Abstract

Claims (2)
1. กระบวนการ สำหรับผลิต ผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารชนิดเม็ดเล็ก ๆที่ไหลอย่าง อิสระและกระจายได้ทันที และ/หรือ ละลายได้ ประกอบด้วย ส่วนผสของคาร์โบไฮเดรตผง และ/หรือ สารที่อุดมไป ด้วยโปรตีนกับน้ำมันหรือไขมัน เมื่อผสมส่วนผสมก็ได้รับกับ คาร์โบไฮเดรตผง และ/หรือ สารที่อุดมไปด้วยโปรตีนเพื่อวัตถุ ประสงค์ของการได้รับส่วนผสมในสภาพผง และ/หรือ ส่วนผสมที่ เป็นก้อน ส่วนผสมจะก่อตัวเป็นเม็ดเล็ก ๆ โดยการ ทำให้ชื้น และอนุภาคต่ออนุภาคมีการสัมผัสกัน และทำให้เม็ดเล็ก ๆ แห้ง
