--位於夾持滑動件附近而與管線路徑共線的支持器 ,用於容納一套筒,夾持滑動件與支持器可以相對於彼此 移動; --加熱單元,具有一環形加熱穴及一移動元件,移 動元件用於移動加熱單元於退回位置與工作位置之間,加 熱單元位於與管線路徑共線之處,在夾持滑動件與支持器 之間。 各種夾持元件與支持器較佳爲固定在它們的迴轉台上 ,迴轉台可以沿著加熱單元轉動。在一有利的實施例中, 夾持滑動件、支持器與加熱單元之二總成設在與管線路徑 共線而相隔一段距離之處,以便同時裝配一套筒於管線的 二端上。依據本發明的方法和裝置特別適用於裝配瓶塞閥 於塑膠管線的端部上,如以申請人爲名之NL 1 0 1 5 3 6 8號 所述者’或適用於裝配塑膠配接器,如同樣以申請人爲名 之NL 1 0 1 6 6 8 7號所述者。在此狀況,塑膠管線由-例 如-聚乙烯製成,而塑膠套筒的材料是焊接電鍍溫度約爲 3 9 0 °C的聚丙烯。 (5) (5)200303968 【實施方式】 圖1顯示一使用在啤酒管線的關斷閥1,如以申請人 爲名之NL 1015368號所述者。關斷閥1完全由塑膠製成 ,且包含一外流管2、一關斷柄3及一可移動套筒4,套 筒4可以在軸向相對於關斷柄3移動。套筒4具有一凸緣 5,用於嚙合旋塞把手的操作機構。一撓性管線6以防液 體的方式連接至套筒4。管線6由-例如-聚乙烯製成, 且壁厚爲1公厘,外徑爲6.2公厘。套筒5由聚丙烯製成 〇 圖2顯示在開啓狀態的關斷閥1,保護蓋7已移除, 且套筒5已相對於柄3滑動,其方式是俾使外流孔徑8開 啓,且管線6與外流管2流體連通。 圖3顯示管線6,其外徑D1爲6.2公厘,壁厚D2爲 1公厘。頭端9由一環形加熱元件完全無接觸地加熱而向 上捲曲。已經發現,環形徑向加熱器-其形式是加熱的黃 銅塊,具有例如i 〇公厘的直徑,加熱至約400 °C的溫 度-的使用使得頭端9產生自動及均勻的向上捲曲,直到 形成圓形肩10爲止,該肩相對於管線6的外壁突起1至 2公厘的高度Η。管線6在加熱期間保持靜止。頭端9在 加熱以後是軟的且是流體,然後可以插入內徑D3爲5.8 公厘的套筒5。爲了使塑膠管線6的端部以所欲的方式插 入套筒5,該套筒5具有一斜向上的邊緣1 1。在管線部分 6的插入期間,位於頭端9正後方的管線提供足夠的剛性 ’以允許推動該頭端達若干公厘的長度L,例如’ 3至4 -10- (6) (6)200303968 公厘’而進入套同5。在管線部分6插入套筒5的期間, 向上捲曲的頭端9具有比套筒之內徑D3大的直徑。在插 入期間,軟及流體之向上捲曲的頭端9變形,且在接觸套 筒5內壁時促使該壁熔化,且沿著長度l推動壁材料向上 。在與套筒5的入口相隔若干公厘的距離處,向上捲曲的 邊緣9與套筒之被向上推動的壁材料固化,以致於形成熔 合的連接。此顯不於圖4及詳細顯示於圖5,在該狀況, 可以淸楚看到,變形的向上捲曲的邊緣9與套筒5之被向 上推動的壁材料1 2形成熔合的連接1 6,以致於形成防液 體及防氣體的連接。套筒5的壁厚D4可以是-例如- 3 公厘,而套筒5之上仰部分的壁厚D5是1.4公厘。已發 現,很可靠的防液體、防氣體及抗張力的連接可以簡單及 快速形成於向上捲曲的頭端9與套筒5之被向上推動的壁 材料1 2之間。 可以由連接吸收的張力-如圖 4與5所示-是例如 80牛頓。 圖6示意顯示一裝置,用於連接塑膠套筒5至塑膠管 線6的端部1 3。塑膠管線6夾持於夾持滑動件1 4中,夾 持滑動件1 4可以在箭頭T的方向沿著管線路徑1 5移動。 一環形加熱元件1 7由溫度調節單元1 8控制,及加熱至約 4 〇〇°C的溫度。加熱元件1 7的形式是例如具有一開口之黃 銅塊,開口的直徑D6是例如1 0公厘。