Abstract

Bulus bir insülin C-peptidin üretimi için bir yöntem saglamakta olup bu yöntemde bir konut hücrede sözü geçen insülin C-peptidin çoklu kopyalarini tasiyan bir mültimerik polipeptid eksprese edilmekte, bu polipeptid parçalanarak insülin C-peptidin tek tek kopyalari salinmaktadir. Bulus ayrica böyle bir yöntemle kullanilan nükleik asit molekülleri, ekspresyon vektörleri ve konut hücreler ve böyle bir yöntemle eksprese edilip parçalanan mültimerik insülin C-peptid polipeptidi saglamaktadir.
