201041957 六、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於樹脂成形加工機用之洗淨用樹脂組成 物,及使用該組成物之樹脂成形加工機之洗淨方法。 【先前技術】 熱可塑性樹脂被廣泛地利用於射出成形品、擠出成形 ' 品、薄膜等。此種塑膠成形品由於有多種類少量生產g傾 向,種類之切換頻率變多,因此種類切換時成形機內之洗 〇 淨在品質管理上變得重要。熱可塑性樹脂之成形加工中, 關於種類切換時之成形機之洗淨法,已知有以洗淨劑洗淨 之方法。 在此種使用洗淨劑之洗淨法之情況,亦有「即使完全 將前劑排除,亦有洗淨劑殘留」之問題。 如此種洗淨劑殘留之情況,雖可使接續成形加工之樹 脂流過,並將上述洗淨劑擠出,然而難以判斷在何時點可 Q 以終止,而有在置換爲下一種樹脂時必須以多量樹脂及長 時間進行之問題。 日本特開平10-289287號公報、日本專利第3836302 號公報,雖爲揭示使用螢光物質之發明,然而做爲使用於 樹脂之成形加工機之洗淨劑,爲完全不同之技術領域。 【發明內容】 發明之槪要 本發明之一課題爲:提供樹脂成形加工機用之洗淨用 -4- 201041957 樹脂組成物,其於以洗淨劑洗淨樹脂之成形加工機並以接 續使用之樹脂將上述洗淨劑擠出除去時,可容易地判定除 去處理終了之時點,並可減少用於除去上述洗淨劑之樹脂 量,或者可降低起因於以使用洗淨劑後之洗淨劑殘留的不 良情形。 又,本發明之其他課題爲:提供使用上述洗淨用樹脂 ' 組成物洗淨樹脂成形加工機之方法。 本發明解決此課題之手段,爲提供一種樹脂成形加工 Ο 機用之洗淨用樹脂組成物, 該組成物爲含有熱可塑性樹脂及追蹤劑(tracer)物質 之樹脂成形加工機用之洗淨用樹脂組成物, 該追蹤劑物質係能產生螢光者,且係作爲:使用該樹 脂組成物洗淨樹脂成形加工機後,用於確認該樹脂組成物 是否殘留於該樹脂成形加工機內之指標。 本發明解決其他課題之手段,爲提供一種樹脂成形加 Q 工機之洗淨方法,其爲使用如申請專利範圍第1〜3項中任 一項之洗淨用樹脂組成物洗淨樹脂成形加工機之方法, 該方法具有使用該洗淨用樹脂組成物,洗淨實施樹脂 成形加工後之樹脂成形加工機之步驟,以及 於洗淨終了後,藉由接著所使用之成形用樹脂,將殘 留於洗淨後之樹脂成形加工機中之該洗淨用樹脂組成物擠 出除去之步驟; 在該洗淨用樹脂組成物之擠出除去步驟中,於得到由 201041957 接著所使用之成形用樹脂所構成之成形體後,藉由確認上 述成形體表面有無螢光來判定該洗淨用樹脂組成物有無殘 留。 發明之效果 由於藉由使用本發明之洗淨用樹脂組成物洗淨樹脂成 形加工機,可容易地確認洗淨用樹脂組成物有無殘留,因 ' 此不必爲了將上述洗淨用樹脂組成物擠出除去而使用過剩 量之樹脂,並可縮短全部之洗淨時間。又,可使「於上述 〇 洗淨用樹脂組成物未充分擠出除去之階段開始成形,洗淨 劑組成物殘留於成形品中所產生之不良」減低。 【實施方式】 發明之詳細說明 <樹脂成形加工機用之洗淨用樹脂組成物> 本發明之洗淨用樹脂組成物所含之樹脂,可使用公知 可作爲樹脂成形加工機之洗淨用樹脂者,例如,可爲苯乙 Q 烯系樹脂、聚碳酸酯系樹脂、聚丙烯等烯烴系樹脂、聚苯 硫醚系樹脂、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚醯胺系樹脂、聚酯系樹 脂、聚颯系樹脂(PSF)、聚縮醛、聚醚醚酮(PEEK)、聚醚醯 亞胺(PEI)、聚醚楓(PES)、聚醯胺醯亞胺(PAI)、聚醯亞胺(PI) 等。 本發明之洗淨用樹脂組成物中所含之追蹤劑物質爲能 產生螢光者。該追蹤劑物質係作爲:使用該洗淨用樹脂組 成物洗淨樹脂成形加工機後,確認該洗淨用樹脂組成物是 201041957 否殘留於該樹脂成形加工機內之指標。 