Claims (5)
- 4900с до 400 С со скоростью 0,5 град/с, окончательное охлаждени до комнатной температуры со СКОРОСТ 5 град/с. После чего производили дрессировку со степенью деформации 0,8%. . При изготовлении холоднокатаного листа дл глубокой штамповки с пред лагаемым способом охлаждени гор чекатаной полосы перед смоткой в рулон разброс предела текучести по длине рулона уменьшилс в 4 раза. Формула изобретени Способ охлаждени гор чекатаной полосы из низкоуглеродистой нестареющей стали, раскисленной алюминием , включающий струйное охлаждение с температуры конца прокатки и смот ку в рулон, отличающийс тем, что, с целью повышени однородности СВОЙСТВ по длине, полосу охлаждают до 640-730 С после прохождени участка длиной 20-200 м и заканчивают охлаждение за 20-200 м до конца полосы.
