Abstract
Buluş, en fazla 1.1?lik bir karbonhidratın proteine oranına, kuru madde bazında en az %5.4?lük bir protein içeriğine, ve bir başlangıç malzemesi olarak kullanılan bir süt ham malzemesininkine büyük ölçüde benzer bir karbonatın proteine oranına sahip olan, bir indirgenmiş karbonhidrat içeriğine sahip bir süt bazlı formülasyon ile ve, bunun preparasyonuna yönelik bir yöntem ile ilgilidir. Süt bazlı formülasyon organoleptik özellikleri bakımından herhangi bir eksikliği olmaksızın tamamen normal bir süt tadına sahip bir indirgenmiş laktoz içeriği barındıran bir rekombine süt ürününün preparasyonunda kullanılabilmektedir.