it蹤劑物質只要爲能產生螢光者即可,可使用選自例 如營光增白劑、螢光顔料、螢光染料中者。 就螢光增白劑而言,可列舉苯并噚唑衍生物、香豆素 衍生物、苯乙烯聯苯衍生物、吡唑啉酮衍生物等,此等之 中’具體而S以Clariant公司之Hostalux等塑膠用螢光增 白劑爲較佳。 就螢光顏料而言,可使用有機螢光顏料、無機螢光顏 料中之公知者,具體而言,可爲DayGlo公司之DayGloLFY 系列、Sinloihi 公司製之 Sinloihi Color-FZ2000 系列等。 就螢光染料而言,可列舉若丹明' 香豆素、萘二甲醯 亞胺、苯并氧雜恵、吖陡、螢光素(fluorescein)等公知者等。 本發明之洗淨用樹脂組成物,視需要可配入公知之成 形加工機洗淨劑中所含之有機纖維、無機充塡劑、界面活 性劑、有機磷化合物、多元醇、金屬皂等作爲其他成分。 就有機纖維而言,可使用纖維素纖維、尼龍纖維、聚 酯纖維、丙烯酸系纖維等。 就無機充塡劑而言’可列舉選自玻璃纖維、金屬纖維、 熔渣、鋼鐵礦渣或此等之碎裂物、人造礦物纖維、鈣灰石. (wollastonite)者;可使用纖維狀者、非纖維狀者(粉末狀、 粒狀、碎裂物等)。 本發明之洗淨用樹脂組成物’可藉由將上述各成分以 亨舍爾(Henschel)混合機、轉鼓摻合機、捏合機等混合機預 201041957 先混合後,用擠出機混練’又用加熱輥、萬馬力混合機 (Banbury mixer)熔融混練而製造。 本發明之洗淨用樹脂組成物,除可以原樣用於擠出加 工機之洗淨之外,亦可作成洗淨用樹脂組成物之母料 (masterbatch)來使用。 本發明之洗淨用樹脂組成物中追蹤劑物質之含量,只 ' 要設定成洗淨時可檢測出螢光之程度即可,在將本發明之 洗淨用樹脂組成物作成上述母料來使用之情況,若考慮用 〇 ' 不含追蹤劑物質之洗淨用樹脂組成物來稀釋,則以預先含 有高濃度爲較佳。 <樹脂成形加工機之洗淨方法> 接著,說明使用本發明之洗淨用樹脂組成物之擠出加 工機之洗淨方法發明的每個步驟。再者,本發明之樹脂成 形加工機之洗淨方法包括:藉由樹脂成形加工機之洗淨用 樹脂組成物所進行之洗淨,以及上述洗淨用樹脂組成物之 〇 除去。 首先,使用本發明之洗淨用樹脂組成物,將實施樹脂 成形加工後之樹脂成形加工機洗淨。該洗淨方法本身只要 適當使用公知之洗淨方法即可。 該步驟中所使用之洗淨用樹脂組成物中之追蹤劑物質 之含量,只要爲能確認存在洗淨用樹脂組成物之殘留的量 即可,其在組成物中之含量係以0.005質量%以上爲較佳, 又從追蹤劑物質本身不會過度殘留之觀點而言,以0.01 ~2.0 201041957 質量%爲更佳,以〇.〇2~l.〇質量%爲特佳。 在下一步驟中,於洗淨終了後,藉由接著所使用之成 形用樹脂’將殘留於洗淨後之樹脂成形加工機中之洗淨用 樹脂組成物擠出除去。在該擠出除去步驟中,於得到由接 續使用之成形用樹脂所構成之成形體(例如片狀成形體) 後’確認成形體表面有無螢光。 確認有無螢光之手段,雖隨追蹤劑物質之種類而不 同’然而使用塑膠用之螢光增白劑時,可使用照射波長 〇 3 5 0~400nm之紫外線之方法。此時,若照射波長350~400nm 之紫外線確認有螢光,則再度以接著所使用之成形用樹脂 進行洗淨’以同樣方式確認擠出之成形體有無螢光,如此 重複進行直至最後確認無螢光爲止。 由於藉由使用本發明之洗淨方法,可容易地確認洗淨 用樹脂組成物有無殘留,因此不必爲了將上述洗淨用樹脂 組成物擠出除去而使用過剩量之樹脂,並可縮短洗淨所需 Q 要之時間。 實施例 實施例1 使用射出成形機(三菱重工業股份公司製「三菱射出成 形機265/100MSII」),在成形溫度230°C下,使ABS樹脂 1 k g流過而成形。然後,使表1所示之實施例1之組成物(含 有追蹤劑物質)流過。 