Description

(54) КАРДАННЫЙ ШАРНИР
1
Изобретение относитс  к машиност1роению.
Известны карданные шарниры, содержащие крестовину с пальцами, соединенными с вилками п.ри помощи игольчатого подшипника, обойма которого выполнена в виде стакана с глухим горцем.
Такие подщипники не обеспечивают точной центровки вилок относительно пальцев, что нередко нарушает плотность соединени  и приводит к разматыванию соединени , снижа  надежность работы шарнира.
Цель изобретени  - устранение указанных недостапкоЗ и повышение надежности работы шарнира.
Это достигаетс  тем, что в предлагаемом шаринре торец пальца крестовины снабжен специальным центрирующим элементом.
На фиг. 1 изображено соединение пальца с нодшипником, в котором центрирующий элемент выполнен ,в виде шайбы, продольный разрез; на фиг. 2-то же, но с центрирующим элементо,М, выполненным непосредственно в торце обоймы подшипника; на фиг. 3- то же, но с элементом центрировани  в виде выступа в центре пальца.
Иалец крестовины 1, заключенный в стакан 2 обоймы игольчатого подшипника, имеет
лунку 3 на своем торце, а между дном стакана 2 и торцом пальца 1 установлена шайба 4 с вьшуклостью 5, которой шина контактирует с лункой 3 пальца 1 (фиг. 1), образу  центрирующий элемент. По второму варианту (фиг. 2) торец стакана 2 имеет в центре вогнутость 6, обращенную во внутрь так, что в дне стакана образуетс  выпуклость, контактирующа  с лункой 3 торца пальца 1. По третьему варианту центрирующий элемент вьиполнаи в виде .BbicTvina 7 в центре торца пальца 1, контактирующего с соответствующей выгнутой поверхностью 8 изнутри стакана 2, обращенной выступом наружу. Центрирующий элемент обеспечивает точность центровки пальцев относительно вилок, что повыщает надежностьи работоспособйость кар данного шарнира.

Claims (4)

1. Карданный шарнир, содержащий крестовину с пальцами, соединенными с вилками при помощи игольчатого подшипника, обойма которого выполнена в виде стакана с глухим торцем, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью увеличени  точности центрировани  пальцев относительно вилок и повышени  надежности
работы шарнира, торец пальца крестовины снабжен дентрирующим элементом.
2.Шарнир по п. 1, отличающийс  тем, что центрирз-ющнй элемент выполнен в виде расположенной между торцом пальца и дноим стакана шайбы с выпуклостью, в центре которой она контактирует с лункой, выполненной в центре торца пальца.
3.Шарнир по п. 1, от л ич а ю щнйс  тем, что центрируюш;нй элемент вынолнен в виде выпуклости во внутрь в дне стакана, которой
она контактирует с лункой, имеющейс  в центре торца пальца.
4. Шарнирной. 1, отличающийс  тем, что центрирующий элемент выполнен в виде сферического выступа в центре торца пальца, контактирующего с дном стакана, имеющего вогнутую внутреннюю поверхность торца, выпуклого наружу.
