Abstract

Buluş, ileri teknoloji seramikleri alanında toz metalürjisi ile toz formundaki ham maddelerin sinterlenmesi sonucunda elde edilen, başlıca havacılık ve savunma sektöründe kullanılan transparan polikristal silisyum nitrür seramik malzemelerin üretim yöntemi ile ilgilidir. Daha belirgin olarak mevcut buluş, üretim maliyetlerini düşürmek, üretim sürecini kolaylaştırmak, kullanılan sarf malzeme ve cihaz sayısını azaltmak üzere tekniğin bilinen durumuna kıyasla daha düşük sıcaklık ve basınç değerleri altında transparan polikristal silisyum nitrür seramik malzeme elde edilmesine olanak veren, bunun için geleneksel sinterleme tekniğinden farklı olarak yüksek elektriksel akım altında ısı üretimi gerçekleştirilen spark plazma sinterleme tekniği kullanılan bir transparan polikristal silisyum nitrür seramik üretim yöntemiyle ilgilidir.
