また、本発明の別の混練機の内部観察方法は、ケーシングとこのケーシングの内部に設置されて回転駆動される混練駆動体とを備えた混練機モデルを用いたゴムの混練機の内部観察方法であって、前記ケーシングを外部から内部が視認可能な透明材料により形成し、前記混練駆動体を透明材料により形成し、前記混練機モデルをゴム押出機またはゴム混練機の縮小モデルとして、前記ケーシングの内部に投入した混練材料および発光体を前記混練駆動体を駆動して混練するとともに、前記ケーシングの外部から前記発光体の動きを撮影して画像データを取得することを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- ケーシングとこのケーシングの内部に設置されて回転駆動される混練駆動体とを備えたゴムの混練機モデルを用いた混練機の内部観察方法であって、
前記ケーシングを外部から内部が視認可能な透明材料により形成し、前記ケーシングの内部に投入した混練材料および前記混練材料に溶けない不溶性材料からなる粒状の発光体を前記混練駆動体を駆動して混練するとともに、前記ケーシングの外部から、前記混練材料の中で粒として存在している前記発光体の動きを撮影して画像データを取得することを特徴とする混練機の内部観察方法。 - ケーシングとこのケーシングの内部に設置されて回転駆動される混練駆動体とを備えた混練機モデルを用いたゴムの混練機の内部観察方法であって、
前記ケーシングを外部から内部が視認可能な透明材料により形成し、前記混練駆動体を透明材料により形成し、前記混練機モデルをゴム押出機またはゴム混練機の縮小モデルとして、前記ケーシングの内部に投入した混練材料および発光体を前記混練駆動体を駆動して混練するとともに、前記ケーシングの外部から前記発光体の動きを撮影して画像データを取得することを特徴とする混練機の内部観察方法。 - 前記混練駆動体を透明材料により形成し、前記混練機モデルをゴム押出機またはゴム混練機の縮小モデルとする請求項1に記載の混練機の内部観察方法。
- 前記混練材料として、カルボキシメチルセルロース溶液、鉱物油、合成油、植物油のいずれかを用いる請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の混練機の内部観察方法。
