Description
This invention relates to the field of powder metallurgy, in particular to antifriction sintered iron-based materials. Antifriction sintered iron-based material containing graphite, sulfide, zinc, tin and sulfur is known. The purpose of the invention is to increase the antifriction properties of the material in corrosive environments. For this, molybdenum disulfide and glass are introduced into the material in the following ratio of components, weight: Graphite 2-5 Molybdenum disulfide 2-4 Glass 5-10 Zinc stearate. The rest is iron. The material is obtained by pressing a mixture of powders under a pressure of 5.5-6 t / cm and subsequent sintering at I020-I0600C for 1.5 hours in a reducing atmosphere. The proposed antifriction sintered material is designed for sliding bearings operating in aqueous solutions of caustic soda, and has antifriction properties obtained as a result of testing under conditions of sliding friction in aqueous ipacTBOrax of caustic soda from 5 to W% of steel concentration at 40 X when sliding quickly from 0.5 to 1.5 m / sec and specific loads of 15–50 kg / cm. The table shows the strength of the material.