加熱元件可以與 管線路徑1 5交叉而移動。套筒5夾持於一支持器1 9中。 一噴嘴20插入套筒5中,且加熱的壓縮空氣由偏移器21 -11 - (7) (7)200303968 吹至套筒5的內壁22上,以致於形成一環形溝槽。如果 必須防止高溫氧化,則除了壓縮空氣以外,也可以使用其 他氣體,諸如氮。壓縮空氣由調節單元23與(撓性)管線 24饋送至噴嘴20,該噴嘴是接縫型的設計,具有例如2 公厘的直徑D 7。噴嘴20可以沿著管線路徑1 5移動,且 同樣與該路徑交叉。在加熱於套筒5的內壁2 2及管線1 5 的端部1 3以便形成向上捲曲的頭端以後,如圖3所示, 噴嘴20與加熱元件1 7交叉退到管線路徑1 5,且夾持滑 動件14移動至套筒5,管線的端部1 3插入套筒5,以致 於產生連接,諸如圖4所示者。 圖7詳細顯示在套筒5內部的噴嘴20,其用於局部 加熱套筒5的內壁22。噴嘴20包含一心部26,其具有用 於加熱的壓縮空氣之饋送通道27、27’。套管25 -其可以 藉由螺紋而在縱向移動-裝配於心部26的周圍。偏移器 28 -其延伸於套管25的外流孔徑上方-固定在心部26上 。以此方式,加熱的壓縮空氣在示意指示的箭頭方向偏移 ,且該空氣落在套筒5的壁上,以致於一環形溝槽29 -如圖8所示-形成於套筒5內部,與套筒的頭端相隔的距 離爲L。藉由套管2 5與偏離器2 8的相對移動,可以影響 空氣流的偏離,以致於形成溝槽29的高度L可以改變。 在管線6插入套筒5的期間,向上捲曲的頭端9可以掉入 環形溝槽2 9,且在那裏與套筒5之局部加熱的壁材料熔 合,以形成抗張力及防液體的連接。 圖9顯示用於將塑膠套筒同時裝配在五管線6之二側 -12- (8) (8)200303968 的裝置之視圖。管線6的二側部夾持於夾持靴14中’且 二端由加熱裝置1 7、20加熱。在裝置的側部30,套筒成 爲盤形配接器31的形式’如以申請人爲名之NL 1 0 1 6687 號所述者,以供連接至管線6 ’而在裝置的側部3 0 ’關斷 閥的套筒5 -如圖1與2所示-連接至管線6。管線6以 五條爲一群而安置於轉動的迴轉台3 3上,以致於管線成 群被夾持,且可以轉動至加熱裝置1 7、20。在管線6端 部的加熱與套筒內壁的加熱以後,加熱裝置退回,且藉由 配接器3 1的支持器3 4、3 5與套筒5在管線6縱向的移動 ,將套筒與配接器3 1壓在管線上。 圖1 〇 a顯示夾持滑動件1 4,其具有一管線6且具有 一夾持於支持器1 9中的關斷閥1。關斷閥1是由管狀結 構3 7供應,管狀結構3 7固定至一可以在垂直於夾持滑動 件1 4的方向移動的供應/加熱單元3 8,如圖1 Ob所示。環 形加熱元件17及噴嘴2〇 -噴嘴20藉由管線24而具有加 熱的壓縮空氣-裝配在單元38上。在單元38已安置於夾 持滑動件1 4上且關斷閥1裝配於支持器1 9中以後,單元 3 8相對於夾持滑動件1 4而在管線的縱向移動,以致於管 線的端部停置於環形加熱元件1 7內部,其方式是俾使噴 嘴在關斷閥1的內部。在管線6端部及關斷閥1內壁的加 熱以後’單元3 8再次在管線6的縱向移動,直到管線的 端部坐落於環形加熱器1 7的外部,且噴嘴已自關斷閥1 退回’單兀3 8以與夾持滑動件1 4交叉的方式自管線路徑 移除爲止,然後,管線6相對於支持器19移動,以致於 -13- 200303968 Ο) 管線被推入關斷閥1的套筒內部,且依此方式形成抗張力 與防液體的熔合連接。 【圖式簡單說明】 將參考附圖,更詳細解釋很多依據本發明的方法和裝 置之實施例。圖中: 圖1與2顯示一啤酒管線的關斷閥之縱向剖面,在該 狀況,一塑膠管線接合至依據本發明的塑膠套筒; Claims (1)