接著,將著色成黑色之POM(寶理塑料(Polyplastics) 201041957 公司製,Duracon M90-44)投入射出成形機,進行試驗成形 品(100mmxl00mmx3mm)之成形。 成形開始後,對於第1、2片試驗成形品,雖可藉由目 視看見實施例' 1之洗淨用if脂組成物之混入,不過對於第 3片之試驗成形品,藉由目視判斷實施例1之洗淨用樹脂 組成物未混入。於是,對於照射UV光(波長365nm),由於 ' 一部分發光(第1圖),可確認實施例1之洗淨用樹脂組成 物混入(亦即,在射出成形機中有實施例1之洗淨用樹脂組 f) 成物殘留)。之後,於將第1 0片試驗成形品成形之時點’ 由於確認未發光,判斷於此時點在射出成形機中無實施例 1之洗淨用樹脂組成物殘留。 然後,將射出成形機分解,用目視觀察加熱筒(cylinder) 之內表面及螺桿之表面,未見到ABS樹脂及實施例1之洗 淨用樹脂組成物之殘留。 實施例2 Q 使用表1所示之實施例2之組成物(含有追蹤劑物 質),並以與實施例1同樣之方式實施。結果,在將第15 片試驗成形品成形之時點,由於確認未發光,判斷於此時 點在射出成形機中無實施例2之洗淨用樹脂組成物殘留。 -10 - 201041957 表1 實施例 實施例 1 2 洗淨用樹脂組成物 AS樹脂 100 - 丙烯樹脂 - 100 磷酸三苯酯 3 - α -烯烴磺酸鈉 3 " 十二苯磺酸鈉 - 5 新戊四醇 - 5 丙二醇單山嵛酸酯 - 2 螢光增白劑 0.3 - 螢光顏料 - 0.3 洗淨時之組成物使用量 0.5 0.5 表1中之數値表不單位爲kg。 AS樹脂:Daicel聚合物股份有限公司製Cevian 080SF 丙稀樹脂:普瑞曼(Prime Polymer)股份有限公司製Prime C) Polypro F-300SP(熔融流動率:3g/10 分鐘(230°C /2.16kg)) 螢光顏料:DaiGlo LFY(Air Brown 公司) 螢光增白劑:Hostalux KS 1 (Clariant公司製) 【圖式簡單說明】 第1圖爲用於說明於實施例1中確認洗淨用樹脂組成 物殘留與否之方法之照片。 【主要元件符號說明】

- 201041957 七、申請專利範圍: 1. 一種樹脂成形加工機用之洗淨用樹脂組成物,其係含有 熱可塑性樹脂及追蹤劑物質之樹脂成形加工機用之洗淨 用樹脂組成物, 該追蹤劑物質係能產生螢光者,且係作爲:使用該樹 脂組成物洗淨樹脂成形加工機後,用於確認該樹脂組成 物是否殘留於該樹脂成形加工機內之指標。 0 2 .如申請專利範圍第丨項之樹脂成形加工機用之洗淨用樹 脂組成物,其中該追蹤劑物質係選自螢光增白劑、螢光 顏料、螢光染料中者。 ,3 ·如申請專利範圍第丨或2項之樹脂成形加工機用之洗淨 用樹脂組成物,其中該追蹤劑物質係塑膠用之螢光增白 劑。 4. 一種樹脂成形加工機之洗淨方法,其係使用如申請專利 範圍第1項之洗淨用樹脂組成物洗淨樹脂成形加工機之 〇 方法,該方法具有下述步驟: 使用該洗淨用樹脂組成物洗淨實施樹脂成形加工後之 樹脂成形加工機之步驟,以及 於洗淨終了後,藉由接著所使用之成形用樹脂,將殘 留於洗淨後之樹脂成形加工機中之該洗淨用樹脂組成物 擠出除去之步驟; 在該洗淨用樹脂組成物之擠出除去步驟中,於得到由 接著所使用之成形用樹脂所構成之成形體後,藉由確認 -12- 201041957 上述成形體表面有無螢光來判定該洗淨用樹脂組成物有 無殘留。 5. 如申請專利範圍第4項之樹脂成形加工機之洗淨方法, 其中藉由照射波長3 50〜400nm之紫外線,進行該成形體 之螢光之確認。 6. 如申請專利範圍第4或5項之樹脂成形加工機之洗淨方 〇 法’其中在洗淨實施樹脂成形加工後之樹脂成形加工機 之步驟所使用之洗淨用樹脂組成物中之追蹤劑物質之含 量爲0.005質量%以上。
