動而形成隆起部6。這時,第2噴射氣流 921當中的氣流Q、R,是將以帶體1〇〇的形式水平地躺 在皮帶200上的短纖維1 1沿著中心線f往皮帶200的上 -11 - 201118212 方推壓,而在各隆起部6的背面3和皮帶2 00間作成較大 的高空隙部21 (參照第2圖)。帶體100在如此般形成隆起 部6和高空隙部21的過程中,在第2步驟902的上游側 大致呈水平地躺下之短纖維1 1,會以沿著隆起部6的表 面2當中的傾斜表面2a而朝向上下方向的方式使其方向 改變。在含有這樣的短纖維Π之不織布1的隆起部6, 尿和軟便容易沿著短纖維11而從上往下移動,因此例如 將不織布1作爲拋棄型紙尿布的表面薄片來使用的話,朝 向該不織布1所被覆的吸收體的移動變容易。 依據本發明人的認知,在不織布1的製造過程當第2 吸氣盒925的吸氣量爲一定時,在第2圖的截面上,隆起 部6的背面3和水平面Η間所形成的高空隙部21的面積 與隆起部6之短纖維1 1彼此間的間隙22面積兩者的和 (空隙部面積),相對於隆起部6的截面積與高空隙部21 的面積兩者的和所占的比例,在本發明稱爲空隙部面積 率,該面積率有隨著第2噴嘴部9 20所噴射的第2噴射氣 流92 1的風量而改變的傾向。空隙部面積率的測定方法如 後述般。此外,依本發明人進一步的認知,不織布1之人 工軟便的透過時間有取決於空隙部面積率的傾向。前述認 知是經由以下的作業而獲得的。亦即,短纖維1 1,是使 用鞘(鞘成分爲聚乙烯)和芯(芯成分爲聚酯)的容積比爲 6: 4之同芯複合纖維。該複合纖維,纖度爲2.6dtex,纖 維長64mm,每25.4mm具有15個機械捲縮,且經由親水 化處理。梳棉帶體1〇〇’是將該短纖維11用梳棉機處理 -12- 201118212 而獲得的,具有30g/m2的單位質量。在第3、4圖 步驟,第1噴嘴910的條件如下述般,噴嘴徑:1 ^ 叉方向CD之噴嘴的中心間距離:2mm,噴嘴與梳 的距離:5 mm,第1噴射氣流91 1的溫度:1 4 0 °C 噴射氣流911的風量:3.3L/min,第1吸氣盒912 速度:5m/Sec。又第2噴嘴920的條件如下述般 徑:1 mm,交叉方向 CD之噴嘴的中心間距離 a : 噴嘴與梳棉帶體100表面的距離:5mm,第2噴 9 21的溫度:1 8 0 °C ,第 2噴射氣流 9 2 1的, 4·0〜8.3L/min,第2吸氣盒92 5的吸氣速度:5m/s 該等條件下所製得的不織布,作爲其精加工步驟, 3圖的步驟後以20m/min的速度沿機械方向MD通 1.8m的熱處理室(未圖示)而使短纖維n彼此更進 接。在該熱處理室,是讓138°C的熱風以0.7m/sec 循環。又第1噴嘴部910和第2噴嘴部920之第: 噴射氣流9 1 1、92 1的溫度,是從噴嘴上游供應之 設定溫度,該等第1、第2噴射氣流9 1 1、9 2 1吹 纖維1 1時的溫度是低於設定溫度,但並未測定該洼 表1顯示出’將第2吸氣盒925的吸氣速度 5m/sec,讓第2噴射氣流921的風量在4.0~8.3L/m 變而獲得的不織布之空隙部面積率、軟便透過時間 回復率以及平均纖維角度之測定結果。 所示的 n m > 交 棉帶體 ,第1 的吸氣 ,噴嘴 4mm, 射氣流 風量: ec。在 是在第 過長度 一步熔 的速度 .、第2 氣流的 送至短 L度。 固定在 in間改 、體積 -13- 201118212 [表1] 第2噴射氣流的 威量(L/min) 空隙部面積率 (%) 軟便透過時間 (s/40ml) 體積回復率 (%) 隆起部頂點的平均 纖維角度(度) 4.0 I 2.1 28.4 52 71.8 4.3 2.4 19.2 52 4.6 2.7 14.2 55 5.0 3.3 11.1 55 5.3 3.9 8.7 60 5.6 4.1 9.4 66 6.0 4.5 8.7 66 6.3 4.9 8.0 85 6.6 5.0 8.5 92 71.3 6.9 6.0 6.7 93 7.3 6.0 6.8 92 7.6 6.1 7.8 80 7.9 6.2 6.7 95 8.3 6.3 8.1 96 第5圖係顯示表1之空隙部面積率和軟便透過時間的 關係。本發明的不織布1,在第5圖的空隙部面積率至少 爲3.5 % ’這樣的不織布1可確實地縮短軟便透過時間。 具有這種作用的不織布1,較佳爲至少具有60%的體積回 復率’又較佳爲隆起部6頂部之平均纖維角度爲75度以 下。 