Description

The invention relates to powder metallurgy, in particular self-lubricating composite materials based on bronze, containing solid lubricants, which can be used as antifriction materials in the assemblies of the friction of machines operating in vacuum. A sintered, self-lubricating bronze-based material containing a solid lubricant is known, in which 1–50 disulfides or diselenides of tungsten, mosenium and other refractory metals can be used. The aim of the invention is to increase the mechanical strength and wear resistance of the sintered material. For this purpose, an alloy selected from the group consisting of nickel-phosphorus, cobalt-phosphorus, in an amount of 12-30 weight is introduced into the material. The alloy of nickel-phosphorus is introduced into the composite material by making it in the form of a coating with a thickness of 1-2.5 µm on molybdenum disulfide particles, for example, chemical; in a way. The powder of clad molybdenum disulfide is mixed with bronze powder () and the mixture is hot pressed at a temperature of 400-8000С and a pressure of 50-100 kg / cm2. The specific weight of the material obtained was 8 g / cm strength per tensile 25 kgf / cm, friction coefficient 0.18-0.20, weight wear 4 10-4 g; km. BACKGROUND OF INVENTION A self-lubricating bronze-based sintered material containing molybdenum disulfide, characterized in that, in order to increase the mechanical strength and wear resistance, an alloy selected from the group containing nickel phosphorus, cobalt phosphorus, is introduced into it. 3 Tracking ratio in her / o alloy, components selected 10. 433231 - 4 jrg GTsPPN cobalt: phosphorus 12-30 Bronze the rest
