Abstract
Bu çalışma, 25 parçadan oluşan, 9 mm mermi kullanan, yarı otomatik çalışan, Çekiç ( Horoz ) ve Kovan kavrama sisteminde tümleşik çift yay, şarjör kilidinde tek parçalı dikey kilitleme mandalı, şarjör yayından bağımsız, tırnaklı ayaklı tek parça alt kapak kullanan hafif ve etkili bir beylik tabancasıdır.

TARIFNAME YARI OTOMATIK TABANCA TEKNIK ALAN: Bu ürün, yakin savunma ve emniyet silahi olup, ülke silahli kuvvetlerinin ve yasal yetkisi bulunan kamu ve özel güvenlik personelinin beylik tabancasidir. TEKNIGIN BILINEN DURUMU: Beylik silahi, yari otomatik tabanca grubundaki silahlarin tamamina yakini 50 civari ve daha fazla parçadan mütesekkil, 1 kg civari agirliga, 10-18 mermi kapasitesine sahip, mekanik yapilari ve çalisma prensipleri bir birine benzer yapidadir. -12 cm civaridir. Ortalama çalisma sicakliklari da -35 C ile +70 C arasidir, Gaz geri tepmeli, yay geri dönüslü, sarjör mermi yükleme sistemine sahiptir. 7,65 ile 9 mm çapli mermiler kullanilir. Özel tipler bulunmakla beraber 18-22 cm arasi uzunluk popülerdir. Namlu uzunluklari 10-12 cm civari ve yivlidir. Ayirt edici özellikleri dis görünüs ( Uzunluk ), agirlik, parça sayisi, üzerinde bulunan fonksiyon dügmeleri, mermi kapasitesi, mermi çikis hizi, hedefte nüfuz derinligi, emniyet tertibati... vs. Ayrica çesitli renk ve desenler de islenebilir. BU LUSUN AMACI: Bu bulusun (Tabanca ) temel amaci ve en belirgin farki, silahin asli fonksiyonlari ve güvenliginden taviz vermeden en sade, en hafif ve en etkili bir tabanca yapmak, mühendislik ve optimizasyon temeli olan yeterli, güvenli, estetik ve ekonomik parametrelerine Ulasmaktir. Nitekim çok iyi olmayan imalat kosullarinda bir adet prototip üretilmis olup iyi sonuç elde edilmistir. Açik kaynaklarda, Kuzey Avrupa menseli ve dünyaca ünlü ve popüler bir tabanca markasinin en sade modelinin sadece 33 parçadan mütesekkil oldugu belirtilmis ve bu hususun büyük bir üstünlük oldugu vurgulanmistir. Ayni kategorideki tabancalardan yaklasik % 50 daha az parçadan meydana geldigi Bizim çalismamiz ( bulusumuz ) en küçük vida dâhil olmak üzere toplam sadece 25 parçadan olusmaktadir. Bu 25 parçadan 3'ü muhtelif vida, 5'i muhtelif helisel yay, 2 adet pim, 2 adet yaprak yay, 13 adet de normal parçadir. ( Mevcut tabancalarin çogunun 50 civari parçadan olustugunu hatirlayarak). Bu durumda tabancanin asli fonksiyonlari ve güvenlik sisteminden taviz vermeden, 33 parçadan olusan meshur Avrupa menseli tabancanin parça sayisi sadece egale edilmemis, tam 8 parça daha az kullanilmistir. Bilindigi üzere bir üründe parça sayisinin azligi ciddi avantajlar saglamaktadir. Söyle ki; hafiflik saglar, ariza ihtimali azalir, ariza olursa teshisi ve tamiri daha kolaydir, imalati daha rahattir, daha ekonomik üretim mümkündür... vs. Bu çalismanin bir diger amaci, bilindigi gibi hafif atesli silahlarda ( Tabanca ) tetik düsürme sirasinda merminin ates almamasi ve çesitli nedenlerle( mekanik veya iklimsel kosullar) atim yataginda merminin sikismasi ve çikmamasi, bilinen sorunlardir. Çözüm için çekiç yayi yekpare ( tümlesik ) çift yay kullanilmis, çekiç darbesi güçlendirilmistir. Mermiyi de güçlü kavramak için yine yekpare (tümlesik ) çift kavrama yayi ve çift tirnak kullanilarak ariza ihtimali azaltilmistir. Smart tel (12 ) üzerinde bulunan çekiç kilitleme çenesi ( 12a) Çekiç kilitleme çentigine (13b) geçerek Çekici (13 ) yatay konumda ve gergince kilitler. 3- Tam çekilen Kurma kolu ( 2 ) serbest birakilir. Bu sirada ise; a- Smart tel ( 12 ) ve Smart tele ( 12 ) bagli bulunan çekiç kilitleme çenesi(12a ) gerilmis olan çekici (13 ) serbest birakir. Çekiç ( 13 ) yüksek bir hizla ve dairesel bir hareketle atesleme ignesine ( 7) çarpar. Atesleme ignesi ( 7 ) de dogal olarak yüksek bir hizla temasta bulundugu Merminin ( X) fünyesine vurur ve atesleme gerçeklesir. Yüksek gaz basinci olusur. - Yüksek gaz basinci olusumu sirasinda; a- Mermi (X ) çekirdegi Namlu (3) içerisinde hedefe dogru gider, b- Mermi ( X) çekirdegi hedefe giderken ters yöne de Mermi( X) bos kovani itilir. Asimetrik çarpan bos kovan, kovan tahliye boslugundan (2c) disari atilir. Böylece çevrim tamamlanir ve basa döner.
