A FIN DE GARANTIZAR UNA ELEVADA PRODUCCION DE MATERIAL, ES PRECISO INSTALAR MULTIPLES BOQUILLAS, QUE SON SENSIBLES A OBSTRUCCIONES E INCRUSTACIONES. LA INVENCION PONE REMEDIO A LOS INCONVENIENTES DE LOS PROCEDIMIENTOS HABITUALES AL UTILIZAR AL MENOS DOS BOQUILLAS PULVERIZADORAS (8) PARCIALMENTE OPUESTAS, CUYA POSICION Y VOLUMEN DE PULVERIZACION SE AJUSTA DE MODO QUE LAS PROYECCIONES DE LIQUIDO PULVERIZADO SE ENCUENTRAN DENTRO DEL LECHO FLUIDIZADO, CON LO QUE EL LIQUIDO APENAS PASA A UNA SUPERFICIE (4) QUE LIMITA CON EL LECHO FLUIDIZADO NI SE SALE DEL PROPIO LECHO.
