Abstract

Bu bulus, çevrintili tabakayi püskürtmeyle granüllestirme suretiyle granüller hasil etmeye mahsus bir yönteme ve bu yöntemi icra etmeye mahsus bir tertibata yöneliktir. Çevrintili tabakayi püskürtmeyle granüllestirmeyle, sivi haldeki baslangiç maddeleri granüller haline dönüstürülür. Yüksek bir ürün çikis veriminin temini için, tikanmaya ve kabuklasmaya duyarli olan birden çok püskürtme memesinin monte edilmesi gerekir. Bilinen yöntemlerin arzettigi mahzurlar, bu bulusa uygun olarak, en azindan kismen birbirine bakar durumdaki en az iki püskürtme memesinin, püskürme huzmeleri çevrintili tabakanin iç tarafinda birbirine çarpacak ve çevrintili tabakayi sinirlandiran bir yüzeye veya çevrintili tabakadan disariya esas itibariyle hiçbir sivi çarpmasi meydana gelmeyecek sekilde düzenlenmesi ve püskürtülen madde miktarinin ona göre ayarlanmasiyla ortadan kaldirilmaktadir.