第6(a)〜(c)圖之一連串的相片是顯示第3、4圖的步 驟所製得的不織布之隆起部6之空隙部面積率的測定順 序。其順序如下所述。又第6(a)圖的相片是與第2圖的相 片相同。 A.測定用試片的製作 (1)將測定對象的不織布使用國譽(kokuyo)裁切刀HA-78(商 品名)用 的刀片 HA-100 切割’ 而準備好具有不織布 -14 - 201118212 的交叉方向c D的截面之試片,放置於測定台的水平面 Η » (2) 在試片的表面2上載置丙烯酸酯板(未圖示),進一 步載置砝碼(未圖示)而在試片上施加〇.6g/cm2的荷重。 (3) 使用基恩士製數位顯微鏡 VHX-100,拍攝試片截 面50倍的相片(參照2圖、第6(a)圖)。 B .隆起部的截面積和空隙部面積率的測定 (1) 使用影像解析軟體USB DEGIITAL SCALE’讀取 上述A作成的影像。 (2) 叫出各影像,將直方圖規格設定成80後’將影像 二値化(第6圖的(b))。 (3 )在影像中,指定作爲觀察對象之隆起部,如圖示 般用通過水平面Η之矩形線L包圍(第6(c)圖)。 (4) 在指定的隆起部,藉由影像解析來求出短纖維密 集而呈白色部分的面積 (5) 在指定的隆起部,藉由影像解析來求出在水平面 Η上方而呈黑色部分(短纖維不存在的部分)之面積S2° (6) 隆起部截面積和空隙部面積率是藉由下式來求 出。 隆起部截面積=Si + S2 空隙部面積率 表1之軟便透過時間的測定順序如下° (1)將作爲測定對象之不織布切割成1 00x 1 00mm的試 片。 -15- 201118212 (2) 將兩個內徑52mm的圓筒上下連結,在圓筒和圓 筒間放置試片。這時,在試片的下側配置30網目、厚度 0.3mm之合成樹脂製網板,以防止試片的撓曲。 (3) 在上側圓筒於5秒內注入40ml的人工軟便。人工 軟便的組成爲纖維素:膨土:水=3.3: 6.7: 90。 (4) 注入人工軟便後,求取從人工軟便開始進入試片 後至留在試片上面而變得無法移動爲止的時間,以該時間 作爲軟便透過時間。 又求取軟便透過時間的測定前後之試片重量的差値, 以該差値作爲試片之軟便殘存量,表1中的空隙部面積率 2.1〜6.3%之不織布的軟便殘存量,都是在4〜5g的範圍而 能視爲大致一定。 表1之體積回復率的測定順序如下。 (1) 將作爲測定對象之不織布切割成100x1 00mm的試 片後放在水平面上。 (2) 在試片表面載置厚度T〇的丙烯酸酯板,在丙烯酸 酯板上進一步載置砝碼而在試片上施加3g/cm2的荷重 後,靜置3分鐘。 (3) 接著,使用度盤規來從丙烯酸酯板上方測定試片 和丙烯酸酯板的厚度T,。 (4) 接著,追加砝碼而在試片施加20g/cm2的荷重後, 靜置3分鐘。然後使用度盤規來測定試片和丙烯酸酯板的 厚度T2。 (5) 將施加於試片的荷重改回3g/cm2後靜置5分鐘, -16 - 201118212 然後使用度盤規來測定試片和丙烯酸酯板的厚度Τ3。 (6)依下式計算試片的體積回復率。 體積回復率(%) = (τ3-Τ〇)/(Τ 丨-Τ〇)χ100 第7、8圖,係爲了說明表1的平均纖維角度的測定 順序之不織布截面的相片,以及該截面的一部分之示意 圖。 (1) 將作爲測定對象之不織布(例如第I圖的不織布1) 切割成1 00x 1 00mm而作爲測定用試片30,將該試片30 以7〇 °C加熱30分鐘,藉此消除試片30在處理過程所產 生的皺摺而使試片30儘量地平坦。 (2) 使用國譽(kokuyo)裁切刀HA-7B(商品名)用的刀片 HA-100而將試片30沿交叉方向CD切斷,製作出觀察用 的切斷面3 1 (參照第7圖),將該試片30載置於水平面 上。 (3) 將切斷面31使用電子顯微鏡(基恩士製的高清晰 度(real surface view)電子顯微鏡 VE-7 8 00)進行觀察,拍 攝切斷面3 1之3 0倍的放大相片(參照第7圖)。拍攝的視 野是涵蓋試片之隆起部6的高度全體。 (4) 在拍攝的影像之放大相片中,拉出與水平面一致 的水平線Η、以及通過隆起部6的頂點且與水平面正交的 垂直基準線Υ〇。 (5) 對於影像,在垂直基準線Υ()的兩側拉出與垂直基 準線Y〇的平行間隔爲1 0 0 μπι之垂直輔助線Y ,、Y2。 (6) 對於影像中的各短纖維1 1,如第8圖所示,在與 -17- 201118212 兩根輔助線Y丨、Υ2的交點畫上標記Μ丨、M2。 (7) 將兩根輔助線Yi、Y2的交點Μ!、M2用直線S連 結,求出該直線S與垂直基準線Y。的交叉角度α、泠, 以α、々當中較小的交叉角度作爲纖維角度0。 (8) 對於影像中聚焦的所有短纖維11求取纖維角度 0。以所求出的纖維角度的算術平均値作爲平均纖維角度 0 m 0 【圖式簡單說明】 第1圖係不織布的局部立體圖。 第2圖係顯示不織布的隆起部之交叉方向的截面之相 片。 第3圖係顯示不織布的製造步驟的一部分。 第4圖係第2噴嘴部的前視圖。 第5圖係顯示空隙部面積率和軟便透過時間的關係。 第6(a)、(b)、(c)圖係顯示空隙部面積率的測定順 序。 第7圖係顯示不織布截面的相片。 第8圖係顯示不織布截面的一部分之示意圖。 【主要元件符號說明】 1 .不織布 2 :表面 3 :背面 -18- 201118212 6 :隆起部 7 :谷部 1 1 :短纖維 2 1 :高空隙部 1 00 :帶體 2 0 0 :支承台(皮帶) 901 :預備處理步驟(第1步驟) 9 0 2 :第2步驟 9 1 1 :第1噴射氣流 921 :第2噴射氣流 A :長度方向 B :寬度方向 C :厚度方向 M D :機械方向 CD :交叉方向 平均纖維角度 -19-

- 201118212 七、申請專利範圍 1. 一種不織布,是由互相熔接的短纖維所形成且具 有表面和背面,在前述表面形成:朝一方向互相平行地延 伸之複數條隆起部、以及位於前述隆起部彼此間且朝前述 —方向延伸之複數條谷部,其特徵在於, 前述不織布,若將前述背面側放在水平面上並觀察與 前述一方向正交的方向之截面時,在前述隆起部之前述背 面和前述水平面之間,形成有空隙比前述隆起部之前述短 纖維彼此的間隙更大的高空隙部,前述短纖維在前述隆起 部之至少頂點附近是以朝前述不織布的厚度方向延伸的方 式傾斜。 2. 如申請專利範圍第1項記載的不織布,其中,在 前述截面上,通過前述隆起部的頂點且與前述水平面垂直 的基準線和前述短纖維的交叉角度平均値爲75度以下。 3. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項記載的不織布,其 中,在前述截面上,相對於前述隆起部的截面積和前述高 空隙部的截面積之合計截面積,前述隆起部的截面積當中 前述短纖維彼此的間隙所占的面積和前述高空隙部的截面 積兩者之和所占的比例,亦即空隙部面積率爲3.5〜25.0% 〇 4. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項記載的不織布,其 中,對前述表面施加2Og/cm2的荷重3分鐘接著靜置5分 鐘後,前述隆起部的高度之彈性回復率,至少爲8 5 %。 5. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項記載的不織布,其 -20- 201118212 中’前述不織布具有10〜80 g/m2的單位質量,前述短纖維 是具有1〜lldtex的纖度和20〜80mm的纖維長度且經由親 水化處理。 6 _如申請專利範圍第1或2項記載的不織布,其 中,前述短纖維,是由熔融溫度不同的二種熱塑性合成樹 脂所形成的複合纖維,是透過前述二種當中前述熔融溫度 較低的前述熱塑性合成樹脂而互相熔接。 7. —種不織布之製造方法,是用來製造如申請專利 範圍第1項記載的不織布之方法,其特徵在於包含以下步 驟: (1) 第1步驟,將熱塑性合成樹脂的短纖維所形成且 具有表面及背面之帶體載置於通氣性的支承台上,在從前 述支承台的下方讓第1吸氣作用的狀態下使其朝機械方向 行走,將被加熱之噴射氣流且其風量未達前述第1吸氣的 吸氣量的3倍之第1噴射氣流,對於前述帶體以從前述表 面朝前述背面的方向吹送,藉此將前述帶體在厚度方向壓 縮並使前述短纖維彼此熔接而進行前述帶體的預備處理步 驟;以及 (2) 第2步驟,在前述預備處理步驟後,在從前述支 承台的下方讓第2吸氣作用的狀態下使載置於前述支承台 上之前述帶體朝前述機械方向行走,從沿著與前述機械方 向正交的交叉方向隔著既定間隔排列之複數個噴嘴,將風 量爲前述第2吸氣的吸氣量的3倍以上之第2噴射氣流以 從前述帶體的前述表面朝向前述背面的方向吹送’且前述 -21 - 201118212 第2噴射氣流的前述風量的一部分被前述支承台反射, 此形成朝前述機械方向互相平行地延伸之複數條隆起部 及位於前述隆起部彼此間且朝前述機械方向延伸之複數 谷部,且在前述隆起部之前述背面和前述支承台之間形 比前述隆起部之前述短纖維彼此的間隙更大之高空隙部 藉 以 條 成 -22-
